Well placed in Heraklion.

The apartment wasn't very cosy and needed a bit more decoration for a warmer atmosphere.

The apartment was spacious, had all that was required for a few days stay except a toaster. Towels and breakfast items were replaced/provided daily as well as bins emptied daily. Beautiful little balcony with small clothes line.

Didn’t receive code to lock box so needed to ask someone to call owners to meet us and hand over keys.

it was central, walk to all, spacious, oddly there was a pic of a rooftop pool on the listing! breakfast was hit and miss, arrived too late most mornings but we just kept it for the next day,

breakfast could have been earlier, we went out most days and it hadnt arrived. its a bit basic but spacious. took a while to find it!

It was neat and clean , everything was spot on , bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good , balcony was great , place has an elevator.location was perfect , central to shopping and food.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i czyste pokoje. Mogłyby być jednak zaopatrzone w większą ilość mebli/stolików, było dość mało miejsca na odłożenie rzeczy czy kosmetyków. Właściciele przyjaźni i pomocni.

La vicinanza al centro e ai luoghi da visitare ha reso il soggiorno molto semplice e comodo. Vicino alla fermata dei bus che portano in aeroporto e alle spiagge. Facilmente raggiungibili i punti di incontro per le varie escursioni. Dopo un giorno già non usavo più google maps Wifi veloce e funzionante anche in ascensore! Abbiamo comunicato con I proprietari di casa con WhatsApp che ci hanno assistito in piccoli problemi e consigliato come muoversi. Molto gentili e collaboranti per un disguido con il deposito bagagli l'ultimo giorno Consigliato vivamente

It was a modern accommodation in the city center, close to the main tourist attractions of Crete's most famous city. It was well-equipped and spacious, featuring a balcony view of a famous church currently undergoing renovation, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very charming bedroom. The owner was very attentive and responsive to our needs, so he certainly deserves our highest praise. All in all, we give it a top rating and hope to return for a city break as soon as possible.

In the city centre with many restaurants within walking distance, the hospitality was brilliant. It seems very basic but everything one needs for the stay is there. The place was so clean and spacious.

The breakfast included was a bit disappointing. No choice of cereal, only white bread, eggs on only one day. Light in main room with sofa bed woke kids up unlike main bedroom that had blinds.

The location is great, and the view from the terrace is definitely one of the property’s best features. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The room looked much better in the photos than it did in reality. It felt like an old property that had been given a quick cosmetic renovation rather than a proper refurbishment. The kitchen area and several other parts already showed noticeable wear. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast, which consisted of a few pre-packaged items left on the table. It was very limited and far below our expectations. Overall, the staff was polite, but the property did not offer good value for the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.

wonderful accommodation, beautiful style, house equipment, washing machine was a big bonus, excellent communication. We will definitely be happy to return, we recommend it.

דירה נפלאה במיקום מעולה ונוח, קרובה להכל. יש בדירה הכל, חיכתה לנו ארוחת בןקר ואפילו יין בחדר. חדר השינה גדול, מרפסת עם נוף פתוח והמארחים היו נחמדים וענו במהירות. היו הוראות מפורטות וברורות לצ׳ק אין העצמאי שעשינו. יש באיזור חניון למי שמגיע עם רכב.

Skvělá lokalita, prostorný apartmán, komunikace s majitelem před příjezdem, informace na webu ubytovani pro přijízdejícíi.

Jediné místo na Krétě, kde jsme si museli sami připravit 2 postele. Navíc rozkladací gauč byl napul rozbitý a u přistýlek nebylo dlouho uklizeno, takže jsme si museli zamést zbytky chipsů, vlasů a sponek. Paní na uklízrni se očividně snaží, ale má několik blind spots. Kromě jiného, dvířka v kuchyni nemají úchytky, ale dirky a pokud chcete k odpadkovému koši, tak se skoro přilepíte. Jinak byl apartmán ale čistý, rozhodně to nebyl špatný pobyt.

L’anonymat! Entrée avec boîtier… si vous aimez rencontrer vos hôtes, vous êtes frustrés. L’équipement est suffisant mais un peu succinct.

Emplacement idéal dans le centre. Communication excellente. Appartement spacieux et confortable.

Déco un peu minimaliste mais en vrai on s’en fiche. Zappez le petit déjeuner il est emballé dans du plastique, et le fruit pas mûre c’est un peu dommage au pays de la pastèque et du melon.

Emplacement idéal, au cœur de la vieille ville. Quartier calme, malgré la proximité des commerces et des tavernes. Tout est à portée de pied, y compris bus et taxi. Etages supérieurs avec vue, grande terrasse (mais sans ombre). Ascenseur. Equipement cuisine minimaliste. Appartement spacieux.

La propreté laisse à désirer. Salle de bain étroite, pas de possibilité de poser une trousse de toilette ou quoi que ce soit. Ameublement et décoration bon marché et minimaliste. Petit déjeuner industriel, pas de pain frais. Accueil inexistant (le propriétaire a toujours un dîner de famille lorsque ses hôtes arrivent donc il n'est jamais là). On ressent le goût du lucre plutôt que la philoxenia grecque traditionnelle. Le propriétaire a toutefois été réactif face aux problèmes, nous fournissant un autre appartement lorsque nous avons découvert que le matelas était pourri.

Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική δίπλα στο κέντρο. Οι οικοδεσπότες και το προσωπικό μπου φροντίζει τα διαμερίσματα ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικότατοι (μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα μια ώρα παραπάνω για να τελειώσω μια τηλεδιάσκεψη). Δωμάτια και χώροι άνετοι, το κρεββάτι άνετο. Ωραία διακόσμηση.

Το πρωϊνό δεν είχε ποικιλία (ίδιο και τις 4 μέρες, θα μπορούσε να περιλαμβάνει σάντουιτσ, γλυκό/τοπικά προϊόντα) και θα μπορούσαν τα σαμπουάν.αφρόλουτρα στο μπάνιο να ήταν καλύτερης ποιότητας. Λεπτομέρειες που θα σήμαιναν πολλά για τους φιλοξενούμενους.

Great location, easy access, clean and comfortable. Everything was walkable and we stepped well thanks to air conditioned bedroom! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Estaba muy céntrico. Muy limpio. Decoración muy original. Te dan indicaciones donde puedes cenar e incluye un básico desayuno. Me gusto la terraza para cenar

Nada. Es un apartamento básico para pasar un par de días. Cuida la estética tipo juvenil. Un poco jaleo para aparcar. Pero te dan opciones de pago.

The property is spacious and clean. The owner left breakfast for us and a small bottle of wine which was nice.

La localisation est bien et la chambre tres bien tenue et jolie + petit espace exterieur avec vue sur une partie de la ville

Un peu difficile de se stationner à proximité mais le Robotic Parking n'est pas très loin. Prévenue la veille que les propriétaires seraient absents mais ils nous ont donné des consignes claires pour récupérer les clés et les rendre le lendemain (1 seule nuit sur place)

The location was perfect, close to the main square and a short walk to the waterfront and the walk along the walls of the city. Easy to access from the airport by bus. Close to the archeological museum, don't skip it! Easy bus ride to Knossos.

Having to remember to turn on the hot water for the shower.

Central location

No parking for cars. Suggested parking in streets and opposite were useless. Had to use the robotic parking garage 15 minutes away. Owner was not there to help when we arrived but did send an apology. Shower cubicle was very small and had no shelf for soap. Couch in living room was uncomfortable as it was actually a fold out bed.

l'appartement est bien placé dans la ville, il est à proximité d'un parking payant 18 euros la journée, il est à 10 minutes à pied du musée et des restaurants. Il possède un petit balcon avec une jolie vue . Il est propre, la literie est confortable. le petit dejeuner agréable ainsi que les petites intentions.

le canapé lit n'est pas super confort. et nous sommes situés en ville donc il y a du bruit.

Très très bien situé pour visiter Heraklion à pied. Stationnement robotisé Plastira à 8€ par jour, je recommande. Suite spacieuse, complète et propre. Nous n’avons pas rencontré les propriétaires mais l’entrée s’est bien déroulée.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und die gesamte Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Wohnbereich war ausgesprochen sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Gastgeber haben uns eine sehr detaillierte Anreisebeschreibung geschickt, sodass wir es gleich ohne Probleme gefunden haben. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Location was convenient for the walking area of town, and to sites such as the Archaeological Museum and port. Suite was very spacious with lovely view towards the church. Excellent breakfast. Very thoughtful bottle of wine provided.

The unreliability of hot water in the shower. Despite my using the heater switch and waiting, the water never got beyond tepidly warm in shower. Had hot water in the kitchen sink, but not the shower! Shower would also be improved by having a caddy for placing shower toiletries instead of having to place on ground.

Super Lage, alles gut organisiert, Balkon mit toller Aussicht, Wohnung gut ausgestattet und mit Gastgeschenk (Flasche Wein).

Das Bett war leider eine Vollkatastrophe und hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt, sodass wir leider kaum schlafen konnten. Frühstück war schon am Abend davor auf dem Zimmer und bestand aus Toast und Cornflakes, was wir beides nicht essen, sodass wir trotzdem außerhalb Frühstück besorgen mussten.

The property has a perfect location. Owners were very responsive and allowed a late check out when our flight arrive late the night prior. The bed was comfortable. Patio is lovely. The whole space was much bigger than anticipated. It felt like a true apartment versus a hotel (in the best way). The breakfast that was laid out for us with milk, juice, wine, fruit, eggs, etc was very thoughtful. Great space!!!!

O apartamento é muito próximo do centro e de pontos de ônibus úteis para o aeroporto e Palácio de Knossos! Além disso, é bem espaçoso, iluminado e equipado.

I had mistakenly thought this was a 2 bedroom apartment but it's just 1 with a sofa in the living/kitchen area.

The apartment had a good view and a nice terrace, spacious rooms and welcoming gifts from the hosts were a really nice touch. The property is in a central location so it was easy to reach the city centre. It was easy to check in and check out. The apartment had all the necessary amenities. Very very comfortable bed

The decor of the apartment is very old fashioned, a lot of worn off places, like you see damaged floors and window blinds and walls. The apartment was a little bit cold as old AC takes a while to heat up. You can hear neighbors while in the bathroom very clearly. Although the breakfast was provided it was really really minimal, like 2 eggs for 2 people and some bread with jam, Could be a bit more if you are providing this service.

Pour se garer, pas simple. Le petit déjeuner pas top du tout. Que des produits de basse qualité. Pas d’accueil physique. Les échanges par sms sans réponse. Uniquement par booking. Réponses t’arrives ce qui est difficile de s’organiser pour programmer votre séjour et surtout quand vous n’avez pas de réseau.

Goede locatie. Dicht bij openbaar vervoer en centrum . Alle beienswaardigheden op wandelafstand. Knossos op 20 min met de bus. Omringd door restaurantjes. Rustige ligging. Heerlijk terrasje. Ontbijt voorzien

Chambre agréable et spacieuse, canapé lit correct. Trop de luminosité la nuit et de bruits dans la rue! Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas top... Rajouter 18 euros de parking!

The view from the place is lovely, location is very convenient.

Communication with the owner wasn’t great. We booked for 3 people and only received 2 comforters, we asked for the third comforter and never received it. We asked if we could leave our luggage before check-in - we had to ask twice. The place was poorly designed- shower flooding the bathroom, no room to put your toiletries, same with the rooms- very little room to put your items. Breakfast was a nice touch, but not great quality.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καλό, άνετο και καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία κεντρική και η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες άμεση. Για τη σύντομη διαμονή μου, άριστο.

Το πρωινό το βρήκα φτωχό σε επιλογές και σε ποσότητα. Ευτυχώς που είχαν βάλει όλες τις παροχές του δίκλινου, οπότε έφαγα πρωινό για δύο άτομα.

Το πρόγευμα ήταν αρκετά καλό και η τιμή σε λογικά επίπεδα.

Χαμηλό επίπεδο καθαριότητας και εμφανή σημάδια φθοράς. Το WiFi δεν λειτουργούσε (ξεθωριασμένος κωδικός), ο καναπές ήταν άβολος και μη εργονομικός, ενώ στο μπάνιο υπήρχε μόνο κουρτίνα με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά να βγαίνουν έξω. Επιπλέον, υπήρξε πλήρης έλλειψη ανταπόκρισης σε θέμα υγείας, με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχουμε καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Οι παροχές ήταν πρόχειρες (π.χ. φρούτο σε κακή κατάσταση) και γενικά έλειπε οργάνωση.
