Overall nice experience, bit staff makes it stand out. 2 ladies in kids area very friendly, restaurant staff very attentive, pool area staff extremely nice as well.

Absolutely amazing, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Upon arrival we received a complementary upgrade, service was amazing, room was super clean and new.

Very nice service

The hotel does have the wow factor with the interior design and decor throughout. The hotel room was spacious, cleaned everyday and had many bottles of water (that was needed in the Dubai sun). Breakfast choice was very good. Breakfast drinks orders were very hit and miss. Sometimes we got half an order, sometimes we didn’t get any. Hot drinks are available within the breakfast room, but it would be advisable to either offer an order system or decide not. Many times we had finished our breakfast and were unsure whether we had a coffee coming or not. The on site restaurant - Roaring Rabbit - was very eye catching. The food was spectacular especially the tikka masala and steak sandwich. Happy hour drinks are good. The rooftop bar was stunning, although keep an eye on your order/bill as if you don’t say single shot they will provide and charge for a double. Pool and beach area was clean and comfortable. The cool boxes were a nice touch as were the ice lollies. The daiquiri deal was very good value too. All in all a good hotel with many positives.

The quality of service and care was exceptional. I was really happy and my family had a brilliant time. We particularly enjoyed the pool areas and the beach as well as the pool bar. Food was amazing from breakfast brunch to the rooftop dining. Plenty of options to eat and drink. We will be back again indeed!

Loved the experience! The staff the beach the breakfast, housekeeping, everything was perfect! Except the pool is not deep and the beach access needs to be cleaned off the shells like Jumeirah beach hotel does.

We stayed for three nights at the Taj Exotica and loved it. Staff were very nice and helpful, food options were good, pool was great - just all round a good experience. In terms of areas for improvement - suggest the gym is a bit cooler, it was quite hot in there. Massages are prohibitively expensive for the average person and there were no 60 minute options.

A true 5 star luxury experience. Everything was perfect from our accomodation of a late night arrival, friendly & helpful staff, late check-out convenience to the excellent rooms and all other facilities and food. Did not have anything negative or critcism.

What an amazing stay at the Taj Exotica! We did some thorough research on hotels before choosing, especially as we were travelling with 2 children aged 6 months and 3 years. The Taj Exotica did not disappoint one bit! From arriving at the hotel and the friendly welcome by porter team and the front desk readying our room early, it was truly the beginning of a wonderful stay. We booked the Luxury Suite Sea View King Bed with Sofa Bed and Club Lounge Access. Let me begin with the Club Lounge Access. By no means was it the reason for booking the room, we just thought it was a nice addition to have for convenience if we ever needed a quick bite or something for the kids. The Club Lounge Access was probably one of the highlights of our trip! The afternoon tea is where the magic truly took place... Imagine a Ritz style afternoon tea with all the extras - that's exactly what this was and then some! Every day there were new sandwiches, hot food, desserts and savouries. You could order hot and cold drinks, bespoke to your taste buds. Our family was well and truly spoilt by the Taj Exotica and we cannot thank them enough as our 3yr old who is a fussy eater at times had enough options to appease him! There was even a 2hr cocktail hour included which just goes to show how amazing and addition the Club Lounge Access was! Our room was extremely spacious with a large living room and humungous bedroom, closet area, giant bathroom and plenty other space! True 5* experience at Taj!

I spent 10 days with my wife two daughters and my grandson. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is excellent. Everyone was so helpful. Lots of variety of foodstuffs to choose from. Overall trip is for my family happiness. Hotel gives surprise welcome and cake for the anniversary which impress the family.

We stayed at Taj Exotica Resort at The Palm, Dubai as a family of four for 3 nights and had a truly unforgettable experience. What made our stay even more special was celebrating our son's birthday during our time there—and the resort staff went above and beyond to make it magical. From the start, the staff was exceptionally courteous and thoughtful. On our son's birthday, they surprised us with a cake during breakfast, beautifully decorated our room with another cake in the evening, and even gave him a lovely gift before we left for a day outing. These thoughtful gestures truly touched our hearts and made the day incredibly special for him—and for us. The resort itself is stunning, with a huge pool flanked by poolside bars on either side—perfect for both kids and adults to relax and enjoy. The breakfast spread was impressive every single day, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes. We also tried in-room dining, which was excellent in both taste and presentation. Overall, Taj Exotica delivered a perfect mix of luxury, warmth, and attention to detail. Highly recommended for families looking for a premium and personalized experience in Dubai!

Fantastic hotel, great facilities and extremely helpful staff. The location is absolutely beautiful but it is a way off the beaten track. Luckily we had a hire car, I don’t know what a taxi costs but I would imagine a fair bit. You are a good 30 minute drive from downtown, without traffic, and 45 mins to the airport.

Room next to elevator and service door one floor under the restaurant… constant noise also during the night. Although I especially asked not to be next to an elevator or a service door.

Lovely stay with family. We took half board option stay which was good we had a good option for the restaurants there. Even with the 3 course set we could choose any dish from the whole menu. The breakfast buffet had so much variety.

Taj truly exemplifies world-class hospitality at its finest. The property is stunning, combining elegance with exceptional comfort, and the culinary offerings are nothing short of outstanding. A special thanks to Amarinder for his impeccable service and for ensuring we had a magnificent room with breathtaking sea and pool views. Amazing- I would say best in class food from both variey and taste perspectives. The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly, and there is a games room for kids. Pool is very big but not deep; beach is clean but there is a bit of small rocks. Overall amazing and highly recommended.

i tried hard to point out something negative abou Taj Exotica but i just cant its pretty much a perfect Hotel Just stay there blindly i will surely return ..5/5 since i have nothing negative to say i will do some nitpicking the wallpappers in the room and the carpet in hallways are oddly colour a weird blue thats all i can think of , the hotel is located so far away that if you dont have a bike or a car then its a nightmare to walk due to the untolerable heat in dubai

It was an awesome experience for our entire group (2 families inckuding 3 kids). We even got a complimentary upgrade which made our trip even more great. The food service in the restaurants (Palm Kitchen and Varq) was very good and the food was excellent & very flavourful.

It was unfortunate not to have any towels placed in room on second day of stay. Took two calls to reception for towels to be brought to room. Not what you expect in a hotel of this standard. Buffet breakfast and dinner were very good and service excellent.

It was amazing

Faced quite a few issues with the hotel upon checking in, one of the nights the meal we had was really bad but upon raising these complaints with the front desk, they eventually managed to fix and the second half of the stay was much better. Feel like they get overwhelmed when busy and then service and quality lapses in certain instances.

After an issue with our initial room the staff couldn’t do enough to help us move rooms. They were all very pleasant and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble.

The Taj Exotica is just FANTASTIC. From the moment you arrive until you depart expect great service, a relaxing experience and fantastic flavours. A definite 10/10!

The hotel smells incredible - you literally won’t want to leave. Spa is also very very nice - had a scrub and massage which was wonderful. So many good choices in the buffet and the staff will do their best to accommodate dietary needs. Always asking! Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special! We will be back!

Lack of animations and very basic ambiance The room service for breakfast was not cleaned until pm ( cart with used plates and left food stayed in front of the room for hours) When leaving , the valet asked me if i did the checkout - which I told him I did. He asked to come with him to the desk to show him with whom i have done and confirm. I felt i was treated like a lier … will never come again

Taj on the palm was excellent, i would stay here again. Its quiet, nice and the staff are very smiley and helpful. From the time we checked in till check out, we loved the place - the rooftop 6th floor bar was one of the highlights, amazing views of the sea & burj al arab from there. There are always taxi’s around without a wait so easy to go places. Harpreet the concierge was very nice, this chap needs a promotion & pay rise ! He was very helpful - overall great place, will stay again when i come back next year !

4★ - A Luxurious Stay with a Few Hiccups Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious with stunning views, and the smart TV was a great touch. The breakfast selection was fantastic, although the queues at the cooking stations were a bit long. The pool area and staff were excellent, making our stay very enjoyable. A special thank you to the team for making my dad’s early 70th birthday celebration extra special with the beautiful room decor and cake on our first night. It was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated! On our first night, it was stressful due to our taxi driver driving off with our luggage. While security did not initially notice this, we truly appreciate Sama’s efforts in resolving the situation, even though it kept us up until 4 AM. That being said, we were pleased to see that security for the rest of our stay was excellent, always ensuring we hadn’t left anything behind in taxis and being much more attentive. One area that could be improved is the cleaning service. A little extra attention to detail in this area would have made the experience even better. On a more positive note, our heartfelt thanks to Chef Rohit for preparing Sabudana Khichdi and Jeera Aloo for us while we were fasting for Mahashivratri. His kindness and attention to detail were much appreciated, and the food was delicious. Thanks to Grace for an amazing massage! Also thanks to Amrinder, the Duty manager for looking after us!

Everything is Exceptional in Taj 10/10. We enjoyed every moment; we’ll back each visit to Dubai. First class hotel, clean, comfort, quiet, new facilities and heated pool. The hotel is very friendly for families with children, a lot of activities and warm people. The service is amazing – the pool, the beach, the restaurant, the kids club, the vallet – everywhere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The room service isn’t like any other place, especially the beautiful smell in the evening! All staff are super friendly and attentive, especially Abdullah the pool’s lifeguard and the kids club team – Nusfa, Sachini and Cherry. Thank you, Taj, Samir and Farida Kablan

Excellent hotel. Staff are so attentive. Clean. All meals tasty. We are spoilt, cannot consider another hotel when visiting Dubai!

Negative: Staff was not friendly and they tried to oversell me on a room that they were already supposed to give me. When I declined paying they put me in a room which smelled very bad. My family had trouble breathing and got sick because of the smell. The staff came and sprayed chemicals in the room to remove the smell. The smell didn't go away and we ended up getting sick. The shower was also broken and the maintainance guys came to fix it wasting my time and left the bathroom dirty. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and helped with getting a better room and I spent the rest of the days there. Positive: The welcome was nice even tho the receptionist ruined it after but the hotel overall looks very nice. I just wished the Staff was nicer and the management taking care of the hotel looks at everything closely because you can see lots of corner cuts in the maintanince of the hotel.

Fantastic stay (3 nights) at beautiful property, super clean , great views but most of all truly outstanding staff who understand customer service. Our Sea View Rooms were great and were ready even though we came in early . Excellent dining options Varq - fine dining at its best ! we went for dinner twice and were truly impressed. Try the Lamb Biryani and Makhmali chicken. From the staff to the chef and the manager everyone was super attentive to the guests Raia - Great middle eastern food, great views from rooftop and outstanding service. try the hot mezze and lamb chops Emperor Lounge: Simply Fantastic service by all the staff there aling with great food. Try the Masala Chai, Lamb Wrap and Mumbai and Arabic afternoon High Tea if you get a chance! Also nice pool, great beach and excellent Spa Wonderful experience!!!
