Loch Lomond Hotel

The hotel was very nice and very clean. The room was a great size and well equipped.

The beds/mattress were well worn. And the staff not particularly friendly. No options for food at all.

Nous avons dormi dans la chambre familiale supérieure avec 5 adultes et c’était parfait ! Les lits sont grands tout comme l’est la chambre. Tout est bien agencé avec une grande table nous permettant de manger. Ainsi que deux salles de bain afin de faciliter l’organisation en famille.

La personne nous aillant accueilli pendant le Check-in était très irrespectueuse et peu accueillante. À peine un bonjour et un jugement constant en entendant l’accent français parler anglais.

The staff member on reception was very helpful and professional. The location is perfect, especially if you are travelling by train.

The lack of a lift makes getting luggage up to the third floor a Herculean task if you have a large piece. Breakfast options are limited in town.

Parking available, good size room with good facilities, no kitchen smells or noise from any kitchen fans.

Room was exceptionally hot, noise from noisy floorboards and doors from corridors can be heard. Also noise from adjoining rooms.

Nous étions 8 et la chambre était idéale. Il y avait de l'espace et cela était très propre.

L'accueil était un peu moins chaleureux que dans le reste de l'Ecosse. De plus, nous espérions un petit déjeuner mais leur cuisine était fermée.

Amazing little hotel. The facilities were super comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel is located very close to the train station and is a very good base for exploring Loch Lomond.

Good location, helpful staff, prompt service for drinks, comfy beds, ample parking, good WiFi in bedroom and reception areas which is crucial for us.

No breakfast options. However went to the Duck Bay for a breakfast, 5 mins drive away and it was very nice. There places much closer to walk to if you choose.

Das Badezimmer hatte Schimmel (v.a. in der Dusche), das Bettlaken hatte einen Blutfleck und das Zimmer war im Allgemeinen nicht sauber. Zudem war es nicht möglich, im Hotel ein Frühstück zu bekommen. Auch nicht gegen einen Aufpreis. Auf unsere Anfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Küche geschlossen sei.

Stayed one night to break up a journey, Nice hotel we had a big clean family room which was perfect.

No meals being served 1 small shelf for clothes . Couldn’t reach hangers,too high. Room far too hot ,stand up fan just circulating warm air .No fridge Complimentary toiletries - refers to soap to use in bathroom. I asked for 1st floor room with walk in shower . I was on the 3rd floor , shower in bath .

Not the properties fault, but the pubs next door were very noisy into the early hours, just one to be aware of for future guests. Property website mentioned breakfast being available but it wasn’t when we got there.

The ground floor room was highly appreciated.

The room is so spacious, comfortable, clean! The hotel and facilities insider the room were all spotless and recently updated.

The room was very small and you could as was the toilet, I asked to be moved but, told I could not ! Because I booked through booking.com ! There was no bkfst service at this hotel, we were told they did not have any chefs ! Would not stay here again.

The kitchen was closed, even though we were told what time breakfast was served!!

The location was great, perfect for what we needed it for. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.

In the accessible room (where my nan was staying) there was no shelving space to put things. I get that the bathroom needs to be accessible however a shelf in there would be good. It has the smallest sink so nowhere to put anything. Other than that, everything was great

There has clearly been a recent renovation and the place looks fantastic, the bar and restaurant look great and we enjoyed having a drink there not long after arrival. The location was ideal and close by anything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and although they weren’t serving food at night in the restaurant the barman called a local restaurant and booked a table for us.

Fire Alarm went off in the morning, which thankfully was just as we were leaving but had I been in bed would have been very frustrating. But these things can’t be helped I suppose

Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Notre chambre était très spacieuse et bien équipée. Tout était confortable et agréable pour passer un bon moment. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place . Le parking est un plus .

Le parking un peu petit mais reste pratique. Quelques manquement au niveau de la propreté de la robinetterie de la douche dans une des salles de bains.

Sehr großes geräumiges Zimmer, 2 Bäder für 6 Personen. Die Lage ist sehr komfortabel, mitten in Ort gelegen, alles was man braucht fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Frühstück im Cafe im Erdgeschoss war nicht so gut, der Kaffee hätte aromatischer sein dürfen.

Plug stuck in bath but no hot water in morning was biggest issue

Anna greeted us very friendly and answered questions for us. She also told us about the live Folk music taking place that evening. The bed was very comfortable and room spacious. We loved the quaint bar and restaurant that is part of the Inn.

The little shelves on the headboard were tiny and could have been bigger, lots of room available to allow for a more appropriate night stand.

The location was very good and the staff were very friendly. The room was overall okay.

The bathroom was a wheelchair accessible bathroom, even though we didn’t need it. That’s why after shower it was a bit mess (since everywhere was wet) and there wasn’t any mini fridge or anything similar. We stayed at the end of May and it was a very warm day. We couldn’t really make the room colder since there wasn’t any air conditioning (there was only heating mechanism and you could only stop heating it further)
