M9 Kirirom Hotel

A perfect and unforgettable stay in Phnom Penh! The hotel is simply exceptional in every way. The rooms are spacious, clean to a high standard and tastefully decorated in a modern style, with a spectacular view from a great height of the river. The staff is courteous, professional and ready to help with any request with a wide smile. The hotel restaurant is rich and varied. The location is central and very convenient for departures and trips to the city.

The staff and manager were very helpful and supportive. The view from the room was excellent. There was access to a nice infinity pool on the roof of an adjoining hotel. Location is excellent for walking street and decent places to eat.

Lift very slow and unstable. Gym was very basic and machines a little dangerous and in need of repair. Some occasional construction noise (building not entirely finished). Wi fi poor though I was kindly provided with a router which mostly worked.

Location, view across the river, clean and comfortable.

Never seemed to have hot water for shower

Very clean room, with a fresh and pleasantly scented bed. Room service from the restaurant is very convenient.

The elevators are a little slow and are often quite crowded.

This hotel was a very good value. It is right on the Tonle Sap River and has great views of the surrounding area. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean. The air con worked really well too. The location was nice; within walking distance from all the action in the riverside area but it was very quiet in the rooms and easy to sleep. There was also free parking.

My only minor complaint about the room was that the staff kept turning off the water heater to the shower and changing the settings, but by the end of my stay I was able to remember that the hot water likely wouldn't work before I got in the shower. As for the common areas, there was definitely something left to be desired. The building was still under construction, so in many places the common areas seemed a bit bare. And the elevators were mind-numbingly slow. Only 2 elevators for 15 floors and these were not only the slowest elevators I've experienced in a while, but they operate independently. So instead of pressing one up/down button and the elevators choosing the best elevator for you based on their respective locations, you have to press both buttons. That makes catching an elevator even more difficult, because both elevators are constantly on the move.

Elevator air-condition not worked some times.

The hotel was in a great location. Staff were friendly. The room was lovely.

I accidentally left my work permit in the electric slot where the key card goes to turn on the electric to the room. I messaged the hotel and told them exactly where it was. They said it wasn't there when I know for certain it was. Then they just stopped messaging me back.

Die Lage ist toll und der Manager ist sehr freundlich! Der 24- Stunden Laden ist sehr praktisch und in den Zimmern könnte man auch mehrere Wochen gut wohnen.

Der Preis für den Wäscheservice ist ziemlich hoch. Lieber einen Waschsalon suchen.

On entend un peu la circulation mais la chambre est bien isolée et on n'entend pas les bruits de couloir ou d’autres chambres.

Part of a residential block with only 2 lifts so could be slow to catch a lift to the room. WiFi was dreadful

The lift got stuck for like 10min with 3 people (including me) inside, with no way of communication with outside world Luckily, it didnt last long.

Koszos volt a takaró,a párna,a törölköző. Nem takarítanak megfelelően, maximum megigazitják az ágyat,3-szor kellett szólni mire megoldódott.

Nice location, nice view at the room. AC working well, nice bed. The hotel has a supermarket with a lot of products available.

The room was poorly cleaned. There were half-empty plastic glasses in the fridge from previous customers, some plastic wrapper fragments on the floor....You could see the cleaner did not put much effort. Also, I made a mistake with the booking and booked an extra room that I didn't need. I asked whether a refund for the room was possible. They told me that they would refund me but didn't tell me how or when. To this day I have not seen any refund. I chose this hotel because of the high booking.com score and this made it more disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The complimentary room upgrade was a delightful surprise, especially as a returning guest. Everything was excellent. I especially loved the balcony with its beautiful river view. I truly had a relaxing and restful weekend. I look forward to staying here again next time!

The river view was fabulous!

The bedding was stained. The balcony was filthy. We requested a clean up, and they did clean the next day. Breakfast took ages to arrive. Choices were limited.

The location and the river view are great. Have stayed previously so I knew the good/bad things but for the price for a quick stopover it will do!!!

The hotel has a great riverfront location and an excellent view, which is its main positive.

Our overall experience was disappointing. The room did not feel clean or well maintained, with stains on the bedding, smelly pillows and pillowcases, and a noticeable tobacco smoke smell in the room. The bathroom also felt unclean, and housekeeping standards appeared to be low. The check-in process was confusing and not very welcoming, with very little information provided about the hotel or its facilities. While the location and view are very good, the standard of cleanliness, comfort, and organisation did not meet expectations. Overall, it felt below what we would expect from a hotel stay.

First room wasn’t good enough small and the a/c didn’t work properly had it on 16 still warm. Changed room bigger better but a/c still not great but better. WiFi is dreadful at times and on different floors . Drops in and out floor 12 great rubbish room. Floor 8 better room rubbish WiFi . Floor 10 best room best WiFi.

The place is a mix of apartments and hotel rooms and felt more stuffy and dated than the photos appear. The lobby is inside a convenience store, which was confusing, as was the fact that we were escorted to our room by a staff member (there wasn't anything tricky about the doors or elevator, not sure why they do this).

Great location 8-10 min walk to the center and riverside past night market. The rooms looking over river nice airy view with balcony . Great big bed comfortable. A/c in this room was great. Nice warm shower.

The lifts getting to the floors so slow. The WiFi still needs to be better and better signal . There should be information stating that there’s no reception visible it’s inside the mini mart.. luckily stayed here before.
