The room was spacious and comfortable! Conveniently located near Batam Center ferry terminal and Mega Mall. Breakfast was sufficient with enough variety to fill you up.

The lobby has a weird smell, and I’ve noticed many reviews mention it too. Hopefully they’ll do something about it. It seems to come from the lemongrass scent, but it really shouldn’t linger and feel unpleasant after a while.

Service staff from the front desk to the cafe were polite and helpful.

The building is going through some maintenance work and you can hear some noise.

Overall very satisfied with the service and this is the second time in three months we chose the hotel

The sound proof of the room need to improve. Can hear noise of the kids next door. The open facility opposite the hotel have an event which held until late night which created loud noise. Unable to sleep properly because of all these noise.

From check in to out .. everything was fast n smooth ! All staffs was exceptional great! Nearer to batam center too & price is affordable.. Facilities was great ♡

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! All the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful, and the service was truly attentive and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We were especially touched that the hotel prepared a birthday gift for our friend. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it made the celebration even more special and memorable. We truly appreciate the care and effort from the entire team. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience! ❤️

The location is awesome. Near to megamall and ferry terminal. Breakfast spread is plenty and good quality.

The toilet shower drain flow is low, hence water will flood to the WC area. As of now, there are construction works on going just beside the hotel windows if you are staying level 5 and below.

Air condition was not enough cooling for heat weather. But their in-house maintenance team help me service the AC, have better result.

The staffs are ALL nice and friendly! The smiles on their faces are so welcoming, polite and they are all hardworking.

All is gd but i find the gym a little too tight. The have basic dumbbells, threadmill etc but it is a small room. When i was there, there are kids playing inside 😅

The comfortable bed and clean toilet. Breakfast was good too. The staffs are friendly and the cleanliness is top notch.

This hotel is worth staying for. The hospitality is beyond words. Me & family are extremely satisfied and happy with our stay. The staffs are to be compliment especially Chef Roff (sorry if I got the name wrong), Bella and all the others that we cross path with. Their hospitality are excellent. Very fast service be it in the breakfast table, hotel room service. The food served at breakfast was excellent and taste soooo good. We always look forward to breakfast time:). Thank you Hotel Santika..we will definitely come back there:)

Just that the toilet in my room there is no full glass door to separate dry & wet area...only a half glass door so when I bathe it get wet and also a suggestion to put an bright indicator at the glass door to make known of its existence as sometime children or senior citizen or even young person can bang into the glass door. Apart from that nothing much to complaint actually but if there is a door separator it will be lovely. Thanks

Great customer service from each member of the facility. Good location centrally located specially if you plan to come through ferry, walking distance to the Port. Well maintained and clean property. Room service and the regular cleaning service is excellent refilling water, toiletries regularly. Comfortable beds and nice showers with continuous hot water. Highly recommend and will definitely come back

Das noch relativ neue Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Fähranleger Batam Centre. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit Blick aufs Meer und die Moscheen. Die Dusche war ebenerdig und schön groß. Das typisch indonesische Frühstück im Restaurant im 11. Stock (Blick auf die Stadt) war reichhaltig und wurde bis zum Schluss meist nachgefüllt. Es gab sogar einen Schokoladenbrunnen. Die in unmittelbarer Nähe befindlichen Moscheen haben überraschenderweise nicht mit lauten Rufen zum Gebet gestört. Dies soll hier untersagt sein.

Obwohl im 8. Stock untergebracht, war es durch den Verkehr bis in die Nacht sehr laut. Es scheint keine schallgeschützten Fenster zu geben. Im Zimmer haben uns Steckdosen gefehlt. Es gab insgesamt 2. Wenigstens hatte eine einen USB-Anschluss.

This hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal. It looks brand new, and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The stay offers great value for money since breakfast is included.

The breakfast buffet spread consists mostly of Indonesian cuisine, and as a vegetarian, there were very few non-meat options to choose from. I saw a dead cockroach outside the dining room and it affected my appetite as well.

Unfortunately the room 606 that I stayed smell sewage I was just staying 1 night and did not Want to bother at 3am when I woke up. I tried to deal with it then I forgot to inform the front desk.

The receptionists Rendy and Friza were very friendly and accommodating to our requests upon our arrival! Location wise, it's a 10 minutes walk from Batam Ferry Terminal, convenient for those who doesn't want to go far from the ferry terminal. Additionally, it's also very close to the mosque, convenient for Muslim travellers. Overall, we enjoyed our time here!

Feels too warm and stuffy along the corridor

The breakfast had a lot of variety, the rooms were relatively kept clean and tidy. Although it's slightly on the smaller side, it's quite a good size for 2 people. Also, the staff were very nice and approachable.

Due to the walls being thin, the noise from outside was able to reach in so if you're a light sleeper it's going to be difficult to get a good night's sleep.

If there is a coffee machine at the room it would be fantastic. For me the bed is a bit too firm, i personally like it softer. And lastly, the price of the hotel can be better.

noisy. very noisy. was on the 10th floor and 11th floor was the coffeehouse. yet from 9pm to midnite it was just noisy scrapping noise, furniture moving, banging noise. and finally to top it off around 4am. a loud thunderous sound from 11th floor blasted through the rooms. i thought it was thunder but nope just some bizzare noises from the hotel.

While the breakfast was adequate and tasty, the menu didn't really change a lot over my 6-day stay.. Service staff were attentive and helpful when I arrived to check in. The room itself was adequate, and the airconditioning was cold. A minor gripe is that I was only given one room card instead of the usual two..

The bathroom was spacious but there were pretty bad, moldy grout lines dotting the shower area. Furthermore, there was a VERY strong smell coming off of the shower drain that started after my 2nd day, and persisted throughout the remaining 4 days I was there. The shower also drained very very slowly. Lastly, the location leaves a bit to be desired since it's close to the ferry terminal, but far from virtually everything else.

Smell of the lobby and lifts. Need to change the freshener. The toilet tiles a bit too dark and flooring tiles a bit sticky.

Great experience. Superb Service especially from a staff name cahaya. The rest of all the staff was also remarkable . Would definitely rebook this hotel next time we are in batam. Breakfast was also great . Hotel room was super clean with a good clean up service everday. Recommend to all .
