Un lugar espectacular, habitaciones grandes, luminosas y cómodas. Cocina y salón muy bien equipados, también amplios. El baño grande y con capacidad para poder colgar y dejar el neceser. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Ningún ruido. La piscina y el gym increíbles. Tienes cafetería y súper en el mismo edificio. Seguridad 24h A menos de 10 minutos andando de las Petronas. Y sobre todo la amabilidad y la atención del chico que está encargado del apartamento.

I’m very disappointed with my stay. First of all, there were no clear instructions on how to enter the property and retrieve the key from the lockers. The staff was also very rude. When I finally got into the room, it was dirty. The bed was dirty, there was a bad smell in the room, and the bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. There was barely any hot water. The apartment is quite old and not very clean. Overall, it is absolutely not worth the money.

Großartiges Apartment und super schönem neuen Gebäude mit tollem Pool, Gym, Dachterrasse und kleinem Spielplatz. Das Apartment war top ausgestattet und die Rezeption 24/7 erreichbar. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt mit dem Check in.

Es hätte ein kleines bisschen sauberer sein können, aber das war nur ein minimaler Makel.

Esperienza pessima. Prenotazione inaffidabile e totale assenza di assistenza. Ho prenotato questa stanza con due mesi di anticipo, convinta di effettuare una normale prenotazione presso la struttura. Solo una volta arrivata ho scoperto che la prenotazione non era gestita direttamente dall’hotel, ma tramite un agente/intermediario. È quindi importante sapere che, prenotando attraverso questa pagina, potreste non avere a che fare direttamente con l’hotel, ma con un agente esterno. Sono arrivata presso la struttura alle 23:30, con una bambina, e solo in quel momento ho scoperto che la stanza che avevo prenotato non era più disponibile. La cosa più grave è stata la totale assenza di assistenza: l’agente, dopo i precedenti contatti, ha smesso di rispondere ai messaggi WhatsApp e non si è neppure presentato presso la struttura per cercare di risolvere la situazione. Alla reception mi è stata proposta la stessa tipologia di stanza, ma a un prezzo circa tre volte superiore a quello della mia prenotazione. Di conseguenza, alle 23:30 di sera, con una bambina e dopo aver prenotato con due mesi di anticipo, mi sono ritrovata senza una stanza e costretta a cercare un altro hotel dove trascorrere la notte. Un’esperienza davvero inaccettabile. Una prenotazione fatta con largo anticipo dovrebbe garantire almeno la certezza di trovare la sistemazione prenotata all’arrivo o, in caso di problemi, un’assistenza concreta e immediata. Non consiglio assolutamente di prenotare tramite questo intermediario.

Appartement adapté aux familles. La piscine est un vrai plus. L’hôtel est situé à 5min à pied via une passerelle à Chinatown. Vue des Petronas de la piscine et de l’appartement.

Excellent property with outstanding service and top-notch amenities. Truly worth every penny you pay. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to the monorail and KL Sentral, making it easy to get around.

The price and the location of the property is great.

Cleaning stuff on some occasions over charge on minor cleaning items when dirty. We on one occasion got charged 100 because of a little spot on a bed sheet and that was not a fair price.

Beautiful place and fantastic location near Petrons tower. Food and 24 hours stores inside the building. Swimming pool and studio flat was fantastic nice n clean

Жила с детьми месяц в этих апартаментах. Расположение топ, в шаговой доступности от KLCC. Все есть для проживания : утюг, посуда, кухня. Ресепшен отзывчивый, очень вежливые и всегда реагируют на любые запросы. Внизу 3 магазина и кафе.

Уборка по запросу была, но убираются не так тщательно как хотелось бы. Возможно в Малайзии это норм, но я впервые видела чтобы полы мыли просто разбрызгивая водичку из бутылки 😀

Very nice staff, early check-in possible for 50 ringgit. Nice pool with a view. The service is really good. Also a nice coffee corner outside the building.

Room could have been cleaner, nutshell and hairs on the floor. Apartment also had a strange smell.

Le studio était très confortable, avec une machine à laver bien pratique pour une famille. Situé en plein KLCC donc très proche des principales tours. Merci à Romel pour son aide.

Wasn't the cleanest apartment. Towels were old and worn. Leaky shower which wet the whole toilet and bathroom. They offered to fix however. .

De locatie is top! Kijk goed hoe je moet lopen, want google laat niet de snelste route zien. Appartement heeft een goede grootte en heeft een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Beneden in het gebouw zijn shops en restaurants, een goed zwembad. Kortom een prima terugvalsbasis met een gezin in deze drukke metropool!

Gostei da localização, é bem perto do metro, perto de Chinatown. Da pra ir andando pra alguns pontos turisticos famosos. Ao redor do prédio não tem quase opção de restaurantes. Tem um cafe pequeno adaptado mas achei caro e dois restaurantes locais proximos com a comida gostosa. Os outros restaurantes ficam a cerca de 10 minutos andando. Gostei da infraestrutura do prédio em si. Tem portaria 24 horas e me pareceu bastante seguro. Parece ser um prédio novo, apesar que o apartamento que eu fiquei tinham pontos a ser melhorados. A piscina era ok. Gostei do apartamento em si. É bem espaçoso. Os ar condicionados funcionavam bem da unidade que fui realocada, a cama do apartamento pro qual fui realocada no segundo dia(depois de eu reclamar que me deram o apartamento diferente do qual eu reservei inicialmente) A cama, o chuveiro os móveis em si estavam ok. A cama e o chuveiro eram muito bons.

Infelizmente apesar dos pontos positivos a empresa Opus Residence na minha opinião e com base na experiência que tive não fez um bom atendimento nem no chat da plataforma da Booking. A pessoa com a qual eu conversei pelo chat da Booking sequer se apresentou. Perguntei o nome mas não me respondeu.Ou seja você não sabe com quem você tecla no chat. Eles só responden o que querem, quando querem... Fui ignorada várias vezes no chat da booking por eles. Eles pedem um depósito de 200 MR e vc precisa pagar esse valor no check in em dinheiro ou no cartão. Perderam meu deposito e eu tive que esperar por mais de 1 hora até que me devolveram o depósito no check out. Logo quando cheguei , me alocaram em um apartamento um pouco diferente do que eu havia reservado e esse que me alocaram inicialmente tinha uma cama inferior , sofá éra meio desconfortável e o pior não tinha a mesa de trabalho/estudo e nem a cadeira que eu reservei ... Fiquei bem contrariada e frustrada..Eu precisava trabalhar e estudar e não tinha mesa nem uma cadeira apropriada. Depois de eu reclamar com o gerente, ele disse que no outro dia me realocaria num apartamento mas não tinha certeza se teria a mesma mesa e a mesma cadeira... Fiquei bem preocupada pois fizeram eu pagar toda a estadia e o depósito sem me avisar que era outro apartamento.,A vantagem desse primeiro apartamento é que ele era bem decorado, estava bem cuidado e tinha a mesma metragem do que o que eu reservei mas nao tinha os móveis que eu precisa...E o pior de tudo ainda está por vir: Quando fui dormir percebi que os lençóis, as fronhas e a colcha da cama não tinham sido trocadas e lavadas . A cama estava toda cheia de cabelos..Fiquei com um nojo tão grande que nem consegui dormir direito na primeira noite e a cama era meio desconfortavel. . Sinceramente não sei porque donos de apartamentos pagam certas empresas de hospedagem ..

Nice, big and comfortable apartment with balcony. Beautiful view. Clean. Good location and close to monorail station.

Swimming pool had very dirty, murky water with a lot of small particals of mucus. If you are sound sensitive or light sleeper.. in the bedroom you could hear traffic from the main road close by but it is not that bad. Generaly it was quiet just upper neighbours shortened our sleep late night and early morning.

Es una gran suerte poder contar con un apartamento en esta zona con tan buen precio. Estuvimos 16 días increíbles. Todo el apartamento está muy bien, se debería comprar sartenes nuevas. Muy fácil de hacer el check in y el check out

No tengo queja. Tienes que saber que en Kuala lumpur normalmente los apartamentos huelen un poco a humedad.

Very cozy, more comfy as its a private apartment. Reasonable price. Easy to access. Fast response from the staff who handle the peoperty.

There is a smell. Mayb should put a dehumifier or put a air freshner. As i am a regular stay in this place, please put a mirror at each of your house. Just a small mirror that can fit every women needs to prepare them self. As the mirror in thr bathroom very far from your body. Hopefully to see the changes when i drop by again.😊

En teoría tiene piscina pero nadie te explica dónde está ni cómo ir. No se nos abría la puerta en un principio porque no nos explicaron cómo se hacía y tuvimos que estar esperando a que la IA del alojamiento dejase de respondernos para que lo hiciese una persona. No hacen más que enviarte mensajes para recordarte que dejes el alojamiento a las 11:00 pero luego les pides algo y ni te contestan. Además, al llegar a la habitación el baño estaba encharcado y tuvo que venir alguien de mantenimiento que no tenía ni idea de inglés a limpiarlo.

Que nunca había nadie en recepción, siempre ponía que llegaban en 10 mins. Les pregunté un sitio para dejar maletas y no me contestaron hasta que les repetí 5 veces la pregunta (esto por el chat antes de llegar). No fueron claros en cómo se abría la puerta y además la habitación no estaba demasiado limpia.

The TV occasionally struggles to connect to the Wi-Fi and requires a power reset to work properly. There is no microwave available, and the oven is out of order. Additionally, the water pressure is low, which makes showering less enjoyable.

Месторасположение и магазины на первом этаже. Стиралка с функцией сушки белья, если это можно отнести к плюсам. Чтобы заселиться надо: 1. Написать в вацапе, что вы приехали. 2. Получить qr код и номер и пароль от ячейки с ключом 3. Показать его охране 4. Охрана откроет комнату с ячейками 5. Ввести пароль и получить ключ. Выселение а обратном порядке.

1. В номере воняет. Автоматический ароматизатор, на мой взгляд, только усугубляет ситуацию 2. В ванной воняет канализацией 3. Номер ушатан 4. Мебель давно просится на замену. Облезлая и ободранная. 5. Муравьи повсюду 6. Чужие волосы повсюду. В целом очень брезгливое впечатление. 7. Бонусом - вид на кладбище )

Convenient , near to everything. The staffs were really helpful and friendly. I was there for one night just for me to sleep because I have an event that night, and I checked out early. Everything was great and clean

I don’t like the pillow it’s too soft for me, I think might need to check the bed frame . At night I can hear some sounds could be wood eating bugs I don’t know I’m not sure but I think it’s better to have it checked. But that’s all

L'appartamento è molto bello e pulito. È proprio nel cuore di Kuala lumpur dove meno di 15 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il meraviglioso Petronas tower e tanti altri posti. Il posto è molto sicuro.

We loved basically everything! We felt like we were back home again. Amazing views, spacious, great value for money! We will miss this place.

Needs modernised, some old damaged furniture needs replacing. The washing machine was dirty but we cleaned this before use and it was fine after.

Great location, coffee shop in the lobby does amazing breakfasts. 2 mini marts on the ground floor are handy for basics.

The shower took a little setting up to get good flow and temperature. But one it was done its been good all the time

was a nice apartment, 15 minutes walk to Chinatown and city market. 5 minutes to the monorail. Outlook onto the soccer stadium and the 118 Tower. apartment clean and tidy. The swimming pool very usable.

Todo, es precioso, tanto el interior, las habitaciones como las vistas El personal, en especial Eva, fueron súper amables y atentos, no hay problema en dejar la maleta allí aunque hagas tu check out Y nada más ver esa piscina y ese jacuzzi con esas vistas, te hace dudar si quedarte en el hotel o conocer algo más de la ciudad También tienen máquinas expendedoras 24h, y dos tiendas de conveniencia abiertas durante todo el día abajo En cuanto a las vistas, son impresionantes, vistas a toda la ciudad y el Merdeka justo enfrente es un lujo Relación calidad precio, un 12/10, volvería sin dudarlo!!
