Hotel Boutique Casa chunuu Santa Marta

The pool, the bed, the decoration.

The fact that because there were events, there was never food available at the restaurant for the guests that actually stay at the hotel. Then the noise, I specifically chose this hotel because it was away from the party hotels and loud people as in the reviews it said it was quiet, but then one of the events lasted until late at night with live loud music and people screaming outside our door.

Todo. La habitación amplia, decorada con buen gusto. La atención de todo el personal.

Nada.

Tudo

The vibe is so nice, the staff is very helpful and professional

We run out of light not an issue of the hotel but of the city, so we couldn’t use the sauna but they had a generator so everything else was working.

I loved everything.

Easy to find and super helpful staff. They let us store luggage while we went into Santa Marta early. Accommodation was very clear, comfortable and unique.

Fantastic breakfast

Good place to stay for a short time. Breakfast was less than average. Nice room, colorful, eco-friendly.

Awesome property, and the staff is always amazing !!!!

Nothing

It was very noisy they played loud music most of the night. The restaurant only had 2 entrees on the menu. They only cleaned the room once and changed the towels once, in the 7 days we stayed stayed there

We liked the theme and decorations of the place. Manager was very friendly and the terrace was very cosy. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe.

The night we arrived, there was an event happening but we were not notified and our room was right behind the events room so we couldn’t sleep until midnight.

Friendly and helpful people Overall, it looks nice during the night , be aware that hygienic standards are different and the price is really high compared to other hotels. I expected more because I thought for this price I should get more.

No English Swimming pool has no sunny area

safe location, nice staff

room was facing inner court yard.

I just can't pick. Everything is just lovely about the place. Nice and clean rooms. Amazing staff. Great food. Safe neighborhood.

The facilities are good. The rooms are nice and bright with big tvs

A pair of nice shorts have been lost and misplaced when i got my washing done. I never got them back with my clothes. The property across the street plays music until 3:3am every evening.

Excellent service from all the staff, really friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful with lots of lovely details. Our dog was made very welcome. We loved the pool, sauna and Turkish. The rooftop terrace has great views and a welcome breeze. Comfy beds.

There was a problem with WiFi while we were there.
