Hot tub was not working

Location was just what the doctor ordered. Medical procedure in the morning and hospital/clinic was a half a block away. Slept most of the next day with no interruptions.

The staff was not together on anything. I had to extend my stay but I had to go through the hotel to keep the same room. They gave me a price of $114 but I got a call today and was told that was incorrect it would be $146. That’s pretty sad when the first 2 nights were $92. It seems like they need to do some training.

Close to restaurant, Kroger is within 1 block away, NRG stadium & medical centers. Room was clean & spacious, shower pressure was great.

No complimentary breakfast but a "bistro" breakfast that cost. Parking is $10/night just for them to have signs saying they're not responsible for anything negatively done to your vehicle.

Personale pessimo, ho pagato una camera per tre persone e mi hanno detto che dovevo aprire io il divano letto e farmi il letto da sola perché loro non offrono quel servizio. Ovviamente durante il check in non mi hanno avvisato della cosa e non c’era scritto da nessuna parte. Me l’hanno detto solo quando sono andata a chiedere quando avrebbero messo il terzo letto. Non mi è mai capitato prima che in un albergo mi facessero fare il letto.

The staff, especially Sydnee, was courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly! The facility is easy in and out and close to all medical locations in the Houston medical district. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times.

Too many taxes! State, county and city. Parking fee is unacceptable when you are already paying for a room!

Everything: Cleanliness, spacious rooms, timely shuttle service, friendly & helpful staff. Food at the Bistro was very good, well seasoned - friendly service. Nice spacious lobby with a lot of sitting area. Great location! They have a pool but I didn't have the time to enjoy it. Maybe next time. Would definitely return to & recommend.

No free breakfast: $14 charge per person & had to pay nightly charge for parking.

Food was extremely good & service was excellent. Bed & pillows were very comfortable and the comforter was the perfect weight. Shower head was the best ever.

Attempted to leave parking area way I came in & sat forever punching buttons to make arm lift because no one told me I needed to circle out through back. This information should have been relayed at front desk.

Paid parking, to park in a parking lot that had a broken entry gate.

The rooms smelled like cigarettes. We called front desk to see if we could get another room. All she said they are all smoke free rooms. It’s bad for someone with bad allergies.

Great people

Location was great had a concert to go to at the nrg stadium and for the price was really good for the one day we stayed.

Only thing was there was no trash bags in the room for trash can other then that everything was great.

It was close to where we needed to be in the medical area! Everything was clean, comfortable, and I cannot say enough about the staff. The lady at the front desk (I can’t remember her name, and REALLY wish I would’ve asked for this specific purpose, but we stayed 1/11/26) was INCREDIBLE. So knowledgeable about everything around, even helped me with medical stay stuff if our next appointment happened to fall around the next big Houston event. She did everything in her power to make sure I felt ready for the following day, which is definitely not in her job description. She also did this while having all kinds of Internet issues, so you can tell she truly cares about the people staying in the hotel. That woman needs a raise and all of the praise! Also, the breakfast/starbucks package was really neat, and the woman working the bistro in the morning was so sweet! 10/10 will stay again!!!
