Needed to stay randomly after Heathrow lockdown , because we were with child it was great choise. About 50€ with Uber from Heathrow. Family room was huge. Probably coming back for LEGOLAND also.
Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Kids were happy with playroom and plenty of Lego around.
I didn't like the breakfast, poor offer and bo healthy options.
Attention to detail and clean
Kids beds a little uncomfortable
Great hotel great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff
Restaurant had good selection but was very expensive
The magical details of staying at this hotel were so appreciated - the decor, the Lego in the rooms, Lego everywhere frankly! Staff were so welcoming and kind, we loved the entertainment in the evening and getting to enter the park early in the morning. A real treat money wise but the kids were absolutely over the moon about it. The room set up was also great, the kids bunk bed area almost felt like a separate room.
I read a few times that the food on site isn't great and this was true unfortunately and you don't have a lot of options once there so have to go with the restaurants there. Absolutely fine for the kids to have a load of beige food but would have been nice to have slightly better options for the adults as the food is obviously pricey. A few areas are looking a little shabby and in need of a refresh but honestly it doesn't take away much from the magic of it all!
The location was fantastic and very close to Legoland. The room was gorgeous and very family friendly and spacious
We were disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance.
Location to Legoland Staff were friendly and polite
The hotel is dated and tired. Everything closes at 9pm, and they even ran out of beer by 6pm (broken pumps?). 2 elevators to serve hundreds of guests meant long waits. Food was basic.
Friendly staff and cleanliness
Lodges were nice
There arent staff at the places they need to be. You need wait at reception/bar etc till they come back from.doing something else. Very annoying. You have to work out how to do everything youraelf.
Perfect for kids. Also for the big kid in adults. I loved it
No mirrors. Only in bathroom. The price of eating in restaurant for 2 adults and 1 kid was absolutely ridiculous. We ate first night. After cheaper to get uber for food.
Temiz, eğlenceli, çalışanların yardımsever ve kibarlığı
Her şey çok iyiydi
Lots to look around at and keep yourself occupied. Lego theme was brilliant! Kids enjoyed looking at all the figures in reception.
It was a long walk to the golf which I didn’t realise and didn’t have a car.
The staff were absolutely amazing
The food could have been better
Themenzimmer
Excellent Knights’ room Supportive staff at reception Plenty of kids facilities to play with Nice & clean hotel
Very Poor breakfast …. They asked to select slot. When we attended at the selected slot, everything in hot /cold food was almost finished, even fruit was only two apples available. Parking far off from the hotel, dragging luggage especially with kids is a big issue. Not value for money
The rides were fun. And the golf was awesome.
Ques and waiting to get on rides
So handy for legoland. Our grandson loved his room & the many play areas
Prices. Food & drinks expensive on site restaurant & food was just ok.
Close to Legoland and ample parking
No air conditioning in the woodland units and it was 36c Food menu for woodland restaurant was terrible, kids wouldn’t eat 90% of what was on offer
Staff was nice and the location is good with under 1h drive to central London
No air conditioning. The bed lines were dirty and hairs were on two bed lines
Super staff
Tricky trying to find out what meals contained if you were following a specific diet
Beautiful asthetically, clean and pretty new
No air con, it was 34 degrees, we were given two table top fans- these did not ease the heat/situation- no sleep had
Excellent accommodation..clean and smart with Lego theme and very big
Nothing

The room was amazing
The food in the mornung and in the evning
The woodland lodges are excellent. Very clean. The breakfast was very good.
Dinner in the clubhouse was very expensive
Very polite staff and very helpful
It’s quite expensive for one night. The room is quite basic for me. It’s not worth £448
parking was a nightmare.....I should have had a complimentary e-ticket parking pass form booking.com in my confirmation email and this was not the case. The staff printed one out for me each day but this experience could have been better
We don’t all drive !! Stayed here to attend Royal Ascot, and they were quite a few few people that had done that! I hadn’t realised there were two hotels at Legoland. All my email said The Windsor Resort. So I had to take a cab there from Legoland Main entrance costing me £10 and then when I got there they told me I was staying at the other hotel so it cost me another £9 to get a taxi back and about two hours of my day…. From the bus stop to the hotel on further trips it was a very confusing walk across large empty car parks.. The food we were buying in the evening and the restaurant was awful, very expensive, small portions, the spaghetti Bolognese was terrible. All food menus had to be downloaded with a Q card, which I hate! Not a good experience for me at all.
Lovely log cabin very clean and new, beautifully decorated, fridge and kettle. Climbing apparatus and slides outside each group of cabins. Very well organised. Levi animals and people all over the place. Put 4 year old was in her element.
Food was very expensive. Needs air con in cabins 2 fans provided but still very hot although it did reach 30’ outside.
We lived in Woodland Village; it is almost a grandmother's house in the woods. A very calm and beautiful place, with playgrounds near every house! Only one thing which may disturb is that it is around a 7-minute walk from Legoland Park.
Great surroundings, woodland village lots of fun.
Not cheap, but worth it.
Kids loved it
The set up wasn’t clear, you’ve to book breakfast well in advance of your arrival to ensure you can get a practical time, you’ve to book the swimming pool also again well in advance of your arrival I order to get a practical time, food was very poor quality on site and mega expensive
Great location, very friendly staff, rooms are imaginative for young children.
When booking a room , note that the type of room you chose dictates what part of the hotel you will sleep in, with each part being different with different facilities and each part is very far away from the other ( example: we stayed in a part of the hotel that was a 10 minute drive from the section with the swimming pool) this is unclear when booking. Rooms are a bit outdated and need upkeep, water in the shower are not hot enough, breakfast in below average.
Absolutely loved the woodland lodges so much to do and so close to the park.
The only small thing was the wait to get in to breakfast.
The accommodation, location & breakfast.
Having to use an app to order breakfast.
Kids enjoyed it
I stayed at Woodville Village different to the resort, and didn't have the correct paperwork from booking.com. different location.
Lots to do, kids show in evening, ease of access, not too big
Restaurant not enough staff, waiting times for seating and drinks v long. Ants in restaurant Bricks,
We loved the accommodation and play areas. The restaurant was also great and the entertainment was good. The meals were good - just when we arrived for breakfast each day the pastries were finished and not replenished.
We really enjoyed everything - thank you
Comfortable
Perfect
The cabins were clean and ideal for a family wanting to stay close to the park. Despite being semi-attached they were extremely quiet. Kids loved it.
Check-in felt like it could be streamlined to reduce wait times. Breakfast only had one staff member on seating families, again adding a delay. Continental breakfast and drinks counters were laid out in an illogical way. Having cups underneath where others are filling cups on top created a chaotic experience. It'd be better to have cups/bowls at one end and drinks/cereal at the other creating a one-way system and keeping things orderly. Our QR order didn't reach the kitchen for breakfast despite receiving an email confirmation. After 40mins being sat there we eventually went to the kitchen to enquire. A member of staff did rectify the issue promptly but this left us late to enter the park. No anti-slip mat for shower. Little man slipped over so we had to put a towel in the bottom.
Loved everything!
A wonderful experience the hotels facilitate for the children were brilliant and we were keeper up to date with information prior to our arrival. Staff most helpful
There wasn't anything
The kids loved it and everything is aimed at their enjoyment
The location for the theme park was perfect, but little else nearby
The "entertainment" was a little light and not very long
Only good thing was proximity to Legoland Park.
Over priced for room as it wasn't the cleanest. Staff not helpful at all. Was standing next to a person who wanted to check in and was told she had to wait 4 more mins until 1600 which was the check in time. Staff had no idea and couldn't answer questions that were asked. Food offered wasnt the greatest. Over rated accommodation. Need older staff to be able to make decisions based on maturity rather than policy.
Stayed in a Woodland Lodge...fast check in, clean and comfortable. Early entrance to the park.
Booked a table for dinner and breakfast. At dinner we were seated promptly but then sat there for 20 minutes waiting for drinks! 2 waitresses were stood chatting! We left and I drove to dominoes in Windsor. Breakfast was lukewarm.
Nice chalet
I was there because my son his wife and children were staying at resort hotel and found it very difficult to get from chalet to main hotel. Bus stop was far from entrance and no signs indicating location of bus stop.
Not enough adult activities like hot tub and very overpriced on food and drinks
Overpriced
Very clean and well kept, the little extra touch of completing the puzzle to unlock the secret cupboard where we received some nice Lego gifts.
Nothing
Staff were good bud food was very poor.
When made booking on booking.com specifically selected Legoland Resort Hotel but when arrived found out its booked in Woodland village, missleading by the booking.com. won't use it again.
It had been extrémny Close to gate of the park. The park on its own good entertainment for kids. Very engaging to kids. Customers help very helpful
Had found lot of information about stay once we arrived. Parking tickets which I did not have to purchase for visit to LEGOLAND as had been included in stay as did not know before
Most helpful staff member has to be the lovely lady in the play room. Had all the information for the whole hotel really.
The thin walls at night... Could hear every noise made by next doors guests.
All was good 😊
Nothing all was perfect
The breakfast was great. The hotel was very clean , good staff and friendly atmosphere
The menu in the brick restuarant was not great. Sky bar food was hit and miss . Chicken burger was good, pizza poor quality , loaded fries poor quality , children's pizza poor quality. The evening entertainment was poor, wouldn't suit children over 7 or 8 years old.

What guests love
Areas to consider
Cleanliness
7.5/10Many reviews call the hotel and lodges 'clean' and 'very clean', but there are isolated reports of dirty bed linens and hairs and some housekeeping inconsistencies, so cleanliness is slightly below target.
Service
9.5/10Service is a standout positive in many reviews: staff repeatedly described as friendly, amazing, supportive and 'went above and beyond'. A small number mention slow staffing at reception/bar, but overall service sentiment is very strong.
Location
9/10Location is repeatedly praised for being close to LEGOLAND and within an hour of central London; convenient for park access and early entry despite some complaints about parking distance.
Room Quality
7.5/10Rooms and themed lodges are praised for being spacious and well themed, but there are negatives: lack of air conditioning in woodland units, missing mirrors, and a few reports of basic/underwhelming room fittings.
Amenities
8.5/10Strong family/kids amenities (themed rooms, play areas, rides, golf, early entry) but issues reported with queues for rides, a closed pool, and some logistical problems (parking distance).
Value for Money
6.5/10Multiple complaints that the hotel is expensive and 'not value for money' for what was received (examples of very high one-night costs and expensive on-site pricing).
Food and Beverage
6.5/10Consistent negative comments about food: expensive menus, poor quality or not child-friendly options, breakfast running out/poor service and limited dietary information, so food/beverage scores are low.
Overall Experience
9/10Many guests report memorable family experiences, excellent staff and great kid-focused features that made trips special; negatives (heat, food, parking) lower some stays but overall sentiment is very positive.
