Todo fue muy bueno, la habitación amplia, limpia muy cómoda, el personal muy amable y atentos, el masaje sensorial con velas fue fantástico, todo 10/10.

El personal mencionaba el desayuno empezando a las 8, sin embargo, empieza un poco más tarde. También, nuestro checkout era a las 12, salimos a las 9 pero preguntamos si podíamos dejar las maletas mientras íbamos a Cholula y volvíamos. Nos dijeron que sí, pero por un precio extra de 50 pesos o pagando medio día de hotel.

The staff was helpful and kind. The room and bathroom are large, modern and clean. Bed was decent and our room was quiet. The location is great for walking around the Centro.

The wifi barely worked in our room. We couldn't watch tv because the wifi signal wasn't strong enough to stream anything. The hotel should add wifi signal boosters. The shower took a long time for the water to heat up, like 10 to 15 minutes. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am which is inconvenient if you're going to the airport early or have an early tour.

We were given an upgrade as the TV and wifi weren’t working in the room we booked. Very appreciative as we were staying 4 nights. Fantastic location!

Hotel muy bonito en pleno centro de Puebla. El personal muy atento y amable. Nos sentimos directamente como en casa. Nos quedamos 2 noches y disfrutamos de los encanto de Puebla. El Hotel queda en la calle de los dulces tipicos de Puebla, como decia: excelente ubicacion para recorrer la ciudad a pie.

Fuimos los unicos huespedes en el hotel durante nuestros 2 dias de estadia. Pese a pedir un cambio de habitacion, ya que nuestar habitacion quedaba en la planta baja junto a la zona donde se sirven los desayunos para tener un poco mas de privacidad, nos fue negado el cambio de la misma. Preguntamos dos veces a diferentes recepcionistas sin poder efectuar el cambio. No insistimos mas para no molestar.

La cama era excelente y todo estaba muy limpio.

No había Internet en la habitación y tuve que esperar mucho tiempo el desayuno, que además resultó ser bastante limitado.

El lugar está muy lindo, la atención del personal fue perfecta, con ganas de ayudar y de que pasáramos una estancia linda, el estacionamiento me conflictuaba un poco, pero le dan una muy buena solución, solo como observación, creo q el mobiliario del comedor, lo podrían hace un poco más rustico o colonial el lugar y el nombre del lugar lo amerita

como comente y solo de vista por q no consumí alimentos, el mobiliario del restaurante, la idea es genial que este a la entrada casi al aire libre pero le podrían dar otra imagen

Me encanto la ubicación, la amabilidad y el respeto del personal del hotel, todo muy limpio y lindo. A pesar de que viajaba sola me sentí muy segura y eso fue lo que me dijeron cuando hice check in en el hotel el día que llegue. Recibí apoyo por parte de recepción en todo lo que necesite.

Soy una persona que no puede dormir con el mínimo de ruido, y a las 5 am empiezan a escucharse ruido del restaurante, por lo que no pude dormir mas allá de las 5 am. Pero lo demás, fueron super amables. Lo veo mas como un problema mio.

Decepcionante la actitud de la recepción. No hicieron limpieza en mi habitación aunque la solicité en más de una ocasión. Al terminar mi estadía lo comenté y pareció no importar. Siempre fue la misma respuesta "vamos a revisar". Creo que nunca me dirigí con una actitud desagradable al personal para que me dieran por mi lado. Lástima del lugar tan bonito, no volvería.

La ubicación es perfecta si quieres caminar por el centro de la ciudad. La calle es bella y tranquila pero súper cerca de todos los restaurantes y sitios turísticos. Las habitaciones muy limpias y la cama súper cómoda. Increíble la tina del baño.

We finally found the perfect place to rest after a concert. I had been waiting to find a place where you feel that is your second home. I hope that if you pick this place to stay find Ruby and she will be happy to help with all your needs.

Bring your flip flops because floor could be slippery. They do not have room service in the spot but ask Ruby to give you choices.

Das Frühstück war ungenießbar. Am schlimmsten und eigentlich komplett inakzeptabel war jedoch das die Lobby des Hotel, die gleichzeitig ein Innenhof des Hotel war wo alle Zimmer von abgingen, für eine Feier vermietet wurden. Ich kam morgens von einer Dia de los Muertes Feier zurück und wollte den ganzen Tag schlafen. Ab Mittag spielten jedoch quasi vor meiner Tür verschiedene Bands in einer irren Lautstärke. Es war Nerven aufreibend und eine schreckliche Qual. Trotz mehrerer Beschwerden wurde die Musik nicht abgestellt. Dann wurde mir eine Erstattung versprochen, die jetzt seit einem Monat nicht gezahlt wurde. Wenn man Ruhe haben will, sollte man dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall buchen.

Wifi only worked in bathroom but not bedroom. Possible termites in bathroom ceiling created wood dust on floor. Breakfast was very simple.

Una de las mejores estancias en las que ne he hospedado, el hotel es muy bonito y todas las instalaciones muy limpias, justo en el centro. Absolutamente todo el personal es sumamente amable y servicial, recomiendo mucho el SPA, me encantó el sauna.

Very good location. Overall a nice place.

Our room (on street level) had no window. They called it the deluxe suit because is has a bath tube. However, there is no good ventilation, so the room smells and feels like a moist cellar with a brick flair. We were quite disappointed because the pictures tell you a different story.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent as you are right in the centre.

We had a couple of issues with the stay unfortunately. One, the tap in the bathroom did not work, and upon advising reception they said a plumber would come to fix it - this was not fixed during our stay. The other issue was the cleanliness of the room - the sheet had a dark red/brown red stain on it under the decorative blanket - no way the housekeeping didn’t see it. We arrived late at night so did not try and rectify it then. With house keeping the next day I assumed it would be changed - it wasn’t and the bed was remade with the stain. This was disappointing as well as hairs through the bathroom and the clear ‘quick clean’ as the counter top had several ring and water marks from when we arrived.

That it doesn´t have a parking lot, but at least there are some options nearby and in two of them, the hotel pays for the night hours.

The included breakfast was not very good and a little confusing as there was a buffet which you could not eat unless you paid extra.

Room was very humid and wet; our clothes, sheets, shoes, etc. got wet everyday. It was very uncomfortable for sleeping

The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help. The place is very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. My husband really enjoyed their "Cafe de la olla" which is essentially brewed coffee, as we enjoy it here in the states. The part he enjoyed was that they flavored it with cinnamon sticks. The rooms are big and well maintained. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is well equipped, and it even comes with a bathtub, a rarity in Mexico hotels. I highly recommend their hot stone massages. We enjoyed a couples massage. It was very relaxing. This hotel is only a few block from the city square and several businesses.

Great property and beautiful rooms. The staff is helpful and everyone is nice. The location is perfect and you're in the middle of everything. I'll be back for sure! Some areas of improvement: Replace the safes or provide clearer instructions. Use better quality toiletries. The body lotion is useless and mostly water. Replace the robes. They only fit children. Thanks for a great stay!

Would absolutely NOT stay here again. The room allocated to us was in the back of the building, did not have functioning windows, and a bathroom with an odd with a half glass wall. The room was muggy, smelled of moisture. The only solution offered was to run the AC which did nothing to remedy the issue. The bathroom offered zero privacy. I shared the room w my husband and you could hear everything that happened on the other side of that pane of frosted glass. We asked to be moved to another room as this was not what was reserved on Hotels. The receptionist promised to look into it and never bothered. The bathroom sink did not work, water barely sputtered out but I managed. The next morning the sink was back to normal, but after running the shower for 15+ minutes I could not get hot water to run. Went to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t working. Quick google search I called the front desk via my cellphone. Receptionist that answered told me they would look into the hot water issue. When I told them about the sputtering sink, she let me know that the hotel had run out of water but not to worry as it had been refilled that morning. Hot water was never restored and I never did get my shower. Upon check out I reiterated my issues and the girl checking us out laughed and shrugged. I honestly feel that we should be refunded. I reached out to the Hotels.com live chat and found the experience fruitless. Overall terrible.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Everything was fine

Location is very good. Near city centre and various tourist attractions, plenty of restaurants, and traditional sweets shops. Food was very good. Staff was very helpful to give us suggestions and as well helpful when we needed a taxi for the coach station otherwise we would have to wait 30 mins for an uber. A special shout-out to Guillermo as he helped us with the taxis.

Facilities were good, except our room didn't have the key to the safe, but we asked the staff and they brought in another safe.

This was beyond my expectations especially for the price. They had everything you needed readily available. The bed was super comfortable, amenities were on point. Staff was excellent, super helpful and very sweet. Will definitely save this one for future stays.

The tub is a bit slippery getting out, but that’s why they provide the mat, to prevent any injuries.

Parkeren moet je ergens anders tegen betaling en het is niet duidelijk wat het kost. Beneden kamer vrij gehorig aangezien die grenst aan de ontbijtzaal.

Looks great but not safe. Missing cámaras and door bell after 9 pm you will be knocking at the door for someone to open for you.

I had a very scary experience with an extortion call in the middle of the night. I called the police to our help and we ended up in another hotel. I believe hotel staff had something to do with it because no one else had our personal phone number, we are foreigners.
