Cleanliness
9.2/10Multiple guests noted rooms were very clean and comfortable; one report mentioned slightly dirty walls in a room and occasional housekeeping blocking a fire exit, so overall very good with minor issues.
Service
10/10Consistently praised staff (reception, named employees like Hong Tran, Jen, Grace, Hannah) for exceptional hospitality, helpfulness and courtesy; staff resolved problems proactively (apology and free massage after key mix-up).
Location
10/10Repeatedly described as excellent and ideally located in the old town; many guests highlighted the prime location as a key positive.
Room Quality
9/10Beds and rooms described as comfortable and clean, though some rooms were noted as a bit old, with low lighting or slightly dirty walls and occasional noisy air-conditioning.
Amenities
9/10Excellent breakfast offering and helpful front-desk services; minor negatives include a tiny pool and an expensive/disorganised bar experience.
Value for Money
9/10Generally seen as good value due to location, service and breakfast, though guests mentioned an expensive bar and a surcharge for card payments which reduced perceived value somewhat.
Food and Beverage
9.8/10Breakfast and restaurant dinners were frequently praised as very good; bar service had issues (price/disorganisation) but overall F&B impressions are strongly positive due to the excellent breakfast and meals.
Overall Experience
10/10Most guests report a very positive stay and willingness to return, citing outstanding staff, location and breakfast; isolated operational issues noted did not outweigh the overall excellent experience.
