榻榻米床鋪很舒適，房間很大，入住是星期日，房客很少，泡湯三次剛好都錯開其他人，包場泡湯很舒適，早餐跟晚餐都很棒，有符合價格，家人很滿意，離新勝寺很近，飯店在下坡處，離開飯店時叫Uber約¥1000，計程車抵達時飯店櫃檯人員出來幫忙提行李上車，真是非常感謝

離成田勝山寺步行可到距離！ 出去就是老街～超讚 如果是搭乘鐵路到的遊客又有大行李，要到達飯店，需要走一段距離，飯店也沒有提供接駁服務！ 飯店很棒很值得！但建議也要衡量體力是否充足～

Muy caro para lo que ofrecen que son los futones en el suelo, hay ruido de la calle, el resto correcto. El personal eso sí nos ayudó a sentirnos un poco más cómodos.

Great staff. Very quiet, spacious and clean. The Onsen was exceptional.

Surrounding area, particularly restaurants, were largely closed, including restaurants mentioned in the hotels list of restaurants to visit. Perhaps the time of year? Not sure, But needed to walk a long way for food options.

The service team is extremely kind and friendly.

There was nothing I was dissatisfied with.

Nocleg w tym hotelu był naszym ostatnim przystankiem przed powrotem do kraju. Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce, położone przy głównej, ale cichej ulicy w sąsiedztwie okazałej świątyni. W obiekcie znajdowały się "Łaźnie" z których ochoczo skorzystaliśmy. Śniadanie tradycyjne, przepyszne, pięknie podane. Pokoje duże z wyodrębnionym miejscem na relaks tj. duża sofa wraz z stolikiem oraz dostępny serwis do parzenia herbaty. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce.

Amazing and relaxing getaway. The staff was wonderful and so kind. The rooms are incredibly comfortable. An easy walk from the train station and less than a block from the shrine and park. I would stay here again and again!

Clean, quiet, good amenities, delicious breakfast, nice local drinks in mini fridge, and close to points of interest.

Far from the train station, sometimes taxis can’t drop off directly due to street closures.

Schöner Ort, um eine Reise nach Japan eher ruhig zu starten und anzukommen. Sehenswerte Tempelanlage Naritasan mit weitläufiger Garten- und Waldanlage. Das Hotel liegt in einer Fussgängerzone und abseits vom Rummel des grossen Tokyo.

Great hotel to stay close to the airport while shopping and seeing gardens and temples. Restaurants and bars line the street giving it a very nice end to a trip

The staff was so nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that the yukata's provided fit our children. They followed-up with us on questions that we had about the room. The complimentary minibar in the room we stayed was an unexpected treat. I used the onsen and it was wonderful. We chose to stay here our last night in Japan and it was a wonderful way to end our trip.

The room was quite nice, clean and comfortable. The best part of my stay.

The non-existence of a lobby. When I arrived early for check-in and after a long trip, there was no where to sit and relax for a moment. The staff after checking me in told me I could come back at three to get in the room ; looking at me and expecting me to leave the premises until that time.

It is a Ryokan in the perfect location with the perfect staff and in a perfect place, so happy, it is not clean it is impeccable! Gorgeous and superb 👏

The black silica rock onsen was divine! Best onsen I tried in Tokyo so far. The location of the hotel is great being in a beautiful scenic walkable area in Narita that you can’t get enough of how beautiful it is. The luxuriousness and the level of service were amazing. The staff were friendly welcoming caring and professional. I loved the Yukata they have in the hotel rooms. The standard hotel room is so spacious and well designed and decorated, it was very comfortable to stay in. Thank you so much,

The breakfast was Japanese inspired. Amazing and worth the experience, rather than a western style breakfast. Location is in the beautiful streets of Narita.

Comfy bed, cozy room and great facilities. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with luggage after a long flight.

There is no staff available in the dead of night, not something to worry about but just a note.

Food was great - solid delivery of very nice traditional meals, without being stuffy. They were able to provide an excellent Yuktata for me, I am a very tall, (nearly 2 meters) and this was the first time that the provided yukata in a Japanese stay was well fitting. Amazing service.

Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa no hotel. Adoramos absolutamente tudo — o atendimento, o ambiente e o cuidado em cada detalhe. O banho japonês (onsen) foi um destaque à parte, simplesmente incrível e muito relaxante. Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos muito!

Estrema pulizia, cortesia e attenzione al cliente. Narita poi ci ha stupito davvero: centro storico tradizionale, con negoI e ristoranti di ottimo livello, templi mozzafiato e persino gratuiti, foreste di bambù e la comodità di avere vicino un aeroporto internazionale. L’hotel poi è in una posizione a dir poco strategica.

I prezzi, almeno in alta stagione (marzo-aprile) sono mediamente più alti che in altre località anche più blasonate.

The breakfast was elaborate and very authentic which was wonderful for me. For those that prefer a western breakfast might have an issue with the breakfast.

Es war das 1. Hotel auf unserer Japanreise...und wir sind sofort Japan angekommen...so wie man es von alten Filmen kennt....genial und es war so schön, dass wir es gleich nochmal als letztes Ryokan unserer Reise gebucht haben...jederzeit gerne wieder...

We had an amazing stay at Waqoo Naritasan Monzen on our last night in Japan. The atmosphere in the hotel is very authentic. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has very nice and relaxing bath area. The hotel is located in the middle of the Narita old town, which is great for exploring the area, nearby shrine and park. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both are served as traditional Japanese meals. The food was delicious and added to the authentic experience staying at the hotel.

Wonderful, kind staff greeted us for a late check in after long travel! Comfy beds, lovely breakfast, awesome location. Wish we had more than one night. Would def go back. Do not miss the Temple grounds down the street. Amazing and worth getting up early for peaceful experience. No better way to beat off jet lag!

Great location though the road was closed which made access difficult with baggage on arrival and departure. Bathroom was not 100% clean, staff did remedy that immediately on complaint. Overall a very nice hotel but it was the most expensive we stayed during this trip and sadly I was disappointed in the value. The staff were absolutely wonderful

The yukata's were in a drawer which I did not discover until we were leaving. No Body lotion provided in the bathroom and the bathroom was not properly clean. Unable to regulate room temp despite trying, it was very warm and could not open the windows.

El hotel en si es una experiencia de viaje. El ambiente japonés es una belleza. El cuarto muy amplio, con amenities exelentes. Tienes un kimono ligero, que puedes usar dentro y fuera del hotel, con sus zapatos de madera. Por tiempos, no hicimos cena ni desayuno, el restaurante es muy bonito. Tiene un onsen maravilloso, nos encantó. Con gusto regreso

Super location. Room was large and comfortable. All the drinks in the room fridge were complimentary, this was including the beer, sake and water. Very very nice touch.
