Very good location. Very clean. Attentive staff.

L'hôtel est bien placé. Maximum 20 min à pied de la gare de Kyoto. Il y a beaucoup de choses gratuites au sous-sol lorsqu'on lave notre linge ou qu'on est à la salle de sport. La chambre est confortable.

Personnellement je n'ai pas apprécié le petit déjeuner. Il manquait de fruits et de choix. On nous demande de choisir un plat compris dans le petit déjeuner mais les portions sont toutes petites. L'autre gros bémol c'est le prix pour envoyer ses valises dans l'hôte suivant, beaucoup plus cher que quand je l'ai fait à Tokyo.

前台服务人员很不错，尤其是一位台湾小哥哥非常周到。

房间榻榻米上的床铺可以移动，但是清洁人员并没有把它们搬开清扫，所以会有一些垃圾存在于床头的死角中。

Sehr schönes Zimmer, Hotel in allen Bereichen schön gestaltet und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war super, viel Auswahl und man kann aus einer kleinen Karte mit 6 warmen Gerichten morgens auswählen. Außerdem kann man über ein Tablet noch verschiedene Omelettes ordern. Der Onsen ist sehr schön gestaltet und im Bereich davor gibt es kostenlose Getränke. Jederzeit würden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Die Lage ist nicht so gut. Eigentlich muss man zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten relativ lange fahren. Aber das kann man sicher auch anders sehen…,,

The walls of the bathroom are too thin, for this reason you can hear too much in the other part of the room. I also didn't like not having the closure in the bathroom part, regarding the shower.

L’emplacement est indéniablement qualitatif, mais malheureusement, cela ne suffit pas à sauver l’expérience. Quelle déception de découvrir que notre chambre donnait directement sur le parking, avec pour seule « vue » des voitures et pratiquement aucune lumière naturelle. Pour une lune de miel, on pouvait difficilement imaginer moins romantique. Nous avions pourtant pris soin de préciser à l’hôtel qu’il s’agissait de notre lune de miel. L’établissement était très peu rempli lors de notre séjour et, malgré cela, nous avons visiblement eu la « chance » de recevoir l’une des chambres les moins agréables de l’hôtel. À vous d’en juger avec les photos… Ce qui est particulièrement regrettable, c’est le manque de transparence. Nous trouvons plutôt malhonnête que l’hôtel ne précise pas clairement, lors de la réservation, que certaines chambres donnent directement sur un parking avec une vue aussi peu agréable, et surtout qu’elles peuvent être exposées à de fortes odeurs de friture. Car oui, dès le matin, les unités extérieures rejetaient des odeurs de friture directement vers notre chambre. Se réveiller avec des effluves de cuisine plutôt qu’avec une belle vue ou un peu d’air frais : difficile de faire plus éloigné de l’expérience que l’on espérait. Et le clou du spectacle : des drifts dans le parking juste en face de notre chambre, une bonne partie de la nuit. Autant dire que pour une lune de miel et une nuit reposante, on repassera. Nous ne demandions évidemment pas un traitement VIP, simplement un minimum d’attention et de transparence, surtout après avoir signalé qu’il s’agissait d’un séjour aussi particulier. Au vu du faible taux d’occupation de l’hôtel, il est franchement difficile de comprendre comment cette chambre a pu nous être attribuée. Mais surtout, il est regrettable que les clients ne soient pas clairement informés des nuisances et de la vue associées à certaines chambres.

Alles war perfekt, unsere Erwartungen für den Preis wurden weit übertroffen: vom Design, über die komfortablen Betten und Duschen bis hin zur Ausstattung des Onsen sowie der Netflix-Möglichkeit wirklich alles top. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

The onsen that the facility offers is great and the rooms were spacious!

Breakfast got a little boring after the first few days. The pillows absolutely sucked and we wished that we would’ve known or brought our own. They could have washer/dryer combo units to help speed things up.

The best stay during our Tokyo trip! I didnt want to leave the hotel! Spacious room beautifully designed, closed to metro station, polite and helpful stuff. They even had full skincare routine lotions in the rooms. They also had drinks and treats available all the time and laundry!!

Absolutely wonderful and half of the price of lesser hotels in Tokyo

The Blossom was a beautiful hotel in Kyoto. It's a 5 minute walk from Gojo Station and a 20 minute walk from Kyoto station. The room was comfortable and large enough to fit a full size suitcase and a carry on. The shower was hot with amazing pressure. Concierge provided welcome drinks, city maps, umbrellas for the rain, and made check-in/check-out a breeze. Did not get to use the onsen nor the restaurant, but considering how nice everything else was, I'm certain these are too. Would stay here again for sure.

スタッフがいたれり尽せりでとても親切。慣れない場所だったので大変ありがたかった。全て清潔で綺麗。ロビーが広くてゆったりしている。レストランが美味しかった。

どこもかしこも冷房が寒くて、部屋は毛布が暑くて、空気清浄機が寒くて、調節が難しかった。 畳の部分のみスリッパで、黒い畳で最初靴で上がってしまった。浴室洗面が靴に履き替えなくてはならず面倒だった。洗面所用のスリッパがあると便利。 鏡が洗面所と入り口にしか無く、メイクがしにくかった。小さくても良いので座ってメイク出来るよう鏡が欲しい。

ウェルカムドリンクがとっても美味しくて嬉しかったです。館内、和風で京都感をとっても感じられました。モーニングもとっても美味しかったです。

Very good hotel. Staff are helpful and obliging, and all speak high level of English. The hotel is not too fancy but still has great facilities and location. We liked the onsen. There is a station with free coffee/tea, cold beverages and icecream available during the onsen opening hours. Rooms can appear a bit small, with a massive bed, and there's a lounger bed/sofa, but no wardrobes nor space for a wardrobe, but the room space can still be manageable. The hotel has 6 washer-dryers to wash your own clothes. Close to a supermarket so very convenient to get food on the go. About 15 minutes walk from the main shopping streets. Also near a train station and a bus stop to travel further. The staff are amazing. Overall we liked this hotel.

Washing machine usage can get busy, so best to use during the day rather than evening. Rooms can feel small, because the bed is massive, and there's also a lounger bed/sofa, but have no wardrobes. Overall, we liked staying at the hotel.

La camera era inizialmente un po’ umida ma poi abbiamo utilizzato il deumidificatore ed è andato tutto apposto.

The hotel was great. They offered a welcome treat. We were able to do laundry while staying there and the hotel helped us get our bags shipped to our next stop in Tokyo.

Per me il soggiorno è stato favoloso. Posizione ottima. Alto livello in tutto. Area relax&care, drinks and snack a tutte le ore, servizio di lavanderia, in camera era presente anche il kit per la skincare. I letti favolosi e comodi. Le camere complete di tutto. Pulizia eccezionale. Sono rimasta colpita sopratutto dalla struttura della camera e dal bagno. Complimenti :)

Solo come feedback: mancano solo degli spazi chiusi in più dove riporre gli effetti personali o comunque ‘nascondere i bagagli’ che restano un po troppo di intralcio.

Clean nice rooms and pleasant atmosphere

Cleaning staff do not speak english. A slight misunderstanding as we asked them to come back later to clean our room but they didn’t understand and hence did not come again

Tout était bien. Chambre propre et bien optimisée avec tout le confort. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Il ne faut pas oublier de prendre les vouchers que l’on vous donne au checking pour y accéder.

Il faut demander le nettoyage de la chambre si vous voulez qu’elle soit faite le matin, ce n’est pas automatique pour des questions d’écologies.

Way below expectation compared to all hotels we stayed in Japan. Room Cleaning is done only after 3 days even though it is not during high season.

The room was big for Japan, very functional, already with everything you need for your stay, even real coffee beans! The location of the hotel was perfect: easy to find arriving from railway station and close to the underground station. The Japanese bath was very relaxing especially during the evening.

The bar. The space dedicated for the bar is not welcoming and the staff was the same as the restaurant so they were not taking care of the customers in the bar. For the level of this hotel, this part needs to be improved with no doubt.
