Lovely room, great location- easy to get into the town centre. Great recommendations from Caroline and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou for a great stay.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is a gem of a place and we highly recommend to stay here. Caroline is the wonderful owner and is there in the morning with her delicious breakfast and she provided us vegan & (low cholesterol diet) breakfasts that were outstanding.

Host Caroline was very welcoming and had fans and windows open in the room for our arrival and was happy to take the time to tell us avout the area. Very nice to come and go as toy please. Amazing full english for breakfast.

It’s very quaint. Clean. Bed was comfortable. The owner was great. She went out of her way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too.

Lack of a/c when it’s 90+ degrees F in England.

We stayed in the studio apartment which has a small kitchen with a microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. It was perfect for the two of us, and within easy reach of Heathrow Airport. Caroline was a very thoughtful and gracious hostess, and we appreciated having a fan in the room which helped cool the room down during the recent spate of hot weather in the UK. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Would certainly stay here again.

The host, Caroline, was friendly and welcoming, and serves a really lovely Breakfast! Would definitely recommend ☺️

Nothing to dislike

We had a great stay at Park Farm B&B, Caroline was very friendly and helpful. I was worried as it was one of the hottest days and knew there was no air con but Caroline had prepared the room by closing the blinds and setting up a fan before we arrived so it was lovely and cool. We had a very comfortable night and the breakfast was also very good.

Facilities were good but due to the heat it would have made it better if we had bottles of water available in the room. Just a suggestion for future guests. Thankfully there is a convenience shop literally across the road so we could get some fluids for the room.

Was a complete lodge with everything you need. Host communicated brilliantly by detailed text messages. Breakfast was great.

Wi-Fi went off at night, but that's a small thing really.

The property was tastefully decorated to a high standard, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The twin room was a good size and well laid out. Breakfast was fabulous( especially the homemade banana bread) and the lady owner very attentive and welcoming. The property felt safe and on site parking was a real bonus.

It was a little warm in the room, there was a small fan( no aircon) but we visited during a heatwave. The road noise bothered my mum who is a light sleeper but I wear earplugs so no bother for me.

Caroline was so friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is close to Windsor racecourse, Windsor centre, Legoland with good transport links and a pub opposite! Perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you Caroline for a wonderful stay.

The property was very clean, a hostess Caroline greeted us welcoming with the information how to get out and about. Free parking is always a bonus. The bathroom was also very clean, working well and had everything you would need.

The room was small, in fact it was that small so a tea tray with a kettle and cookies etc was placed inside of the wardrobe, making it very difficult to use. On the hot summer night we had a thick quilt on the bed and there were no sheets to use instead. It was a sleepless night. The location is a driving distance via car or taxi for food or sightseeing.

Great place, very comfortable and Caroline was a wonderful host.

Lovely room and well ventilated when we arrived with fan on to cool us down. Weather was very hot. Caroline was a great host, B&B was lovely and clean, breakfast was perfect and very good choice options, loved the melon.

Would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water in room when weather is so hot. Some extra firmer pillows would go down nice too.

The rooms were cute and clean. Easy to park. Wonderful host, and awesome breakfast.

Our hostess Caroline was very helpful and accommodating. She had an easy way with us as guests and made us feel at home.

The Park Farm is not a farm, but only called by that name. It sits at a busy intersection on the south side of Windsor, about a 10 minute drive from Windsor Castle and the area of tourist interest around it.

Clean and good location

The rooms are sweat boxes, no ventilation and no aircon, don’t stay here during hot weather, a small fan in the room! The beds are uncomfortable too!

Park Farm was the best b and b I have ever stayed in and as I have stopped in many over the years as I do not drive that is saying something. It was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money.

The only downside was a slight smell from the shower drain once you were in the cubicle.

Location was great, the bus is very quick into the centre. The room was lovely and clean and we were both so impressed with how comfy the bed was! Breakfast was excellent, lovely choice and Caroline was so happy to accommodate choice.

The shower took a little while to master finding the perfect temperature as its a mixer style, but not a big problem!

It was simply charming. Everyone, staff and guests, seemed infused with the same pleasantness. Parking, opening the door, sitting at breakfast was all a pleasure because of the gentility of the surroundings and people.

Just a few minutes drive from Windsor centre and Legoland. We stayed in a double bedroom which was a good size.

We stayed in the middle of a heat wave, which no one has control over. However, we were only supplied with a tiny fan which didn’t help to cool down the room. A more upmarket model might have helped more. We slept with the windows open to let some cool air in but the farm is right on the main road so bring your earplugs if you struggle with noise. The bathroom has a window but you can’t open it which meant that we could literally be in there for a few minutes before it became a sauna. Also, it was clean but not spotless. We found some hair in the bath.

The location was fantastic. All the information in the room regarding transport etc. The Prince Albert pud over the road was excellent food and atmosphere was really good. The breakfast options were really good cooked fresh amazing.

Great B&B -Good location 30 minute walk to the town centre or £7 in a taxi - Caroline the host extremely helpful with recommendations and a lovely lady. Room was clean and tidy with everything you need, even ear plugs, provided. Breakfast was excellent cereals and fresh cooked breakfast. Recommend

Our host, Caroline, was so friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful! Our stay was in The Long Walk room which overlooked the front of the property. The shower was great and had plenty of space, as did the lovely decorated room! Although there was a busy road infront, the sound of traffic was absorbed by the hedge at the side of the parking area. Very easy to find accommodation and reasonably close to Windsor and local shops with a pub chain restaurant right across the road. The traffic is controlled with lights so the road is easy to cross! Breakfast was hot and tasty and there was a selection of very yummy homemade cake, packaged croissants etc, fruit and yoghurt.

I am so sorry, but, for me, we were unable to enjoy the comfort of the good quality i-gel mattress (it was underneath) as there is a large, thick sheet of memory foam over the mattress. I guess the mattress has been damaged(?) I am sure it will be replaced soon but the memory foam made me extremely hot and wasn't that comfortable. I would like to stay again but I would not like to use that particular mattress again. maybe I am too fussy but I always use my own pillow for health reasons unfortunately, the pillows didn't have the best pillow slips plus the pillows need covers inside the pillow slips.

The bed and chairs were so comfortable. So cozy, it was like being at grandma's house. Very conveniently located. Wonderful breakfast as well.

Very welcoming host, nothing too much trouble. We needed an earlier than normal breakfast to start a charity walk which Caroline did with a smile. The Laundry Room was a nice size and the bath very welcome after our 26 mile walk. The location is easy to find, with parking on site. Good pub food and a convenience store directly opposite were a good asset too.

Caroline was exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also more than ample with a wide variety of choices hot and cold. Caroline clearly takes great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming B&B Location is good as the 702 bus to Windsor stops near Park Farm

Accommodation was nice bit noisy outside being next to a busy rd and a junction but it was clean n bed was comfy.

Disappointed in the bacon not sure what kind but weird taste, a few hairs were found in the breakfast.

My husband and I stayed for one night only. We had delicious breakfast, the room was lovely and clean. The location was excellent but most of all, Caroline was a fabulous host!

The property was wonderful stayed there before and will definitely stay again. Host is very amenable and gracious great value for the money. Clean and not a thing I could say negatively location is great for visiting Windsor. Highly recommend staying here

Everything was planned and provided for and we had a very comfortable, quiet break. Caroline had obviously thought carefully about her guests comfort, enjoyment and wellbeing.

We loved our stay here and really appreciated our hosts kind and attentive manner. There are 5 or so parking spaces available. Our room was quite big with a bathroom (loved the heater!) And a comfy double bed. Breakfast was lovely with a buffet of fruit, cakes and cereal as well as made to order cooked options. Vegan options available too, which we much appreciated. Thanks also for the recommendations for our visit to Windsor castle, saved our day (or at least our visit to the Doll's House ;-))

The B&B is located a good 35 minutes walk from the center/castle which we of course knew but still underestimated. We had dinner at the pub across the street and can't recommend.

Delightful B&B, Caroline is an excellent host. Very pleasant & comfortable room. Very good breakfast Although it's on a fairly busy road the building is set back and we heard no traffic noise Location was good for us as meeting family nearby. We travelled by car, but I did note that it's on bus routes to London/Legoland (702) and Heathrow T5/ Bracknell (703) as well as local buses into Windsor

What an absolute dream! We needed a short break just to recharge so was delighted to make a last minute booking at this little gem. On arrival we were met by the lovely Caroline who kindly offered us the separate chalet which we accepted. The suite was beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped which included a washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. A full range breakfast was offered and it did not disappoint, all freshly cooked. A very accommodating proprietor and I would definitely recommend a stay at Park Farm. Thank you Caroline!

After a long journey it was lovely to arrive at my room. It was clean, cosy and I felt very safe for a lone female traveller. Caroline had been very responsive to queries before I arrived and made a very delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Bed was comfy, shower was a great temperature and had good power, lovely towels and nice touches in the room (robe, slippers, kettle etc). Parking on site was a big bonus for Windsor. I thought I couldn’t have stayed anywhere better for the price I paid. This will be my first choice for accommodation when I next come to Windsor for work.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated and spotless. Breakfast plentiful. Pleasant walk through the fields to Windsor Castle.

Park Farm is a wonderful place to stay, it is exceptionally clean and well decorated. The breakfast menu is extensive, from the continental to the beautifully cooked and presented English breakfast. Caroline is a perfect host, from her friendly welcome to her attentive care to her guests' needs. I will be recommending Park Farm to family and friends and hope to make a return visit in the near future.

It was a short flying trip for work but a great stay, the room was lovely and modern, super comfortable, very clean, hosts were really helpful and friendly. The robe and fan in the room was a nice touch. I felt really safe and well looked after. Easy to locate and easy access to the room. Will definitely book again when working in the area next.

The room next to me had the TV near the wall of where the bed in my room was, unfortunately the guest in that room had the TV on really loud and until very late so it was a bit annoying being right next to it. This was the only negative and possible suggestion to maybe move the position of the TV in the other room if that is possible but really this is only a small thing.

Nice place to stay, just outside the centre so accessible by bus or taxi. There is also local places you can visit if you don't want to go a mile into the centre. Hostess Caroline was great and made sure everything was good for our stay, you get a better feel that you are being looked after than at some Hotel chain. Breakfast was great, no complaint at all, nice cooked breakfast and a good choice of continental. I stayed in the Budget Double Room, and it was spacious enough for me. Room was clean, and all tidy, it felt a shame that my bag was messy! I will not hesitate to book this B&B again if I need to stay in the area.
