Spacious rooms with thoughtful layout. The 2 main bedrooms have safe box inside the wardrobe. Hairdryers, irons, toiletries and towels are provided for all 4 rooms. The unit we rent is on higher floor so has a great view. The reception staff was friendly and efficient.

1) Had a bit of problem finding the lobby entrance, even with the info provided by WhatsApp - we drove past the entrance twice and luckily got direction from the Security Guard of the neibouring block. Should put up signage BEFORE the corner to alert car driver. 2) No tea/coffee provided in the apartment, luckily we brought our own. 3) No enough seating in the living and dining area - we rented 4 bedroom units for 7 persons, there are only 4 chairs at the dining table, and 1 x 3 seater sofa in the living room, with 2 small pouffe stools meant for kids, not adults. 4) There is washing machine (which we did not use), but there's no drying rack for us to hang our wet swim suits!

The unit is super clean and quiet. Have very good sunlight and sunrise view. There are plenty of nice Penang street foods near the accommodation.

Why we had to pay Rm5.40 to use the swimming pool facilities. We are staying in the same building as guest too.

Everything about this place is nice. A lot of restaurants and two foodcourts within walking distance. Room facilities perfect. Very suitable for family. There's water dispenser (hot&warm), washer (wash & dry). Kitchen utensils are clean and new (microwave oven, sauce pot, frying pan, plastic cups and bowls for kids, etc). Not lacking in anything for a family.

1) The staff (Mr Domingo) team is service oriented and genuinely friendly. Provides clear instructions. 2) The location is central to lots of food choices. 3) The unit itself feels new and very clean. Shower pressure is strong. A/C is quiet. They have a hairdryer. Very comfortable. 4) Free carpark.

The place clean and nice

There is terrible odour like liqour pour on floor. I'm not sure the odour is cleaning stuff or real liqour. Already inform the staff but the room was not change and expensive for extensions.

No coffee or tea. I can not remember staying in a hotel, homestay, or service apartment that did not provide them.

The premise is clean and spacious. Comfortable. Suitable for family trip.

The water pressure for shower is quite low.

Location was great. A lot of restaurant at nearby area. The unit is very clean, everything is good.

Got a bit confuse during allocation of the parking area. But so far so good.

Spotless! It was clean, smelled nice and neat.

We booked for 4 pax but booking.com assigned us for a 3 pax unit. We had to check with the owner on this and they were very kind to help us out asap.

Location was nearby to the places I travelled

I think the hosts could have been more friendly and welcoming. The way of contacting and asking for a prepayment when I don't have to was unnecessary, as per Booking.com the payment was to make in person with cash.

Best in value and just the right fit for the entire family. The entire family loved it and it was memorable stay.

The co-existence with Citadines seems to overshadow it. Most of the facilities are only available if you are patrons of Citadines. This includes facilities and equipments at the ground floor. The simplicity of room-only access may suit to some but I believe more services will be added in the near future. Room service and breakfast may give it some competitive edge.

The room is spacious and newly furnished. The room also comes with all the facilities and equipments. Location also excellent, icon city just few minutes walking distance.

Relatively new, hence everything in the apartment are new. Provided good slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo, hair-dryer, water dispenser, washing machine, good beddings...etc. For ladies who has to use conditioner, pls bring your own. Room is clean, hassle-free check in and out. Staff follow thru' from arriving till check out. Very friendly and made me and my family feels at home. Lots of eatery around the building. There's also a good massage place, all within walking distance.

Location is not in Georgetown, hence has to cross the Penang Bridge to reach places of interest and famous eateries. Not a problem to me, as we drive, it only took us about 30 mins to reach. Crossing the bridge is a very nice experience too. I enjoyed the scenary along the way. There's no glass door at the bath area, only a small panel of glass. Water tends to spill and wet the toilet floor. Hope this can be improved.

Perhaps can consider having a floor placed inside the bathroom. Also, to use slightly better quality disposable slippers that can be used for 2-3 days instead of the current set that lasts only for a day.
