The staff are helpful and friendly. The room is as advertised - very comfortable, clean and spacious. Overall, good experience and highly recommended.

This room only has one toilet. Nevertheless, it's clean and comfortable.

Very stunning like a real house . The receptionist also nice and friendly.

The bathroom needs a thorough cleaning because the floor is very slippery, and there is a lot of yellowish moss/algae growing on it.

Very very clean, spacious, good bedding,very helpfull staff, Interior design very good, not busy or jamed, very near to shopping mall just behind block. Kitchen utilities very usefull. Definetly will come again but there are room for improvement in future.

Quite hot and too bright for the upper floor bedroom since the window wall during daylight. If have full 100% cover blind curtain would be better. Then sometimes there are quite noise downstairs in front the gazebo/cafe/e-game shop after 12 midnite. People talk or lepak2 too loud. Parking fees for guest shall be waive to fix rate or free since we are guest.

I like the feeling of getting home everytime I enters the room... Even though there is some issue with the bottom room aircon but was solve immediately once we told the them over the counter.

The staff were accommodating, polite and helpful in their service despite the language barrier. We appreciate their efforts in helping us. The location was convenient with access to its surrounding shops and a short drive to/from the airport, and overall a good place to stay

Lack of information regarding laundry and washing. It was uncertain whether there was access to clothes washing machines or related services. We would like more transparency about it regardless of whether there are washing machines/services or not. The stairs also creaked quite a bit.

The room was very spacious, clean, and safe. It was very quiet at night, which made the stay comfortable. The location is excellent — right next to a 24-hour K-Circle mart and the Pollux Habibie Apartment, which has a small mall underneath. It’s also close to the city. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay

the room could use more lighting as it was a bit dim, and additional hanging space for clothes would be helpful. Overall, it’s still recommended for a stay.

The host is very friendly and the front desk staff super accommodating . At first I was skeptical with the space shown in Ads but it was BEAUTIFUL and the design of the place is modern . Received a welcome basket with my name , hand written on the card as well . Not only the room is clean , the area outside of the place quite well kept .

1. The bidet in the toilet needs some fixing . It shoots like a waterjet and caught me off guard the first time using it . Cannot be used at all [because washing sensitive area HAHAHA] 2. Tv channels are limited . Would appreciate access to Netflix or Youtube [for kids] 3. Mirrors are limited . Only have the one in bathroom which is shared and one standing mirror . Would appreciate if each room / space provided with mirrors .

Only one bathroom/toilet for 4 people. Address is a problem. At first the grab driver dropped us at the wrong place, then our food delivery driver also delivered our Kueh Lapis to the wrong place.

This location makes dining out or grabbing essentials effortless, thanks to the abundance of eateries and convenience stores close by. Love the aesthetic design of the oxy suites. The best minimalist design we ever stayed. We had a great stay!

Responses and yodates from the staff were impeccable, they ensured we could find the location and were very patient with us. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and modern! The owner/staff also left a personalised note to welcome the guests - was a simple but well-appreciated surprise for us too!

Maybe just needed a bigger trash can for people who want to cook in the apartment. The tap in the toilet was a little too close to the edge of the sink.

We booked the space without breakfast. There's a cafe on the 3rd floor but not sure if it's operational. There were fast food restaurants (McDonalds, KFC, Burger King) within 5 mins of walk which was very convenient. They are opened 24 hours. There is a mall beside the property but still undergoing renovation. Our family stayed in the loft room which can accommodate up to 5 pax. The property is not big but comfortable enough and there is a lift to every level. They have connecting room for bigger families. The staff was very prompt in replying messages for any doubts and concern.

The property was converted from a shop house layout and partitioned, thus we could hear door bell very clearly.

It’s very spacious - and for the price! It wasn’t bad. I didn’t mind the location not being walking distance to malls - but it’s not too far if using taxis.

The amenities were just sufficient. Nothing to complain but don’t expect a lot.

Apt is so pretty. Conveniently located near to the mall and lots of shop under the unit. Staff were friendly.

Nice place, comfortable, good location for Batam Center, near to Greenland and fast food outlets Clean and reasonably well appointed.

The bathroom was disappointing with peeling walls and, as is usually the case in Indonesia, no hot water for shower. Every night we were there a large group of young people occupied the Oxo guest only tables and had a loud party until 6am. The apartment is also very poorly designed and we could hear the neighbors and their kids talking loudly through an adjoining door. The stove was also cheap rubbish and doesn't work that well, even when we were shown how to use it.

The location in strategic, in the heart of the city. The room is amazing, cozy, nice layout, equipped completely. The staff are friendly and welcoming. And they have a large parking area.

We can’t talk freely because the people next to us was keep complaining and banged in the door.

Location surrounding is very bare and dusty as it is a new area being developed. The neighbouring mall only has about 4 or 5 shops.

as proper accomodation is excellent. staff, cleanliness, room and everything is excellent. the problem is location, I think it need few years to fully developed. If you love the solutide, basic requirement, and not asking too much then this is proper place.

The property is a brand new duplex and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. There is a 24hr convenient store right below. It’s about 10-15 mins from Batam ferry terminal and 10-15 mins to city center.

The only thing is the size and space of the toilet. Although the apartment is well furnished for 4 to 5 according to the description but there is only one toilet with shower facility. Super narrow bathroom as the toilet and shower are attached so it makes group stay a little inconvenient. The saving grace is there is one common toilet next to the lift so can still use as alternative if need be.

It was cosy, host was very nice and friendly. Since we were new to the city, he gave us recommendations on where to eat, which attractions to go etc. he was also contactable via WhatsApp and messaged us a few days prior to answer our enquiries. Since we had to check out at a certain time, the host was nice enough to let us put our luggage in the storeroom and food in the fridge

Everything was good. Heard that it might be cheaper to walk in and book as compared to booking online. We didn’t mind paying extra for the convenience of booking online because the facilities were good
