Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl mit Frischem Obst, Nudeln, Reis, Suppe, Ei Variante, Kaffee und Tee. Nette Cafés in der Nähe. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Gebet um 3:45 Uhr war ohrenbetäubend. Unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen!!!

Prima hotel. Goede kamers, prettig restaurant.

Er staan best een aantal moskeeën in de buurt. De kamers zijn half buiten. Bij het ochtendgebed gaan deze moskeeën door elkaar oproepen tot gebed. Omdat het er meerderen zijn vond ik het wel heftig.

Hôtel bien situé en plein centre, idéal pour une nuit étape avant l’excursion à Ijen. Face à une place très animée, il permet de profiter de l’ambiance locale. Piscine peu profonde mais agréable. À noter : l’hôtel est proche d’une mosquée et les appels à la prière peuvent être bruyants, surtout selon l’emplacement de la chambre. Pour une nuit, cela ne nous a pas posé de problème.

Foto su Booking del tutto ingannevoli. La pulizia è assente: lenzuola sporche, macchiate e palesemente già usate da altri ospiti. Ho chiesto di cambiare stanza, ma lo staff me ne ha mostrate altre con le stesse identiche lenzuola luride. Per fortuna il soggiorno è durato solo poche ore. Sconsigliatissimo.

La cama era muy dura. La limpieza podría ser mejor, sobretodo el wc. El agua de la piscina estaba sucia. Es un problema en toda la isla ..pero el rezo a las 3 a.m o 4 a.m a todo volumen te despierta en cualquier hotel.

La propreté de la chambre, de la salle de bain surtout, les chambres ne sont pas du tout isolées, on entend tous les bruits aux alentours. Il y avait aussi une forte odeur dans la chambre.

Excellent accueil. Réponses aux questions en amont extrêmement rapides. Hotel bien situé, au calme ave un tres bon restaurant et une piscine centrale très propre. Chouette découverte!

Emplacement très proche du port. Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner Ok.

Beaucoup de bruit : mosquée, voisins et route juste à côté. La chambre est mal insonorisée. Lit pas très confortable, on y dort bien après une nuit blanche au mont Ijen. Piscine sale, probablement avec des algues vu la couleur.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel plusieurs mois à l'avance avec confirmation de Booking et de l'établissement (2 chambres pour 3 nuits). Quand nous sommes arrivés à 15h après 8h de voyage le personnel nous a gentiment informé qu'ils étaient complet et n'avait pas de solution à nous proposer. La douche froide ! Nous nous retrouvions à la rue, avec nos 2 enfants à l'autre bout du monde ! Ils avaient fait du surbooking sans se soucier des personnes qu'ils allaient mettre dans l'embarras perdus dans un environnement qu'ils ne connaissent pas ! Heureusement que nous ne sommes pas arrivés à 23h, je pense que la situation aurait été encore bien plus compliquée à gérer !!! Ils nous ont proposer de nous rapatrier sur des hôtels partenaires à 10 fois notre budget. Qu'ils n'ont d'ailleurs jamais réussi à joindre par téléphone pour s'assurer de leur disponibilité (ont t'ils réellement essayé ? Ne maîtrisant pas la langue locale je ne saurais le dire...et la personne à l'accueill n'a fait qu'echanger des sms devant nous) Par chance nous avons trouvé avec nos téléphones un hôtel dans le même budget à 5km de là sur Booking avec un accueil et une empathie extraordinaire face à notre situation. Nous avons eu de la chance dans notre malheur, après 3h de perdues nous nous sommes retrouvés au Luminor pour le même prix mais avec un standing bien au delà de nos espérances. Il est évident qu'il nous est impossible de recommander cet hôtel sauf si vous êtes prêts à courir le risque de vous retrouver à la rue en arrivant !

Sehr freundliches Personal auch im dazugehörigen Restaurant. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lokal indonesische Küche.

Die Zimmer hatten wenig Ablagefäche. Es roch nach Motenkugeln. Die Möbel sind alt und die Wände ungepflegt. Der Ruf des Muezzin war durch Lautsprecher in unmittelbarer Nähe der Fenster sehr laut. Schlafen war damit nicht mehr möglich.

Pulizia terribile, lenzuola sporchissime piene di macchie, abbiamo chiesto di cambiarle e ci sono voluti quattro tentativi prima di trovare delle lenzuola accettabili.

Établissement propre et bien tenu Piscine bien entretenue et exposée au soleil : l'eau est délicieuse ! Bon petit déjeuner, varié et copieux. Une mention spéciale pour le service de blanchisserie, qui nous a rendu des vêtements repassés, qui sentent bon et à un prix tout à fait raisonnable. Bravo aussi au restaurant ouvert toute la journée, qui propose de très bonnes pizzas et pâtes. Personnel aimable, efficace et attentif. Nous recommandons chaudement !

Le petit moins : l'hôtel est situé en bord d'une rue passante, ce qui génère un peu de bruit, notamment le matin au réveil.

Hotel di livello medio basso. Camera abbastanza pulita. Letto con materasso non così comodo. Lo consiglio se ci si ferma una notte di passaggio ma non per soggiorni lunghi.

Friendly staff. There's a swimming pool. The location is close to an ATM. Rooms are clean.

There's was a very loud mosque close to the hotel that was reciting from half past four untill 7,30 am. Loudspeakers on. The buffet breakfast was a bit overpriced with 70.000 per person.

Hemsk säng man känner madrassresåren i ryggen och den gnisslade så fort man vände sig. Höga, hårda kuddar. Lyhört.

Het was een goedkope kamer en dan mag je misschien ook niet zo veel verwachten. Bedden waren oké. Je kunt er ‘s avonds heerlijke pizza’s eten.

Het is wat gedateerd en de badkamer was niet echt schoon.

Всегда было убрано , спасибо за чистоту ! Хороший персонал работают на ресепшене, приветливые и отзывчивые ! Завтраки хорошие , но если любите острое , кофе и чай всегда доступные и вкуснейшие печенки! Плюс центр )

Мне очень трудно жить без возможности открыть окно , я задыхалась … впервые столкнулась с таким , что не могу открыть окошко , наверно просто не тот номер мне достался … если вы спокойные к такому , то отличный вариант!

We stayed for two nights as a stopover to Bali. The hotel and location were good for a short stay. The room was big. We got inside slippers to use. We liked having the seating area outside our room and the pool area to relax. The staff were super friendly and helpful too; They assisted with a midnight check in and we could pay by card.

The whole place was clean but would benefit from some more deep cleaning.

Decent location. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, sheets were stained.cleaning product used had a very strong oder.

Very clean and modern, incredibly close to amenities fully walkable. Lovely grounds and great food. There is also a great noodle restaurant next door. Bed was incredibly comfy. It was an amazing place to stay while we visited Banyuwangi and Ijen. Breakfast is so tasty and a great portion size.

Fijne kamer, lekkere douche, ontbijt prima maar basic, heerlijk zwembad, goede tour naar Ijen. Heerlijke pizza’s.

Kamer was een beetje klein maar prima voor wat we nodig hadden.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, perfetta per chi vuole visitare il vulcano Kawah Ijen, motivo principale del nostro soggiorno a Banyuwangi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità dello staff, che ci ha concesso un late check-out gratuito: una comodità davvero utile dopo l’escursione notturna, dato che siamo rientrati in mattinata. Inoltre, tramite l’hotel abbiamo prenotato anche la guida per l’escursione e nel complesso l’organizzazione è stata buona.

L’unica nota negativa riguarda la pulizia delle lenzuola, sebben pulite, presentavano alcune macchie.

Het hotel ligt centraal, waardoor je gemakkelijk overal naartoe kunt. De bank ligt ernaast en de markt is ook vlakbij.

Mogelijk is het wenselijk om een overkapping boven het zwembad te plaatsen, met name voor de warme uren overdag.

Muy antiguo, habían hormigas en la habitación. Habitación muy muy vieja y muy antiguo.

De locatie ligt in de stad, met een bank ernaast en de markt in de buurt.

Bij warm weer wordt het erg heet bij het zwembad, omdat de zon er direct op schijnt. Misschien zou een overkapping boven het zwembad prettig zijn voor wat meer schaduw overdag.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Essen. Gute Lage und wir haben einen Ausflug zum Ijen mit Guide über das Hotel gebucht, was super war!

Alles gut!

Ambiente eischließlich Swimmingpool gut. Frühstück mit wenig Auswahl aber schmackhaft. Pizza in der Hotelpizzeria gut.

Alles wirkt ein bißchen verfallen, z. B. löchrige Handtücher. Zimmer extrem klein, ohne Ablageflächen.

De mensen van het hotel waren heel erg aardig en kunnen je goed helpen met activiteiten regelen! Ook was het ontbijt heeeerlijk!

De kamers zijn erg klein en onhygiënisch. In de badkamer was er veel schimmels en kalk resten, ook op het beddengoed vlekken.

酒店前台工作人员很好，因为我们住在二楼，他们还帮我们把两个大行李箱提到房间。我们笫二天凌晨就要退房去伊真火山，他们还为我们提前打包好早餐，让人温暖，喜欢这家酒店。

The room is clean spacious.

The breakfast was poor for 75.000. The shower turn on suddenly whn we were sleeping. The curtain were moving by itself while we are in the bed.

Lokasi di tengah kota, mau cari kafe dan makan mudah banget. Strategis banget. Kamarnya cukup nyaman

Gak ada water kettle elektric. Klo mau bikin minuman hangat hrs keluar kamar. Pintu kamar mandinya juga perlu diperbaiki deh

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Personal hat alles gegeben, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Das Frühstück war sehr schön und auch lecker zubereitet, ein reichhaltiges Buffet. Kein kontinentales Frühstück mit Käse und Wurst sondern asiatisch, was ich sehr mag. Für meinen Ausflug auf den Ijen haben sie mir Sandwiches mitgegeben, weil ich das Frühstück verpassen werde!

Leider hatte das Zimmer keinen Safe für die Wertsachen.

we have a problem in banyuwangi and the staff of the hotel kindly helped us to solve all problems, they couldn't do better that that... rooms very clean, wonderfull breakfast. there is a restaurant in the hotel where is possible taste a good pizza, pasta and other good disches ( and we are Italian, a found many restaurant in indonesia where pizza or pasta are made whit ketchup....its a blasfemy!! that was not appened in this restaurant)

Hrozně smrděly polštáře, na recepci jsme požádali aby vyměnili povlečení ale vyměnili pouze polštáre. Znovu bych se neubytoval.
