We loved the artsy vibe and views of the lake across the park. The staff was highly personable which made our stay even more enjoyable. Having coffee and breakfast on the terrace was great great.

Das überaus freundliche Personal, das sehr hilfsbereit war. Das Hotel ist ein charmantes Gebäude mit Geschichte und einer angenehmen Innenausstattung. Die Lage mit Blick auf den See ist komfortabel, da die Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen ist.

Es führt eine Straße direkt vor dem Hotel entlang, die sehr laut ist und deren Verkehrslärm in der Nacht nur wenige Stunden etwas herunterfährt.

We stayed in the Family Room at this hotel with our family of 4 and it was perfect! We had plenty of space and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable! The hotel is in a convenient location very close to the center of town. We enjoyed walking on the boardwalk by the lake to and from meals and shopping. The hotel staff was great and the breakfast / drinks were nice! We loved sitting on the outdoor patio.

Honestly, it was a great stay so no complaints!

酒店位置很好，对面就是卢塞恩湖，游泳、跑步、散步、闲坐皆宜，点赞！！！房间很大，楼层高，晚上很安静。想买吃的饮料，可以去火车站内地下一层，离花廊不远，那里有个大超市，带着购物袋，超市卖的购物袋小贵，我们在离开卢塞恩的前天晚上，就在这里做的补给。早餐很精致，咖啡不错，看着湖景吃着饭，舒服呀。一定带泳衣和溯溪鞋，湖里可以游泳。酒店有独立的停车场，离酒店几十米，很好。

早餐没有鸡蛋和肉类，沙拉种类很少，忘了问原因。不过面包、奶酪、咖啡很不错

We loved this property. It’s just as pictured on their website. Charming and whimsical, clean and professionally run. Beautiful views overlooking a lovely park.

The only slight negative is there’s not a lot of options for food right nearby. It’s not really a problem because the buses are so easy to use and the walk to the restaurants is quite beautiful. The only time we wished there was a more convenient option was on the last day when we were tired after long, amazing day in the mountains. Would still stay here again.

Excellent petit déjeuner. Grand suite familiale sans vue lac mais un avantage en ce temps caniculaire, il faisait frais. Le style mini palace rétro et la déco est bien réussie. Le personnel est accueillant, compétent et arrangeant.

Climatisation mobile bruyante et l'absence de tout parking à proximité où laisser la voiture. Nous nous sommes parqués dans la rue et avons dû prolonger 4x le stationnement avec le stress de se prendre une amende. Les escaliers inévitables pour arriver à la réception, pas pratique avec une poussette et un bébé.

Este un hotel boutique in adevăratul sens al cuvântului, de la clădirea veche si restaurata foarte bine, la atenția la detalii. Este peste drum de parcul de langa lac, pana la gara sunt 10-15 minute pe jos sau câteva stații de autobuz si stația este fix în fata hotelului. Micul dejun este foarte variat si gustos, cu cafea buna. De asemena, au o stație de ceai si cafea la etajul 2 cu produse foarte calitative. În camera in care am stat eu (etaj 3, cu lift) aveau montat un aparat de aer condiționat portabil, foarte eficient. Aveau disponibile in hol umbrele, foarte utile pentru vremea din Lucerna. Patul foarte comod, așternuturi si perne calitative.

El hotel necesita una reforma. Faltan enchufes en el baño y en la habitación y más luz. Y aire acondicionado integrado ya que el que había ocupa bastante parte de la habitación.

What i enjoyed the most was the interior of the hotel. It felt very vintage and there was a very nice "old fashion" hotel vibe. I also liked the fact that there was complimentary drinks and chocolate when you enter the room!

I loved everything although i would love it better if they had a small ramp for luggages in front of the hotel so it wpuld be more convinient to bring in the luggages.

Muito confortável, apesar do quarto ser bem pequeno, se você estiver com mala grande talvez seja um problema.

Banheiro separado da area de banho, apesar de privativo você tem que sair do quarto para usar o vaso sanitário, durante a noite isso é bem ruim.

A very cute boutique hotel in the perfect location, looking over the beautiful lake Luzern. We did not have one of the lake-facing rooms, but it was nice and quiet. They have a nice dining room, reading rooms, an outdoor common balcony where one can enjoy the views. A very peaceful area for beautiful walks along the lake, excellent bus service right outside the hotel gets you to the train station or tourist attractions in 5 minutes. The staff were helpful and kind, making sure we were comfortable and always able to give advice in the area. The breakfast was also very good and with a good selection.

Staff was amazing, especially Victoria, but they were all super helpful and gracious.

Zimmer war klein. Bad entspricht nicht ganz dem Zimmerpreis( z. B. kleines Waschbecken,keine Lampe über Spiegel,keine Steckdose am Spiegel etc).

Charming place to stay across the street from the beautiful promenade along the lake. So easy to go walking and so many people do that too! Loved the breakfast and nice room to eat in. Great help and so many pretty touches in the decorating. Smaller hotel was nice too- more personal.

We had a side view window so couldn't see the lake but the trees may have blocked it too?

Only thing I did not like was that my private restroom was separate from the room.

Für den Preis, wären neue Handtücher kein Luxus. Die Handtücher waren sehr gross - was wir mögen, aber doch sehr alt und ausgefranst - sonst alles super :-)

My room was quite small but to be fair I only booked the single room.

Quaint. Comfortable bed. Impressive dinning room.

Rooms are very small. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No safe provided to put sensitive things in. No refrigerator. Had to put medical items in the bar fridge at reception. Very little storage space. No hot breakfast items.

Ļoti patīkama nakšņošanas vieta! Lokācija lieliska un centrs pieejams pastaigas attālumā. Tepat pāri ielai ļoti feina atpūtas zona un baudāmi skati!

The hotel is perfectly located at the lake aith the city centre at 15 minutes walking distance. The ground floor features a reception/bar, a reading room, a nig breakfast room as well as a fantastic terrace.
