Spacious , nice pool and staff . Convenient location, beach is across the street . Food is good if you can eat it hot

The whole inside of building was FREEZING . I get that it is 100 degrees outside , but it was literally worse than an operation room , all the time .HAD to take breakfast outside every morning to be able to eat or to the food would instantly get cold as you were making a waffle , walk to your table and your food is all cold . The employees are freezing too. Felt rushed to eat . It was very unpleasant being inside and so cold . It wasn’t just us either . Lots of people complained around us about it being too cold . PARKING is paying a separate company to park there at the hotel. With taxes it was $26 a day to park was a little excessive.

Beautiful resort. Pool areas were gorgeous and very well maintained. Unit was very clean and tastefully decorated.

Gym with steamroom and sauna were closed for remodeling so not able to utilize those.

Pretty much everything- the fabulous comfortable room, the location, the staff (everyone was friendly, hard working and helpful) and facilities were of a top standard- very highly recommended. Loved the pool area which was relaxed and not busy at all, and the general ambiance of the hotel was great.

The breakfast was delicious and the omelette chefs were fantastic- I would say that proper plates and tea/coffee cups should be provided instead of plastic (think of the environment too!) and the tables should be laid for you instead of the customer having to do it however I cannot fault anything else about this hotel.

This is one of the best properties in PCB, the facilities are amazing, the rooms are perfect, breakfast is delicious, and the location next to Pier Park and in front of the beach.

The convenience provided by the valet parking, a great breakfast on site, well maintained and beautiful pool and facilities, nice clean room. The couch could have been a little more comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!

The overall location was absolutely fantastic when you consider the nearest public beach access was right across the street. You also had about an 1 to 20 minute drive between stores and restaurants. But the true highlight would be the staff at the hotel especially Roxann Williams & Brittany Valles who went above and beyond for us doing our full stay. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families. 10/10 all the way.

The phone number for valet parking was down all weekend. Thus when you wanted your car to be waiting for you when you came outside it wasn't able to. With the weather being as hot as was it would have been nice to have utilized this feature.

Location was great! Facility was beautiful and the room was spacious! Pool was nice and I enjoyed the bar/restaurant at the pool. Breakfast had a lot of great options compared to most hotels.

The pool facilities were very nice however, the hot tub was dirty and I did notice some hair in the pool when I was swimming!

Our stay was great! The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was especially good — honestly, one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had in the U.S.

The only small downside is that you have to cross a small road to get to the beach.

Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Loved the balcony. The pool was excellent for the kids. Breakfast and the restaurant for dinner was delicious. Perfect location overlooking the beach/pier and walking distance to pier park.

The only issue was that our room was not ready and there was little communication on that. The top floor Terrance was also never open. That would have been a nice amenity.

It was a beautiful place. The view was amazing. The food was incredible.

They told me I could check in at 3, but when I arrived I wasn’t able to check in until 6. My shower head came completely off while my kid was showering. My door wouldn’t close tight without being hip bumped or pulled shut.

I loved everything about the property the fact that it was located on the beach is a plus for me

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and lovely little shops just a short walk away. I would especially like to mention the breakfast. The made-to-order omelets, prepared right in front of you, were absolutely delicious and a real highlight of our stay!

The best place to stay with kids. Staff was helpful. Our suite was comfortable just needed cleaning on the hidden places but no big deal. The pool was amazing, my kids were so happy they wanted us to add another night. Highly recommend this place.

I love that it was pet friendly. It was wonderful location. If you are looking to spend July 4 and have the best view ever this is a place to stay.

Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say the only thing I need clarification on when I book Booking.com it said that I added the breakfast breakfast daily but then when I asked the hotel, they said that it is a complementary with your stay

Location to Pier Park and Pier was nice. Pool was descent with various seating options. Breakfast was nice.

Not on the beach, parking was expensive and difficult. Layout was hard. Had to walk the whole building to get anywhere. Very expensive, not worth the $$.

The property was very well maintained and super clean.

If you’re planning to book, please be prepared to pay for parking. Self parking is $20 per day and valet parking is $28 per day. You’d think parking would be free since you’re staying in the resort, but it is not.

Very pet-friendly which I loved, gave you a “pet inside” sign to hang on your door so the wait staff is aware and will leave anything you request outside your door. Loved that they give you 2 complimentary drinks a day, and they have the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever seen. We had the gulf view and loved sitting on the balcony every evening. And, it’s right by across the street from the dog beach, and so much shopping and dining in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

I think for as much as you spend on the room, they should definitely get rid of the daily parking fee.

Overall, the hotel was outstanding. Location was everything.

The walk from the elevator to room (301) was excessive. No elevator close by. But once we got to the room, we forgot about the walk.

I like the the property was close to everything such a restaurants and stores were within walking distance!

I asked prior to booking about the pet friendly, I was told the pets were not allowed in certain areas Not the case, these people had dogs eating at tables!

Convenient to everything. The breakfast selection was amazing! And the restaurant at the hotel had amazing food, also. We really enjoyed our stay.

The AC in our room wasn’t working when we got there. It took a couple of hours, but they were able to get it fixed.

Had a great stay at the Embassy Suites Panama City Beach. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but the standout service made it even better. I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Mogli from the morning breakfast team. We had breakfast on Monday morning (June 1st) right before checking out, and she was doing an amazing job keeping the whole dining area clean and helping everyone out. As a fellow Ecuadorian, it was great . Her friendly attitude and great work ethic really stood out, and management definitely needs to recognize her hard work. Thanks again.

Everything was great! The ONLY thing was the floor in our room were dirty. Needed a VERY good mopping our feet were black on the bottom by the end of the night, other than that, it was great!

The Breakfast fast was awesome. The made to order egg, the avocado toast was the highlight. Happy hour was a delight as well. Everything clean and staff super courteous.

We had a mobility accessible suite. The shower water ran all out into the bathroom floor. The walk-in shower, the strip on the floor ends were curled upwards. Plus, the bathroom sink was draining really slow. But, all in all, we enjoyed ourselves.

Stayed 2 nights. Checked in Friday at 4. Checked out Sunday morning at 9. No hot water Saturday after all day at beach and then again Sunday morning. Thought it would have been better considering it’s a Hilton. No one came up to try to fix or check. It’s like they didn’t care. Crazy for the money we spent on a 2 br suite. Definitely chose somewhere else.

The staff just didnt seem to want to be helpful. I had 2 request before I checked in thru there website, booking.com and even calling... no reply until after I checked out. And staff I asked before hand and whike chexking in, couldn't accommodate. . They put us in a room next to a yappy dog and didnt do anything about it. Not even offer to move us or them. They dogs are suppose to be on 1 St floor. We were in 4th. Love embassy, but this one , no. 38.00 for 2 beers and a rum and coke ! Really Not going back!

At best this was an average stay. I understand these are holiday hotels and they are super busy but aren’t they supposed to be prepared for it?? Valet guys were great! Room service was very very average. So bad that even the empty glass was left where ever it was. Cold shower as well, we normally always like Embassy suits so was a bit surprised!

AC isn’t great in the rooms. Didn’t cool off our room very well. The fence was broken to the patio which was a safety risk for our four year old son… since the fence opens to the pool.
