Location was excellent
The room was damp and smelly. The staff were not helpful and at times provided us with conflicting information.
Best hotel we stayed in our entire trip. Rooms are beautifully appointed and the staff are so attentive and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel.
Tout et au top surtout le service
Amazing location, very good staff helpful and letting you use the gym more, very nice touch welcome gift we truly feel special and in a 6 stars hotel

Exceptionnel !
The view was spectacular, the opulence was mesmerising and the staff could not do enough to help you!!! Very comfy beds.
The pool was constantly windy, the fridge door didn't close, and at times, the "classiness" of the place felt imposing.
Tutto super

There is nothing not to like about this beautiful hotel. As it was a special occasion, the staff went above our expectations. There were even rose petals in the bathtub! The location is perfect and close to all the attractions. The view from our room was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean and the turn down service was a great bonus. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
L emplacement Literie
Le prix ainsi que l odeur d’humidité dans les chambres . Tout est hors de prix. Petit déjeuner à 45 dollars non merci Le spa hors de prix
Loc, was extremely helpful in helping us with packing some souvenirs. The hotel service was excellent. The hotel was 5 star plus.
The Reverie is genuinely stunning at first glance. The lobby alone is worth the stay — a cascade of colorful blown-glass flower sculptures mixed with crystal teardrop pendants overhead, set against dark wood paneling with gold and mother-of-pearl inlay. Deeper into the property, a soaring atrium opens up with a spiral crystal chandelier, floor-to-ceiling mosaic panels bursting with painted florals, and a antique malachite-and-gold clock as the centerpiece — genuinely feels like a small European palace. There was even a live pianist in a gown playing grand piano near the spa entrance in the afternoon, which added a nice touch of old-world elegance. The restaurant level continues the theme — sweeping marble staircases, mirrored columns, jewel-toned mosaic pillars in deep red and silver, and an Art Deco-inspired ceiling. Even the guest corridors are dressed up, with book-matched marble flooring, gold-framed mirrors, and crystal chandeliers lining the halls. It’s opulent in a way that photos almost undersell. Service (mostly): Bell service was excellent from the moment we arrived, and breakfast service matched that energy — attentive without being intrusive. If breakfast isn’t included in your room rate, the à la carte buffet runs 988k, and the menu selection is extensive. Housekeeping was adequate — nothing to complain about, nothing that wowed either. Front desk deserves a specific mention: genuinely “your wish is our command” energy, the kind of anticipatory service you want from a 5-star property. My son actually preferred the Reverie over Park Hyatt overall, which says a lot. Where it fell short — Long restaurant: The Margherita pizza came out soggy, and outdoor dining service was noticeably bland and, at points, rude. I asked staff for an ice pack — I’d just had PRP done on my right elbow and it was swollen, plus I was trying to keep some Japanese chocolate I’d brought back from melting. First server said they’d check and never followed up. When I asked a second time, someone who seemed to be a manager responded irritably that they simply didn’t have one. That response was the issue, not the lack of an ice pack itself — even a simple “you could grab one at Family Mart nearby” would’ve landed completely differently. For a hotel at this level, that kind of dismissiveness stood out. The bartender situation: I ordered a tamarind Amaretto sour, since Park Hyatt’s version was the best I’ve had in Vietnam. The bartender flatly said they didn’t have it — no attempt to suggest an alternative or engage. Another bartender stepped in and offered to make a regular Amaretto sour instead, which turned out disappointing. Communication and craft both fell short here, which was a letdown given how strong the visual and front-desk experience was. Reverie vs. Park Hyatt: Here’s the deciding factor for me — the Reverie actually has a bidet in the bathroom, something Park Hyatt (despite being a supposed top-5 luxury property) surprisingly lacks. On top of that, the Reverie comes in $50 cheaper ($663 vs. $612 for 2 nights) 😂😂. Between the two, I’d choose the Reverie every time, and just walk over to Lam Son Bar for that tamarind Amaretto sour, then to the Continental Hotel for hủ tiếu cá — best of both worlds without paying Park Hyatt’s premium. Bottom line: The Reverie nails the visual wow-factor — this might be the most extravagantly decorated lobby I’ve seen in Saigon — and the front desk warmth backs it up. But Long restaurant’s food and bar service, plus one genuinely rude interaction, kept this from being a flawless stay. 4/5.
I cannot express how amazing this hotel and the team members are. I was taken care of so well and they remembered my name each day at breakfast. It was immaculate and had all the bells and whistles. There was nothing more I could have wanted or needed, everything plus some was available.
Was real luxury, we were treated incredibly by all members of staff. Plus can’t say I’ve ever heard music being played under water in the pool. Rooms are fantastic. Breakfast was lovely too.
豪華絢爛。

Staff were very friendly and approachable. There was a genuine warmth and attempt to help. Location was exceptional and next to the cafe apartments Had the fruit bowl every day, it was exceptional
The room has a musty smell , probably due to humidity. It didn’t go away despite running the AC every day. The property decor is bling and striking, it’s a personal preference but not subtle

This hotel is truly exceptional. The facilities are outstanding, and the staff's attention to detail is second to none. Every member of the team made our stay unforgettable with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness. There were far too many amazing people to mention individually, but MAN deserves special recognition. From the moment we arrived at the airport, he went above and beyond—helping with our luggage, escorting us inside, assisting with check-in, and guiding us through security. His kindness and exceptional service perfectly reflected the high standards of the hotel. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality.
Our stay in a Junior Suite at The Reverie Saigon was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail reflected the highest standards of luxury and professionalism. The suite itself was exquisite, with beautiful furnishings, impeccable attention to detail, and every comfort you could imagine. The evening turndown service was flawless, and every member of staff delivered service with warmth, discretion, and genuine pride. Their professionalism is truly world-class. The dining was equally outstanding. The quality and variety of the food were among the finest we’ve experienced, and the daily stocked complimentary minibar was an unexpected luxury that added even more value to our stay. With so many exceptional dining options within the hotel, every meal was something to look forward to. There simply isn’t a rating high enough to do this hotel justice. It is, without question, the finest hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in—and we’ve been fortunate enough to stay in some of the world’s most renowned five-star hotels, including The Plaza Hotel. When we return to Ho Chi Minh City, we won’t even consider staying anywhere else. The Reverie Saigon has set a new benchmark for luxury hospitality, and we recommend it without hesitation. We would like to take this opportunity to mention 3 of their staff for their outstanding service. Thank you kindly Dung, Binh and Duyen, your kind hospitality made our stay more memorable and will never forget the way your looked after our every need. Thank you Reverie Saigon 💛
The Reverie is a gorgeous hotel in a terrific location with every amenity and wonderful staff
Amazing hotel,lovely staff,great location
Extreme accommodating and comfortable, best breakfast ever, highly recommend
Super hotel in an excellent location. Great staff and exceptional service…
Location and amenities..
We returned to The Reverie this year again and they were able to reconfirm their high service quality and attention to detail. This has shown again at the breakfast (special thanks to Vy and Khoa) or in the small treats during their downturn service. This time we also went to the bar in the evening and surely enjoyed their Reverie style egg Benedict.
I stayed solo for 3 nights at the Reverie at the end of a busy 2 week tour of Vietnam. It was an absolute sanctuary and the one of the best hotels I have experienced across the world. The hotel and rooms are beautifully fitted out, sensational breakfast, but it is the staff who truly stand out. Every staff member was warm, helpful and provided excellent service. The spa is beautiful and well priced - I enjoyed a very relaxing massage with Cuong . The hotel is located in a fabulous spot on walking street, and a short walk to the shopping centres, markets and Opera (I recommend seeing the 1 hour AO show). The hotel was fully booked yet never felt overly crowded. The downstairs street side restaurant Long is lovely for a relaxed glass of wine to watch the world pass by. The staff there are amazing. It was a blissful end to my holiday and I will definitely return to stay again one day. As a solo traveller I felt so comfortable. Highly recommend.
Opulent. Amazing staff. Excellent food.
Not a single complaint.
You’ll never know truly exceptional service until you’ve stayed here at the Reverie. The staff are not just personable but knowledgeable and attentive to detail. Loved the private check in experience, with a lovely tropical refresher drink and cooling towel. The buffet breakfast was off the charts. The bell captain crew were beyond phenomenal. If ever back in Saigon, this is where you’ll find me.
Everything about this hotel is top notch - truly a luxury hotel
Everything was amazing
I like the staff. I've stayed in 5-Star hotels all over the world, but the staff in The Reverie make this hotel stand out above the rest. The people here actually "want" to provide a first class service, not just that they are being paid to do so. The small touches make all the difference.
I liked everything. I've stayed here before and our business uses The Reverie for all visits to HCMC and would never change,
Room facility
I found myself needing a hotel room in Saigon with less than an hour's notice after an unexpected change in travel plans. Exhausted, hungry, sweaty, and stressed, I arrived at The Reverie Saigon hoping for little more than a place to rest. What I found instead was exactly what I needed: comfort, kindness, and a sense of peace. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt my stress begin to melt away. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, but it was the warmth of the welcome that made the biggest impression. Like many hotels throughout Vietnam, The Reverie offered a welcome drink upon arrival. Normally, I politely take a sip and move on. This one was so refreshing that I could have happily finished an entire pitcher. It was a small gesture, but at that moment it felt like exactly what I needed. I had booked a standard king room, but thanks to my American Express Platinum benefits, I was upgraded to a Panoramic King. When I opened the door, I was genuinely overwhelmed. The room was stunning. After an incredibly difficult day, seeing that beautiful space, and knowing I could finally relax, brought tears to my eyes. The floor-to-ceiling views of Saigon were spectacular. I immediately FaceTimed my parents so they could see the city sparkling below at night. By the time I arrived, it was after 9 p.m., and I hadn't eaten all day. I ordered room service: pho ga and a cheese plate. The food arrived quickly, was presented beautifully, and served with professionalism and care. It wasn't just a meal. It was another reminder that I was being looked after during a very stressful moment. One of the highlights of my stay was something I never expected. I rarely take baths, but how could I resist soaking in a luxurious tub overlooking the Saigon River and the city lights? It was one of the most memorable and relaxing moments of my entire trip. That evening, I planned to close the curtains before bed, as I always do. Instead, I left them open. The view was simply too extraordinary to hide. Falling asleep with the city skyline stretched before me was an experience I won't soon forget. The next morning, I enjoyed a slow start before heading down to breakfast. The service was outstanding. Staff members were attentive, thoughtful, and proactive about dietary needs and food allergies. The breakfast offering was exceptional, with both an extensive buffet and a full à la carte menu. I ordered poached eggs without hollandaise sauce, cooked perfectly, along with an avocado smoothie. It was a wonderful way to begin the day. Thanks to a generous 4 p.m. late checkout, I was able to spend several more hours exploring the city before returning to the hotel for lunch. Once again, the service was impeccable. I enjoyed a vegetable sandwich, perfectly crisp French fries, a fresh side salad, and pineapple juice. Everything was excellent, and the staff anticipated every need without being intrusive. The final example of The Reverie's hospitality came just before I left. I had cut my finger earlier in the day and had run out of bandages. When I asked at reception if they happened to have one available, a staff member not only found several bandages but also asked about the injury, made sure I had cleaned it properly, and helped me apply one because of the awkward location of the cut. It was a small act of kindness, but one I deeply appreciated. I wish I had more time to explore everything The Reverie has to offer. Yet what stands out most about my stay is not the luxury, impressive as it is. It's how the hotel made me feel. During a difficult and unexpected disruption to my travel plans, The Reverie provided comfort, care, and calm exactly when I needed it most. I recommend The Reverie Saigon without hesitation. Should I find myself back in Saigon, there is no question where I will stay.
Very attentive staff, they would come every night to make sure your room and yourself were in good hands + gave us chocolates every night. Highlight was the gym

Absolutely beautiful hotel, with insane attention to detail. Just wonderful 😊
Service was superb. Super friendly staff. My kid’s birthday happened to be one of day on our stay. Staff surprised him with a small cake and well wishes note which really made his day.
Food is excellent and staff are very nice
I hope the current service standards be preserved. Your staff are kind of our country ambassadors
Everything about this hotel was amazing, room was immaculate, facilities were fantastic, location was absolutely perfect and the hotel felt regal & we were made to feel like very special guests from the moment we enter the lobby

Crazy, fun, over the top decor that is perfect in real life! Our room was very large and lovely, with the most amazing views of the city. The breakfast buffet was one of the best on our trip. Highly recommend.
Beautiful rooms! Great spa!
The staff, the breakfast buffet, the service.
The shower stall leaks water out to the floor every time we take a bath. It should be designed better to not having water leaking out. Ohh the er than that, everything was great. We’re very satisfied with the service and the facility.

We recently stayed at The Reverie Saigon, and after traveling extensively around the world, this hotel truly impressed us. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist. The level of service was exceptional. We were consistently asked if we needed anything and always felt genuinely cared for. Even though my birthday was two days before our arrival, the hotel still surprised me with a beautiful birthday dessert waiting in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel very special. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wonderful selection and excellent service. While everyone was fantastic, Huy stood out. He was incredibly attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. We were fortunate to have him assist us again the following morning, and we genuinely looked forward to seeing him at breakfast because of his warm and professional service. Our beautiful corner room was spacious and offered amazing views of the city. The bathroom was luxurious and provided plenty of closet and storage space. We have traveled to many incredible destinations, including the Maldives and Bora Bora, and while we've stayed at many beautiful resorts, the service at The Reverie Saigon truly stands out. The combination of luxury accommodations and exceptional hospitality made this a memorable stay, and we would gladly return.

This was one of the classiest, fanciest hotels we've been to. Centrally located in a lovely and walkable part of the city with a view that kept going. Absolutely lovely and really nice to enjoy, but can't talk about value because it was bundled in with other activities.
The Reverie Saigon is one of the most stunningly impressive hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment you arrive and are greeted personally, everything feels incredibly luxurious and beautifully executed. Our room was spectacular, with breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows and incredible views across the city and the river. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally warm and attentive, and we also absolutely loved the spa experience. Such a stunning and luxurious spa. Ms Phuong gave me the most incredible head massage treatment! The hotel offers a fantastic choice of restaurants across many different cuisines and we loved the breakfast. A big thank you to Ms Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy for her personal attention and giving us a tour of all the truly spectacular suites in the hotel. A really memorable and special stay and we are about to book two more visits to the Reverie in the coming two months. We cant wait to return there soon. Highly recommended!
We almost didn’t book The Reverie Saigon because the photos made it look a over the top for our taste, but the excellent reviews and central D1 location convinced us to try it - and we’re very glad we did. We stayed in a Panorama Room with incredible views overlooking Nguyen Hue Walking Street. From arrival to departure, the service was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. As we were celebrating our anniversary, our room was beautifully decorated on arrival, and later that evening a bottle of wine and sweets were delivered, which was a lovely surprise and made for a special first night in HCM. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches including his-and-hers sinks, a heated toilet seat, and luxurious Frette linens. Evening turndown included chocolates each night, which was another small detail we really appreciated. The hotel itself is stunning. While the décor is certainly opulent, it feels elegant rather than overwhelming, and there is something beautiful to notice in every corner. The tile work and marble finishes are incredible. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide buffet selection as well as an à la carte menu for additional made-to-order dishes. All of the staff here from check-in, to breakfast, and even the doormen, were friendly, welcoming and always had a smile for us. After exploring the city in the heat of HCM, Reverie Saigon was a luxurious haven to return to each day. We would happily stay here again and would absolutely return on our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.
We experienced a very difficult situation after losing our passports on the plane. Despite numerous calls to the airline and the airport, we couldn't find them. Fortunately, Mr. Loc from the hotel was incredibly helpful in assisting us in recovering them. He handled everything professionally and provided excellent support throughout the process. We sincerely thank Mr. Loc and the entire hotel staff for their outstanding service and kindness!
We had a wonderful stay The staff were all very kind and professional. The room was comfortable, and we especially loved the bathroom. We also appreciated that the refrigerator was replenished daily with water, beer, and other drinks, so we did not need to go out to a convenience store. Another highlight was the excellent service from the hotel. We were grateful that the staff kindly offered us a late check-out, which made our stay even more relaxing. The concierge service was also very helpful and responsive. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future.
Nothing in particular. We were very satisfied with our stay.
Very comfortable stay and staff are courteous and helpful
Not the best soundproofing; we could hear door slamming at night which woke us up
The Reverie Siagon was luxurious, amazing service and an awesome place to stay. Staff were delightful and so helpful and friendly. Located in district 1, close to many sights, food, bars and the river. Our room was so beautiful and comfortable, bed and pillows were great. A pillow menu was also available if you needed something more. Breakfast was a wide range of cuisines catering for all tastes. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10. Well done team ❤️❤️
Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. Fantastic location. Very luxurious
Loc and Truc concierge team were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed our stay.
We wanted a spectacular finish to our 3 week Vietnam trip & our travel agent recommended this hotel. It’s a perfect location, just outside the door is Nguyen Hue walking street, numerous restaurants, shops & tourist attractions. As soon as we arrived our jaws dropped at the opulence. Everywhere we looked was incredible. So over the top, but it worked! It wasn’t at all tacky. We had a warm welcome from the staff with a welcome drink & an upgrade. Our room was on the 34th floor with amazing river & city views. Took our breath away! The room was spotlessly clean, we loved the bath with TV & neck cushion, the bidet loo, double sinks, complimentary mini bar, coffee machine, slippers & robes, turndown service with chocolates, comfortable bed & amazing sheets, a separate dressing room & the TV that went up & down so as not to spoil the view! We were lucky enough to have the best view of the reunification day fireworks! Breakfast was amazing with a buffet or a menu to order from. We enjoyed fruits, cereal, eggs to order, steak, waffles, fresh juices & smoothies & coconuts. Honestly spoilt for choice. All of our interactions with staff were excellent, polite & professional & friendly. This is really what makes a stay in a hotel like this extraordinary. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
