C'est un bel et grand hôtel. Les buffets sont bons et variés.

L'hôtel est beau mais un peu impersonnel. Peu de luminosité dans ma chambre/manque de lumières.

Situation de la chambre très décevante (politique de prix incompréhensible car même prix que vous soyez bien ou mal situés dans l’hôtel), nous avions réservé une chambre swimup, celle qui a été affecté donnait sur des travaux et un centre commercial, et était exposé à l’ombre. Après plusieurs réclamations nous avons pu bénéficier pour les 3 derniers jours d’une autre chambre côté sud, vue piscine. Ménage dans la chambre très tardif (après 13h) Hôtel usine, on ne s’en était pas rendu compte sur le site. Pas d’expérience client Très déçu vu le prix

Cuando llegue la habitación impecable pero el mantenimiento diario de la habitación me pareció algo pobre ... un día solo me hicieron la cama y cambio de toallas , ni barrer ni pasar un paño a los baños ..., ateo día a las 6:30 pm todavía no habían hecho la habitación ..., por lo demás todo muy bien

Nos encantó la tranquilidad del hotel y la comida del restaurante Magical. Es muy positivo que se pueda cambiar con facilidad la cena por el almuerzo, porque la comida es de buena calidad y abundante en el servicio de mediodía. La piscina de la habitación y la común están climatizadas, por lo que es un gran punto a favor. Los camareros de restaurante, camareras de piso y el señor de mantenimiento de 10.

Había descoordinación entre el personal del restaurante para el tema de pago de bebidas, si querías consumir por carta, etc. También con el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones: si no quieres que entren a las 9:30 de la mañana cuando estás durmiendo y pones el cartelito en la puerta, ya te pasan a hacer el servicio de habitación al día siguiente, no debería ser así y debería pasar más tarde. Falta de flexibilidad del personal en general a peticiones concretas.

Tanto el hotel como el trato del personal es de 10. Tengo que destacar el trato por Samuel el jefe de la zona del champs que fue increíble. La preocupación de Jefferson por preocuparse en todo momento por nuestro bienestar fue de 10. Y el servicio en restaurantes fue increíble recalcando el trato tan guay por Laia y Samu. Un fuerte abrazo nos vemos en nada.

Food wasn’t hot enough for me. But still enjoyed the hotel and would return.

All the staff were very attentive, the rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. All-inclusive package with exclusive drinks and a variety of food options. Our fifth time in Barceló and always very satisfied.

The entertainment leaves a little to be desired. There's no music in the pool area on the royal level.

Super obsluga, mily zespol hotelu, wystrój wewnątrz bardzo korespondujący z otoczeniem. Wspaniale wyżywienie - rozmaitość posiłków i dobra obsługa. Spokój i cisza -doskonale miejsce dla par. Pokój z własnym zejściem do basenu - super!

Troszkę więcej staranności w sprzątaniu pokoju ale to Lanzarote ... bez napinki..:)

Insgesamt war die Auswahl des Essens sehr groß. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Hotel war sehr ruhig.

Von 7 Abenden hat man uns 3 Mal den Wein falsch gebracht. Auch war der Service ziemlich unkoordiniert und man hatte den Eindruck das Personal im Restaurant war nicht richtig angelernt. Ferner hatten wir einen Schaden an unserer Kleidung, da die Eingangstür gestrichen wurde OHNE Warnhinweis. Bisher gab es da keine Rückmeldung!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were excellent at helping with questions or our needs. The breakfast had many choices which made the morning an lovely food adventure.

There was no late night bar and limited restaurant choices on the property. If you do not chose to have all inclusive, then for dinner you only had 3 options and the dinner buffet was not so great. You had to have the buffet and could not just chose from the ala carte menu which would have been better.

Starfsfólk liðugt og gefandi. Barir og matur mjög gott.

Ef ekki út af herbergi fyrir kl 10. var ekki þrigið fyrr en kl. 4 og stundum 6 pm Kvörtuðum án árangurs. Starfsmaður í móttöku virtist ekki skilja ensku. Enginn rekjanleiki um kvartanir okkar. Fengum tékk out kl. 3 í stað 12. Samt var lokað á okkur Kl.12. Enginn axlaði ábyrgð og voð rukkið um 35 evrur.???

We had an amazing upgrade to one of the top suites. Very impressive. Royal level service was good. Liked the Royal Level Pool area

It’s huge and felt a little soul less. The weather wasn’t great and the hotel was far from full but it didn’t have a lot of character.

The staff were fantastic and the hotel was immaculate. The food was a really good standard and location is perdect

It would be great if there was a proper separate bar in the lobby area and not just a seating area. Also previously guests were provided with a tote bag although the cava and New Years chocolates were lovely so many people were talking about how it would have been nice to have a tote bag too. We love the different entertainment in the lobby but it is exceptionally loud.

Swim up pool room was lovely but very few hours in the sun due to its location. Staff in Magical on breakfast duty were brilliant.

We requested a change of room to get more hours of sun but the reception staff were unhelpful and rude.

New room, fresh (renovated) with huge bed and great view. Nice location next to the sea side. Self serve breakfast was nice and with good selection of food.

It seems hotel is mismanaged which is a shame for the facilities provided. Had low quality experience with staff, for example misleading information from different people on what is included in service; food (especially main course in restaurant) was not tasty; room cleaning has multiple issues: one day cups and water was not replaced (personal mentioned it's paid service), another day room was not cleaned up to after 4pm on a rainy day (when during afternoon we wanted to stay in a room).

Sadly the food let this hotel down massively 🙁 We had stayed here before and loved eating in the restaurant but sadly the food was below average this time with very little choice. We ate out most nights, which in turn made it more expensive than we wanted.

Super hôtel dans le sud de lanzarote surtout la partie réservée aux adultes. Superbe piscine chauffée. Le restaurant est aussi très bien surtout le buffet qui change tous les soirs. Après la carte des vins à revoir.

Food was excellent great choice, I loved the exercise in the pool the staff for activities very friendly and helpful. We used the indoor gym every morning it’s a great facility. The nightly entertainment was very relaxing in the main lobby area

El trato personal, amable, las instalaciones nuevas, muy limpias, tranquilidad por la noche. La ubicación es inmejorable

Un punto a mejorar seria poder encender y apagar la luz del baño a voluntad,, actualmente se enciendes por detector de movimiento. Otro punto seria actualizar los colchones porque empiezan a estar curvados.

Beautiful new hotel on the beachfront. Room spacious and lovely decor. Shower and sink unit in main bedroom with toiled separate. Not sure if I liked concept! My main dislike was that two single bed were pushed together to make king size, each with separate bedding and not tied to each other. Beds were on wheels and kept moving if you turned. I can understand the concept of putting beds together but not connecting them with brackets or bed covers was unacceptable. I did enquire if all room were like this but apparently not so do ask in advance. We were only staying there for one night so we survived but I would not have like this bed set up for longer stays.

L’hotel gode di una posizione strategica, ampia disponibilità di parcheggi e fermate di autobus nelle vicinanze. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Playa Blanca e Marina Rubicon, con i loro ristoranti, negozi e il lungomare, ma al tempo stesso lontana dalle zone più caotiche specialmente la sera. Perfetta come punto di partenza per visitare tutta l’isola, raggiungibile nel punto più lontano in circa un’ora di auto. Meno di mezz'ora dall'aeroporto. Camere molto luminose e tutte con una splendida vista sul mare. Ottimi servizi dalle piscine, spa e palestra ben attrezzata, moderna e sempre pulita. Wi-Fi veloce e sempre funzionante. Colazione abbondante, varia e di ottima qualità. La cena sempre ottima: ampia scelta di piatti, con opzioni che accontentano ogni gusto. Menzione speciale per i dolci sempre ottimi. Il teatro dell’hotel è un valore aggiunto: ogni sera spettacoli diversi e di qualità. Verde molto curato anche se essendo l'hotel di recentissima realizzazione le piante sono ancora molto giovani.

Questa la vedo difficile da migliorare ma trovo che sia grave che una struttura realizzata nel 2024 non abbia i bidet nelle stanze. Non c'erano problemi di spazio (è letteralmente nel deserto) e non penso Barcelò avesse problemi ad acquistare 588 bidet pertanto si tratta di una scelta deliberata di infischiarsene di chi ha maggiori esigenze igieniche. Non lo farò incidere eccessivamente nel giudizio finale ma rimane una gravissima mancanza.

La piscina Infinity del área Royal y el spa

La limpieza, sobre todo en la habitación, el balcón no lo limpian en varios días y hubo dos días que no repusieron las tazas y vasos usados. El hotel tuvo la cortesía de obsequiarnos con una botella de cava y después tardaron dos días en llevarse la cubitera y la copas. Además, habiendo reservado con varios meses de antelación no se tuvo en cuenta mi petición de dos camas.

La ubicación, las vistas, la piscina infinity y la tranquilidad.

El trato que nos dió un camarero llamado Nacho, según su placa identificativa del Havanna Club. Trato prepotente, soberbio y con cierta arrogancia. Fuimos el primer día y no volvimos hasta el último, que dimos una segunda oportunidad y fue peor que la primera. Creemos que una persona que trabaja en atención al público, no puede tener una actitud así y menos aún, cuando se le pidió las cosas con el máximo respeto y educación. La limpieza de la habitación podría mejorar, ya que en toda la estancia no se barrió ni limpió la terraza. Tampoco se nos repuso en toda la estancia el jabón de ducha y en algunas ocasiones otros productos de la habitación.
