Gorgeous ambiance. Very clean. Position Perfect. I loved the onsen and the products available on to use too.

I'm sorry to say that there were a few crying babies in the dining room in the morning. 🙄

We had an excellent experience at the Soki Hotel in Kanazawa. Great location and amenities. We loved the Bath, it was one of our highlights coming back from the day to relax.

Het had een heerlijk bad! Het hotel had een hele relaxte atmosfeer. Het was er super schoon. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien; zelfs een washroom! De kamer was ook echt top! En de locatie super strategisch.

Molt ben situat a una passejada dels principals llocs turístics de Kanazawa. Les habitacions són molt còmodes i hem pogut descansar. El personal és molt amable i atent.

Tot i que l’esmorzar és molt complet, estaria bé tenir una opció una mica més occidental. Sent menú tancat si no t’agrada el peix o altres no ho pots disfrutar tant.

Great stay. Room was quite small but compact and suited our needs. Tried my first onsen which was large/clean and felt more than comfortable getting outside my comfort zone. Breakfast was unique and great to challenge the normal breakfast fare with a Japanese breakfast which was presented beautifully. Staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

Great to have a laundry but there are only three machines (pay extra and needed two rounds of coins to dry clothes properly) so very difficult to find a machine available. Your in room tv can advise you when a machine is available but by the time you get downstairs it could be taken already.

Il serait idéal de pouvoir choisir un petit déjeuner continental pour des enfants ou un petit déjeuner traditionnel japonais . Dommage de ne pas avoir cette offre .

Baths were great, helpful staff

El diseño del hotel está muy bien. La ubicación también es muy buena. Habitación aunque no muy espaciosa (típico en Japón en general), era confortble. El baño público esta muy bien, tanto a nivel de diseño como a nivel de cuidado.

Hay que tener cuidado si quieres lavar la ropa. Solo hay 3 lavadoras y no aceptan mucha carga de golpe, con lo que vas a tener que hacer múltiples viajes a la lavandería. Eso, sumado a que puede que coincidas con varios huéspedes, lo más probable es que tengas que pelearte en algún momento por el espacio. Por otro lado, en la habitación había una gran mesa totalmente innecesaria que quitaba bastante espacio a la habitación.

Ein modern gestaltetes und designetes Haus. Gute Lage, nah am Bahnhof und gleich gegenüber dem Markt. Ein schönes Onsen. das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war etwas unpraktisch. Hier ging beim Architekten wohl Design vor Gebrauchstauglichkeit. Beispiel Leselicht, das nur nach oben strahlt. Das Zimmer war zu viert sehr klein und man hat keinerlei Stauraum.

El hotel es muy nuevo con habitaciones en muy buen estado.

En el check out el staff nos trató bastante mal, invitandonos a dejar el hotel en cuanto termino el proceso. Incluso nos movieron de malas manera las maletas para acompañarnos al exterior. Como llovia, estábamos esperando a los taxis pero el staff seguia insistiendo que teníamos que irnos. Fue bastante desagradable y no volvería a ese hotel Las habitaciones tienen un tamaño reducido donde casi no hay espacio al abrir la maleta. En el baño no caben dos personas y eso limita mucho.

Desayuno solo tipico japonés. Muy buena pinta pero no comimos nada.

Hotel bellissimo ed elegante, staff cordiale e attento, sala colazione molto bella (ma non ho avuto l’occasione di provare il cibo), stanze comode, onsen molto piacevole. Esattamente davanti al favoloso mercato. Le attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi.

Camera un po' piccolina, colazione solo giapponese, aggiungerei almeno un caffè e qualche dolcino per chi non vuole iniziare la giornata con miso e pesce grigliato.

Proximité avec la gare, emplacement central permettant de rapidement nous déplacer vers les lieux que nous souhaitions visiter. L'hôtel était moderne et très confortable. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui était vraiment délicieux.

Tout était très bien. Attention pour les personnes tatouées : vous devez couvrir vos tatouages pour profiter des bains publics.

Purtroppo niente.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché dispone di un onsen interno. Avendo tatuaggi, ogni volta che prenotiamo una struttura con onsen controlliamo sempre che sia consentito l’accesso anche a chi ha i tatuaggi. Dopo aver effettuato il check in, siamo stati informati che l’onsen dell’hotel non consente l’accesso a persone tatuate se questi ultimi non vengono completamente coperti, cosa che sul sito non era assolutamente scritto, altrimenti non avremmo effettuato la prenotazione. La camera, poi, non era assolutamente pulita: c’erano capelli sul pavimento del bagno, nella doccia e sulle lenzuola. Quando lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception, una persona dello staff è venuta a controllare e con uno stesso rullino leva capelli ha pulito prima per terra e poi i cuscini del letto. Abbiamo quindi deciso di andarcene, ma nonostante i problemi e la mancanza di trasparenza sulle condizioni di utilizzo dell’onsen la struttura ci ha negato il rimborso della cifra spesa. Assolutamente sconsigliato!

Całkiem przyjemna lokalizacja niedaleko historycznych dzielnic i dworca, tuż obok marketu z świeżymi rybami i owocami morza. Hotel czysty, pokój mały (jak wszędzie w Japonii), ale wystarczający dla dwóch osób. Hotel wygląda na świeży i nowy, z przyjemnymi designerskimi elementami. Łaźnia czysta, wystarczająca. Hotel zapewnia jinbei, co się przydaje do łaźni.

Trzy pralki na cały hotel to trochę mało - przydało by się ich więcej. Nie mogliśmy dokupić śniadania ze względu na obłożenie.

Het totaal concept; van interieur, het personeel, de onsen, tot aan het ontbijt het was allemaal in Japanse perfectie.

Das onsen ist ordentlich und angenehm.

Das Zimmer war so klein, dass es kaum möglich war mehr als einen Koffer gleichzeitig zu öffnen. Frühstück ist ausschließlich japanisch.

Bella struttura, pulita e curata a 1 km dalla stazione.

近江町市場の近くでとても便利な場所にあります。東林坊方面も東山方面もバス停が近くにあり、楽に移動出来ました。

The hotel was in an excellent location and has a nice onsen which we used every day. I would highly recommend the hotel for a visit to Kanasawa.

We were happy to have the breakfast included with our room, but if foreigners are traveling with small children, I would recommend having breakfast elsewhere. I think that the Japanese breakfast served would be a challenge for younger children.

ロビーのトイレにウンコが付着していて、かなり不快な気持ちになったことだけが残念。

①朝食が美味しかったし、雰囲気が良かった。 ②ロビーからシャンプー、ハンドソープに至るまで、香りが統一されてたのが新鮮だった。 ③全てがオシャレだった ④お風呂上りの飲み物が良かった ⑤2人用の部屋で夫婦と子供２人で宿泊したが、ベッドマットをくっつけられるので広さは十分だった ⑥大浴場があってよかった ⑦檜の匂い袋が子供に好評だった ⑧近江町市場が真ん前&主要箇所に行けるバス停がすぐそこにあるので最高。

①部屋に時計がなかった ②テーブルが小さく、椅子もないのでベッドの上で食べるしかなかった。他の部屋にはあるみたいでした。 ③歯ブラシの使用感が悪かった

The hotel is in a great location, and the room was clean and comfortable. The public onsen was also very nice and a great addition to the stay. The front desk staff were always kind, welcoming, and helpful.

Unfortunately, the toilet in our bathroom had a very unpleasant smell every time we flushed. Even when we kept the lid closed and used the deodorizer provided, the smell was still very strong. For a Japanese hotel, I also found the toiletries provided in the room to be quite basic: just a toothbrush, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner—essentially what you would expect from any standard hotel outside Japan. I have traveled extensively throughout Japan, and this is the first time I have stayed at a hotel that did not offer either a toiletries/amenities bar or some additional products in the room, such as facial cleanser, body lotion, cotton swabs, or cotton pads. Considering the standards I have experienced at other hotels in Japan, I found this quite disappointing.

C'est un magnifique établissement ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et silencieuses. L'onsen est magnifique et très apprécié après une journée de visite.

Le petit déjeuner est une véritable expérience ! On aime ou pas mais il laissera un souvenir impérissable De façon surprenante, nos enfants n'ont pas été servi lors du petit déjeuner (ils n'ont eu que de l'eau et un bol de riz) ce qui a généré beaucoup de frustration... et des larmes. Je ne m'explique pas cette situation ; les petits dejeurner étaient pourtant compris lors de la réservation...

The location is placed next to the fish market and Geisha district and next to the round bus, which brings you everywhere.

Rooms are very small but depending on the price very good value for money. So we cannot say the room was not nice, but for 4 people probably too small for our needs.

The best place I have ever stayed in Japan

Beautiful and stylish hotel in a perfect location, just across the street from Omicho Market, with plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of Kanazawa Station. Our room was simple but beautifully designed, the facilities were excellent, and we loved the onsen. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and especially sweet with our baby. We had such a wonderful stay that we actually came back for another stay later in our trip! One of the staff members even remembered our baby and prepared a little note for us in Hebrew when we checked out - which really touched us :) We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it!

La quadrupla per 4 persone era troppo piccola. Inoltre, la colazione giapponese era sicuramente molto ben preparata e raffinata, ma da europea avrei preferito una possibilità di scelta un po' più vasta. Sicuramente i prodotti erano di primissima qualità così come il servizio.

The location is good. It is clean and checkin is smooth.

The property is stylish and modern, but it looks better than it works. The room is very cramped and there is essentially no storage. There's a single small luggage rack — not much use for four people, so the suitcases end up on the floor, in the way, in a room that was already tiny. Meanwhile, they provide three different types of glasses, a padded hanten over the pajamas, oversized slippers and a snack. A hanten in the middle of a Japanese summer is worthless. I'd happily trade all of that for something basic and useful, like a shelf or a second luggage rack.

整體的感覺令人放鬆，小小的前台和舒適的澡堂。第二次入住依舊喜歡。

門口的斜坡設計不方便推嬰兒車，需要把嬰兒車整個搬起來才能上下樓梯。這次遇到熱水壺煮出來的水有非常異常強烈的酸味，大家都嚇到了，不知道是不是清潔的檸檬酸忘了清洗乾淨。
