Hygiene was a turnoff. Bathroom was not that good and clean doesn’t feel like a five start or four hotel, also bedding wasn’t that clean so this needs to be taken care off.

Hotel has free wifi service 24 X 7, which is a good for aal the guest as prepaid SIM not working in J&K. Food was awesome and excellent service too. Overall a Value of Money stay will recommend our friends.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2023Room was spacious, services were timely and efficient. The staff was well-trained and attended all our requests in a polite and timely manner. The location of the hotel was right in the center of the shopping area and the critical points of interest were within walking distance of the hotel. Highly recommended for the location and options around the hotel.
Housekeeping could be better, found a lot of hair (from previous guests) and other dirt and dust in the room. Property is old, but understandably needs more maintenance and upkeep. The owner of the property must reinvest in key areas to make this property attractive.
