the stay was acceptable, but there are several areas that could be improved, especially room space, breakfast variety, staff hospitality, and housekeeping cleanliness.

The room was quite small, but it was manageable for two people. However, the space was a bit too limited for praying comfortably, as well as for placing our luggage and belongings. The overall condition and design of the hotel also felt somewhat like an older building. Transportation was another downside, as the hotel does not provide a shuttle bus or van, so we had to rely on Grab to get around. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent overall, but there is definitely room for improvement. For three consecutive days, the breakfast selection was almost the same every morning, so having more variety would have made the experience much better. Unfortunately, the staff were not particularly warm or friendly, which affected the overall experience. I also requested housekeeping before going out one morning, but when I returned, I noticed a pair of false eyelashes left on the toilet seat. This was quite unpleasant and made me feel that the room had not been properly cleaned.

The 2 rooms that we stayed was nice and pretty comfortable..but the only problem was the view of the room was kind of lame.Both rooms (deluxe and suite) actually but it's just a feedback ☺️

Overall for the breakfast buffet was pretty decent but could actually be improvised.. For 3 days straight, it's almost the same breakfast every morning 😅

The RECEPTION & HOUSEKEEPING & F&B were professional staff. The bed was comfy, the AC was super good, PLUS POINT , there were 4 pillows , 2 for each of us...soooo comfy...

though I think the breakfast options were ok but could be better, I stayed in room #209, TV was blank while trying to watch local channels but I can watch YouTube..water from the bathtub was yellow, the next day, same issue..

The surrounding and atmosphere was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast egg section was quite slow and also the shampoo didn't refill .

The rooms are super clean and the customer services provided by staff are excellent.

Just need some improvement at the poolside which already are under progress

The hotel location is strategic, the facility and the staff is good. The spa massage inside the hotel is so good. No need to go out , they can come to our room. Really good 👍

Standard room has window but covered with wooden structures. Outside sunlight could not be seen. Carpet inside the room is dusty. Need to do wet vacuum periodically.

Friendly hotel staff. And the choice of food for breakfast was good.

Some water mark stains on the mattress day bed and chairs.

I like how amazing the facade is. I like how the man on the receiving end area can communicate well. I like the food during the breakfast buffet. I like that it is near the One Batam Mall and you can walk to Masjid Agung, there’s also a bakery near it. But it’s like in the other block. But it’s okay, I can explore. I like that theres fridge inside. Just that the hair blower is not convenient to use. I don’t know if it is just me. Overall, I rate this 9.5/10 stars. ⭐️

Breakfast: super nice. I really love the menu. It's so variety. Swimming pool: there's a warm pool for kids. My baby loves it a lot Spa: there's a spa that I went to inside the hotel. It's super nice 👍🏻 Facilities: super good and convenient. I really love the perfume that the hotel use.so sweet and calming Extra; it's located near town. So easy to access. Overall, it's so much fun 😊

I requested 3 rooms. 2 rooms not ready & my 2 son's stay in my room temporarily and my room is quite cramp. After 15mis their room is ready to go in We have to wait for at least 2-3 hours to go up the room. Sahor food is quite boring. Reception counter said we can go the cafeteria at 3am and when we came, the food is not ready. Iftar food ok2 je. Bcoz we request for 1day only Thank you

STAYING IN 5TH FLOOR WAS GOOD. THIS TIME I STAYED IN 2ND FLOOR ROOMS VERY VERY DARK, BATHROOM WAS LEAKY. I WILL NEVER PREFER STAY IN 2ND FLOOR ROOMS NEXT TIME

Although i selected a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was lingering in the corridor/hallway.

De entree van het hotel is indrukwekkend. De kamer met bad ruim. Goede douche. Het ontbijt is prima.

Het gebruik van het zwembad heeft geen regels. Er wordt blijkbaar alleen rekening gehouden met moslim vrouwrn. .De vrouwen zaten volledig gekleed in het zwembad, geen bedekkende badkleding maar joggingbroeken, truien, sportkledij....ik vind dit een volledig gebrek aan hygiëne en heb het zwembad verlaten. In de kamer stond een stoel met bevlekte kapotte bekleding en lange zwarte haren.

It’s very convenient for central Batam. I had the pool to myself which was lovely and breakfast had plenty of choice. The room was cleaned every morning whilst I had breakfast

Desperately needs a refurb which they had started to redo floor 2 but then meant builders starting at 8am each morning. The building smells and the room was poorly lit and no natural light do I couldn’t bear to be in the room except to sleep.

The location is great, near to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, One Batam Mall and to other shopping areas. Breakfast is more than decent, with chefs planning different main dishes eg chicken or fish and staple food (bee hoon, mee). The junior suite rooms are relatively big and very clean.

There is this stench of cigarette smoking in room when stepped in. Think earlier guests secretly smoked inside the room.
