Un rabais de 20$ sur l'achat d'un massage à la place

The food was good. The Elite Club restaurants and priority seating was great. The view and private Elite pool was great.

The bed was not comfortable being I paid for Elite Club.

Property was beautifully maintained and well manicured. Excellent choice of plants for the garden areas.

We loved the more upscale design and rooms at this location . The Elite Club pool and bar area was very nice and had cabanas overlooking the beach . The drinks at Elite Club really were quite a bit better . We loved our oceanfront room , gorgeous view ! We enjoyed all the restaurants , our favorites were the Elite Club , steakhouse and the buffet . The staff was mostly very responsive, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend upgrading if possible, it’s worth it !

My husband kept getting singled out and denied entry for wearing a tank top even when he was permitted to in the buffet for breakfast and lunch . That happened about 4-5 times while he was seeing other men wearing them and not getting turned away , he ended up talking to a restaurant manager and it didn’t happen after that .

Pool close too early should be...21:00 or 22:00 not 19:00. Needed more time for the pool after spending the day out exploring. Also to queen beds instead of two full beds when you have three and four persons in the room.

Gorgeous does not begin to explain how amazing this place was! Amazing spacious rooms gave it such a luxury feel. Super super clean and comfortable. I'm coming back here!

That I had to leave after my holiday

The service was fantastic and the location was incredible. Super clean and modern. The staff was helpfull and great.

Didn`t stay long enought

Hotel lindo, muito limpo, confortável e de um certo modo, até reservado, o que pra mim foi muito positivo.. o padrão de alimentação surpreende.. no restaurante principal o cardápio sempre muito farto com opções pra todos os gostos.. já nos temáticos/cena/jantar - surpreende por ser em resort.. não fica devendo nada pra restaurantes bons por aí.. a vista do hotel é magnífica.. os quartos de frente pro mar é um espetáculo a parte..

A única observação é o padrão dos drinks.. no mesmo hotel, no mesmo bar, mas atendentes diferentes. A diferença chega a ser gritante, assim como o padrão de atendimento..

Limpeza, buffet, funcionários pró ativos.

Teve um casal fazendo relação sexual na piscina, foi interrompido por um guarda. E espero que o casal tenha sido banido ou multado.. enfim, que o hotel tome alguma providência sobre tamanha falta de respeito.

Achei que faltam banheiros para os hospedes, principalmente nas piscinas, visando evitar o uso indevido e no salões de convivência, são poucas as unidades de banho. Os restaurantes temáticos não funcionaram em todos os dias e poderia ser mais bem planejado para evitar filas.

Had an immaculate stay - excellent and attentive service. We loved the food; especially the gourmet restaurant Krystal. Excellent spot on the beach too. Overall felt very well looked after.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. It offers a wide range of amenities and activities, so there is always something to do. The ambiance is beautiful, and the beach is gorgeous, very well maintained, and regularly cleaned of sargassum. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is vibrant. I also appreciated the well-organized shuttle buses to the partner hotel for parties, which were awsome. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

Property endorses the ripping of off taxi to the airport. Bellman called a taxi at stated price of $25 then the taxi scammed me by charging 5x the amount on my credit card. A common scam apparently in Cancun. I called RIU to make a complain and they just dismissed my concern

There is a special feeling of returning to a place that truly feels like a second home. The service here continues to be outstanding. We want to express our heartfelt thanks to Agnes and Shadrack, whose attention to detail and polite, professional approach made us feel so well cared for throughout our stay. We were also highly impressed by Costa; having a waiter who is multilingual, including being fluent in French, adds such a sophisticated and welcoming touch to the dining experience. Speaking of dining, a huge thank you goes to Chef Mohamed and his entire team. The food was absolutely delicious and consistently high-quality—every meal was a culinary delight. For those looking for fun, the hotel has great activities right on-site. We had a blast on the jet skis; it’s a fantastic way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The overall atmosphere of the hotel remains warm, friendly, and wonderfully family-oriented. It is the perfect place for a relaxing and joyful getaway. We are already looking forward to our fourth visit!

The rooms were big and comfortable, the ocean view was just incredible! Food was delicious! It was a plus to have the app and book for restaurant reservations in advance. Service was marvelous! Thank you Darwin, Gaby in the lobby bar, and to Miguel at the sports bar, very good service. I enjoyed the shows they had and also it was very convenient to have the shuttle to the other Riu hotel for the RIU parties. I had a problem the day of my check in but the receptionist managed to help me and solve it for me, thank you very much!

Minden perce csodálatos volt! A szállás, a személyzet, a part, a kilátás. Rendkívül tiszta, a szobákat, a közös helyeket, éttermet, folyamatosan takarítják. Kényelmesen lehet találni napágyat, a part gyönyörű es minden nap tisztítják (a sargassum helyi sajátosság, nem a hotel hibája es mindent meg is tesznek, hogy tisztán tartsák)

Very modern and well maintained. Loved the pool area and facilities. Beach was awesome.

Food was a little below expectations. Buffet was good and as expected. I expected the specialty restaurants to be a little higher quality. Al ad I m the evening entertainment could have been a little better. They seem to focus on the Riu parties which aren’t for everyone.

The staff--every single one--was amazing! So kind, helpful, and ready to serve. The food was good--not amazing--but never bad and mostly really good, especially the Steakhouse. The cleanliness of everything was top notch.

The gym was very small and hard to use with so many people. The drinks were not the best (margarita in particular). It was a little loud from the street.

Excellent Hotel, my only complaint is that when checking in I was not able to get a king size as requested and i got a partial view instead for the first night and I had to change room the following day, but the person who did the check in was not to polite and I felt she didn't do the effort to get me what i paid for which was full view, but other than that everything was great. Buffet was excellent in quality and variety. Beach was amazing

Even that everything was great, the service at the beach should be improved, there is not enough servers, and also you should add some background music. Another thing that should improve is the GYM is too small and too basic. These notes are because it would be great if the Hotel can improved what I mentioned

Excelente todo lo que ofrece el hotel, el personal es increíblemente amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y tratan de que todo lo que pidas lo puedas hacer, parece que el no no existe en este lugar. El servicio de playa y piscinas es muy bueno y la comida y bebida 24 horas disponible. Nos dieron una sorpresa el día de cumpleaños que fue muy agradable ya que no lo esperábamos

Tienen un tetro abierto en la planta baja que ofrece espectáculos todas las noches al aire libre y es bastante ruidoso por lo que si tu habitación esta próxima al lugar puede tornarse muy molesto, si bien a las 23 hs suelen terminar si por algunmotivo quieres descansar antes de esa hora se hace un poco difícil

I did not like that at the swim up bar the Mexican staff was was discriminating me I was sitting there for 30 mins waiting for a drink and the bartender saw I was Mexican and kept helping all the white people coming up ordering drinks mind you I was waving my hand at him and kept ignoring me….they are so racist to their own kind of people
