En general la habitacion esta bien de tamaño para solo estar de visita un poco, el problema que vi es que no tiene muchas areas para poner por ejemplo en el caso de ser dos parejas en necesser, solo el closet sin alguna repisa, etc.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The hotel was well placed near to centre and not too noisy. The breakfast was good with continental and some hot cooked dishes. The rooms were a generous size with bedroom and separate lounge area. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean with nice bed linens and towels. The pizzeria made a good evening meal on the night we arrived.
The lounge and bedroom area was divided by a glass screen, it needs a marking on as I nearly walked into it one night. I was disappointed that there was not facilities to make a hot drink in the room. There was a coffee machine with 2 complimentary pods, after that if you needed more you had to pay. Disappointing in a hotel of that quality.

Location wasn’t great it did feel like it was in the poorer part of town. The lighting in room is poor, very dark, could do with some additional lighting around the mirror to be able to see what make up I was putting on my face.

Nichts. Hinweis für Reisende, die die Metro nutzen wollen: die Metrostation Faria Guimarães ist zwar näher zum Hotel gelegen, ein Teil des Weges ist derzeit durch Kanalbauarbeiten schwer zugänglich. Auch wenn das behoben wird, bleibt eine starke Steigung. Für Personen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen als Anreiseweg daher nicht zu empfehlen. Der Weg von der Metrostation Marques führt bergab zum Hotel.

Byliśmy przez 10 dni i codziennie! to samo śniadanie. Bardzo monotonne, nieurozmaicone, małe ilości. Brak warzyw-tylko ogórki, brak twarogu, ryb, mięsa np kiełbasek, parówek. Jajka tylko w postaci jajecznicy z proszku. Brak herbaty- trzeba było się prosić. W małej miseczce owsianka jak dla jednej osoby, 3 plastry szynki, sera. Personel czeka aż będzie dokładnie zero i wtedy uzupełnia. Bardzo rozczarowujące, na pewno nie jest to 4* a nawet nie 3. Brak miejsca do parkowania, tylko daleko położony parking za 50 euro za 3 dni.

Smells on the ground floor due to sewers. Staff were very resistant to allow me to go back to the room to look for a bag I left behind 10 minutes after check out. They insisted hotel staff do it. They couldn’t find the back. When I insisted I have a look myself they finally allowed me and I immediately found the bag. Not even an apology. Could have been handled better.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026El hotel está genial. La habitación era muy cómoda y amplia, el personal muy amable y el desayuno muy completo y de calidad. Además, cenamos un día en el restaurante y la comida estaba muy rica.
El hotel se encuentra a unos 15-20 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad y a unos 35 minutos de la zona del río, a nosotros eso no nos importó porque nos gusta pasear pero es algo a tener en cuenta si no queréis andar tanto o buscáis algo más céntrico.

Would have been good to have a little more storage in the room. Wardrobe good size but not many hangers and no drawers.

La camera molto spaziosa, letto materasso comodissimo un king size. Bagno comodo e curato nei dettagli: essenziali shampoo e creme presenti. Illuminazione curata nella stanza con pavimento in legno. La camera era sulla strada molto silenziosa in quanto doppi vetri. Colazione ottima ampia scelta. Personale gentile in tutto hotel. Non è un hotel in centro ma la sua posizione ci ha permesso di camminare tutti i giorni in questa maniera abbiamo potuto esplorare comodamente la città. Comodissimo il servizio taxi da Bolt, Uber con prezzi alquanto economici. Lo consiglierei a chiunque

Il y avait une odeur d’égouts dans la douche et les matelas étaient durs (mon copain préfère, moi non). On nous a fait payer les cafés que nous avons pris dans notre chambre (machine avec capsules), j’avoue que j’ai trouvé ça un peu fort de café…..!!

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Desayuno excelente. El personal muy amable y servicial. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, bonitas y confortables. El primer día comimos una pizza en el restaurante. Buenísima. El tema del parking lo tienen bien resuelto. Hay un aparcamiento cerca que ofrece bonos de 2 ó 3 días.
El único inconveniente es la ubicación. A 20 minutos del centro a pie. La ida hacia el centro es en bajada pero a la vuelta toca subir.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Staff were pleasant and always ready to help. Having a pizzeria within the hotel is very handy. The balcony / garden was wonderful for a couple of drinks late in the evening.
Our towels could not dry in the room (probably because of the air-conditioning) and there were no proper rails to hang them on.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026La habitación es muy cómoda, moderna y acogedora, tiene un pequeño balconcito que da a la parte trasera. Ahí se encuentra la terraza del hotel con unas mesas y unos asientos rollo chill out, puedes traer algo de comida de fuera y comerla ahí mismo.

De douche liep niet zo goed weg. Het water bleef best wel hoog staan in de douche.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Gostámos muito do hotel e do facto de ser dog friendly. A cama é bastante confortável, limpeza muito boa. O hotel tem também um jardim que é muito conveniente para quem leva cães e também para os restantes hóspedes. O staff foi muito simpático.
Correu tudo bem com a estadia, não há nada a apontar.

Die Atmosphäre beim Reinkommen in das Hotel ist düster und es riecht nach Problemen mit den Abwasserrohren. Der Frühstücksbereich ist direkt am Eingangsbereich und wirkt sehr gedrängt, dunkel und nicht einladend, weswegen ich dort nicht gefrühstückt habe. Die vermeintlich soundproof Räume filtern keine Geräusche von der Straße und auch vom Flur hört man alles.

There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom drain; and the toilet is in the room with just glass door. So all the smell came in the room. - small variety for breakfast for a 4 star hotel compared with other hotels

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026全てが最高でした。 スタッフの方々は皆さん親切で優しく、頼りになりました。部屋はとても綺麗に整備されていて、何も困ることはありません。朝食ビュッフェは素晴らしく、特にキッシュは絶品でした。2泊しましたが、メニューが少し違っていてどちらの日もとても美味しく幸せな朝になりました。 特に朝食ビュッフェでは友人が喉を痛めていることに気付いたスタッフの方に蜂蜜レモンティーを出して頂き、なんと素敵なおもてなしだろうと感激しました。 こちらのホテルのおかげで、ポルトの旅が何倍も素敵なものになりました。 ありがとうございました。

De kamer was kleiner dan verwacht, het ontbijt niet zo uitgebreid en de afstand tot het centrum viel toch een beetje tegen.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026We had a fantastic stay at Fontinha Hotel in Porto. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options, and the coffee was especially good. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s pizzeria, which serves delicious pizzas and is a great option after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and well maintained, making it an excellent choice for a stay in Porto. We would happily return and highly recommend it.
