The only aspect I appreciate about this establishment is its proximity to Chong Hua Hospital. I booked my families stay here from April 27 to May 2 and June 29 to July 3, as my brother had a scheduled follow-up appointment with his ophthalmologist and my nieces had eye check-ups as well. Given my unfamiliarity with the area and lack of knowledge about other nearby hotels, I opted to book here. My husband and I had previously stayed here with my brothers in November during our vacation in the Philippines, and I personally experienced unfriendly service from the staff, including the guard, front desk, and housekeeping. Although I did not write a review at the time, I have decided to speak out this time. Furthermore, the guard's comment to my brother, suggesting that they should stay at a different hotel near the hospital, was unacceptable to my husband and me. I have personally encountered the "Mata Pobre" attitude during my stay at this hotel, where the staff seemed to judge us based on our appearance. Despite booking an eight-night stay and spending a significant amount of money, my family and I were treated unfairly. The primary reason my husband and I chose to stay here was due to its affiliation with Best Western, as we have consistently had positive experiences with the brand. However, I will never book a stay here again and will advise my friends to avoid this hotel.

Great hotel!

Our room was clean and smelled good! The beds are comfy and the linens looked and smelled clean. The hotel’s location was perfect for what we came to Cebu for. I’d stay here again.

Quiet end of Cebu. Newer building and rooms. Cleaned daily. Close to jollibees and laundry. Staff were lovely.

Hot water played up some mornings. Buffet breakfast was limited for options. Curtain was broken so every morning the sun beamed through.

Stayed a few days, property was in good location, lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. They charge too much for airport transfer, though.

The location was great and the staff were kind.

There was a mistake made that caused my family and I had to wait around 1.5 hours for the driver at the airport, which we had arranged with the hotel prior and they told me there would be someone there waiting for us with a placard. When I called the staff who answered was asking if I had confirmation numbers that I never received and then told a drive would be arriving in 20 minutes. We understand that traffic cause the driver to arrive later than promised but I believe there was a lack of communication that caused this mistake to happen and caused us a lot of lost time to explore the city. Lastly the rooms were a little too arm for our liking and feel they need to upgrade the units or include a second one for the other half of the room.

Good but the bathroom sink collects a lot a water the every time u wash ur water!! Our stuffs gets water. All over the sink

A nice place to stay while in Cebu City. The bldg.is newly renovated. It’s clean and the staff are nice and very accommodating.

There was no hot water at night or in the morning.

Breakfasts selection good. Needs improvement especially shower area. It gets flooded, clogged and overflows. Sink faucet needs adjustments as water coming out sideways. Housekeeping staff very attentive, thank you!!

Saw some roaches and molds in the bathroom. Shower head with grime and rust. Bathroom needs good cleaning. Room is a bit stuffy.

Or room han no windows.. No coffee available or other drinks..For the price in the Philippines not normal..The hot water in the shower was luke warm..Stafe was great friendly and helpful..For the price i would expect a lil more per what u get at hotels at same pricing..

The staff was very nice and the location was quite okay. There is a seven eleven shop nearby, it also looked quite safe to walk around even in the evening.

The air conditioning was really bad, it was very hot. The rooms did not have any windows.
