L’hôtel est situé à un endroit stratégique, directement sur le boulevard, ce qui est vraiment un point positif. L’emplacement est très pratique et permet de se déplacer facilement. Le personnel à l’accueil était également très gentil, disponible et accueillant. J’ai beaucoup apprécié leur attitude et leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. En revanche, l’état général du matériel et des équipements laisse clairement à désirer. L’hôtel semble avoir besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Les toilettes étaient tachées, ce qui est assez délicat et peu agréable, surtout dans un établissement hôtelier. La douche est également très ancienne et mériterait d’être rénovée. Heureusement, la chambre était spacieuse et le lit confortable, ce qui a permis de passer des nuits agréables. J’ai donc apprécié certains aspects de mon séjour, notamment l’emplacement, l’accueil et le confort du lit. Cependant, je suis tout de même resté sur ma faim, car avec un emplacement aussi intéressant et un personnel aussi sympathique, il est dommage que l’état des équipements et le manque de propreté viennent autant diminuer la qualité de l’expérience. Une rénovation et un meilleur entretien feraient vraiment la différence.

The mattress was very comfortable and the location is well situated.

I had a room on the street side and it was impossible to sleep, way too nosy. I could also hear the surroundings rooms noise. If you’re looking for calm this is not the right place.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel du début à la fin. Un grand merci tout particulier à Nouheila, Widad, Mohamed et Mehdi pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur sens du service irréprochable. Grâce à eux, chaque moment a été agréable et parfaitement organisé. L’hôtel est confortable, propre et très bien situé, mais ce sont surtout les sourires et l’attention de l’équipe qui ont rendu cette expérience inoubliable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et nous y reviendront avec plaisir !

Overall, the room was ok. Positioning is relative to the sightseeing plan, but fairly in reach of central means of transportation (Casa Port and Casa Voyageurs)

Breakfast was really poor and can be so easily improved. Can't do much about the location of the hotel as it's on a very busy street, so noises and occasional street fights are to be expected in the middle of the night. We had a short break for a few days away from Casablanca, and for the second part of the stay, we were upgraded to a deluxe room from a superior but ended up being lodged in the very same room from the beginning.

I booked the hotel specially for work purpose as it’s good location for me, but I was shocked about the service. I called the hotel to ask about parking as it’s says that there is free parking (very important for me ) the answer was honest from the receptionist that there is no parking for the hotel. In check in, the receptionist was kind and trying to help me to find a parking spot close to hotel but can’t find it. Later around 22h00 I came by walking and found free parking spot just front of the hotel. I asked kindly to the night shift receptionist to hold the place for me, he told me don’t worry but run to bring your car, i run like crazy and when I came back 5 min later , the place was taken. I asked the receptionist , he told me I can’t do anything about it it’s not our parking… I took my luggage out and went to other hotel. ( to park close to the hotel it was really important for me to take maximum rest and go directly to work the day after)

My room had the main street view with poor window soundproofing. I couldn't sleep due to the street noise. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, however, mine had poor performance. For a double room only one towel was given, had to ask for another towel. The breakfast is minimalist and can be improved although it is acceptable . The only good thing there is the friendly staff at the reception.

I was not able to get an invoice for my stay, since I was staying for my buisness this is a real issue as I was told I would have an invoice after my stay.

I don't know, how this "hotel" obtained 4*. No hair dryer, there is no curtain for the shower stall thus always water in the bathroom feels like a swamp. Bad cleaning with no tea or even water replenishment.

Terrible hotel Dirty sheets, only one light bulb working out of 8 in the room. My sister was told that she would have to wait for a pillow case........ The restaurant was closed, it was open according to their site, but reception was unable to give any information on where the nearest restaurants were. Total shambles

Location was good; walked to the mosques and the sea. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant.

There was no hairdryer available in the room or at the front desk. No bottled water or kettle in the room.

The gentleman name Hisham deserves to be a manager at this hotel, excellent communication skills, polite, so helpful, ladies whom tidy up the room good listener and clean well

only 1 night had hot water in the shower, drink water only 1st night, my booking was including breakfast while I am fasting they send very basic food.

The location I love the most, easy to connect with local restaurant and bars. The room size are good enough and has kitchens in the corner. Employees are very welcoming most of them are friendly.

The road side rooms are annoying during the night, the sounds of the vehicle and some noises will not allow you sleep well. They don't have a proper breakfast, serving the same particular items each and every day with tea or coffee.

A man wasvin the room next to me. Everytimebi get up anf go to the bathroom he would run to his bathroom that was attached to mine. I felt i was being watched and filmed at this hotel. Beaware ladies. Everytime i got on the phone another man came runningbout of his room and would stand in the hallway. I got followed one morning out of the address hotel by another man. He followed me to the restaurant one morning. Whenbi left for good here comes the housekeeper following me out of the hotel. I was traveling alone.

+ take away restaurant 50m away + nice breakfast (set, no choices) + spacious room + friendly personnel, 'guard' in front of the hotel

- (free) parking quite difficult in the busy street (but the 'guard' offered good help) - no curtain or door in the bathroom; everything becomes completely wet - soap dispenser was empty - water shower only lukewarm in the evening - only 1 (uncozy) lamp in the room - kettle in the room, but coffee and tea as well would have been nice - only 1 chair in the room - only 1 towel in the bathroom (we were given one extra when we asked) - smoke odour everywhere (even in the towels) - quite expensive for what it is given all these things
