I love the location. Very quiet at night. Very good breakfast.

Breakfast was a little late to start at 9 for traveling.

Nice location, nice room, clean, and nice owner.

Fruit flies all over the place and a smell when we first checked in. We had to get fruit fly traps and frebreeze.

Liked the location

Unfortunately, the place was not very clean and had a strange smell. There were also small flies throughout the house, including the bedroom and kitchen, where they landed on the food. The shower was very small, and the ceilings were quite low.

It was clean enough but there were lots of fruit flies everywhere

Beds were noisy, huge gap under bedroom door, drafty windows, Shared bathroom facilities, 2 old Asian women checking up on everyone on the 1st morning, tiny towels that weren't big enough for normal sized humans. Mine was supposed to be a Deluxe double room and it was not deluxe or double and one of the lamps was broken as was the bedroom door. I felt unsafe, a sheer lack of privacy and the B&B was not as advertised

The room.was very cozy with nice linens and plenty of towels. Very quiet. Great location in the historic center.

Ir would be nice to have a boiled egg.

Location was ideal! Close to downtown and the great little shops, bars, restaurants. The Cathedral/Basilica was historical. The Performing Arts was close by.

The Place could use some upgrading it is becoming run down and in need of done TLC.

Location to waterfront was walking distance. The restaurants on the water front were great.

We were very disappointed in this bed and breakfast, The room only had a make up chair to sit on, TV sound crackled so bad we couldn't understand what they were saying, the breakfast next morning had stale belguim waffles, the milk for the cereal was sour, their wasn't any coffee left when we got there 10 minutes after the start of breakfast and an asian lady came into the breakfast area just as we were going out for breakfast and she wasn't understanding English when the other people staying there were trying to tell her the milk was sour.

L'emplacement était génial, c'était vraiment bien situé et très facile d'aller au centre-ville à pied. C'était très confortable, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait dans la chambre. Le personnel était très très gentil également!

C'est un détail, mais il aurait été vraiment bien d'avoir des serviettes à main dans les salles de bain! :) sinon, tout était très bien!

L’emplacement etait très bonne. A distance de marche des principales attractions de Charlottetown. L’endroit est propre.

Les planchers grincent beaucoup, le lit aussi. La porte de chambre est dure et bruyante à ouvrir. Impossible d’être discret quand on veut se déplacer à l’étage. Le déjeuner est servi entre 9h et 10h, c’est trop tard si on veut partir tôt et profiter de la journée. Donc même s’il etait inclus, je n’y ai pas pu déjeuner.

We were not able to access our room due to the keypads not working and had to find other accommodation elsewhere.

The property is situated across from a park. The rooms are furnished the way it was popular when LucyMaud Montgomery wrote Ann of Green Gables. Beautiful. There’s nice outdoor seating in front of the house and in the back yard. You share the bathroom with others but there was never a time I had to wait to get in. The self serve breakfast contains coffee, tea, yoghurt, different kind of fruit, cereal, different kinds of bread, bagels, croissants, blueberry muffins, butter and jams. Always fresh. Every day the bathroom, kitchen, hallways etc. were cleaned thoroughly. The owner and staff are friendly and very helpful when you need something. The property is in walking distance to restaurants and the wharf.

It smelt musty. The milk was off. Breakfast was available only after 9am, and for a traveler like me was way too late.

The host offered a breakfast between 9 & 11. We would like to have had a much earlier option.

The breakfast nook was right next to the shared bathrooms. Way too close for comfort. Very limited space that needs to be worked on. Backyard could have been cute but was left untidy.

Great location ! Very clean and the hosts were polite and friendly. We booked early (Jan 2026) and got a very good price. Our room included a 2 piece washroom and the shower is shared.

Location was terrific very close to many restaurants and bars . The house was old but had a heatpump , the shower water pressure was excellent much better then most hotels They offered a small breakfast with a little bit of everything

Parking in front of the house was hard to get , poor quality of towels so bring your own . The door to the room was not air tight and every little bit of noise could be heard

The location is fantastic, it is only a few short walks from the waterfront and the core of Charlottetown. There’s a nice quiet park across the street. it is an older eclectic home, which served us very well for our three nights in Charlottetown. Staff were very friendly and warm. Just a 10 minute walk to downtown was highly convenient. No parking charges. Good Wifi.

It is within walking distance to downtown side and famous tourist spots like Victoria Row and some fine restaurants.

Given it’s an old house, every step/noise even minimal can be noticeable. Also, the shower is a bit small.

I like the location

The ad mentioned stairs but they were very.narrow and very steep. Thw bed was not comfie. The room had a toilet and sink but I am guessing the tub room was down the hall. I only stayed one night so I never looked for it. Also, i never booked directly through the B and B and that made it more complex. I will definitely book directly in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Charlottetown, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated having access to the shared kitchen and laundry. Our host was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the thoughtful card they gave us was such a lovely personal touch. we’ll definitely remember them.

The only small downside was that the room had a bit of a musty smell when we arrived, probably because the garbage bins were just outside the window. We opened the side window instead, and it aired out nicely and was much better after that.

Sunny Home est très bien placé pour profiter du charme des rues pittoresques de Charlottetown et l’endroit est bien tenu par Euna, qui est très gentille.

The location was great.

Breakfast was not good. Very basic breakfast. Something you'd expect from a hostel. Shared bathroom. No slippers provided. Even the soap was watered down. Not a great B&B experience.

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the location was quiet yet convenient for exploring PEI. I especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome card and all the little details that made my stay so memorable.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was well organized, and I had a wonderful stay.

Sunny Home is located in a prime location and offers competitive rates. The check in and check out was effortless. All communications were timely, helpful, and clear.

It was a little noisy with hallway chatter later than it should’ve been. Being an older building, though soundproofing isn’t as good as newer builds… overall it was pretty good though

The rooms were very cozy, felt like home

Code provided did not work so I couldn’t access the house for quite some time. Breakfast is supposed to be included but there is zero communication about it. I emailed and texted and it’s now 7:45 am. There is a jar of peanut butter open on the table though.

The room was clean, simply furnished, and comfortable. the double bed was also comfortable. I appreciated being able to adjust the temperature via the heat pump to my preference.

For privacy, it would be considerate to have the privacy film on the bottom half of the window facing the back yard, and the side window. The sign on the bathroom door should read bathroom for clarity.

It was tough to figure out how to work the locks at first and hard to get help until later.

The location was great. Staff were friendly. It was an old historical building.

The bed was not very comfortable. The top sheet did not match the bottom and was too small for the bed.

The proximity to walk downtown Charlottetown. The bed was comfortable. Instructions and communication were clear. The deck options to enjoy some outdoor time were nice. The continental breakfast was also nice.

The bed was uncomfortable, mattress so old, the rooms were extremely basic, unkempt, showers were old, run down.

I loved the location of the B&B and how clean it was. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that there was a whole kitchen to use as I made most of my lunches and breakfasts there and it was helpful money-wise.

One comment was that I wish there were more kitchen towels to use whilst cooking in the kitchen. There was only one which was never changed and therefore, after noticing, I did not use it again. Also, the name B&B seems misleading as there was no breakfast, but I much preferred to have a kitchen area anyway, just still came as a surprise as based on advertising, it is not what I expected.

The shower: very hard to regulate water temperature, impossible to do so without getting a lot of water outside of the shower stall.

Location was perfect, quiet side street in the heart of the city.

Parking was on the street and subject to an open space.

It’s nice and quiet and I met some really interesting, nice people while I was staying there.

The kitchen could’ve had a few more items in it to make it easier for guests to prepare meals. Like one good pot would’ve been nice.

This is my second time staying here, it was very cleans and quiet both times. The kitchen has good facilities and the check in is super easy!! I will definitely stay again.
