Es gab nichts was zu bemängeln wäre.

Er was 1 man in het restaurant die was erg vriendelijk. Het was schoon en de bedden waren goed. Locatie was prima voor de boottocht de volgende dag.

Het eten in het restaurant was echt niet lekker. Het was erg verouderd. Het personeel was onvriendelijk. Onduidelijk waar schoon water te vinden was.

Only stayed one night here as a gateway to catching a morning ferry to Bali, but the hotel was so lovely that we wished we could stay longer. Everything perfect!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities seemed very good. Welcome evening meal was a nice touch. Room was a good size, gutted we didn't get chance to find out whether the bed was comfy.

The bed bugs, and the lack of refund considering we couldn't stay there due to this particular health hazard.

I liked the feel of the hotel, fitness room was the best we’ve been to during our stay in Java. Lovely attitude of the staff - they were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and very helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel was a far from the shops and restaurants. We needed to take half hour walk to nearest appealing restaurant. Breakfasts could be little better.

The hotel is located between a few mosques with very long and loud call to prayers. There’s not really anything around the hotel - you can buy snacks a 5-10 min walk away…

ILLIRA Hotel Banyuwangi is a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. Breakfast had good variety and tasted nice. The location is convenient, especially if you’re heading to Bali or exploring Banyuwangi. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money. Would recommend 👍

De accomodatie en ligging hotel. De grote kmr was ook een pre.

Het ontbijt voor westerlingen. Broodkeuze en beleg waa minimaal. Desondanks een uitstekende locatie.

Niet ver van de haven af en treinstation. De toproof met cocktailbar. Het restaurant, zwembad was ook super. Ontbijt hadden wij niet genomen omdat we vroeg op moesten om de eerste trein te halen naar Malang. Transport naar het treinstation werd ook via de receptie geregeld. Top!

Chambre spacieuse Personnelle très gentils

Alors c’est simple le but d’un hôtel étant d’y dormir, nous n’avons pas du tout pu le faire ! A partir de 2h du matin jusqu’a 8h au moins car c’est l’heure à laquelle nous avons quitté l’établissement, nous avions l’impression d’être à l’intérieur de la mosquée. Et nous sommes musulmans donc l’appel à la prière c’est avec plaisir que nous l’entendons mais la c’était absolument inadmissible c’était un coup de la récitation à 3h du matin ??!!!! Un coup des chants ???? Non mais comment c’est possible que les chambres soient si mal insonorisés ?!! Surtout que c’est une ville étape pour le mont ijen donc le repos y est plus que primordial. Passez votre chemin si vous voulez dormir car c’était la même comédie toute l’après midi aussi. Et encore une fois nous sommes musulmans donc je n’imagine même pas la frustration des non musulmans je n’avais jamais vu ça et pourtant on en a fait des pays musulmans.

L’hotel è molto moderno con grandi spazi e ben curato, la colazione ha una grande selezione e viene servita nel ristorante al terzo piano con vista piscina dal quale si può vedere anche il mare e Bali. Il letto era molto comodo.

Gli spazi comuni non sono climatizzati, i cuscini delle sedute in camera macchiati.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Ausgezeichnetes grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner Pool. Grosses Zimmer. AC funktioniert perfekt. Eine Reparatur im Zimmer wurde innerhalb einer Stunde erledigt. Angestellte sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt's ausser einiger Warungs nichts. Wir waren drei Nächte dort. Einerseits um den Mount Iljen zu besuchen und 2 Tage zum relaxen vor der Überfahrt nach Bali.

Mooie ruime kamer en alles was goed verzorgd. Wij kregen zelf een gevouwen handdoek als een olifant, erg mooi!

Bij het zwembad zijn niet echt bedjes om te zonnen, verder helemaal prima!

The hotel staff were very attentive. We were offered free dinners, but accessing them was confusing to us. Once we understood, the chef's pick was very tasty and generous in amount and variety of dishes. The pool and gym were nice.

The location did not have much to offer for outside dining. The shower in our 11th floor room lacked pressure and sputtered. It was hard to control the temperature.

Breakfast is worth every penny

Our honeymoon decor request was prepared beautifully, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the pool had a gorgeous view, and the other facilities were all well-maintained. The food was tasty and had plenty of variety, and the price was really affordable for everything we got. Just a small note: the bidet hose could be cleaned a bit better as it was slightly discolored. Overall, we had such a great stay, definitely will come back!

Nice modern hotel. Friendly staff. Good sized pool for swimming. Location is good for ferry to Bali + the ljen trip. The food in the restaurant was excellent which is just as well because there isn't anywhere else around this hotel to eat. It's not in a real tourist location. They have a water machine to refill your bottles as well on each floor. Good choice for breakfast as well.

The rooms were a good size and AC worked well, although we found the noise outside quite loud from the road and also nearby mosques. The pool was good but needs some more loungers.

Staff sangat ramah dan helpful. Lobby dengan konsep open air sehingga angin segar selalu terasa. Sarapan dengan makanan yang cukup bervariasi. Respon yang cepat dari hotel untuk memperbaiki masalah pada tv dan safe box.

La proximité du mont Ijen et du port pour repartir à Bali. La possibilité d’organiser le trecking au Ijen. La piscine très agréable La salle de sport niquel Le personnel est adorable

Bom ponto de partida para o Ijen. A existência de restaurante no hotel é uma mais valia. Quartos espaçosos e camas confortáveis.

De kamers waren erg ruim en schoon. Bedden lagen goed. Het zwembad is heel fijn en ook is er een kleine sportzaal. Het ontbijtbuffet is erg uitgebreid.

Het hotel ligt aan een doorgaande weg waar weinig te doen is.

Het personeel sprak slecht Engels Veel overlast van de omliggende moskeeën. Voor ons gevoel werd er 24 uur per dag opgeroepen tot gebed. We moesten alles direct betalen. Kon niets op rekening worden geschreven. Geen toilet deur.

El restaurante no es muy bueno. Cenamos al llegar y la cena era muy floja y cara para lo que se ofrecía. La habitación no estaba muy limpia y constantemente se oía la llamada a oración y toda la ceremonia… Lleva tapones.

Prima kamer. Erg schoon. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Zwembad was erg mooi en lekker warm met een prachtig uitzicht. Kortom een prima verblijf.

La piscine à débordement qui offre une belle vue sur les côtes de Bali d'un côté et sur le Mont Ijen de l'autre. Le personnel à l'écoute. La propreté des chambres ainsi que leur taille.
