Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Everything is good overall, just one small issue with the bathroom floor — it doesn’t seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. The floor feels quite slippery when it’s wet, and I noticed there is still quite a lot of black moss buildup.

Probably can propose a breakfast in the hotel itself. However, the around it has some nice eateries. Perhaps more creamer in the coffee place

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept really well. Toilet was clean too, and the water pressure was good 👍 Parking was easy, which was a plus. They also have a Coway water dispenser near the lift area, so it was convenient to get drinking water. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Got a room upgrade when I checked in too, which was a nice surprise! 😄 Overall, a comfortable stay and everything was good. Would definitely stay here again if I’m around Penang.

If possible to include a standard gym.

The underground parking entrance is too narrow and too high walled for vehicles especially during the night where it is not well lit.

Unresponsive when requested for actual invoice to be issued according to booking made. Invoice issued contained duplicated item which has been issued in a separate receipt. When ask for receipt/invoice without the duplicated item - hotel unable to do so; eventhough this mirrors the exact online booking made. Booking.com unable to issue receipt as was asked to contact hotel directly. Really bad experience. If you staying for business, please refrain as you will encounter difficulties in liaising with hotel for the invoice.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Asked for towels, 1st time, all good. 2nd day, house cleaning took the towels but did not replaced. so we asked for it that night, the malay guy answered rudely, then said will send but no one send. 3rd day morning same thing, malay guy was rude, but luckliy this time we got the towels. The toilet gets annoying after some time, especially when it lifts up and close the lid by itself at random times

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was welcomed by a lovely, refreshing scent that immediately made the hotel feel warm and inviting. the check in process was quick and hassle free and the room was well equipped with an iron and ironing board, which was very convenient for ironing my hijab. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing water pressure. it was strong and consistent, making every shower feel incredibly relaxing and leaving me feeling so refreshed. I also loved that the TV came with both Netflix and YouTube, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It's hard to get taxi as the drivers hardly come to this area as it's next to a highway. The receptionist has not been that friendly and very strict until I got to be firm with her too. She promised to call if room was available for early check in, she never did.
