Frühstück auf dem Rooftop war super, die Wohnung war sehr großzügig und blitzsauber, die Rezeption war super nett und hilfreich. Besonders hat mich der Whatsapp Kontakt vorab gefreut, das macht vieles einfacher.

A cordialidade dos funcionários, a limpeza do apartamento (roupa de cama impecável e cheirosa), a ducha é uma maravilha e a localização.

A única coisa é que não nos avisaram sobre o café da manhã e ficamos procurando em cada andar do prédio alguém que nos informasse o local. Por fim encontramos um dos funcionários que nos fez o café as pressas pq ele tbm não sabia. Mas deu tudo certo e estava tudo um delícia, ele tbm foi muito simpático e atencioso. Voltaremos mais vezes! 👍🏻

Tout était parfait, de l’accueil aux équipements ! Nous avons passé une excellente nuit dans un appartement très spacieux, avec une salle de bain, une salle d’eau, une belle terrasse et tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison. Mention spéciale pour les petites attentions qui font vraiment la différence : la machine à café avec ses dosettes, ainsi que la pastille de lessive mise à disposition pour pouvoir faire une machine. Des détails très appréciables ! Et un grand merci tout particulier à Hicham, qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner. Très accueillant et aux petits soins, il nous a préparé, avec sa collègue, un petit déjeuner absolument succulent et très copieux. Un vrai plaisir pour commencer la journée ! Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Merci pour ce très beau séjour ! 🌸

L’appartement et chic

Je souhaite signaler un problème concernant le réceptionniste qui travaille le soir. C’est une personne aux cheveux longs, légèrement corpulente, dont le comportement est inacceptable. Il manque de respect envers les clients, ne sait pas communiquer avec courtoisie et son attitude est très désagréable. Son manque de professionnalisme et de savoir-vivre nuit à l’image de votre établissement. En revanche, le monsieur âgé qui travaille la nuit est toujours poli, respectueux et accueillant. Honnêtement, sans sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, j’aurais déjà quitté cet hébergement à cause du comportement de son collègue. J’espère sincèrement que cette remarque sera prise en considération afin d’améliorer la qualité de l’accueil réservé aux clients.

Het warme water in de douche deed het niet, maar dit is zo snel mogelijk opgelost en iedereen was hier ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam over.

Good location and easy walk to many attractions and restaurants. Apartment was very spacious and clean and friendly staff.

Roller blind in bedroom doesn’t close properly and is missing altogether in living area with no blinds. Washing machine with no detergent or drying rack and mini ironing board with no iron. All pretty minor and manageable but not quite as advertised

我们中午到达预定的酒店后做了入住登记，之后前台工作人员告诉我们说他们已经住满了，让人们去二公里外的另外一个酒店入住，又是重新办理入住登记手续，然后这个房间里面的卫生间门锁坏的、客厅里面有一个椅子坏的，坐上去差点摔下来了，房间总电源开关经常跳闸（二天时间至少跳闸五次），房间里面有厨房设备，但没有锅碗瓢盆。答应我们含早餐，结果只给了一天的早餐。太差劲的体验了👎

最起码不可以满员了让我们再去另外一个酒店，即使要我们更换酒店入住，也应该要保证一个好的酒店让我们入住！

Insbesondere die freundliche und sympathische Rezeptionistin hat uns sehr zuvorkommend empfangen und am nächsten Tag verabschiedet. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in diesem großzügig geschnittenen und zwar spartanisch aber zweckmäßig eingerichteten Apartment. Für unsere Zwecke war es absolut ausreichend und gut, obwohl ein paar kleine Renovierungsarbeiten nicht schaden könnten. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen freut en wir uns auch über die sehr gut funktionierenden Klimageräte. Sehr überrascht waren wir über das reichhaltige und tolle Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick, was unsere Erwartungen tatsächlich übertroffen hatte.

Everything - very nice and helpful stuff around. Clean apartment with a lot of day light. Well equipped - they’ve even provided the washing machine pods or drinking water. Comfortable beds. Well working air conditioner. Perfect location in a clean tidy place, walkable distance to the ocean- around 2kms

Accueil tres cordial, toujours une personne à la réception, bagagerie surveillée . Le petit déjeuner pris sur le roof top était simple, mais très bon et copieux. Climatisation efficae et silencieuse des chambres comme du salon

Very nice place, great for family, staff are amazing and they do everything they can to help, breakfast is amazing and very tasty, location is easy to memorize and all amenities are at walking distance.. would love to go back again

L'appartement était grand, très agréable (tv, deux toilettes, une grande chambre, une belle cuisine avec tout le nécessaire et une terrasse). Nous étions au RDC. Accès a des plateformes de streaming gratuitement. Petit déjeuner impressionnant sur le rooftop avec une belle vue.

Le bruit (les voisins au dessus), dans l'entrée... très élevé et embêtant car parfois à 1h du matin. J'ai eu quelques soucis de douche (eau très froide ou très chaude) pour 2 nuits je n'ai pas demandé à l'accueil mais ils sauront aider si besoin je pense.

The accommodation is spacious except for the bathroom area and especially their showers, tiny and every time you take a shower there will be a lake in all bathrooms and the water can come outside to the corridor, we needed to call the manager and she said that there was no way to repair it, just asking for the house keeping to come every time to clean up, finally we requested a new room, almost the same just one extra shower, but was the same problem, so because we have a short stay we didn't complaint against. Head up if you're planning to stay for longer.

The appartment we stayed in was very good, we had everything we needed and there was working air conditioning in all three main rooms which was a plus during the heatwave. We liked very much our stay and we found parking very easily. The hosts were happy to help us from the moment we contacted them through WhatsApp to the moment we left. It is a ver good location, not very far from the Hassan 2 Mosque which was what we wanted to visit in the first place. We found the appartment to be what we were looking for and a we would recommend this place to other tourists wanting to visit Casablanca.

It might be hard to find the place, especially if you drive an SUV, but is manageable and there is a parking attendant ready to help you. You will need to pay the parking attendant when leaving, for 24 hours we paid 20 dirhams.

First of all I’d like to thank the staff there! Everybody was friendly and ready to help. It felt like a nice stay at a friend’s place. Very comfortable for three or four people. Very good central location which allows you to feel Casablanca and local life as it is. There is a good carrefour nearby and a really good exchange point. The apartment has a washing machine, a coffee machine, a fridge, so basically everything you need for a long stay. Guests can also relax on the rooftop. There is as usual some place for improvement. For example a cloth and a towel for the kitchen (we bought it ourselves as we were staying for more than a week; it was no problem for us but could have been a nice touch to add to the experience) or some salt/sugar for cooking (this is not a criticism just a few ideas). The sink in the bathroom was a bit clogged but I hope it was cleared and cleaned after our departure. We really enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed by the staff for which I am grateful. All the best!

Отель расположен в очень приличном районе. Рядом со историческим центром, но в тоже время на достаточном отдалении. Очень приятный персонал особенно Nisrine. Все возникавшие вопросы были сразу же решены. Номера просторные и чистые. В Касабланке работает Uber, поэтому если куда-то надо поехать, в том числе и в аэропорт то лучше пользоваться им.

El apartamento estaba cómodo y tenía lo funcional . La Srta. que nos atendió muy amable. Teníamos aparcamiento.

El ascensor era mini, preferí subir por las escaleras. La sala de espera y recepción pequeña.

Acomodação ampla, limpa, com roupa de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. É um apartamento e não um quarto de hotel.

Apesar de ser um apartamento de dois dormitórios, o banheiro é apertado e estava entupido o ralo do chuveiro.

The room we had was very nice and comfortable. It was clean and the staffs were accommodating with our requests. The place is also convenient and safe.

The location is quite central. Big space. Very excellent 24 hour service available. Fresh and on the spot breakfast prepared at the roof top! The services provided by William and Isham are really commendable. They are very prompt and sincere in providing the services needed eg. William gave the hairdryer almost immediately after I texted in late evening and Isham rushed to accommodate our request for earlier breakfast so we can go for our early local tour. The owner also personally called to ensure that everything is in order re breakfast as there was some slight delay. I would really recommend this place for a fuss-free stay in central Casablanca!

As the apartment is located in a small lane, some cars hired cannot find the small lane. The sliding doors for the balcony do not really work well. There is only 1 toilet in the apartment and there were ants in some part of the toilet. Some of the electrical sockets are old and are not working well. Having said the above, the personnel services in the apartment is so excellent that it is more than mitigated all the smaller things that we do not like…

Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile nel fornire consigli per dove cenare e anticipare l'orario della colazione. Appartamento pulito e in una posizione centrale rispetto al centro.

Consiglio alla struttura di specificare bene l'orario della colazione, visto che diversi tour di visita della città iniziano alle 9 del mattino, così si decide se includere o meno il servizio. L'ultima mattina non siamo riusciti a fare la colazione all'orario richiesto. Disponibile il parcheggio libero al di fuori della struttura.

Super emplacement, bel appartement, personnel attentif

Breakfast was late so we left before that. The hotel itself is in a residential area that’s under construction. Not able to walk around or anything. The main areas roof and lower area are okay. The room itself is spacious. The bathroom was clean but the shower head was leaking and broken and the shower stall leaks since the door didn’t close. Rooms were okay beds were decent comfy nothing great.

Bathroom shower was leaking and the spout was broken. No shampoo or soap. Outside area is industrial can’t walk around. It was okay for us just to sleep but didn’t feel comfortable to walk around. Also didn’t not look like the pictures.

We booked a two bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. We were misled. Only one bathroom had a toilet. The four of us had to use one toilet. Worst still, the toilet seat did not fit the toilet and its water tank took ages to refill. Most uncomfortable and unacceptable experience ever. The receptionist explained to us that there was no other apartment with 2 bathrooms in the property. There was nothing she could do to help.

L'appartamento si presenta moderno e abbastanza pulito (per gli standard marocchini). La posizione è fantastica, a due passi dalla chiesa del sacro cuore in un quartiere tranquillo.

Abbiamo prenotato una visita guidata alle 09:00 del mattino e abbiamo chiesto se la colazione fosse possibile alle 08:00 e la ragazza della reception ci dava delle risposte mentre il suo collega (manager?) ce ne ha dato altre. Alla fine, nonostante la disponibilità del ragazzo, ci è comunque stata servita alle 08:20. Il bagno è cieco, ad aereazione forzata e ogni tanto c'era odore di risalita da scarico.

Équipements un peu aléatoires: plaque chauffante qui ne s’allume pas, porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, prises manquantes, placard à poubelle qui ne ferme pas… Dommage parce que l’appartement est bien mais tous ces détails gênent un peu le confort.

El apartamento es moderno, está bien amueblado y está bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad caminando.

Aunque está completo, no resulta cómodo porque el desagüe del lavabo está atascado y en la ducha se sale toda el agua. Solo estuvimos 2 noches, más tiempo hubiera resultado imposible. En evaluaciones anteriores ya he leído esto, cuántas veces hay que avisar a un host para que resuelva el problema? La cocina está completa de vasos y platos, pero no hay un simple estropajo o esponja para fregar los platos usados. Tuve que hacerlo con la mano.

Everything. We got a fully equipped, clean and spacious apartment which we could reach through a modern elevator. Incredibly, the $60 price tag per night included 2 delicious, rooftop hot breakfasts. The English-speaking staff were extremely cordial and helpful. At that price, Our stay was almost too good to be true!

Отличное расположение, до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Большой номер, все удобства. Стойка регистрации. Отзывчивый персонал.

В раковине очень плохо уходила вода, мало освещения и оно почти все в холодно нейтральном свете, в ванне очень темно.

It was in a great location and lovely having apartment space

Luckily we were entertained with the demolition going on opposite to us on a Sunday up to 8pm at night. The shower was minute - to call it a walk in was very overstated and lm only 55kg! We were also surprised there was no hairdryer and only provided with one toilet roll for 2 nites and 3 coffee pods and no tea. It says breakfast was included but we weren’t offered this although didn’t chase up on this.
