Absolut zu empfehlen! Die Anlage ist super schön, das Personal eine 10/10 - sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Es war ruhig, in den Zelten hatte man seine Privatsphäre und das Bett war das bequemste, das wir während unserer Reise bisher hatten.

Parádní bazén a taková oáza klidu. Snídaně dostačující a personál perfektní.

Je nebezpečné se pohybovat vecer sám, takze jste odkázáni na ťuk ťuk nebo večeři v resortu. Nejedná se přímo o Sigiriy ale spis okrajovou část.

The location was decent, it was not in the center so you had to take a TukTuk everytime but that was kind off a cool vibe to be a bit outside. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It could be a bit cleaner (towels, sheets etc.) also the tent had a few splits were some insects where able to get in. Breakfast was huge but the coffee wasn’t very strong. Could be stronger!

Nice pool, spacious rooms, very comfy and big! We had family room. Really comfy beds, slept well here and no noise. Good air con silent. Grounds well kept and staff all helpful. Nice patio area to sit outside on.

Breakfast wasn’t amazing. Coffee a bit weak. Choice was a bit limited and dining was a bit sterile the size of it.

De accommodatie heeft een prettige ligging, waardoor je gemakkelijk verschillende leuke plekken kunt bezoeken met uitzicht op de Lion Rock. Ook kun je vanaf hier eenvoudig de Lion of Pidurangala Rock zelf beklimmen. Het zwembad is erg groot en heeft aan beide kanten fijne ligbedjes. De kamers zijn erg comfortabel, met een groot bed en een fijne, warme douche.

Ondanks de sterke punten die ik hierboven benoem, waren er ook een aantal zaken die wij helaas als minder prettig en comfortabel hebben ervaren. Alles is uiteindelijk in goed overleg met de accommodatie opgelost, maar we vinden het wel belangrijk om dit mee te geven aan toekomstige gasten. Wij verbleven tijdens een periode waarin de accommodatie ook een zeer grote groep ontving. Helaas hebben wij hier behoorlijk veel overlast van ervaren. De eerste nacht hebben we door de zeer harde muziek nauwelijks kunnen slapen. Ook de rest van ons verblijf was de groep erg luidruchtig. Om die reden hebben wij onze boeking uiteindelijk aangepast van drie naar twee nachten. Daarnaast zouden wij absoluut afraden om hier je kleding te laten wassen. De externe wasservice waar de accommodatie gebruik van maakt, heeft een groot deel van onze kleding erg vies teruggebracht, met allemaal grijze vlekken erin. Tot slot vonden wij het ontbijt erg eenvoudig en hadden we niet het idee dat niet alles even vers was. Al met al hebben wij helaas niet de ervaring gehad die de eerdere reviews bij ons hadden gewekt.

הצוות מאוד חביב אבל התפקוד לא בסטנדרט. הצימחייה לא מתוחזקת. השולחנות ליד הבריכה לא נקיים. שמו לנו מספרי חדרים על המזוודות וכמעט שעה זה נשאר בלובי ואף אחד לא טרח להביא חנו לחדרים עד שסחבנו בעצמנו. בחדרים הגדולים אין וילון בחלק העליון כל שנכנס אור מוקדם מאוד בבוקר. כשהזמנו שתייה ואוכל, היו חסרים דברים בסיסים כמו בננה ומנגו. החדרים הקטנים חנוקים ויש בהם ריח של דבק. בארוחת בוקר הירקות והלחמים לא היו טריים, היו חסרים בסיסים בעמדת חביתה כמו גבינה ובצל. היו נמלים האזור של המיצים. בחדרים מצאנו צפרדע במקלחת ופעם גם יצאה מהפתח בכיור.

Le tende sono confortevoli, hanno tutti i servizi di una Bella camera d'Hotel di livello superiore. La nostra era molto pulita, il bagno stupendo, con una doccia ampia e spaziosa. Insieme agli asciugamani, anche accappatoi e teli per la piscina. Complimentary Coffee & Tea. Lo staff sempre cortese e gentile, sia alla reception e sia al ristorante.

Mi è piaciuta l’originalità della struttura..

Hotel tenuto male, non fanno manutenzione, ci sono cose rotte, poca pulizia, se non glielo dici non ti fanno nemmeno la camera. Il ristorante è pessimo! Colazione orribile.

Le personnel était super. Melanie nous a aidé dès qu’elle pouvait ! Grace à elle nous avons pu bénéficier de son support pour les taxis, les activités et les restaurants.

Unsere Sri Lanka Reise hat in diesem Hotel begonnen und es waren 3 wundervolle Tage. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist äußerst Hilfsbereit und Aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

L'unica nota positiva di questo posto è il ristorante. La cena era à la carte, ma comunque c'era una giusta scelta. Cosa che non è stata gradita è che le bevande nella pensione completa sono escluse.

La struttura era sporchissima, all'interno del bagno in camera abbiamo trovato due blatte e soprattutto quando siamo entrati il bagno era in condizioni pietose e veramente molto molto sporco. Ho dovuto pulirlo io per cercare di riuscire ad andare in bagno. L'abbiamo fatto presente alla struttura che si è scusata e che hanno pulito la stanza il giorno dopo (secondo loro era pulita) ma siamo stati punto e a capo. Sinceramente un punteggio così alto su booking non me lo sarei aspettata. Ho alzato le lenzuola per rifare il letto perché il terzo giorno ho preferito fare da sola e credetemi che non saprei dirvi cosa non c'era su quel materasso. Se facessi parte dei NAS chiuderei direttamente la struttura. Veramente pessimo e lo sconsiglio a chiunque voglia andare in Sri Lanka e fare come tappa Sigiriya. Alcol assente, solo gin. Mancanza di succo se non arancia. Assurdo davvero ... E lo chiamano resort. Bah !

J’ai aimé la configuration de cet hôtel avec la piscine et des cabanes autour. La piscine est très belle et pas loin de petits restaurants.

A l’intérieur des cabanes c’est un peu vieillot surtout les salles de bain

Gorgeous lodges which were clean and spacious, plenty of room for all 5 of us. We loved the pool and how close it was to Sigiriya Rock and village. The staff were great and did everything to help find something our children would like to eat.

The structure of the rooms are super cute and efficient they perfectly blend with the nature around. The pools were clean and comfortable. The room had all the facilities we needed. Also the staff was very polite. Super satisfied

The restaurant has a limited choice of dishes during dinner time. But no worries it’s full of restaurants around!

Mooie, ruime bungalows. Groot zwembad. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Het mist wat afwerking. Overal lijken dingen maar half klaar. Ook in onze chalet hangen de gordijnen maar half en half, deels kapot. Fix dit en het wordt nog eens zo mooi hier.

Very spacious and beautiful family rooms, extremely helpful and kind staff. Room service and welcome ritual included. Situated in a well curated lush garden with two clean pools with sunbeds. No mass tourism, but yet a safe resort feeling with a wide food variety of the inhouse restaurant.

Handtücher dreckig. Das Hotelzimmer war nicht sauber und in die Jahre gekommen. Ungemütliche Beleuchtung im Hotelzimmer und im Restaurant. Hier sitzt man bei weißem grellen Licht in einem viel zu großen Raum. Das Essen hat uns leider gar nicht geschmeckt und ich hatte danach Bauchschmerzen. 5 Gänge Menü ohne Geschmack. Wie zuvor hier schon geschrieben, das Essen kann man sich sparen. Kartoffel nur halb durch. Zum Frühstück gibt es Baked Beans, Würstchen, Eierspeisen und trockene Pancakes sowie Waffeln

Super séjour ! Nous sommes restés deux nuits pour visiter le triangle culturel et cet hôtel correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Les logements sont très biens, la piscine est un réel plus après une journée de visite et le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre accueil et le service tout au long du séjour.

Heerlijk zwembad voor de deur, kleinschalig en leuke sfeer. Je bent op jezelf maar kan ook gemakkelijk een praatje maken en ervaringen uitwisselen met de andere rondtrekkers die je ontmoet. Een gemoedelijke en rustige sfeer. Het dakterras is een heerlijk plekje en er staan lekkere drankjes en finger food op de kaart. Het waait er lekker door. Ze denken goed met je mee als je iets wet wilt laten uit een gerecht. Het ontbijt is a la carte, plan hier wel even de tijd voor want na je bestelling kan t even duren voor t komt. Het is heerlijk en ze zijn superlief. De tuktuk’s staan bij het hotel klaar om je naar de laundry, krokodillenmeer, restaurants enz te brengen. Ze schrijven de ritjes op je kamer en aan het eind reken je het totaal af. Er zit een buitendouche bij het zwembad en ook ligt er een zandveld met net zodat je kan volleyballen en badmintonnen.

Bij aankomst was de watertank leeg waardoor we niet konden douchen of toilet doorspoelen, die werd wel direct gevuld maar dat duurt dan wel een anderhalf uur. De stroom viel een paar keer uit, maar dat kwamen ze ook gelijk oplossen met een hele club en werd weer verholpen. Je moet wat geduld hebben om op je drankjes en eten te wachten als je iets bestelt.

La chambre était spacieuse - deux lits doubles pour nous et les enfants. La piscine comporte deux bassins : petit bassin idéal pour les enfants (même si pas mal de carreaux se sont enlevés) et l'hôtel met à disposition des serviettes pour se baigner. Globalement bien situé dans Sigiriya Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et laisse le choix

Les lits sont très durs et plats - mal de dos ! Le restaurant de l'hôtel est cher et pas très bon.

Fijne accommodatie, familiekamer was super ruim, lekkere bedden, warme douche. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Groot zwembad in mooi aangelegde tuin. Personeel super vriendelijk. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Het avondeten vonden we niet echt lekker.

Everything was amazing! The bungalow, the pool, the surrounding area! A lot of animals to see while chilling at the pool. You even have a personal alarm which is a peacock :) i loved everything about it! The staff is very welcoming and always smiling. The perfect place to stay and chill out.

Despite being close to Sigiriya Rock, we were able to relax without being bothered by the noise of cars. We had both dinner and breakfast, and the food was delicious with seasonings that were easy for children to eat.

The chlorine concentration in the pool was quite high.

This accodmation is amazing. The rooms are very clean and beautifully designed. The swimming pools was amazing. It was cleaned every morning. We had breakfast there each morning and there were lots of food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They booked us a transfer on our departure date easily with no issues.

De kamers waren sfeervol ingericht met super faciliteiten: airco, goede douche en overige voorzieningen. Ook het schone en grote zwembad was heerlijk om in af t koelen. Daarnaast was het ontbijt super en de service van het enorm vriendelijke personeel fantastisch!

Prachtig verblijf, uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, schitterende tuin en zalig zwembad, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, lekkere cocktails/mocktails, mooie chalets met verzorgingsspulletjes, goed gelegen voor bezoek aan leeuwenrots en restaurantjes...

Een kleintje: de koffie bij het ontbijt was héél slap. De wasservice die ze aanbieden, is heel duur. Je kan beter je spullen zelf ergens gaan afgeven in de buurt.

The room was very nice, comfortable bed and was fitted with all the things you need in the bathroom. The pool area was beautiful and a highlight.

The lighting in the dining area was like a hospital, they need better mood lighting. Some of the staff were extremely friendly, others were not as engaged. The breakfast was very western, the fruit was cut very small. I would like to have seen some more Sri Lankan dishes like hoppers. The menus in general were very western. Other hotels we have stayed offered filtered water for free so we could fill water bottles rather than having to buy plastic. The hotel has good bones but it needed some care, the ponds in the front, the sun beds, the towels were a bit tatty. There was a room full of furniture. We enjoyed our stay but expected a higher level for the price.

A great location for the local area and the trips we were doing. The pool area was lovely and the design of the place was great. Quite basic in some ways but covered what we needed. The breakfast was quite basic but again covered our needs. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was perfectly fine with a nice shower. Staff were welcoming for the most part and we enjoyed our staff. It was good value for money too.

Wat een locatie! Een privé-park met leuke, van elkaar gescheiden verblijven. Ruime huisjes. Ruim zwembad. Supervriendelijk personeel. Het domein is in werkelijkheid nog mooier dan op foto.

Het restaurantgedeelte is was wat vreemd opgevat. We waren opnieuw bijna de enige gasten, maar dienden soms lang te wachten op eten. Ietwat vreemde sfeer, maar heel lekker gegeten. Dunne matrasjes.

Kindness of people and care of service was perfect. Food from the restaurant was very good and high level. A more refined restaurant environment and maybe an outdoor setting would definitely upgrade the stay.

The bungalow can be incredibly hot, we tried to relax in the afternoon but it was impossible due to the heat and low power of the air conditioning system. We were assigned the only bungalow right under the sun, others are under tree shade...maybe it's better. In general, outdoor maintenance could be improved.

While the entrance looks quite messy, the interior with the huge pool garden looks very nice and is a great space to just chill. The rooms are very large and well equipped, beds are nice, shower great, airco fine.

The pool was very dirty and the filtering was turned off, it felt like a chemical bath. The restaurant only does indoor seating which is a shame because you're looking at this fantastic garden and you're sitting in the cold. The food was ok but we avoided eating there whenever we could. The main problem is that the staff was rather passive. We arrived, took a while for them to recognize new guest entered. Pool towels don't get restocked, the pool was dirty and didn't get cleaned except once in the morning, and while eating nobody came to offer drinks or water. But then again there's dozens of staff pretending to be very busy and there were hardly any guest
