Reviewed Sep 17, 2026De locatie was prima, dicht bij het Verkehrshaus. Het ontbijt was redelijk. De bedden waren goed. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Toegang tot het OV was top, met gastekaart gratis mee.
De kamer was gehorig, hoorde alles op gang en van een aangrenzende kamer.... ;) Bij het ontbijt was helaas wat weinig keus qua brood en beleg...

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht riesig, aber sehr abwechslungsreich und gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Lage war gut, mit verschiedenen Buslinien war man innerhalb ca. 15 Minuten am Bahnhof. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Die Dusche mit WC war sehr klein, aber zweckmässig.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Staff very friendly, (Yannick deserves a mention) the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Public transport into town excellent which dissipated the out of town location
The bedroom was like a youth hostel or student accommodation- washbowl in the bedroom is a total no-no and the toilet/shower minuscule - small wonder they did not appear in any of the photographs published on line.

Petit dej copieux et chambre calme L'hôtel propose une réduction pour le parking, merci Malgrè une arrivée tardive, la remise des clés a été possible sans problème

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Gute Lage, die mit dem ÖPNV (Bus-Linie 6 und 8) bestens vom Bahnhof aus erreichbar ist. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und dem in Relation günstigen Preis entsprechend angemessen. ÖPNV-Tickets sind in der Gästekarte enthalten. Man kommt mit dem Bus in rund 10 min zum Zentrum (Altstadt, Bahnhof, Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Luzern KKL).

Lavandino in camera, wc e doccia ricavati In un gabbiotto strettissimo. Si sentivano molto i rumori e il vociare nel corridoio e sotto la porta filtrava la luce esterna era molto fastidiosa accesa tutta notte.

It was neat and we were very impressed. The only downfall was there was no elevator, but the hotel operator would handle our luggage upon request.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026La ubicación, todo lo que ofrecía el hotel por dentro, el trato y la atención del personal a pesar de que me tocaba hacer el check-in mas tarde se quedo el muchacho para esperarnos y la estética y limpieza tanto del hotel como de la habitación es muy bueno, además tenían bien equipada la habitación con televisión para distraerse, toallas, jabón, cobijas, almohadas, escritorio, neverita, 2 bebidas gratis (aunque no nos gustaron la verdad 😅), papel higiénico y pañuelos.
Lo único que no me gustó es que el baño es pequeño y que tienen conectores suizos entonces no servía mi adaptador europeo y me prestaron uno que también era europeo, menos mal el conector del baño si aceptaba adaptador europeo o no podría cargar los celulares, como recomendación solo estar mas pendiente de eso porque uno como extranjero no espera que en suiza sean diferentes.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Las instalaciones están muy bien y con parking al lado, muy cómodo. Esta a 8 min en coche de Lucerna, 15 min en bus y 40 min andando. Realmente la ubicación no ha sido un handicap para nuestro tipo de viaje, muy bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad.
Me ha gustado todo.

La tendina di plastica nel bagno e il prezzo elevato.

Le site est très proche des rails où il y avait un chantier ferroviaire JOUR ET NUIT jusqu'à 2h du matin ! Double vitrage mais pas de clim (26 degrés la nuit en ce mois d'août) juste des ventilateurs presque aussi bruyants ! Nuits horribles ! La salle de bains est spartiate en 2 parties le lavabo près du lit et la douche en format cabine avec les toilettes Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur Ce lieu ressemble à un bâtiment de colonie de vacances pour adultes plus qu'à un hôtel car il n'y a personne la nuit.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026The quietness of the hotel. The helpful reception staff who spoke perfect English and were honest about the breakfast not being worth the overall cost. The ease of parking and being able to walk into Luzern.
The water on the bathroom floor. However, we were prepared for this from reading other reviews and the hotel provided plenty of towels so we could make sure that we mopped up the water so no one fell over. There wasn't access to water for a kettle in the room but this could be remedied downstairs in the reception area.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Aufgrund der Hitze war schlafen mit offenem Fenster i.O. Die Bäume vor dem Zimmer haben dem Klima gut getan.
Allerdings Pech, dass in unmittelbarer Nähe in den entsprechenden Nächten sehr laute Arbeiten an der Bahnlinie anstanden. Das Hotel kann jedoch nichts dafür und es ist davon auszugehen, dass die Arbeiten demnächst abgeschlossen sind.

Il caldo: non ho potuto aprire le finestre in camera perché c’era un nido di vespe proprio nell’angolo della mia finestra. Appena ho provato ad aprire, sono entrate due vespe in camera. Posso capire la politica di non mettere l’aria condizionata, però almeno andrebbero installate delle zanzariere visto che l’hotel si trova in una zona verde, piena di insetti e zanzare. O ancora, perlomeno il personale dell’hotel dovrebbe agire quando si accorge che c’è un nido di vespe (data la quantità di vespe, sicuramente il personal ne era già al corrente nel momento in cui ci è stata assegnata quella camera). Quando abbiamo avvisato il personale alla reception della situazione, sono venuti in camera a spruzzare uno spray sul nido, ma non è servito a nulla. Avrebbero dovuto agire prima del nostro arrivo, e non in seguito alle nostre lamentele.

Location was convenient, there was a Migros very close by and there was a bus stand next to the hotel which can take you to the city center in 15-20 min. Nothing special, good for staying couple of nights. For train enthusiasts, there is Swiss Museum of transport 500m from the hotel. There is also Lido Luzern close by.
The bathroom size was very small. Had been any smaller than this, it would have been difficult for a person to fit. Otherwise, the facility was good.

Le trajet dure 10 mn et l'arrêt est en face l'hôtel. Chambre spacieuse et propre . Possibilité de parking pour 10 Francs par 24 heures.
Juste pas de clim en période de canicule mais nous avions un gros ventilateur a disposition.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Room was a great size. Only a short ride from Luzern Station and then a short walk from the bus stop to the accomodation. We received a guest card too, so our bus rides around Luzern were free. The staff were lovely and accommodating - we arrived at 1:00pm, before 3:00pm check in, hoping to store our bags at reception. They offered to check that our room was clean and they allowed us to check in early 1:00pm. Great value for money, we would stay again.
Unfortunately the wifi connection was not very strong, it kept cutting in and out. Luckily we had data but this would make it tricky if you were only relying on free wifi.

Apart from the above, the venue looked more like a multiple occupancy business building than a hotel, strange feel about the place, the corridors leading to the rooms were very prison like, the room made me feel like I was waiting for a doctor to come and get me! Very odd place. My towels were changed but only gave us two back instead of three, plus when I left I was told my parking ticket was reduced from 20 chf a night to 10chf but was then charged 26chf. Would we return, probably not tbh.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026We had a very good stay at Seminarhotel. Everything was as described, the room was clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a small fridge in the room, which was perfect and very useful.
The only small hiccup was that we had some trouble getting inside the hotel after hours, but thankfully an employee was still there and helped us, so everything was sorted out just fine. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
