The location was excellent! Very close to everything and right in the center.

The indoor poor was not ideal for us but it didn’t matter as we would go to the beach walking distance. Housekeeping didn’t top up are coffee or tea but when we asked for more once we ran out we were given extra no issues.

The position is great, right into the city center. The valet service is very useful and makes the stay very comfortable.

The room had no windows and this was very disappointing for a 5-star hotel (to be honest it was clear from the photos that they were missing but I didn’t look at them with attention). The pool is small and close to the room where breakfast is served. The gym and the sauna are very small.

I can’t even explain in words how incredible our stay was!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming especially Antonis how was lovely, the hospitality is amazing, the room was clean and welcoming we felt very safe as two young girls alone, and the breakfast was delicious.

We really want to thank the hotel for their amazing hospitality. I felt so welcomed there it was clean and comfortable I have very high standards and it won me over!! I loved it so much (: The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean we had everything we needed the pool was clean and quiet. The hotel is in the best location in the city. We had a great time and felt safe. Especially as Israelis we felt safe so it means a lot!! There is not enough words to describe how good it is you have to try it!!

The bathroom trash can should be replaced, it's very worn out, and the mechanism didn't work either.

Beautiful rooms and perfect location

Gym matig en zwembad in eetzaal, waardoor je deze minder snel gebruikt. Ook sauna gebruik was stevig aan de prijs.

L'emplacement et l'accueil avant l'arrivée et pendant le séjour. Le parking est indispensable.

Stayed 3 nights traveling with friends. Great service throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the lavish breakfast buffet with numerous items to sample. The grilled vegetables changed daily. The small pool/jacuzzi was also enjoyed by our group of 8. They retract the roof when weather is conducive. Bar service is right at pool side.

Before I say anything else, let me say that my wife and I both loved this hotel, so much so that we are already planning to return next year. Having said that, our admiration is frustratingly flawed. On almost everything, this hotel gets ten out of ten. LOCATION : Right in the middle of town, on the main square, with the old town across the road and the main, pedestrianised street down to the Venetian Harbour just opposite, and all the sights within walking distance (depending on how far you are prepared to walk, of course). If you want to go further afield, the bus station is only a couple of hundred yards away. Of course, if you’re looking for a beach hotel, you have come to the wrong place. 10/10 FOOD : Absolutely superb, with a vast choice, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented and served. Our only niggle - and it is nit-picking, really - is that we have had better muesli at breakfast, but that is a matter of taste. We have not had better than any of the huge range of other things we tried, including perfect English breakfast ingredients and a large range of Greek dishes. Again, some might prefer their spanakopita with flaky pastry as seen on the mainland, but short pastry is the Cretan way. 10/10 FACILITIES : Everything you would expect, although the pool actually in the breakfast room was a bit of a surprise, and I can’t help wondering if it gets much use. 10/10 WI-FI : Fast, reliable, and free, as it should be. We had no trouble using it to watch UK TV with our VPN. 10/10 SERVICE : Quite literally, the very best we have ever encountered. Everyone, without exception, was amazingly friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make us feel relaxed and happy. I would give them eleven or twelve out of ten if I could. 15/10 Now we come to the let down, and really it didn’t stop us from enjoying our holiday. ACCOMMODATION : Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything you would want. A mad designer had been let loose on the lights and bathroom fittings, but they worked although it took us the whole week to get the hang of the light switches. There were no noise issues, even though the Crete Marathon passed right outside our window one morning. We liked it very much once we had got used to it, but the initial problem was one of perception. It had been billed as a ‘de-luxe suite’. We have no problem with the de-luxe bit, but a suite it was not. A suite has a separate sitting room, which this lacked. It was a room, and not a particularly large room at that. True, it housed a kingsize bed, two bedside tables, a desk and chair, a table and two chairs for it, a 56” TV and a large sofa, but by the time it had done that it was verging on the cramped. Wardrobe and drawer space was rather mean, but that is a feature of almost all new hotels. This was also because the bathroom wasted so much space. It was almost the same size as the bedroom, but at least two-thirds of it was taken up with a large, free-standing whirlpool bath which we couldn’t use because there were no handrails and we are past the age when we can get in and out of baths without them. There was also a walk-in shower, two washbasins and a loo, so the bath could easily have been dispensed with and the space used to provide the sitting room which would have made the accommodation into a true suite. As it was, groping your way past the bath to get to the loo in the middle of the night was a real obstacle course, not helped by all the light switches being on the far wall, so that you had to get past the bath to put the light on. I don’t know whom thought it was a good idea to fix the shaving mirror on the wall at the right height for a hobbit. To quote Bernard Shaw, ‘those who like this sort of thing will find it the sort of thing they like’. We would have had no quibble if the room had been described as a de-luxe room or even a junior suite, but to call it a de-luxe suite left us feeling disappointed at first. To repeat, we loved our stay here and plan to do it again , but prospective guests in search of an actual suite need to know to avoid disappointment. 9/10

The Gyros Steak is also something you should try at least once, as it is delicious. The bedroom is also perfect and very cosy, the mattress is actually very good and allows for a great night sleep. The hotel is also in the middle of Chania with everything you need near by.

As a suggestion, please create a "lost and found", in case guests forget any belongings in the room after checkout.

Άριστο κατάλυμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία.

Το προσωπικό ήταν φανταστικό και ήταν ευγενέστατοι. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει πολύ όμορφη ατμόσφαιρα και φωτισμό, αν και περίμενα το μπαλκόνι μας λίγο μεγαλύτερο με θέα την πλατεία αλλά ήταν όλα φανταστικά 🤩

Δεν θέλω να κάνω κακία κριτική αλλά έχουμε βρεθεί σε διαφόρων αστέρων ξενοδοχείων και είναι το πρώτο 5στερο ξενοδοχείο που έχει καθαριότητα 3στερου . Δεν γινόταν αλλαγεί σεντόνιών και μαξιλαροθηκών και το μπάνιο ακόμα και μετά την καθαριότητα είχε τρίχες.

A lot of noise from the square outside, interior pool in the same space as the breakfast and dinner setting ( open only between 13:00-18:30) so nobody actually uses it, use of sauna is charged.

It is a small, comfortable hotel located in the center of Chania. The breakfast was really delicious, and the location is excellent, within walking distance of the Old Town and the lighthouse.

However, since it is in the city center and there are many one-way streets around the hotel, it was difficult to find the hotel entrance when arriving by car. In addition, the hotel charges €15 per day for parking, and there was no clear parking guidance, which made it inconvenient.

Great location, extremely nice staff, great price. Checked all the boxes.

Tæt på centrum

Vi har efter 13 dage oplevet at hver dag har mindst 1 af 5 ting manglet på værelset. Enten har der manglet de daglige komplimentære vandflasker, opfyldning af kaffe til kaffemaskinen, skiften af sengetøj, tømning af askebæger eller nye badehåndklæder. Selv efter vi havde gjort opmærksom på mangler flere gange, kom vi stadig hjem til at der manglede ting blandt ovennævnte. Derudover har vi billeder af indtørret snavs på værelsets bord fra glas og mad og Støv lag på gængse overflader. Det er en lang periode at bo på et værelse uden afstøvning. Vi spiste kun to gange morgenmad i restauranten pga. anmasende adfærd fra restaurant personalet, som endte med at være ved at fjerne en tallerken vi aktivt, med gaffel i hånden, spiste af. Der var dagligt under formiddagsrengøringen en telefon på rengørings vognen ude på gangen, der fik lov med fuld volumen, at ringe ud. Poolen er til dels også underwhelming ift. billederne af stedet.

Parking is an issue but they do offer valet parking for €15 a day. Although we were only told on the day we were leaving that it starts from 7am so could be an issue if you have an early flight and left your car parked by then the night before. Luckily we could afford to wait until 7am.

L'hôtel est bien situé, mais aux abords d'une place très bruyante, de plus il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. La nuit, il nous a fallu choisir entre le bruit (même avec des bouchons) ou la fraicheur.

由于是冬季到访，专门订了一家有室内泳池，且全年开放的酒店。但泳池比想象中小很多，位于顶楼餐厅内，水温较冷，且水质有待提升。不过不影响整体入住，供泳池爱好者参考。

The hotel exceeded our expectations. By far our best impression was made by charming young lady Uxue, she made us immediately feel like really special guests. Thank you, Uxue! We could check in early and we had nice welcome drinks. Big and very pleasant surprise - the hotel upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious and luxurious, the bed absolutely comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the seaside and the old town restaurants' and small shops' area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Heerlijk ontbijt, goede locatie en de valet parking perfect. Altijd moeilijk parkeren in Chania centrum. Auto in de stad niet nodig, alles op loopafstand.

The behaviour and the place

The location is great for Chania town. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, had great storage and features such as the electric blinds. Added bonus to have a balcony area.

The facilities were very misleading, the pool is small and within an open plan restaurant/bar on the top floor internally. The sauna is additional charges and hotel has to have advanced notice to turn it on. The gym is located on the stairway, is poorly equipped and no privacy. If you are booking for the facilities definitely pick another hotel.

Lo definirei non proprio un 5 stelle più un 4 stelle business. La camera al primo piano dava sulla strada era molto rumorosa difficile dormire con gli schiamazzi di sera. Molti dettagli in camera usurati e vecchi come il soffitto del bagno il bidone la doccetta rotta del bagno.
