All was great besides the fact that there was no iron or facilities to iron yourself (I have been to CitizenM in Paris and they have an ironing room) and the air-conditioning that is not possible to switch off and even at the lowest setting and higher temperature it felt quite cold at times in the room. My friend got a throat irritation thanks to it.

il letto laterale che lasciava una delle due persone costretta a scavalcare l'altra per andare in bagno di notte , vi era la possibilità di richiedere lo spostamento del letto ma in quel caso non vi era neanche una presa elettrica comoda ( io devo avere il tel vicino di notte ed in carica), la pulizia, si richiede una pulizia light , con cambio asciugamani e rifacimento letto e un minimo di spolverata. asciugamani sempre nuovi ma per ben 2 volte in 4 giorni non mi hanno rifatto il letto e c'era un dito di polvere sul davanzale e mobili! pessimo servizio. La colazione non l'ho provata perchè non mi ispirava quindi non posso giudicare

Location. Central. Close to Victoria station. Very big bed and comfy. Good shower and big fluffy towels. If you are a solo traveller the rooms are perfect. It’s all thought out.

O hotel é bem funciona, a equipe muito atenciosa e quarto é moderno e novo.

O quarto é bem pequeno. A cama de casal encostada na parede obriga quem está deitado daquele lado a uma manobra maior para descer da cama. A internet no quarto é fraca.

La ubicación es muy buena, ya nos habiamos alojado por el barrio por lo cual lo conociamos. El bar esta abierto 24hs lo cual puede ser muy bueno si llegas tarde y lo necesitas

Estuvimos solo una noche, pero la habitación es realmente muy chica. nos tocó un primer piso a la calle por lo cual algo ruidosa. No tiene jarra de agua caliente lo cual nos sorprendió ni vasos en la habitación, el resto bastante completa

The beds are incredibly comfortable, the style is modern, funky and fun, and last but not least, all the staff were amazing without exception. Great location really close to Victoria Station and great breakfast and lounge area too..

Handy to Victoria station, if flying into Gatwick and using the Gatwick express it stops here then short walk to hotel...

Rooms could be a bit bigger. You could get better for this price range, sink etc in the room, toilet in bathroom..strange!. Bed is right up against window cannot walk around bed in anyway ..its boxed in so you have to climb over the other person if ur at the window..

Location is excellent; extremely clean; interior decor in the lobby was lovely; blackout blinds blocked all light; soundproof windows kept street noise out; comfortable mattress.

Controlling the lights with a tablet instead of light switches is very annoying. The toilet and shower are frosted glass instead of walls for privacy- why isn't the sheer white curtain at the glass at least a solid curtain so you can have that option? Even couples would appreciate that. Climbing over the other person to get out of bed as the mattress is stuck against the wall.

The location is incredible. I was thankful for air conditioning! The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Das einzig positive war die Lage und die coole Hotellobby.

Das Zimmer definitiv viel zu klein für zwei Personen; das Waschbecken steht draussen im Zimmer und nich im winzigen WC/Bad, welches so wahnsinnig klein und eng ist, dass die Tür an die WC-Schüssel knallt, wenn man diese öffnet um rein zu gehen.

It was very modern, clean and the staff were wonderful and friendly.

The check in and out was self service. I dont like this. For the price I paid I would expect to have someone do this for me. I dont want to have to learn how to use a program and process when ive paid a lot of money to stay some where. Having a reception clerk book you in feels more accommodating and makes the experience feel less stressful.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a nice quiet area. Perfectly located for our theatre trip. OK sized room, had everything we needed, and was very clean with decent aircon. Nice soap and shampoo etc. Chilled water available from bar area. Nice white bed linen was very clean, and pillows were decent. Extra pillows in sealed bag if required. Nice to see extra security features on the room door. Felt safe when in bed. Good visit. Will def stay again.

Only one thing. Breakfast was £20.50 each. They took our £41 at 10:20, pointing out that breakfast finished at 11, which was fine with us. There was no bacon in the hot food area, and I had to ask for some. He said it would be 10 mins, but it wasn't. They just didnt bother bringing it out. You shouldn't take full price from paying guests if you dont give them full choice , or at least tell them. Shame really as this was the only negative point about our stay.

We love the brand new facilities, advance control systems that enable us to adjust effortlessly our room atmosphere , feel and climate . The bed is exceptionally large and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and modern, with helpful staff. The location was perfect for seeing Hamilton.

We really like the hotel. It is in a great location, everything is easily accessible, and we especially like the atmosphere of the rooms. The lobby is also very well equipped, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, during our current stay, the standard of housekeeping was extremely poor. When we asked for toilet paper, it was not brought to our room, so I eventually had to go downstairs and get it myself. During the full cleaning, apart from changing the bed linen, the housekeeper practically did nothing else. The towels were not changed, the floor was not mopped, and overall, we did not feel that the room had been properly cleaned. For me, this is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Apart from this, everything else was fine, and we still really like the hotel. We hope that in the future, the housekeeping service will meet the same high standards as the other services provided by the hotel.

The only thing that was bad is that the shower doesn’t have a door, only curtains, which stick to your body with the steam and make showering extremely unpleasant.

Świetny hotel! Blisko metra i sklepów. Łóżka są niesamowicie wygodne, aż nie chciało się wstawać. Pokój sterowany na tablet to super gadżet, widoczki z okien również świetne! Polecam z czystym sumieniem, jeśli będziemy ponownie w Londynie to na 100% się tam zatrzymamy.

The bathroom was not to our liking. The small size of the room wasn’t a negative since we were so central, however we couldn’t get used to the bathroom in the room concept (only with frosted glass as a barrier).

Excellent room - slept like a baby! Lovely staff, great breakfast. Very modern hotel which is not usually me, but I loved everything about CitizenM Victoria. Will definitely book again and have already recommended it to friends and shared pictures and videos.

I would have liked a way to have a tea first thing in the morning - I am not going to get dressed, then make my way downstairs when I wake up at 05.00am just to get a cup of tea! ( However, this will not stop me from booking again)

La cosa migliore dell'hotel è la sua posizione: tre minuti a piedi da Victoria Station, molto comodo se si arriva dall'aeroporto di Gatwick (ma la zona di notte non è rassicurante) e anche per girare a piedi il centro o prendere varie linee di metro/bus. La stanza piccola, ma silenziosa. Non abbiamo scelto di fare la colazione completa, però al bar dell'hotel è possibile pagare la solita colazione italiana (caffè/cappuccino e croissant). Staff cortese.

Ultimamente spopolano questi hotel in cui c'è più fumo che arrosto. Vogliono stupire con tende e luci manovrate da un tablet, mentre avrebbero dovuto curare maggiormente il comfort della stanza: il letto era attaccato alla finestra, quindi scomodo per accedervi; il lavandino, non si sa perché, separato dal resto del bagno e piuttosto piccolo; la finestra non consente l'apertura, quindi bisogna per forza tenere accesa l'aria condizionata (che ti costringe a dormire col piumone pure ad agosto e a gelare quando esci dal letto); in camera abbiamo trovato solo due bottiglie d'acqua: non ci sono prodotti da bagno (tranne il bagnoschiuma/ shampoo), che vanno richiesti in reception né bibite nel frigo né il bollitore per farsi un tè; la pulizia della camera è ogni tre giorni, a meno che non la si richieda prima attraverso il tablet della stanza; il check in e out sono self service (anche se lo staff aiuta nel farli). Da un hotel 4 stelle mi sarei aspettata una maggiore comodità.

Me gusto sobre todo la ubicacion, muy bien comunicado y en recepcion una empleada fue muy amable al ayudarnos a hacer el checking, y el hotel estaba muy bien en general, la cama muy comoda , en general me gusto bastante el hotel.

Det var kanske lite udda upplägg med en dusch/toalett-kub i rummet och handfatet i själva hallen men passade ändå för en mamma/dotter-resa. Frukosten var kanske ngt skral.

Great room quiet cosy and convenient for the rail and coach stations. Friendly staff and exceptional service.

Loved the great use of space in the room and huge bed. Great location with easy access to Victoria station and plenty of places around. Loved the bar and convenience store which came in handy for late night snacks and last minute morning prep for early checkout. The reception kiosk had sewing kits, combs, etc which was also handy for all the things you don't always think to pack but quite often need. Loved the lights in the room and the different modes with the visuals on the TV and was great for relaxing at the end of the day.

The rooms were just a little small, though my husband is 6"7 so it's normal for a standard hotel room to feel a bit cramped. The bed wasn't exactly square as mentioned so he did need to jump over me to get out of the bed, but it would be fine for a regular couple as you could put the pillows against the window bay.

The location is excellent.Close to almost every sight you wish to see in London and in walking distance to Belgravia which is such a beautiful part of London .The hotel is modern, hip and the staff is kind and helpful.

Sehr freundliches, hilfreiches, entgegenkommendes Personal. Wir hatten ein Problem in unserem Zimmer, welches nicht direkt behoben werden konnte und konnten direkt in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen, dies sogar mit Upgrade. Kleines, stylisch und praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer. Betten sehr groß und bequem.

Am Hotel selbst war alles super. Ich habe mich allerdings in der Umgebung vor dem Hotel nicht immer ganz sicher gefühlt.

The location is great - only a 3 min walk to Victoria station, and very accessible/safe late into the night (despite some shady characters loitering around, we were not approached by any of them). The rooms are nice and clean, but small - these are great when you are planning to spend most of your time outside and only want to be back at the end of the day or for a nap. There are a lot of very good breakfast options in and around Victoria station, so the Citizen M breakfast seems rather expensive for the choices.

The bathrooms are clean and modern, but the design is such that you need to be careful with the showers to avoid water flooding out of the shower area. On the first day, we found a post-shower puddle outside the bathroom on the main floor and had to call for emergency help! Thereafter, we kept the shower pointed in the opposite direction and kept the flow at medium.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was close to Victoria Station, restaurants and a grocery store. There was a refrigerator in room which I used every day.

It is not a traditional hotel in that they had no information on the area around and how to get around town. The ipad for controlling things in room was very buggy. It took a LOT of patience to get it to turn on TV or change channels. The colored lights in room changed on its own which I did not like. The shower door was not properly sealed as there was water on the floor of the bathroom each time I used the shower.
