Hilton Foshan Shunde

Great hotel facility clean and amazing reception team

The staff was very kind and helpful. The build quality of the property was very good. The location was awesome, specially the direct access to the shopping mall was super convenient ! At check-in the counter staff even accepted our request to upgrade us to a room with a better view !

There was nothing we could find that we didn't like to be honest

Tutto molto bene

Staff were very helpfull into get me a taxi and very polite, it makes you feel very welcome.

Camera pulita e grande.

location and spacious room

blocked toilet on day 1

Cleanliness. New property. Rooms. Attached to Mall.

Nothing particular.

Location is fine.

N/A

Breakfast is very good and caters for all nationalities which is a big bonus. I stayed at the Hilton Foshun Shunde 8 times last year and every stay was top notch. The staff are so warm and friendly.

Just the wifi in my room was a bit slow for downloading but then I found out the reception can add a faster speed in my room for a period of time which made all the difference. Wish they had just one English channel for movies and an option for softer pillows.

Clean and spacious room 24/7 gym with new equipment

Limited toiletry items provided

Very modern, clean, large room, good service. The food is ok . The restaurant staff don't know English and they don't have any knowledge how to serve in restaurant. Like when the first dish or the main dish.

Great variety and great quality, very delicious

Very comfterble hotel, great and friendly staff, great facilities, clean a lot. Great location

Ok

Very Nice and Clean

Hilton standards were maintained. Bit away from Foshan centre for my liking.

Excellent

Comfortable

Location

Great service

Breaksfast was excellent and teh staf very accomodating.

The mattresses were too firm (hard) made it difficult to sleep.

Very new, clean, comfortable hotel. Staff were polite and friendly. Location isn't too bad with shopping mall right next door.

The pool was unheated even the small kids pool. Way too cold for kids to play in. Also I didn't know you need swim cap to swim in the pool, the ones they sold at the pool were very limited in size and colour selection and was quite expensive.

I didn't like the old smoking scent from the room I've it was supposed to be for no smoking room. They asked...

All on the highest level.

Breakfast was too basic, not much choices

It was very nice to stay at Hilton Foshan Shunde. staffs seem to be well trained and read to welcome guests. Room service and doorman were excellent for me. And I specially thank to a lady staff talked and asked me how's my stay at Hilton in my language and offer me a cup of coffee during my boing time of waiting for taxi to airport.

It will be grateful more, if dining buffet would be more international flavour.

Great place to stay in Foshan. Room were huge and had everything needed, also the hotel is attached to a shopping mall with Starbucks, and many other resteraunts. Also in walking distance is parks with lots to see and other shopping malls less than 5 minutes walk.

Very kind service

Room air conditioner does not meet well, but changed with other room

Everything was perfect. Breakfast had many vegan options and was very enjoyable. Will stay here again for sure.

nothing.

Excellent condition, linked to shopping mall

New , beautiful and under The brand name of Hilton group, make us confident.

Very nice hotel

Awful quality staff. Poor management & staffing, front office staff giving out free breakfast to you just showing the hotel manager photos to them…lol… Can it really be called as a formal Hilton? Answer is NO 😂

Felt luxurious

The restaurants were great quality but after ordering scallop sashimi, was delivered surf clams was charged for their replacements. Mind you, I must admit I didn't return anything. I just complained and ordered the replacements.

it was excellent

I found its at my expectation

Location👍🏻 shopping mall nearby, easy to grab taxi Room with open view

Really bad check-in service, too many group tourists siting in the area and waiting for check-in, noisy, never encounter such situation in 4/5 star hotel before. Disappointing

Hotel is located in great location, easy access to shopping mall and tourist attraction

Firmer Mattress could be nice for better sleep and for those who are not used to soft mattress. Toothbrush handle was too soft which made it too bendable and prone to snapping

Very Good

There are a lot of dining options in the mall adjacent to the hotel. The location of the hotel is a quite far away from the train station.

Location is great, like the facilities and staff was very friendly.

Sheldon was very helpful.

Super

The breakfast was great, variety of food and delicious

The water pressure from the shower head was a disappointment
