Nazalost vecera, svaki dan je deuga tema vecere. Ima puno svega na izbor, ali nista nije prekvalitetno. Najedes se da nisi gladan, ali bas da uzivas u hrani i nije. Radije bi da smo uzeli samo dorucak a veceru isli van jesti

Teilweise etwas schmutzig. Frühstück laut und voll, durch viele Leute. Personal hätte teilweise hilfsbereiter/freundlicher sein können. Vor 13:00 Uhr gab es für unsere Tochter nichts zu essen und wir mussten stets selbst was besorgen. Kidsclub leider ungepflegt, dreckig und kaputt.

El trato del personal fue maravilloso tanto de recepción, del equipo de sala del buffet como de cocina, siempre intentando ayudarte y aconsejarte. El buffet nos sorprendió un montón, tanto por la calidad de los platos como por la gran variedad, que cada noche cambiaba un poco. El último día como teníamos que salir muy temprano y no podíamos ir al desayuno nos hicieron un picnic muy completo. ¡Ojalá poder volver pronto!

La verdad que el hotel me sorprendió y para bien, la habitación limpia, la ubicación era muy fácil para llegar, la chica de recepción( no sé cómo se llama, no le vi el nombre) muy simpática y explicándonos todo muy bien. En general la recepción muy simpáticos. En la cena buffet tenemos que destacar a Dani que fue muy atento en atendernos en todo momento y muy amable, siempre saludando y con una sonrisa. El resto no tanto. En el bar Sergiu igual de amable.

Lo que no me gustó mucho fue que teníamos que hacernos nosotros el check-in( aunque la chica como mencioné nos ayudó en todo momento) y también que para la cena con media pensión te dan como un crédito para gastarlo como tú quieras. Por ejemplo en la carta nos quitaba de eso hasta para la comida, cosa que no entendí ya que habíamos pagado para media pensión( no entendí muy bien cómo funciona eso). Pero en general todo bien.

Die Anlage selbst (Garten) ist sehr schön und wird täglich gepflegt. Unsere Tochter hat die Mini Disco geliebt.

Speziell ist die Abrechnung mit dem Halbpension Guthaben und das man dann dieses Guthaben nicht wieder aufladen kann, zumal dies auch für Getränke aufgebraucht wird. Wäre super, wenn man das Guthaben zwischendurch aufstocken kann, damit man den Gedanken, ohne Geld unterwegs zu sein, auch wirklich ausleben kann. Am Abend vor unserer Abreise hatte es für knapp 2 Stunden nen Stromausfall.

Nos encantó muchísimo la ubicación del hotel, sus instalaciones y el personal. Empezando por el Jefe de recepción Alberto, un gran profesional y una persona encantadora. Muy pronto, nos solventó un pequeño problema. Debo destacar, la amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel, siempre te atendían con una sonrisa y creo que se llama Jesús el socorrista, un chico muy muy profesional siempre muy pendiente de todo el mundo y con una gran educación.

La habitación sin ventilación y a veces no olía muy bien el desagüe.

Está clasificado como un hotel de 4 estrellas y es como un hostal juvenil. Te hacen pagar por todo. Teníamos régimen de media pensión y teníamos que pagar 3€ por una botella de agua para cenar, 1€ por cambio de toalla… Decepcionante, este hotel no está bien clasificado. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Ottima colazione con ampia scelta dolce/salato, camera lato relax vista piscina spaziosa e silenziosa, letto king size comodo, buoni prodotti da toeletta, verde della struttura eccezionale, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla splendida spiaggia Playa Dorada.

La verdad es que nos encantó el hotel. El desayuno es increíble, muy completo y con muchísima variedad. La habitación era muy cómoda, las instalaciones están súper cuidadas y la piscina nos pareció espectacular. Además, todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. En general estuvimos súper a gusto y nos llevamos una experiencia buenísima. Es un sitio increíble al que volveríamos sin duda.

Por poner algún punto negativo, nos sorprendió que en el baño no hubiera escobilla para el váter. Creemos que es algo básico y necesario para poder dejar el baño limpio después de utilizarlo. Es un detalle muy pequeño y fácil de solucionar, y desde luego no empañó para nada lo buena que fue nuestra estancia.

Los horarios, cierra todo muy temprano (la piscina, la cena, la actuación de por la noche). Los camareros enseguida te echan del restaurante y del buffet cuando aun queda tiempo y te meten prisa. En general está montado para extranjeros y no para españoles.

Stanze spaziose , moderne ben arredate , con aria condizionata,frigo e doccia grande . La colazione a buffet ricchissima dal salto al dolce, frutta fresca e piatti caldi , le cena a buffet meravigliosa tutte le sere un menù diverso e tante portate fra cui scegliere oltre ad uno chef a disposizione per grigliare pesce o carne del giorno sul momento buffet dessert e fontana di cioccolato . Offrono poi due grandi zone piscine una per famiglie con piscine e scivoli , e una separata per relax coppie senza bambini .tutte le sere musica dal vivo e baby dance per i bambini .

Unica pecca il terzo Letto nella nostra stanza era una tavola di legno dura con un materassino di 5 cm , chiesto di poter avere un altro tipo di letto ma non me avevano quindi mia figlia ha dormito 9 notti nel lettone con noi per fortuna il letto era molto grande .

El buffet

Della struttura mi è piaciuto molto lo staff, l’accoglienza e la disponibilità. Molto gradita l’utilizzo dei crediti per usufruire delle varie consumazioni. Gradita anche la divisione delle piscine da quella con la zona relax a quella classica.

La struttura, la forma e la disposizione delle camere. Io personalmente ero nella camera che affaccia sulla strada in cui si entra nella struttura. L’ingresso direttamente su “zona giorno” con a vista il lavabo del bagno e di un mobile di arredo, il corridoio di passaggio per arrivare alla zona notte con due nicchie in cui erano situati il servizio igienico e la doccia, entrambi con porta con vetro semi trasparente ma soprattutto con spazio sopra e sotto la porta di circa 10 cm, che quindi non dava privacy sia per il discorso rumori che per il discorso odori, la zona notte grande il giusto per far stare il letto, con un televisore di dimensioni troppo grandi per la distanza che vi era dal letto, con difficoltà anche nel passaggio delle persone.

We loved the layout of the MYND hotel, it was very nicely designed with lots of nice space around the pools and lots of lovely plants and trees for shade. Our rooms were a little small for our party size but were comfy and had super comfy beds and good aircon, the showers were superb. Food and drink were very good and reasonably priced, and all staff were friendly and accommodating.

Struttura bellissima con posizione ottima. Personale gentile e disponibile. Siamo arrivati tardi la sera e il ragazzo della reception ci ha offerto del cibo da consumare. Struttura tranquilla e ottima per rilassarsi. Piscina bellissima.

Pulizia della camera non fatta benissimo. Capisco la non presenza del bidet ma almeno uno scopino per pulire il gabinetto sarebbe ben accetto.

Bazen i koktel bar su odlični.

Posluga spora, doručak svaki dan isti, naručio peglu u sobu nije došla ni nakon 2 sata, ukratko ne vridi taj novac. Na početku nam dali i sobe koje nisu bile rezervirane, voditeljica nervozna zbog svoje greške!

Nos vamos de MYND Yaiza después de unos días absolutamente maravillosos y solo podemos tener palabras de agradecimiento. El hotel es una auténtica maravilla: instalaciones cuidadísimas, un ambiente fantástico y una atención excepcional por parte de todo el equipo. Desde recepción hasta los camareros, socorristas y personal de restauración, todos nos han hecho sentir atendidos y cuidados durante nuestra estancia. La comida merece también una mención especial: el buffet nos ha encantado y el restaurante a la carta Lamesa es de 10, tanto por la calidad como por la atención. Pero, sin duda, nuestro agradecimiento más especial es para Diego y César, del equipo de animación. Gracias por vuestra cercanía, vuestro cariño y por darlo absolutamente todo cada día. Habéis conseguido hacer todavía más felices las vacaciones de nuestra hija y verla disfrutar tanto con vosotros ha sido uno de los mejores recuerdos que nos llevamos de Lanzarote. ❤️ Se nota cuando alguien disfruta de su trabajo y lo hace con auténtico cariño, y vosotros sois un ejemplo de ello. Nos marchamos con muchísima pena, pero también con la sensación de haber encontrado uno de esos hoteles a los que sabes que quieres volver. Gracias a todo el equipo de MYND Yaiza por unas vacaciones inolvidables. Ho trovato molto bella la struttura, camere comode e pulite; molto intelligente la divisione tra zona family e relax .Il personale è gentile e professionale, in particolare voglio citare Martina che ci ha servito durante la cena, dandoci anche dei buoni consigli e Yosal e David che ci hanno preparato degli ottimi cocktails, allietandoci con la loro simpatia.

La mini piscine devant la chambre est originale. L'accueil au check in était agréable.

Le robot au check in est chronophage. Le système de crédit pour 2 personnes pour 2 nuits est inutile et compliqué. Le prix du buffet n'est pas adapté. La clim dans la chambre est dans la pièce de séjour et non dans celle où on dort. Qu'en est-il de l'écologie prônée par l'hôtel.

- Instalaciones. Cuentan con varias piscinas y restaurantes que están muy bien. Hay dos zonas separadas de piscina, zona familiar y zona relax. Se agradece bastante, aunque faltaría que hiciesen seguimiento de la gente que reserva hamaca sin estar… a veces era difícil coger sitio y la piscina estaba vacía. - Personal. Muy buen trato del personal, especialmente los del Lobby bar.

- Baño de la habitación. El baño no estaba separado como tal de la habitación, y el WC y la ducha tenían una puerta que no llegaba al techo. Más allá de la falta de intimidad, no despertarse en mitad de la noche cuando alguien va al baño es difícil. - Limpieza: Se notaba una limpieza muy superficial de las habitaciones. Igualmente, un día se saltaron la limpieza y tuvimos que solicitar cambio de toalla en recepción.

A lo unico que no le vi sentido es que te daban como cortesía por colaborar. En la limpieza de las habitaciones, una bebida por persona y día que podía ser vino, cerveza agua etcétera, pero no le veo sentido a que no pudiera ser. Un refresco....es lo único...lo demás todo maravilloso

El personal súper amable en especial Laura de Recepción, un encanto

Las hormigas en los baños y que en una semana no se barrió la terraza. El suelo de la zona de piscina es bastante peligroso ya que cada 3 de 5 niños o adultos resbalaba, descalzo y con chanclas. La falta de música para acabar la noche y si había era solo hasta las 22:30h

El personal es muy atento y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar con buena actitud. La ubicación ya que no hay problemas para aparcar, está en una zona tranquila y estás cerca de la playa. Las piscinas (aunque cubren poco) son bastante cómodas.

El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones era bastante flojo. La comida del buffet bastante justa para ser un ****, sin embargo en el restaurante LAMESA (a la carta) la calidad de la comida era bastante mejor

Posizione ottima. Colazione varia e abbondante. Le piscine un valore aggiunto, sempre pulite e tutto curato. Ho avuto modo di provare anche la SPA.

Metterei una macchina del caffè, un bollitore una bottiglia di acqua di cortesia nelle camere (soprattutto nelle junior suite, tipologia di camera che avevo prenotato)

anche se gigantesca, sviluppata su due soli piani abitazioni di dimensioni ragionevoli, cosí come anche zona doccia buona colazione a buffet con ampia scelta di dolce e salato efficienza e disponibiltà dello staff ampio parcheggio auto

le abitazioni erano fondamentalmente di due tipologie: quelle con vista piscine e quelle opposte con vista su strada, che proponevano all'esterno un tavolino e due sedie sul ballatoio, come la nostra (spero almeno di aver risparmiato sul prezzo per questa sistemazione di... ringhiera) non accettabile per un 4 stelle il cambio asciugamani ogni 4 giorni relativa lontananza dal mare e dal centro di Playa Blanca

La isla

No es como en las fotos, el baño y las duchas eran muy pequeñas, la supuesta terraza no tenía privacidad ninguna, donde estaba el colgador para secar la ropa, te podía robar cualquier persona porque daba al pasillo de paso para las habitaciones, y por último cometí un error con las fechas de las habitaciones y en vez de ofrecer alguna solución nos trataron como indigentes o algo parecido, sabes que nos quedábamos en la calle y no propusieron ninguna solución tuvimos que buscar otro hotel que por suerte conseguimos , personal de recepción pésimo nunca me trataron tan mal , y viaje a Tenerife, Paris , Riviera maya en tres ocasiones, republica dominicana, valencia etc y jamás recibí un trato tan nefasto

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and we had lots to choose from. It is close to the city center and we enjoyed walking every night. The staff was nice and helpful. There were events every night which made it fun too. The room was spacious and the bed was divine - the best one we ever had -hugeee! Lanzarote was absolutely perfect and if you decide to visit you won’t regret it - I actually cried when we had to leave the hotel and the island, even though we weren’t leaving home but to another island.

These are minor things and don’t affect our score but just details that could be improved - There were no ash trays on the tables outside (we had to ask the bartender that wasn’t in a good mood) , we missed vegetables for breakfast and the snack menu was not good - it was expensive and we got cold sandwiches

La comida y las actividades del hotel son geniales. Si vas con niños se lo pasan genial, de cualquier edad. La playa a 5 minutos andando. Puedes llegar en autobus des del aeropuerto sin problema.

La limpieza de la habitación dejaba que desear. Se notaba que iban muy rápido limpiando y había bastante pelusa, sobre todo debajo de las camas.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our third stay at MYND Yaiza, and there's a very good reason we keep coming back. The hotel continues to improve every time we visit. You can clearly see the investment being made, from the beautifully maintained grounds to the little improvements throughout the hotel. Everything is kept immaculately clean, and the staff work incredibly hard to make sure guests have a great stay. We stayed bed and breakfast, and the breakfast was fresh every morning with plenty of choice. I'd much rather see fresh food replenished regularly than unnecessary food waste, and we never struggled to find something we enjoyed. We also noticed that the hotel has introduced a new digital system for guests on half board, allowing them greater flexibility in how they use their dining credit throughout the day. It's a fantastic improvement and another example of the hotel continuing to invest in making the guest experience even better. The hotel feels very safe, and I was more than happy for my son to explore independently, whether that was popping to the hotel shop or taking part in the activities. It really is a relaxing place to unwind. We did experience one issue during our stay, but I want to give credit where it's due. The management team listened, took the time to understand our experience, and handled the situation professionally and with genuine care. Their customer service and follow-up were very much appreciated. A special thank you for the unexpected room upgrade – it made our holiday even more special. We made some wonderful memories together, and we're already looking forward to returning for our fourth visit.

Chambre moderne et spacieuse Bien équipée 4 piscines (zone calme et zone pour les enfants) Localisation à 5/10min à pied de la plage et des restaurants Nombreuses places de parking gratuite pour l’hôtel ou devant celui ci (facile de stationner)

Gros bémol : la propreté de la chambre. Le sol n’était pas fait quand nous sommes arrivés. Résultat : les pieds noirs si on marchait pieds nus… De plus, même si nous avons signé un papier nous permettant de réduire le service de ménage à 1 jour sur 2 (avec changement de la literie et des serviettes tous les 4 jours), nous n’avons eu le droit qu’à seulement un nettoyage de la chambre (sur un séjour de 5 nuits et 6 jours) qui était assez partiel (le sol toujours pas nettoyé, de la poussière sur les meubles, des traces sur la TV…). On trouve que cela est inacceptable pour un 4*. Caution de 10 €, seulement en espèces, par serviette de piscine (on vous demande sinon d’aller retirer de l’argent à l’ATM à côté qui prend 4 € de frais…), donc 40 € pour 4 serviettes… et si vous voulez changer la serviette car elle est sale, vous devez payer 1 € pour la changer… (service seulement disponible de 10 h à 13 h…). Chambre un peu bruyante le matin (selon les vacanciers à côté de vous) et le soir (tous les soirs, il y a un chanteur jusqu’à environ 23 h / minuit dans le lobby avec la musique forte, donc compliqué de se coucher tôt car la musique résonne dans tout l’hôtel et seulement simple vitrage.

La cadre est idyllique , très propre, personnel super agréable !

Le transport hôtel/aéroport, je recommande une navette privée ! 1h30 pour le retour … mais concernant l’hôtel que du positif !

Overall Verdict: We had an absolutely wonderful stay here with our 8-year-old daughter. The hotel perfectly balances a relaxed, chilled-out ambiance with great family-friendly spaces. If you want a holiday where you can actually wind down while keeping a child entertained, this is the place. Highly recommended! ## The Vibe & Clever Layout The standout feature of Mynd Yaiza is its layout. By splitting the hotel into a family zone and a relax zone, they’ve managed to create the perfect atmosphere. We were able to have plenty of active, fun times with our daughter, but could also retreat and enjoy the genuinely peaceful, quiet side of the resort. 🛏️ The Room: Triple Room with Bali Bed We stayed in a triple room which had more than enough space for the three of us. * The Bathroom: Modern, clean, and lovely. * The Terrace: The highlight was definitely the private terrace featuring a Bali bed—perfect for chilling out in the afternoon. * Eco-friendly cleaning perk: Rooms are cleaned daily, but you can opt for every-other-day cleaning in exchange for credits added directly to your flexible half-board account. It’s a brilliant incentive! 💳 The Genius of "Flexible Half Board" We stayed for 10 nights, and this system worked incredibly well for us. We ate out for dinner 4 times and had lunch elsewhere 4 times. Because of how the credit system works, we didn’t have to pay a single extra penny for drinks the entire time (and we still enjoyed soft drinks, daytime coffees, and a couple of beers/cocktails in the evening). * Tip: It essentially functions like an all-inclusive if you manage it well. It is incredibly good value for money as long as you don't go wildly overboard. 🍽️ Food & Drink Breakdown * Breakfast (Open until 11:30 AM!): A fantastic, fresh, and healthy selection. Everything from fresh fruit and healthy options to perfectly cooked bacon and eggs. High-quality produce throughout. * Lunch: Once you get the hang of ordering it as a takeaway, the pool-side lunch system works great. Excellent quality pizzas, chicken fingers, burgers, and toasties. * The Buffet Restaurant: Good quality, though like any buffet, it can feel a bit like a "mish-mash" of different foods on one plate. For the three of us, a dinner here with drinks usually came to about €80 of our board credit. Super convenient since you don't need to book. * The À la Carte Restaurant: A must-try! We ate here once and had a beautiful three-course meal with a bottle of wine. The quality was definitely superior to the buffet and cost us €100 of our credit. In hindsight, we wish we had booked this more often! 📍 Location & Playa Blanca Playa Blanca itself is beautiful, clean, and wonderfully laid-back. The hotel is ideally situated just a 10-minute walk to the main promenade and beach. * Dining nearby: If you turn one way along the front, you'll find a great selection of quality, sea-view restaurants that are slightly cheaper. * The Marina: If you head toward the marina, it’s slightly pricier but beautiful. We paid about €100 for a lovely three-course meal including a bottle of wine for the two adults and a child's meal. ✨ Final Thoughts From the quality of the produce to the gorgeous design and peaceful setting, Mynd Yaiza delivered a truly relaxing family holiday. We would return in a heartbeat!

We changed to this hotel around a fortnight before our holiday as our original hotel had major construction work going on in the vicinity. First the pros. The hotel is central for both the Marina and the town itself. It's set in stunning grounds and with the Family Space and Realx areas being separated, it seemed to suit most guests. We had a ground floor room which was spotlessly clean and spacious. We opted not to have the room cleaned daily and were given vouchers for 2 free drinks a day -water/soft drink/1/2 pint beer. for the duration of our stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Shower gel and shampoo was provided as was a powerful hairdryer. There was adequate storage space including a wardrobe and drawers. There was a patio table and 2 chairs on the terrace and a small clothes dryer for swimwear. The swimming pool is large but not very deep. There was always plenty of sun loungers at all times and they all had plenty of space around them. Drinks could be ordered from the beds and collected at the pool bar. As we like to wander off site in the evenings we liked the credit system where you're given 30 Euros pp per day to spend at the hotel's restaurants/bars. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and empty trays were soon replenished. The only thing I missed was the occasional sausage/baked beans. We didn't eat at the main restaurant in the evening but did dine at Lamesa twice. The food on the first visit was beautifully cooked and presented. We weren't quite do lucky the second time. Hubby's steak was undercooked for a medium, with lots of blood on the plate. My chicken stir fry was very salty. I didn't complain, but did mention that fact and they offered to cook me another meal. It was busy there and I didn't want to wait any longer, so refused their gesture. We were given a free liquer coffee as compensation.All the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. The cons -and there aren't many. The hotel is a good 15-20 mins walk from any pubs/restaurants. There is a public walkway outside the terraces, so while enjoying on your patio, you'd have people passing by. This didn't bother us, but it's something to consider. I didn't like the idea of being able to see someone sitting on the toilet from the bed. It's ok if your with your partner, but could be a bit awkward if you're with a friend. Evening entertainment could have been better for a 4* hotel. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday. Would we stay again? Most definitely at the right price.

Lovely pools and clean rooms. Plenty of activities by the pool for the kids and adults by entertainment team. If you go half board you get the money as a credit and can spend how you want in the hotel!

La situación es estupenda cerca de las playas de 🦜 🌊 Papagayo que son las mejores con diferencia, fácil aparcamiento 🅿️ gratis fuera del hotel, las piscinas y toboganes para los niños muy bien, la comida más que aceptable e incluso algunos días buenísima. El personal de 10, majísimos, incluso te reciben con una bebida de bienvenida en el check in. Nos ha gustado todo, calidad-precio maravilloso.

Por decir algo a mejorar: La sala de juegos de los niñ@s un poco floja y con fallos, la animación nocturna y de niñ@s sin más, las he visto mejores. Se estropeó el ascensor y tardaron en solucionarlo. Quizá también deberían prestar atención al exterior pues a veces hay grillos fuera y te dan la noche o qué la luz de fuera de la habitación queda continua y puede molesta, pero en nuestro caso sin importancia porque estábamos cansados de playa y visitas. En general un hotel fantástico en relación a su precio.

La habitación era muy amplia, los exteriores geniales, súper cuidados. Muy cerquita de Playa Dorada, si te apetece ir a la playa sin tener que mover el coche.

Por ponerle alguna pega, el desayuno algo mejorable. Muy orientado al turismo extranjero.

Limpieza...te Dan unos bonos de bebida por agradecete no querer limpieza todos los dias pero en 7 noches no cambiaron sábanas, que puede que no sea muy necesario pero con un niño pequeño, arena de playa, etc pues aunque sea una vez hubiera estado bien! Solo cambiaban toallas, pasaban mopa y poco mas.

We all absolutely loved this hotel, the staff, the atmosphere, the facilities and the credit system were outstanding. We travelled as a family of four - with two teenagers and honestly feel the hotel made the holiday. The only issues/improvements we could suggest to make the place faultless would be a change to the layout of the room. The lack of privacy particularly for the toilet can be problematic. Also the quality and choice at breakfast could be better. Neither of these issues would stop us coming again - we all had a wonderful time, thank you ☺️

Cena dispersiva, da bere arrivava dopo molto tempo, più volte hanno dimenticato, cibo scadente, colazione scadente, più abbondanza che qualità.

Très bel hôtel, bien aménagé, avec 4 piscines. Nous avions pris la demi-pension et les buffets du petit déjeuner et du dîner étaient vraiment très bons, avec beaucoup de choix et un thème différent tous les soirs. Je conseille de prendre une chambre avec vue piscine, car sinon vous aurez vue sur un terrain vague d’un côté ou vue sur la route de l'autre.

L’espace salle de bain dans la chambre était juste séparé par une mini cloison derrière le lavabo, pas trop d'intimité pour se changer ou utiliser les toilettes.

La parte dé la limpieza de las habitaciones muy mal organizada en una semana estuvimos dos días qué no nos limpiaron la habitación y así a otros huéspedes

Love it here. Our third visit. It’s a very chilled relaxed hotel. Liked the new online wallet system. Reception staff extremely helpful and hotel spotlessly clean. A special thanks to the double act Sergio and Joan Carlo in Lamesa restaurant for their amazing customer service and for making our evenings so enjoyable. We will be back !

Emplacement super , chambre spacieuse , équipements de qualités , les piscines sont très cool et il y a un côté pour les familles et un autre pour un moment plus détente , très bon buffet le matin et même le soir à l’hôtel ( payant le soir) tout est à disposition pour un super séjour , propre et personnel très sympa

Lo que más me gustó fue la comida y gestión de la media pensión. Ademas de la ubicación que fue inmejorable.

No me gustó la distribución que tenía la habitación, la ducha estaba metida en un hueco y salía el agua al pasillo, luego el inodoro estaba en otro hueco diferente y no tenía buena luz y el lavabo estaba fuera. Muy raro, pero nos adaptamos. Otra cosa que no nos gustó nada fue el trato de algunos trabajadores ya que fuimos al restaurante LA MESA a cenar a las 21:30 nos dijo que era demasiado tarde que no nos podían atender cuando justo había tomado la comanda a una mesa. Esto nos sorprendió mucho, lo comentamos y aún así nos mintió y nos dijo que solo les había cobrado. Cuando sabíamos perfectamente que cobraban al mismo tiempo que tomaban comanda… En fin, que tuvimos que rogarle para que nos pusiera de cenar, situación innecesaria cuando encima nos fuimos antes de la mesa a la que les tomó la comanda al llegar nosotros. Luego no podíamos pedir comida en el restaurante de la piscina y teníamos que ir dentro del hotel a por la comida para la piscina y en el de fuera la bebida… Un caos Una observación es que pretenden dar servicio de alta calidad con personal deficiente, les faltan ganas de trabajar y sangre en las venas

L'hôtel est globalement charmant, agréable et propre et le personnel est discret. L'offre de restauration est assez complète et le restaurant "classique" est de bonne qualité. Le système de wallet est très bien.

La chambre n'est pas très bien insonorisé, on entend la douche de la chambre d'à côté. Certains plats du restaurant buffet ne sont pas de bonne qualité. Le restaurant "classique" pourrait être ouvert plus souvent dans la semaine.

This is a really great hotel, excellent value for money. I did ask for a quiet room as my partner has got trouble sleeping and we got a great room right at the end of the hotel complex, extremely quiet (thank you!). Food was fantastic, lots of choices at breakfast and dinner, especially enjoyed the Japanese-themed night at the buffet. One evening we ate at the La Mesa restaurant, to try something else, also fantastic. Pool area was spacious, clean, with lots of plants, that made the area looking so good! I really appreciated the division between family zone and relax zone, divided by a block of buildings, it really limits the noise and we enjoyed the peace of the relaxation zone. It would have been nice to have some coffee-making facilities in the room but it was not a huge problem as you can get coffee from the bar. Overall a great stay, would recommend!

Le personnel très accueillant, à la réception le monsieur nous a aider pour ajouter à la dernière minute notre enfant dans la réservation avec une chambre spacieuse et adaptée. Le buffet est excellent. Piscine énorme avec une spéciale enfant. Notre séjour était impeccable.

Unfortunately the room was not cleaned properly , things were under the bed that had not been cleaned aswell as a vodka bottle that was not ours being behind the fridge so although these aren’t common areas to clean it does make you wonder what else isn’t cleaned and it’s not nice to have to find other people’s drink left over after their holiday

Het ontbijt was heerlijk en divers, de bedden waren aan de stevige kant maar sliepen goed, nette kamer, alles wordt netjes schoon gehouden (binnen en buiten), heel fijn en behulpzaam personeel, voldoende ligbedjes aan het zwembad met parasol, perfecte locatie op loopafstand van Playa Blanca. Echt top!

De gehorige kamers. Je kunt vrijwel meegenieten van de gesprekken van alle omringende buren (en hun gestamp). Dat was wel een minpuntje, zeker in de ochtend.

We holidayed with family and grandchildren. We’re allocated 2 poolside rooms next to each other. Fabulous clean, modern hotel. All staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and buffet regularly replenished. When the pancakes ran out they were replaced with waffles or crepes. We ate out each evening so cannot comment on dinner. We were 1/2 board and loved the system where each room was given a weekly spend allowance and we used this for lunches, snacks and drinks. Only provide your room no and insert pin. No need to carry cash. Plenty of sun beds although a few spare parasols may be welcome as the season continues. Entertainment was good. 5⭐️’s to the White party, held poolside, fire pit free BBQ & an excellent group and disco. Already decided on day 1 we were returning next year. Thank you.

My second visit to this hotel. Wonderful, helpful, friendly and professional staff who could not do more for guests. Room was clean overlooking the pool with good facilities and house keeping. Pool area immaculate and well maintained including the shrubbery. Plenty of sunbeds and quiet pools (loved the quiet / relax area). Good breakfast with plenty of options, buffet dinner average but the Lamesa restaurant was much better and we loved the credit system so you could spend your half board allowance as and where you wished giving us the option to eat out as we liked. Well located with a short walk to the beach and marina. Hotel very quiet overall, small quiet bar area and limited entertainment which was fine. Would recommend particularly the friendly staff.
