Hot water in the master bedroom kept having issues. Some facilities of the property also looked quite run down.

管家很棒，任何疑難雜症都可以透過通訊軟體詢問，回覆也算快。這是一個管家式別墅的渡假村。各種房型都有，我們這次挑的有私人泳池的四人房型，有客廳有廚房，一家人可以當作是自己家住的很舒心。早餐的部分雖然不大但也應有盡有。因度假村偏大，也可以請管家安排電動車接送。

別墅附近沒有什麼景點，不過附近有夜市（走路約10分鐘的路程），夜市滿乾淨的、餐廳也很多，晚上可以過去解決，建議可以先去超市採買食品點心等等，另外也可以請管家安排電動車前往另一區的超市進行採購。如果要游泳建議就訂私人泳池房型，雖然有一個公共泳池，但泳池不大且可能我們去的時候是雨季，泳池有落葉影響玩水的心情。另外也有私人沙灘但可能是雨季關係、浪非常大因此我們無法下水。

La struttura è formata da tante ville di diversa grandezza tutte con piscina privata. La nostra era a due piani con una camera da letto, due bagni, salotto e angolo cottura e piscina. La colazione è servita nel ristorante nei pressi della spiaggia ed è varia e abbondante. Essendoci stato in agosto la spiaggia non era attrezzata, ma si vedeva che era grande e bella. Nei pressi della struttura c'è un villaggio pieno di negozi e ristoranti. Soddisfatto e ci tornerei.

The property is amazing, super clean and that essence of the cinnamon is so relaxing. We stay at the villa with private pool and it worth every penny. All the staff are so welcoming and dedicated. Thanks a lot to Lucas that always so helpful and caring. We felt we were home and enjoyed a lot the time we spent there and make us don’t want to leave the villa 🤭

The villa was excellent — clean, spacious, and well maintained. Butler service, transport and buggy service were all outstanding. Food and facilities were great, and the restaurant delivered consistently good breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything we needed was available.

Nothing to fault — the villa, pool, and facilities were all in perfect condition.

Breakfast was diverse and freshly prepared. In particular, the noodles and bread were very fresh.

The staff assigned to help us was very supportive, so there wasn't much to be dissatisfied with.

I loved that the beach was not crowded at all. The villas were amazing!

I wish that all meals were included.

We had 7 people and stayed in a 4 bedroom pool villa. The villa was spacious, with 2 ensuited bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs for the other rooms, with a powder room downstairs too. The Andochine resort is easy enough to walk around, with a complimentary buggy if you call for it in advance, that can also take you to specified local places (the night markets or other venues associated with the resort). Although it's quite close for walking to these too or a very cheap Grab. The breakfast buffet was good. We had a few dietary requirements and everyone could find plenty to eat. The staff were helpful in hiring a driver at short notice for a day trip up to the North of the Island which was well priced.

Like many of the reviews state, the villas are getting older, photos are a bit misleading. They're very close together and not well sound proofed, so if you had noisy neighbours it was disruptive. The kitchen had very little in terms of amenities - we had to request drinking glasses (only coffee mugs provided), no knives to cut anything, no bottle opener, serving bowls etc etc. The rules were at times frustrating - we could only get 2 key cards between 7 people, even if we paid they wouldn't give us more; resort bikes are limited to 2 per villa, regardless of how many are staying or if they're in use or not. The resort itself is sleepy even though we were told it was fully booked. The beach club/ bar didn't seem to be open and the common pool was full of algae. We did have a lot of rain so this meant people weren't out much which could have been the reason... All in all, it's very cheap for a villa with a pool and the staff generally wanted to help and were always friendly.

The staff were very attentive and did all they could to ensure we were happy. Hanna was especially helpful and was at our beck and call. She could not do enough for us and we really appreciated it. Thanks to all the staff.

Villa muy cómoda para grupos grandes, con habitaciones y salón muy grandes y baños prácticos. La piscina privada es una maravilla. Bien ubicada. El desayuno también muy bueno.

Great location and the facilities are fantastic, staff were great and very helpful, would stay here again, beach 🏝️ is not good only down side from our visit, ( neighbor hotel beach is 👍 )

The beach, and maybe a few more knives and forks in the villas

The villa is lovely. The staff are attentive and helpful. Hanna looked after us. She speaks English well, is very proactive and helpful. She is a lovely person. It is an easy walk to the markets or to the beach. The buffet breakfast daily was a great way to start the day. We really enjoyed our stay at Andochine Villas.

There is a lot of construction work underway in the area. It is not loud or obtrusive but it does detract from the beauty of the area.

The villa was very spacious and modern. The pool was a great size. There was a large variety of food at breakfast and the dinners we ate there were lovely. The free buggy to nearby shops is handy but you can also walk there. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It could have just been the time of year that we went and the weather but there wasn't much on the beach such as a cafe/bar but there is one a couple of properties along.

Un grand merci à Hanna pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité tout au long de notre séjour. Elle a toujours été aux petits soins et a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Overall the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Tammy reached out to connect the day before the stay and was a available by text for any requests. The property was a 10min walk to a night market. The breakfast was amazing, and the restaurant on site also served delicious food.

Wifi signal in the rooms could have been better. It is also difficult to move around when it rains, although there were buggies readily available to ferry you around.

Bữa sáng rất ổn, khá tinh tế. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Vị trí rất yên tĩnh, riêng tư và khá thoải mái nếu đi cả gia đình hoặc nhóm bạn thân. Biển thì hơi khó tắm vì mình đi vào thời gian biển động, có mưa, khá nhiều rác đạt vào.

Nếu làm sạch rác dạt vào bờ thì sẽ có thể yên tâm tắm biển. Mỗi lần xuống nước thấy rác dạt vào người khi tắm cũng hơi ngại.

Para que sea óptima la experiencia, deben mejorar la limpieza de la playa y embellecerla algo más , reconociendo que no es la mejor de isla.

The villas are very nice with private pool. With an incredible breakfast and room service. The staff was always ready to help and I have to give an special mention to Mr. Lucas who always taked care of us in anything we need!

They could improve the beach area a bit

The villas were perfect. The staff were kind and helpfull.

They should focus on the food. Because the area here is not full of restaurents. It would be better if offers full board meals. Even though they offer breakfast is available but it is not rich of choices. They should provide different cuisines

The staff were nice. Villa is clean and spacious. Service is good. Not far from airport and they provide airport transfer. Sonasea night market and TR mall is just a buggy ride away. The villa and rooms are as per what u see in the official photos.

I stayed with my big family and rented 2 villas across from eachother. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was absolutely clean and spotless. The private beach although not your blue turquoise water white sand beach it was clean with a super beautiful sunset. I absolutely loved the service from the waiters, the chef at the restaurant the morning food was so absolutely delicious. Rendy was my butler and we kept in contact with WhatsApp until the very end I went to meet her. I was so pleased that this hotel was so clean and thought of everything, even the pool was such a good size to swim and it was also very clean. We had so much fun here. Please continue the good work andochine and hope to see you again ❤️

The staff was friendly and for the most part was on time for requests we may of had for a large group. The breakfast was good and the general areas in the villa were up to date.

The overall resort needed upkeep. The rooms were outdated, no hot water in every bathroom and the bathrooms needed updating. We had to switch a villa due to it smelling like cigarettes. For the price we paid in Phu quoc I was expecting better quality housing. The public areas like the beach and bar area were not really to par. Trash on the beach and rusted bar area did not give the resort a elevated experience.

Reception stuff are warmly

The facility is located in room of new declaration smells very bad, the chemicals are not good for health and the light in the swimming pool was broken, made me feel afraid of it

Asked for gluten free when checked in and staff couldn't help. Air cons in rooms didn't work

The bed was comfortable and the shower in the villa was very good.

Unfortunately, our experience at this resort was extremely disappointing and fell well below expectations. The resort is located in the middle of a major construction area, which immediately impacted the atmosphere and overall appeal. Prior to arrival, I had contacted the resort multiple times—both days and weeks in advance—requesting an early check-in if possible. Despite these discussions, when we arrived at 12:00 pm after travelling since early morning, we were simply told to return at 3:00 pm. No alternatives or accommodations were offered, leaving us sitting in the heat by the open pool area for three hours waiting for our room. Once we were finally checked in, we were given very little information about the property. We were left with the impression that facilities, including the mini mart, were conveniently located within the resort. It was only later that we discovered a buggy was required to access the mini mart, and after our visit we were left waiting outside for approximately 40 minutes for a return buggy. The villa itself was also quite misleading compared to the promotional photos. As a couple seeking privacy, we were disappointed to find that the villa was situated in a very busy area with little privacy. The extensive glass design and proximity of neighbouring villas meant that other guests could easily see into the villa and pool area, which was far from the secluded experience we expected. The final issue was the excessive noise from the neighbouring villa. Children were screaming and playing in the pool late into the night, making it impossible to relax or sleep. When we contacted staff close to midnight, we were advised that they were already attending to the matter. Unfortunately, the noise continued regardless. As a result, we made the decision to leave after just one night, despite having paid for four nights.

Khi nhận phòng, nhân viên yêu cầu mã đặt phòng. Mình đã cung cấp mã nhưng không đưa điện thoại để xem trực tiếp vì lo ngại lộ thông tin cá nhân. Tuy nhiên, sau đó nhân viên có vẻ khó chịu và thái độ không được thân thiện, khiến mình cảm thấy không thoải mái ngay từ lúc mới đến. Bên cạnh đó, cơ sở vật chất khá cũ. Mình nhận phòng lúc 3 giờ chiều nhưng khi tắm lại gặp tình trạng bị ngắt nước, gây bất tiện và ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm nghỉ ngơi. Với chất lượng dịch vụ như vậy, mình khá thất vọng và hy vọng cơ sở sẽ cải thiện cả về thái độ phục vụ lẫn cơ sở vật chất.

This was the perfect end to almost a month away travelling in Vietnam. These villa's were by far the best accommodation we had and the staff here go above and beyond with every single query. Rendy was amazing and always available to help. The staff at the restaurant were also incredible - one lady in particular whose name I never managed to get, but she was super helpful with all food requests especially with kids who had allergies. 100% recommend staying here - perfect relaxing end. Pool was just what we needed.

メインの観光地からは離れていたので静かで過ごしやすかった。子供と年寄りでの宿泊だったのでホテルステイをゆっくりと楽しむことができた。近くのナイトマーケットへもホテルから送迎してもらえたので問題なく行くことができた。ホテルの方への要望をlineでやり取りすることができ英語が不十分な私にはとても助かりました。こちら以外にも大型ホテルに宿泊したのですが、こちらの朝食が恋しくなるぐらい美味しかった。種類はこじんまりとしているけど味はとてもおいしかった。

海遊びでカヤックを借りたのですが使える範囲が少なく浮き輪でいいのでは？というぐらいだったもう少しだけ使用範囲を大きくとってもらえたら嬉しい。また女性と男児（76歳/43歳/６歳）でカヤックに乗ったのですがスタッフの方の手伝いがなく別の宿泊客の男性に手伝ってもらって、やっと乗ることができた。リゾートでカヤックを借りたことは何度もあるがこんなにほったらかしは初めてだった。 片付けの際も半分持ってと言われ重たいカヤックを持たされた。 海は魚がいません（笑）小さい魚とカニ１匹のみでした。

It was relatively new and the 1 bedroom villa was spacious and super comfortable. Having our own private pool was perfect for us The beach was spotless and almost deserted

Nothing about the property but the location is very quiet. We liked that as we had plenty of action in HCM and Hoi An, so for us it was perfect but there is not much going on outside of the property

-L’habitation, propre, bien entretenue. - Mia , notre majordome, la seule qui a fait qu’on n’a pas mis une note plus basse. Réactive, malgré l’heure tardive. Elle nous a aidés à nous organiser. - le système de buggy qui nous permettait de nous rendre dans les points d’intérêt alentours.

- la publicité mensongère, c’est à dire que rien que le nom de l’établissement est mensonger : il ne s’agit ni d’un resort (n’en a clairement pas le standing) et il n’y a pas de spa au sain de l’établissement…. De plus, l’atmosphère qui y règne donne plus l’impression d’un Club Med abandonné, sans aucune animation ou management. Beaucoup de personnel à la réception, mais qui donnent l’impression d’absence d’encadrement. La piscine commune n’est pas entretenue, et quasiment jamais personne pour la surveillance. La plage est à l’abandon, comme le reste, et très mal entretenue. L’impression globale nous a donné l’envie de passer la journée ailleurs que dans le « resort ». - hormis le logement qui reste propre et bien entretenu, tout semble à l’abandon : nous sommes arrivés avec une piscine privée sale tout comme les transats. Ces derniers ont été changés dès le signalement, mais la piscine n’a été réellement nettoyée qu’au 3e jour, jour de notre départ… Nous n’avons donc pas pu l’utiliser le temps de notre séjour. A noter que la taille de cette piscine est ridicule pour 4 personnes et complètement enclavée à l’arrière du logement sans réelle intimité. La TV ne marchait pas même si nous n’étions pas là pour la regarder. - le petit déjeuner est inconsistant, répétitif et sans saveur. Cela ne nous a donc pas pousser à consommer dans ce restaurant aux autres repas. Au final, dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais. Les images disponibles sur booking et autres sites de comparaison nous ont trompé et n’ont rendu la déception que plus importante. Diminuez vos tarifs, et peut être qu’on serait moins déçus. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

La struttura è davvero molto bella e pulita, curata nei minimi dettagli. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente la colazione, decisamente abbondante e varia. Anche i servizi offerti sono di ottimo livello e ci hanno permesso di godere di un soggiorno confortevole. Personale gentile e sempre molto disponibile.

Flessibilità nell'organizzazione: Se si scelgono i tour o le attività già programmate dalla struttura, lo staff è super efficiente e preparato. Tuttavia, se si ha una richiesta fuori dagli schemi o "su misura", tendono ad andare un po' in difficoltà.

施設の管理外らしいが、夜中1時まで周辺から爆音のカラオケのような騒音が鳴り響き、寝れなかった。フロントは22時までで電話は通じず、担当の方にメールで訴えて騒音がおさまったのが1時間後でした。バスタブのお湯がぬるく、バスタブにためたお湯が排水できなかった。小さな蟻が多く壁、床、机などいたるところにいた。

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. The room was comfortable enough and the pool area was good for our stay. Beautiful sunset. The location was not too far from Sonasea markets or other resorts, however the staff did not tell us we could utilise the resort buggy for this.

The rooms needed some maintenance. Staff seemed disengaged and disinterested. Bikes to use were broken. Breakfast was lacking. Honestly did not have a good feel about the resort.

Das Haus ist schön, auch die Ausstattung und der private Pool.

Leider mangelt es wirklich an der Sauberkeit, im Pool war Sand und das Licht war defekt, wir haben das defekte Licht sofort abends gemeldet und es wurde einfach gesagt, es ist defekt und fertig, auch innerhalb der einen Woche wurde leider das Licht nicht repariert, was nicht so toll abends ist. Im Haus ist es leider nicht sauber gewesen. Nach Hinweisen auf gewisse wirklich dreckige Stellen, wurde diese Stelle zwar schnell gesäubert, aber es gab Spinnweben, die Nachttische wurden nie sauber gemacht und der Boden nicht wirklich sauber gemacht. Sehr schade für die Anlage. Am Strand war nur ein Aufseher, die Bar war nicht im Betrieb und es gab keine Sitzsäcke am Steg oder Sonnenschirme dort. Auch laufen aktuell viele Baustellen, die man deutlich hört, vor allem früh morgens. Der Service ist naja, es wird nicht alles richtig verstanden aufgrund von Sprachkenntnissen. Es sind alle nett, aber die Leistungen sind mit keinem 5* Haus zu vergleichen, da muss das Personal noch wirklich richtig geschult werden. Es gibt kein Schild bitte nicht stören, was leider dazu führt, das früh morgens geklingelt wird und somit geweckt wird. An den Eingangstüren kann man direkt reinschauen, das sollte wirklich geändert werden und ein Plissee oder was auch immer angebracht werden für mehr Privatsphäre. Die Spa ist leider nicht im Haus, der Shuttle Service hat für uns leider nur zum Flughafen funktioniert und ist nicht zuverlässig.

The room was spacious and we enjoyed the private pool in the villa. The communal pool, which is larger, is also within walkable distance. There is a good selection of food to choose from for breakfast. We also made us of the free buggy service to the nearby night market which is very handy. Our butler, Hanna, is responsive and attentive. My family and I had a very enjoyable stay.

​The resort is in a decent location on the island, and the front desk staff were polite when we first arrived, even though they were clearly unorganized regarding our booking details.

Unfortunately, the positives were completely overshadowed by the fact that the resort is 'catfishing' guests with outdated photos. The property is in a state of significant neglect—overgrown weeds, dilapidated fake grass, and a very 'tired' reception area. I’ve stayed in campgrounds with better-maintained shared facilities. > We booked 3-bedroom villas, but staff insisted we only had 2-bedrooms until we produced our documentation. Furthermore, management (Jay) has publicly claimed a refund was processed, but no refund has been received. It is a very dishonest way to run a business. We felt so misled by the gap between the photos and reality that we cancelled immediately and moved elsewhere.

お部屋も美しく広く、とても清潔です。お部屋に虫がいませんでした。 朝食のブュッフェも美味しかったです。 近くのナイトマーケットまでバギーで連れて行ってくれたり、空港の送迎もあります。 また、海からとても近くお部屋にもプールがあり夏のアクティビティも存分に楽しめました！ 夕日がとても綺麗です。 もし、またフーコックに来ることがあれば泊まります！ スタッフの方々の笑顔やサービスはとてもよく素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました。

Locatie is super, slechts tientallen meters van prachtig strand met ligstoelen en bonus: zonsondergang. Verderop ook nog leuk restaurant aan zee. Restaurant waar het ontbijt geserveerd wordt ligt aan het strand. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en voor elk wat wils. Villa is zeer comfortabel en brandschoon, dagelijks schoon gehouden en voldoende handdoeken voor zowel in huis als zwemad/strand. Prive-zwembad is heerlijk. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk, doen alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Met de golfkar wordt je overal heen gebracht.

Eigenlijk niks. Het enige vreemde is dat er geen glazen en bestek in de keuken liggen. Geen ramp als je lekker uit eten wilt, maar als je zelf kookambitie hebt dan wil dat niet.

Es findet derzeit noch Bauarbeiten statt, welche man ganz klar hört. Ist aber der einzige Kritikpunkt, da dies vorher nirgends vorab mitgeteilt worden ist.

The staff needs language training. Most people dont know English so getting through simple instructions is a challenge. Thanks to Rendy who was a huge help at the property. She was contactable at all times & really helped to make our stay great.

The foliage could be trimmed a bit within the villa premises.

Уединенное комфортное место. Все организовано по принципу « умный дом». В шаговой доступности - теплое прозрачное море. Собственный бассейн . Отличный променад около моря. Хорошие завтраки.

The hotel itself was ok especially the villa — it made for a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was also good, and we appreciated that the villa was cleaned daily. The location is quite a distance from the main points of interest on the island. It’s close to Sonasea Markets and the nearby square, which is convenient at first, but dining there every night quickly becomes repetitive. The food at the hotel itself was quite average and didn’t stand out. The standout of our stay was the beautiful balloons and cake that Rendy organised for my daughter’s 9th birthday — it truly made her day so special. Rendy was the only staff member we found to be genuinely friendly and accommodating. As our butler, she was efficient, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. Thank you, Rendy, for going above and beyond for our family.

Our experience with the staff was disappointing. They were not very accommodating with requests, communication was quite difficult due to limited English, and when we asked for amenities, they often never arrived. Overall, the service felt lacking, with staff seeming disengaged and uninterested. We also experienced some issues with privacy during our stay. The cleaning staff would knock and then enter the villa without waiting, which felt quite intrusive. On one occasion, new linen was dropped off before our check-out time without any communication, which came across as abrupt and unprofessional. At one point we requested extra towels, but they were never replaced. The buggy service was also quite slow — often not worth calling as the wait times were long to get anywhere.

Staff were courteous and helpful. The main swimming pool is pleasant. Everything is impeccably clean. I had originally booked a 2 bedroom villa but ended up switching to a 1 bedroom as that had a really nice downstairs living room and kitchen (the 2 bedroom has no living room - see below). Proper fridge where you could make ice. Free drinking water every day. Bed very comfortable. Excellent shower and good quality toiletries. Nice to have a smart TV with lots of streaming services available (although you had to work out how to change the operating language, as everything was in Vietnamese). Wifi was fine. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Free electric buggy services. Food isn't great (see below) but is very reasonably priced for a resort.

The private pools at the 1 and 2 bedroom villas have no steps of any kind, so unless you're fit enough to jump in and climb out, you can't actually use the pool. The layout of the 2 bedroom villas is peculiar - upstairs has a big bedroom and bathroom, downstairs has a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen but nowhere to sit and relax. You can't sit in the garden either as there is too little space (and just two chairs - deck chairs, not loungers). In other words, if you want a good-sized private pool which you can get in and out of, a garden and living space you have to take a 3 or 4 bedroom villa which is much more expensive and doesn't make sense unless you have a larger group. The choice of food in the restaurant is limited and the quality varies. Basically, because the resort is so close to Phu Quoc centre and there is an extensive free transport service, most people probably go there to eat or buy food and cook in their villa. As a result, the restaurant is full at breakfast but almost empty in the evening, which probably explains why food is not a focus for the resort. It all depends what kind of holiday you're looking for. If you want to spend your time out and about exploring Phu Quoc, or have kids who can play in the pool at your villa, Andochine is a good base and offers good value. If you just want to chill out and relax at a luxury resort without needing to go anywhere else, this isn't the best choice.

- Staff were exceptional - especially Do who went above and beyond to source an aloe vera plant for my sunburnt skin! - Villa is quite new so it felt very clean - Restaurant was very good.

- The villa does not advertise that its on the 2nd floor so this was a surprise - the greenery in the pictures is misleading as we had none around our pool which sucks if you like garden! - there is construction going on ALL DAY long...also not advertised! - the villas are all very close together so kids playing in pools was very loud. - No umbrella in pool area which meant no shade until after 2pm - no ladder or stairs to get into the pool - the hot air from the aircon blows exactly where the pool chairs are - hot water wasnt working upstairs but was fixed once we reported the next day but had to have a cold shower the 1st night. - there was no dishwashing liquid, cloth or tea towel - despite there being a kitchen - no hand towel in bottom bathroom

Sehr schöne Villa, grosszügig, neu und modern eingerichtet. Ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Meer. Die Betten waren für vietnamesische Verhältnisse ( es hat in allen Hotels, Drähte in den Matratzen) ziemlich gut.

- Das private Pool war viel kleiner als abgebildet - Man kann nur bis zu den Schultern im Meer baden, dann kommt eine Absperrung und rote Fahne - Das Personal an der Rezeption kann kaum Englisch - Es hat in den Zimmern kein Safe. Auf Anfrage wird ein mobiler Safe ins Zimmer gebracht. Dieser könnte man aber wegtragen.

A tündéri személyzet, a lokáció a kényelmes nagy szobák a privát medencével minden nagyon szuper volt!!!

Спасибо коллективу! Всё было хорошо, с точки зрения, проживания. Персонал приветливый, вилла просторная. Очень понравилось как кормят в Ando bistro.

Какие-то несущественные моменты были по работоспособности виллы, где-то лампочка не горела, где-то душ плохо работал. Больше всего расстроил пляж и море, грязновато. Я бы предложил команде Andochine перераспределить усилия с обслуживания территории вилл больше в сторону пляжа.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us in every way they could. They provide an electric shuttle service to the nearby night market. Also, the staff manager -- Henry -- helped us book tickets to multiple events and find good facilities nearby. For example, he helped us get Symphony of the Night tickets and helped me arrange the proposal dinner for me and my now fiancée.

This is not the property’s fault, but we experienced rolling blackouts. This affected the entire island, not just the property. This is expected, as the island is going through a lot of development right now.

The terrible service and staff rudeness made the ‘luxury’ experiences not worth it. New villas are decorated quite nicely and the bed is comfortable - but that’s the only good thing about this accommodation.

Staff were rude and they have a total lack of customer service. Delayed check in, then when we did arrive at the villa they were still cleaning (done poorly).Wifi is terrible - and argue with you about it, then said they will fix but never did. Sink had a bad smell - so staff told us it was the ‘new cupboard door’ smell, husband had to take apart and empty the rotting food in the pipe. Pool had builders rubble - rocks, sand, bits of metal on the bottom - had to ask them to clean. No toilet paper or hand towels. Staff will just walk into villa without any warning. Housekeeping done at 8.30am - too bad if you want to sleep in (and it’s done poorly).No cutlery, shower spills all over floor. Had to ask for bottles of water and sugar - and followed them up 4 hours later as still hadn’t received. It was just an all round terrible experience.

The location was great and short walk to the beach. It is a more tranquile area than the places closer to town. The villas where very nice and we especially liked the private pool. Staff was helpful and the restaurant was also good.

Breakfast was excelent. Even though Vietnameese coffe is very good I started to miss my standard coffe in the morning. I would prefer if they served both variaties. Plastic made its way to the beach from the ocean and it is not so plesant. Staff cleaned the beach closest to sea every day . It is not a fault of the hotel but a problem for all of us that must find a solution.

Amazing place! Everything absolutely lived up to expectations! First of all, a huge thank you to Henry, he looked after us like family, and his advice was incredibly helpful.🤝 Secondly, the team of chefs is a huge plus, we had the best breakfasts and dinners.❤️❤️❤️ And of course, the cleaning and gardening, I give you guys a standing ovation!!!👏👏👏

Wir hatten die Strandvilla mit Pool, diese war sehr geräumig und schön, die Lage perfekt. Die Villa liegt nur durch den Weg vom Strand entfernt und auch das Lokal ist gleich neben an, jedoch ist es sehr ruhig und schließt um 21:30, stört also nicht die Ruhe. Das Personal war sehr engagiert und freundlich, besonders hervorheben möchte ich Rendy unsere Ansprechpartnerin für alle Belange. Sie war 24/7 für uns erreichbar und egal was wir brauchten, eine kurzes WhatsApp und Rendy erledigte es für uns, das hat sehr zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Sehr positiv war auch der Buggy-Service, man wurde damit zum Einkaufen oder zum Night Market usw. gebracht.

Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten, der Strand sollte öfter mal geprüft werden, wenn einiges vom Meer angespült wird, sollte dies gesäubert werden. Im Badezimmer im 1. Stock im kleineren Zimmer ist die Dusche nicht mehr sehr schön.
