Отличное расположение. Рядом с пляжем. Пляж лучший из всех, что видели. Есть где погулять вечером. Отличный бассейн. Хорошие завтраки. Пообедать тоже можно тут- не дорого и вкусно. Уборка каждый день. Персонал выполнял все просьбы. Спасибо большое)

Написано, что меняют постельное белье раз в три дня. По факту за весь период проживания (15 дней) поменяли пару раз и то после просьбы об этом.

The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. They behaved poorly toward guests in general and were not attentive at all. The hotel was not very clean, the room was extremely small, and the breakfast was very poor and not tasty at all. The doors did not block noise whatsoever, you could hear everything. On our first night, the hotel staff were celebrating at the reception area after midnight. They were smoking indoors and being very loud. We politely asked them to speak more quietly because the noise could be clearly heard in the rooms and guests were unable to rest. They yelled at us, and during the following days they continued to treat us very badly. I do not recommend this hotel.

Места в номере мало, 2 чемодана просто негде разложить, жесткая кровать, картонная дверь, через которую слышно все что делают соседи и что происходит внизу отеля. Уборка номера поверхностная, материалы в ванной очень дешевые из-за этого она выглядит уже потрепанной. У нас из душевой постоянно выливалась вода и вокруг унитаза была лужа. К сожалению, персонал отеля не справляется со всеми задачами, им явно не хватает организаторских способностей или дополнительных рук. Завтрак однообразный по меню, но тк кафе открыто и для сторонних посетителей, то долгое ожидание, забывают половину заказа, регулярно заканчивается кофе.

Nước nóng không đủ. Thang máy có tiếng chuông. Từ 6 giờ sáng là bắt đầu ồn ào không ngừng. Tầng 2 cách âm rất kém. Tầng dưới là nhà bếp, có tiếng nấu ăn.

The facility is well located and beach was very clean.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt, äußerst gepflegt, verfügt über tolle Pools (einer davon direkt am Meer) und kleinen angelegten Strand für den Meerzugang, die Zimmer und Villen sind hochwertig und großzügig ausgestattet, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet und Restaurant am Strand sind großartig - hinsichtlich Angebot und Service. Es wurde ein kostenloser Airport Shuttle bereit gestellt (Ankunft und Abreise)

Die Lage ist etwas ab vom touristischen Geschehen. Man muss ca. 30-40min Fahrzeit rechnen (bis nach Sunset Town sogar länger). Wer einen großzügigen Bilderbuchsandstrand sucht, wird in diesem Hotel nicht fündig. Die Fotos des Hotels selbst dokumentieren dies gut.

Location and beds. The lady at reception helped us to find the free Vinbus into town.

TET - low staff, no clean beach towels, breakfast wait was 1 hr. The night of the 30th was very noisy - the staff (?) were having a party downstairs and being on the 2nd floor we couldn’t sleep. You can hear everything on the 1st floor when staying on the 2nd floor. Some bugs in the room. Small and big cockroach’s. The ceiling fan was very noisy. There was sea lice biting us everyday in the ocean, so we couldn’t comfortably swim in the ocean on any day. This is a Phu Quoc problem - not the hotels, they have a pool but it’s shared with many other hotels. Not private.

Everything was fine, except for a small thing

Could water in the evenings and mornings due to problems with heater(or maybe they just use traditional Vietnamese system of heating)

Rooms very nice and new, big TV. Close to the beach and nice pool. Not that far walk as other people are complaining. It’s very close and nice. When we arrived the area looked empty and not many restaurant options etc. But we rented a scooter and than this is a good option to stay. Chill and relax here and easy to go around to other busy places.

No iron, in the reviews we saw other people also missed it, hotel replied on a review that it is upon request which is not. We asked for a solution but they mentioned to go ask another hotel…? Breakfast sometimes extremely slow, you need some patience it will come. Motorbike was out, go rent it at the shop across the street. They still had it. When we told all this (and more) issues to the reception and manager, the manager just walked away and let the receptionist who only worked here a week solve it. The guy is very friendly but only sorry.

The room was comfortable, clean and there was a kettle and a decent sized fridge. The swimming pools were very nice. 3 different sized pools. Property is close to the beach and the number 19 bus which is a free bus service.

The drain in the shower was bad. Water would overflow and out of the shower. I was in the building across from the hotel reception. This is where a tumble dryer is located which was very loud every late afternoon/evening. The doors in the building make a very loud noise when they close. It woke me a couple of times during the night when other people staying there came back. There was no info on the free bus, I just noticed it myself. The look is very nice, but is also the pool for other hotels. It can be hard to get a bed.

The staff were very welcoming and spoke good English. The bedroom was quietly located and the air cond was so quiet you didnt know it was on, A big plus for me. Shower was great with shampoo and condioner to use,We had the use of 2 beach towels. Position is great very close to the beach and restaurants. Staff arranged for us to hire a scooter for 2 days for only 300,000. When we returned the scooter the staff were so trusting they didnt even check it out. Compare that to other hirers in other countries that look for any reason to charge you for any slight damage which they make up. Sorry to leave we will certainly stay here again should we visit the island. There are a lot of empty units in the same area which was no problem for us . choice of food at breakfast

The room was a great size and layout. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice restaurants near by and easy to visit south of island via motorbike.

The bed was super uncomfortable, very hard. Also location was a little strange as it’s situated in a ghost town, big buildings that are empty.

Shower was cold. The location is a ghost town. Loads of new looking building, 90% of which are empty. I’d avoid visiting Phu Quoc, but if you are, I’d definitely stay up the other end of the island.

The new rooms are tightly sealed, so when there's no air conditioning or fan, there's a slight smell of fresh paint upon entering the room. A tip for you is to open the window and turn on the fan or air conditioning for about 5 minutes, then the smell will disappear.

The location in a virtual ghost resort. Limited facilities, no ATM, basic items much more expensive than general. $80k VND for an avocado smoothie!

Great location, just 2min from the fantastic and clean beach and pool area, delicious menu options in the restaurant, excellent wifi both in room and lobby (we did remote work with video calls the entire time). At the beach you can order drinks from the Sailing club. Very comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Also good overall location on the island, as you can take a reasonable 10-20min Grab taxi to either side of the island (Sunset town and cable car, Vinpearl zoo and amusement park, airport).

A’la carte breakfast options could have been slightly better and you could only choose 1 drink, but they were flexible to make changes. Rooms are quite small and there were some tiny ants on the floor.

It exceeded our expectations. It was great value for money! The staff is friendly, the room was clean and comfy and the breakfast was enjoyable. Would go again.

The location was good and bad at the same time. It was close to the beach in a new built up area, very quiet and clean. But at the same time there wasn’t much around, not many stores and food choices, if you don’t count the expensive resort restaurants. But if you rent a scooter, very easy to get around the island.

Amazing property, walking distance to the Sailing Club. They also organised motorcycles for rent and day trips. All in all, an amazing stay!

If I absolutely had to pinpoint something I think could have improved, it would be breakfast. Even though they have quite a variety to choose from, the portion sizes are slightly limited for a room with 2 people.

Nothing, the place is a sham!

The place is terrible, deserted. Stay away from it. Our room was infested with ants, and I received a pretty nasty burn from the shower water (it was around 90 degrees Celsius; beware, it's very dangerous!). The breakfast was actually just a very small portion of food, and you can only choose either coffee or juice for free, not both. The pool is not actually the hotel's pool, but a public one for the whole complex of hotels in the area. They wanted to rent me a scooter that was in a dangerous bad condition (including non working brakes). The entire staff does not speak English; communicating with them feels like talking to a picture on the wall. It was a very bad experience overall, just stay away if you don't want to ruin your vacation.

Limted breakfast option

Create location, the beach was in 3 minutes, sand and water were clean. The sunset is wonderful. The hotel is not big but has very large, clean, light and fresh rooms. The cleaning was very good. The stuff was very friendly, helpful, our stay was exceptionally great. Also worthy to mention Tran Bão Châu, she was so nice with us and accompany us to 3 Islands excursion. We have only positive memories about staying in that wonderful place.

That I did not stay longer

We had expected buffet breakfast, which was not the case. It was a fixed (one food and one drink), which is too little. The hotel should think of extending the breakfast also because there are no nearby restaurants where one can have additional food / breakfast.

The staff are very helpful, smiling and professional. The only issue is the language. Majority of them hardly understood English, which is a big constraint. They try very hard to communicate and seeing the difficulties they are undergoing, you give up.

False advertisement: We booked a large room with a view. (The booking confirmation says "view"), but there was no window. They asked us to pay extra if we wanted a medium size room with a window. Otherwise, they offered us a tiny tiny room . This was their mistake, and they didn't seem to care. No hot water: It somewhat rained for 2 days, and they didn't want to switch on the electric water heaters, as they usually rely on solar. So we had 20% hot water one day, and 10% on another (ie: only cold water). The third day was good hot water. Noisy staff outside room: Two of the mornings, we were woken up by staff talking and fussing. This was right outside our door and shower early in the morning.

Beach is only 50m far. The hotel is nice and cozy. Staffs are very friendly and useful. We are 6 members in a family (include kids) and all feel satisfied with service here. People who like exciting activities could find this place a little quiet, but we prefer this peace ambient.

The rooms I chose are underground, I could be more happy if I know about this detail before booking. Anyway the rooms are clean and have good facilities.

Hotel is near the sea, only 50 steps walk. The sea is very beautiful. From the airport to the hotel only 12 minutes by taxi. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the interior and sanitary equipment is equivalent to a 4-5 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has all-day dining, delicious food and reasonable prices. There are 3 large outdoor swimming pools, nice and clean swimming pool. Next to it is the 5-star Intercontinental hotel, the 6-star Regent hotel and the Sailing club restaurant. Sunset on the sea is very amazing. We will be back to Anna Beach PQ as soon as possible.

Perfect stay. Staff is very proffesional and attentive. Rooms are clean and very well equiped. Probably the best swimming pool we have ever seen. Good breakfast. You can rent a bike nearby. As I said, all in all, it was a perfect stay.

Not many eating locations around

Room is small but cozy. Friendly & supportive staff. Surrounding is quite, clean, amazing for running or jogging. It's connected to Intercon, Regence & Sailing club so that I can also enjoy the luxury environment.
