Próximidade a um centro com bastante comércio, o quarto era bastante espaçoso e as áreas comuns tinham um bom ambiente.

The room was clean and tidy with a big window. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good, within walking distance to Gion area, Kamo river, and the city center area. I highly recommend this hotel.

The laundry room only had one washing machine and one drying machine. When I brought my clothes to the laundry room, there were still other guest's clothes in the machine and no laundry basket or anything there to remove the clothes from the machine. But it was no big deal, there was a coin laundry spot near the hotel and it was cheap to wash and dry at those coin laundry machines.

Great location, big rooms and amazing value. I really enjoyed the stroll through the quieter streets to get to the busier areas. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful. The room itself was bright spacious with a very good shower. The amenity station is a great touch

Very hard to fault KABIN Kyoto! We just stayed in two very small hotels in other cities, so coming to KABIN felt like we were living like kings. Large rooms for your luggage to sit, good toilet, great location are some of the things we loved about staying here. The hotel itself feels modern and well thought out, with a bar downstairs and access to umbrellas as you leave, we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Maybe a sauna or a spa would have elevated this experience. Washing machine and dryer seem to be a little outdated and small for the load we had, we ended up using the coin laundry down the road!

Molto accogliente e pulita. A 10 minuti a piedi dai mezzi e dalle attrazioni e attività vicine. Lo staff è eccezionale e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problematica.

Alcune stanze, quelle dei fronti laterali, hanno le finestre non apribili (addirittura quelle su uno dei due fronti sono opache e un po' claustrofobiche).

The staff were excellent and easily available. Room was comfortable. Close to train station, restaurants, and shopping.

De ruimte op de kamer en dat we elke dag schone handdoeken konden pakken en de douche was super! De medewerkers bij de receptie waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dat hebben we zeker gewaardeerd!

Het ontbijt; Het personeel bij het ontbijt zei geen goedemorgen en leek duidelijk niet blij toen we om 6.58 uur al bij de bar stonden om onze bestelling door te geven. De bediening daarentegen was wel vriendelijk. Helaas viel het ontbijt zelf erg tegen. De açai bowl bestond voornamelijk uit granen en bevatte maar weinig yoghurt. Ook de tosti en panini waren duidelijk opgewarmd en kwamen over alsof ze rechtstreeks uit een verpakking kwamen. We hebben daarom de rest van ons verblijf geen ontbijt meer in het hotel genomen, omdat het helaas echt onder de maat was. Heel jammer! Misschien kunnen jullie ter inspiratie eens kijken bij Eggs ’n Things. Dat is pas een ontbijt dat het bezoeken waard is. :)

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement 7-8 minutes du marché Nishiki et de la rue commerçante où s'arrêtent la plupart des bus menant aux principaux sites touristiques de Kyoto.

-L'hôtel donne l'impression d'un simple hôtel de passage, sans chaleur, tenu par des étrangers pour des touristes étrangers. Ce n'est pas ici qu'on trouve l'âme japonaise. -La laverie est mal gérée. Par deux fois durant notre séjour de 4 nuits, du linge est resté dans les machines pendant 3 ou 4 heures, ce qui empêchait d'utiliser le lave-linge ou le sèche-linge. La réception n'a visiblement pas voulu intervenir. Un panneau rappelant quelques règles de savoir-vivre aurait été le bienvenu.

Es un hotel tranquilo, no muy grande, todo nuevo. En un barrio tranquilo, cerca de algunos sitios interesantes de Kioto. Una buena opción si bienes de la lucra de Tokio

Lovely sized rooms with lots of space for cases and clothes. Great facilities.

Just that the bar area was lacking in atmosphere so not very enticing to hang around hotel in the evening time.

Ottima struttura a pochi passi da Gion e dal fiume. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, attento ad ogni nostra richiesta. Carini anche il bar e la lounge.

El preu del cafè

Very nice hotel, modern, comfortable, well located. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower with all products provided. Nice to have a bar and space downstairs where one can sit with friends to play cards or have a drink. Online check-in was helpful and speeded up the arrival on site. Great to have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer on each floor, including washing powder. Also very useful to have a stand on each floor where guest can get new towels or bath articles for free. Would definitely recommend Kabin Kyoto.

We had two rooms, a larger twin bed room (called 25K or something like that) which was very comfortable and a studio (20 something) with a double bed which was very small and with no drawers or space to put some affairs (the sink was directly in the room and the mini-drawer below quite old and used). Need some refreshing, However the bigger room was great so were all other spaces in the hotel. The breakfast ist too extensive for the small quantity one gets). It would be great to let guests know at check-in that luggage storing at the end of the stay is only provided at the other Kabin hotel (Kabin Taka, I think it’s called). We ordered a van to pick our group up at 15.00 so we had to move our heavy baggage twice that day between both hotels as we could not modify our taxi reservation. That’s a bit annoying when it’s around 37‘‘C outside. However the storing system at the orher Kabin hotel is very well done.

The location was very convenient. The hotel was comfortable and very beautiful. The staff was nice and helpful. My partner got her hand burnt with the water from the kettle, and they were very proactive in helping her cure her wound.

La situación y el personal

El baño no tiene mucho sentido. El lavabo no estaba en el cuarto de baño, sino al lado de la cama (además el mueble muy viejo).Poco práctico y además molesto. Tampoco me gustó mucho que en tres días no vinieran a limpiar. A cambio amenities y toallas para coger tú mismo a demanda.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, moderno y con un personal muy amable. Cuando llegamos, nos sorprendió el tamaño de la habitación, ya que era muy amplia, y la estancia ha sido muy cómoda. Tuvimos la suerte de que, al hacer el check-in, nos atendiese un chico gallego con el que pudimos hablar en castellano, aunque todo el personal habla perfectamente inglés y es muy fácil comunicarse. En nuestra planta, cerca de la habitación, teníamos un cuarto donde poder lavar la ropa, lo que nos vino muy bien durante el viaje. Posiblemente, uno de los mejores hoteles de nuestro viaje a Japón, si no el mejor. La ubicación es perfecta: tiene una estación de metro bastante cerca y se encuentra a unos 7-8 minutos andando de las zonas más turísticas. Totalmente recomendable..

- The wind of the air conditioning system was too strong even after adjusting its power, so one of us even caught a cold. - A third person’s sofa bed was too firm to sleep. - Also didn’t like that the room isn’t supposed to be cleaned unless you stay more than a week.

Kabin Kyoto exceeded in friendliness from front desk, answering questions about laundry, transportation, nearby restaurants and stores. Excellent help for a tourist not familiar with Kyoto.

Un séjour vraiment parfait au KABIN Kyoto ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’équipe est très sympathique, accueillante et surtout extrêmement serviable. Nous avons eu un petit problème car mon beau-frère avait oublié son sac dans un autre hôtel. L’équipe du KABIN s’est occupée de tout avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme pour organiser le transfert du sac jusqu’à notre nouvel hôtel. Un service vraiment exceptionnel, qui nous a beaucoup touchés ! Les chambres sont très belles, confortables et impeccables, et l’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Kyoto et se déplacer facilement. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et son aide. Nous recommandons vivement le KABIN Kyoto et nous y retournerions sans hésiter ! 🇯🇵❤️

Il manque la climatisation dans l’ascenseur

Wir waren 7 Tage im Kabin Kyoto. Ein wunderbar geräumiges Zimmer für 3 Personen. Die Betten waren gut, außerdem viel Schubladen, um die ganze Kleidung und Waschutensilien unterzubringen. Wir hatten extra ein Zimmer mit Aussicht bestellt. Leider kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen, macht aber wegen der extremen Hitze gerade auch nicht wirklich Sinn. Die Dusche war auch sehr gut. Reinigung alle 4 Tage war ok. Das Personal, besonders am Tresen, war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Bar und den Frühstücksraum. Das Viertel ist toll, man ist recht schnell am Fluss und in Ginza, tolle kleine Restaurants und Bars im direkten Umfeld, trotzdem ist es nachts total ruhig. alles in allem ein gutes, jüngeres Hotel mit gutem Vibe.

Lovely modern room, big for standard Japanese sized hotel rooms. Staff were very helpful. Location was great!

El tamaño de la habitación mucho mayor a lo habitual el Japón. Las camas increíblemente cómodas y la ducha amplia con mampara se agradecía en comparación con los baños típicos de hoteles en Japón que tienen una pequeña bañera. El personal muy amable. Limpian cada 4 dias la habitación pero te recogen la basura poniendo el cartel en la puerta y hay posibilidad de cambiar las toallas en el mismo pasillo sin necesidad de pedirlas en recepción, también hay lavadora y secadora que va con monedas en cada planta. Hay una máquina que cambia de billetes por monedas en la entrada. Una estancia muy cómoda.

Los cajones de la habitación estaban un poco rotos.

Really cool vibe and the hotel was so quiet and has a nice deco. Close to everything, incl Main Street, shopping, and station. Would book this again.

Heel "zen" plekje in Kyoto. Fijne kamers, fantastische douche en lekkerer bedden. De kussens waren bijzonder. Voor mij bijzonder prettig, voor mijn dochter bijzonder hard, maar er waren ook zachte kussens beschikbaar. Vriendelijk ontvangst, rustige atmosfeer. Algeheel prima verblijf! Gym in de andere Kabin was ook top!

We stayed one week three people in one room and it was very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive. I mentioned the beds were hard and the pillows were lumpy and they set up mattress toppers and new pillows for the rest of our stay. We used the gym in their sister hotel a 2 min walk away every day. They really have thought of everything. They alerted us that We had left some things behind in our room and shipped it out to our next hotel in Tokyo. Such a friendly and welcoming communal space. A welcomed treat upon arriving in such a foreign country. I’ve rarely felt so well accommodated.

Could do with a pool

Bem localizado, a 500 metros da avenida principal e do comércio. Hotel bom custo-benefício. Recepcionistas muito solicitos (falam inglês). Cama um pouco dura, mas a recepção providenciou uma pequena espuma para tornar meu colchão mas mole.... funcionou. Tem uma loja da 7 eleven a 150 metros que facilita a compra de lanches e bebidas. O banheiro é bom com uma ducha bem forte perfeita para banho relaxante.

Tres beau hôtel, style jeune et branché avec un personnel super sympa. Très bien équipé, literie confortable. Grand plus: chambres très spacieux, même celle pour 3 personnes.

Not often do you find such a great value hotel in a perfect location. The staff were always friendly and engaging, the rooms were well fitted out with quality furnishings and fittings, comfortable beds, lovely common areas and cheap guest laundries on most floors. Additionally, the room size was large for Japan and very quiet. I have already recommended KABIN KYOTO to friends at home.
