Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Zimmer mit einer unerwarteten Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den See und das Gebirge. Die Einrichtung war sehr schön und neu. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.
Es gab keinen Fahrradkeller. Das gesamte Handling war sehr anonym- wir haben zu keinem Zeitpunkt Personal gesehen.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026We liked the location and enjoyed our walks around the lake. The snacks and drinks were complimentary and restocked each day. We enjoyed our breakfast at the sister hotel but that was about three blocks away.
There was no staff at this hotel. We checked in at a digital kiosk and were on our own. There was no elevator so we had to haul our luggage upstairs. Our room was quite hot despite a portable cooling unit.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Sehr gepflegte und freundliche Zimmer, geschmackvolles Design, Betten sehr angenehm, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, angenehme Lage (20 Gehmin. vom Zentrum, 2 Min. vom See, 8 Min mit Bus ins Zentrum - Bushaltestelle fast vor der Haustüre), Frühstück im "Beau Sejour" war sehr fein.
Der Link mit der Gästecard wurde uns etwas spät zugeschickt bzw. hat zuerst nicht funktioniert - dann hatte es aber geklappt.

Auch das Zimmer hat mich sehr begeistert: Hier verbindet sich Ästhetik auf wunderbare Weise mit Funktionalität. Besonders aufmerksam fand ich den bereitgestellten Adapter, sodass elektronische Geräte aus der EU problemlos ohne eigenen Adapter verwendet werden können. Der gesamte Check-in-Prozess verlief absolut unkompliziert und problemlos. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

We had a suite, or double rooms, and one of them did not have ac or a fan. I had purposely booked this place because of the ac, since it was July and it was hot. That was very disappointing. After several long phone calls, a fan was promised and delivered the following day.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The location and vicinity to the lake was great. The access to public transportation as well. The bus stop was located 2 minutes from the house. The place was spacious and quiet. One of the rooms had an air conditioning unit, which was very needed given the heat wave in July.
It was not very clearly communicated that this hotel does not have its own registration/ front desk. While the check in worked out fine after calling the hotel service via phone (staff was extremely helpful), it was definitely something to get used to. For the lack of an actual hotel service, the price was really high. The cleaning staff did not speak English or Germany, we were able to communicate in some sort of a sign language however and made it work.... Overall, it was definitely an ok stay, but I would say rather expensive for the service provided. But maybe thats what Switzerland is known for, unfortunately.

Unfortunately, the room had a strong chemical smell, likely from recent painting. It was off‑putting and made the space less comfortable.

Parkplätze an der Unterkunft nicht vorhanden. An der Straße parken nicht möglich. Öffentliche Parkplätze Mangelware. Mobile Klimaanlage ohne Funktion, ein Ventilator aus dem Baumarkt hätte mehr gebracht. Fenster öffnen nicht möglich durch zu stark befahrener Hauptstraße

The bugs, but you’re out in the countryside so there’s not much to be done about them. Bring some repellent.

The room was not as pictured, at all. The AC was a ground unit with a pipe out the window. You can hear every step outside and inside other rooms. There is no staff to speak to anyone onsite. The door code was clearly never changed as the door code numbers are completely worn off on the key pad. One of our family members had an allergic reaction to something in the room right away. We could not stay here. I had to message the staff and was told sorry no refunds. It was a complete waste of money. You also must be capable of carrying your luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

Ein sehr sauberes, modernes Bad mit großem Fenster! Klima im Zimmer! Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal und das Frühstück gibt es im superschönen Schwesterhotel!
Wenn man sich beim Buchen die Lage des Hauses anschaut und es eher ruhiger möchte, sollte man ein etwas teueres Zimmer zur Seeseite nehmen!!! Das Haus steht direkt an der Straße und an der Zuglinie! Das ist keine Kritik, nur ein Hinweis!

Die Stadt ist zu Fuß an der schönen Strandpromenade in nur 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Ganz lieb fanden wir, dass die gut gefüllte Bar kostenlos zur Verfügung stand, auch gab es ein paar Snacks. Die Wohnung können wir nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen:) Danke an die Vermieter!

Reviewed May 18, 2026Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, Einchecken ohne Personal gewöhnungsbedürftig, Fernseher nur im Keller, so kompliziert, dass man das selbst nicht hinbekommt, Koordination mit angegebenem Hotel hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, sodass man Zeitrum von Luzern gut erreicht, wäre auch fußläufig möglich, es gibt sogar noch eine nähere Haltestelle als angegeben.
Fernseher könnte bie dem Preis am Zimmer sein, Bedienungsanleitung, wie man Fernseher einschaltet, war unzureichend

Per raggiungere il centro di Lucerna si cammina 20 min sul lungolago, a seconda dei punti di vista può essere un vantaggio o svantaggio, a noi è piaciuto
Check-in gestito interamente online, con codici d'accesso etc. Non c'è ascensore. Di notte abbiamo avuto un po' caldo (metà aprile), non so d'estate. Un po' lontano dal centro.

It smelled through the whole building and in my room. I had to sit by the window to escape the smell. It was also so hot inside that I had to have the window open BUT the street was so loud it made It impossible to stay comfortable. And they only gave you a duvet so it was either hot as hell under the duvet or just hot out of it. I barely was able to sleep and slept horribly. Also the art through out the building is really creepy lol.

L’orientation ver la route avec beaucoup de bruit des voitures toute la nuit. Pas possible d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit et pas de ventilation fenêtre fermée. Mauvaise isolation entre chambres. Pour une chambre de couple une seule chaise. Les tableaux représentant images sans figure partout rappellent une désintégration de la personnalité et sont très désagréables dans toute la maison (un simple paysage aurait été bienvenu) L’évacuation d’air des toilettes très bruyante, reste un bon moment après avoir étant la lumière. L’annonce devrait spécifier que l’orientation coté lac est niveau suite.
