Chambre d'un style quelconque mélangeant des mobiliers hétéroclites. Mauvaise finition des peintures, carrelages mal jointés, robinetterie vétuste etc.... Trés mauvaise insonorisation des fenêtres. En conclusion beaucoup trop cher pour une prestation plus que moyenne.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Cort. The staff were all lovely and super accommodating and the suite we stayed in was beautifully done, with 2 bathrooms and an upstairs bedroom - we were not expecting such a large space but it was lovely! A particular highlight was breakfast each morning, where you can sit in the square and choose up to 4 courses from a large menu including hot pastries, açai bowls, toast and eggs, as well as tea /coffee/ juice. Everything was perfect, beautifully presented and delicious. The orange juice is freshly squeezed too! The pool area was great and mostly empty when we visited, it is a nice area to relax in when it’s too hot to be outside for the whole day. The pool itself it quite small, but for us that was perfect as we don’t really swim and just wanted to use it to cool off. Would highly recommend Hotel Cort to anyone staying in Palma, excellent value and a wonderful stay. The hotel is also located very centrally, we found it really easy to get around the city using it as a base.

Only small note is that the pool towels sometimes ran low in the mornings or evenings, but when this happened we just went to reception and were given more so not really a problem!

Lovely hotel in the old center of the old town of Palma. Located on a nice square with a six hundred years old olive tree and the old city hall on the other side. The hotel is also a stylish building in nice condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room comfortable and spacy. The breakfast is also very good, and you can sit outside on the nice old square.

The room we had was very small and had views of walls of other buildings. If I’d realised that I would have paid more to get a better room. The staff room was very close and quite noisy. I don’t blame them it was just the proximity of the riom.

Rude, disgusting interaction with the proprietor who was really unsympathetic when I said we couldn’t travel from Australia because my husband needs heart surgery. Seriously, this is sooo many months out, how can they not fill the place with that lead time 🤷🏼‍♀️

The bathroom needs an upgrade. The pressure in the shower is weak. The square is noisy even very early because of cleaning trucks.

I have no idea what the actual hotel is like - looks amazing, we just stopped for a drink. It is such a shame that such a lovely terrace in a beautiful place by an incredible old olive tree, can be ruined by one person. The waiter taking the orders and taking the payment (a ridiculous system when you have 2 other perfectly capable and personable members of staff) is really full of self importance. We were trying to pay for 2 small beers for 15 minutes as we wanted to leave - this involved numerous requests which were simply ignored. The system needs a serious overhaul - other staff need to be empowered - share the work load equally. It is probably the most inefficient set up I have seen this holiday!!

It need parking or at least preferred rates in some of the nearby parking places. Also they need to improve their cleaning service and their breakfast, everyday that we stayed the breakfast was cold and the service was not good

L’hôtel se trouve en plein centre la vielle ville à deux pas de la cathédrale. Il est très agréable, le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner servi à la carte est vraiment très bon.

Il n’y a pas de stationnement à l’hôtel, le plus proche est un parking payant, ça coûte cher notamment si on reste plusieurs jours, notamment la nuit. Par ailleurs certaines rues dans la vieille ville sont interdites en voiture et quand on ne connaît pas la ville c’est compliqué de le savoir. L’hôtel délivre une autorisation pour passer devant l’établissement et déposer les valises (une personne doit rester dans la voiture), il faut penser à la signer pour éviter les amendes, mais ils ne garantissent pas les autres passages dans d’autres rues, le problème c’est qu’on y perd.. ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais il faut le savoir, à refaire je ne viendrais plus en voiture ou je choisirais un autre emplacement pour dormir.

Es war ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Es wirkte auch alles neuwertig. Man ist direkt im Zentrum. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt. Ich würde es noch einmal buchen.

A wonderful hotel with magnificent furniture and friendly staff right in the heart of Palma. I didn’t use the pool but the rooms were big airy and clean. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was top class. A divine outdoor area of drinks or/and food to watch the world go by.

Ce que nous avons le plus aimé a été la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel de l'hôtel, ainsi que sa situation. Les petits-déjeuners étaient délicieux, et la suite très belle avec des lits confortables.

Il n'y avait pas de piscine extérieur mais plutôt un jacuzzi

Some of the different step levels in one of the rooms was a bit tricky for older parents but they still loved their room.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at in Palma. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Every member of the staff took great pride in making sure our stay was fantastic. The restaurant was amazing with made to order breakfasts everymorning that consisted of the best breakfast we had anywhere in Mallorca. Eating breakfast in the courtyard proved to be a peaceful and delicious start to everyday. Dinner was equally amazing. The location was also fantastic with everything in walking distance. The hotel was quiet with all the amenities.

Service, Lage, Zimmer, Sauberkeit war wirklich super. Das Frühstück war extrem gut und auch die Sushi untertags außergewöhnlich gut.

Man konnte erst ab 8 Uhr frühstücken - nichts für Frühaufsteher.

The air conditioning was not on as March is considered to be winter. The room was far too hot and stuffy. We couldn’t open the window as the hotel is next to the clock tower which strikes on the hour every hour all through the night!

Området var toppen verkligen supercentralt med gångavstånd till allt! Personalen i receptionen var tillmötesgående. Den privata terassen var bra inkl. bubbelpoolen. Inredningen på rummen var fin men väldigt sliten speciellt i de "vanliga sviterna". Städningen var sådär.

Vi hade inte varmvatten på rummet 5 av 7 dagar stora delar av dygnet och fick koka vatten i vattenkokaren och blanda med kallvatten i kranen för att kunna bada vår bebis. Personalen i restaurangen/frukosten var otroligt dryga och inte tillmötesgående. Ingen chromecast eller liknande på rummet.

The location was perfect. The room was beautiful and cozy. The staff were so friendly. We had an early flight to leave and when I asked about a taxi the receptionist booked and had a sandwich packed for the road at 6am. Couldn’t have been better
