Grand établissement mais aucune possibilité de petit-déjeuner. 1 vantail de la porte-fenêtre de la terrasse partagée manquante. La terrasse partagée est juste à coté de la chambre, donc bruit, et intimité dans la chambre possible uniquement en tirant un rideau. Pas de table dans le logement ni chaise.

Located near Tanah Rata bus terminal, it was 10 minutes walk. Easy for us since we went by bus. Love the fact that the lodge is a little bit far back from main road so there's not a lot of cars. Around lodge area very calm, silent. Lodge near food court/restaurants. Easy check in process (RM 50 cash deposit required). Check out at 11am but was given until 12:15pm. Staffs were very helpful. Clean surrounding of lodge. Inside lodge (living area) also very clean, comfortable to seat around. Were given a larger room so very comfortable for 2 of us. Clean room, bedsheet, towels & everything. Functional hairdryer. Iron provided at the living area, also water dispenser. Outside there's a cabin that serves as a kitchen for guests. Parking space available especially for bikes.

The toilet is a little bit moldy on the floor & wall. Because of that, the floor is a bit slippery. Guests with handicap or elderly need to inform/request from lodge to get a room in lower floor since they have 3 floors with stairs only.

Le foto erano completamente diverse da ciò che abbiamo trovato. Odore di muffa, bagno sporco, puzza di umido, camera piccola. Il bagno era il peggio che abbiamo trovato in malesia, con capelli di altre persone e formiche.

La salle de bain et la chambre empeste le moisi. Les draps et les serviettes sont humides et sentent la moisissure. Les draps sont sales et troués. Il n'y a pas de clim. La fenêtre était cassée et l'isolation sonore est inexistante

The stay was comfortable, bedsheets and bedsheets clean. The toilet and room shows signs of wear and tear but acceptable.

The separate cooking facilities area is no good! All the utensils badly maintained and not clean. Cooking utensils are not expensive, please upgrade them! The place and cabinets could do with a coat of paint!

Sengetøj og håndklæder var ikke hvide. Hele badeværelset var vådt efter et bad, men der var ikke noget at tørre op med. Ingen håndhåndklæder. Vores værelse lå op ad altanen, det ville være dejligt, hvis lyset derude slukkede f.eks. kl 22.

La peor experiencia de hotel que he tenido nunca, las sábanas de las camas olían fatal, se sentían mojadas (húmedas) y tenían pelos de otros huéspedes. Las paredes estaban llenas de manchas y muchísimas suciedad por el suelo y los rodapiés. Las toallas que te facilitan están apestosas, de verdad que nunca he olido nada parecido, nos tuvimos que comprar unas en el centro comercial. Además te obligan a descalzarte, y encima todo está súper sucio y acabas con los pies negros. El baño era terrible, la tubería tenía cinta aislante pegada y goteaba todo el rato, cada vez que hacías pis te caían gotas de esa tubería… El desagüe olía fatal, todo el baño estaba lleno de moho y desprendía un olor muy fuerte y asqueroso. Además tiene un ventilador en el techo que cada vez que lo poníamos parecía que se iba a caer y hacía un ruedo terrible… Para colmo me tuve que poner en contacto con booking porque cuando llegas te cobran la “tasa turística” en efectivo, cuando es algo que viene incluido ya en el precio. Booking me lo devolvió y me confirmó que la tasa turística viene incluida y no deberían de haberme cobrado nada. Cuando les solicité el papel de que les estaba pagando ese dinero en mano, se negaron a dármelo y me dieron largas de que cuando me fuera me lo darían… SOLO QUIEREN SACARTE MÁS DINERO. De verdad que las fotos no tienen nada que ver, y lo comentarios tampoco porque me lo imaginaba mejor y fue terrible la experiencia. Nada que ver lo que muestran con la realidad. Y hemos estado en muchos hoteles en Malasia y Tailandia “low cost” y para nada eran así… Además este tampoco es tan barato para lo que ofrece, realmente es caro. Búscate otro, que hay millones mejores…

Patut dapat ZERO, bilamana kita tak check out lagi, tengah bersiap dalam bilik, staff cleaner bukak pintu terjah macam tu. Sangat tak professional. Biadap. Mujur semua dah berpakaian proper. Dah bukak pintu, terhegeh2 lambat tutup pintu balik. Sorry, tak akan repeat.

thank you for the hospitality expecially the all the staff. especially those 2 guys n girl at the counter (3 of them) such a welcoming. great location for those who prefer walk to go tanah rata area.

not that i didnt like there no fridge to put groceries if there is wet kitchen for us guest to use.

De ligging

Veel te veel lawaai. Om 06u in de morgend begint de poetsvrouw en maakt zoveel lawaai dat je zeker wakker bent. De muren zijn zo dun dat je uw buurman hoort plassen. De douche werkt maar half om warm water te krijgen en tot slot moet je €50 borg betalen voor de bediening van de airco . Je kan hier niet echt rust vinden.

No estaba muy limpio, mucha humedad, toallas poco limpias, si te toca en la planta de arriba al lado de la terraza las luces de fuera están toda la noche encendidas y cuando duermes aún con las cortinas hay luz dentro de la habitación

Bilik sangat ok dengan harga, facilities pon dekat, nak parking pon mudah. All good!

Repeat tido sini. Kemudahan kdai mkn mudah. Jln kaki shja ke area bndr. Parking snng, Staf Sgt baik dan membantu serta alatan yg disediakan juga Bersih dan kemas. Boleh di tambah baik dgn menyediakan tv di blk,walau xla tgk selalu tp ada juga Hiburan.

The rear accommodation building where we stayed uses a pump to pressurize the water system. This pump cycles continuously throughout the night. When it starts the building hears a loud thump followed by the sound of the pump working. I mentioned it to the front office staff as a problem.

De locatie waar de lodge is gelegen is echt super! Binnen 5 minuten lopen sta je in het centrum. De kamer was super schoon en gaf een fijn gevoel. Gewoon een top verblijf voor de prijs/kwaliteit.

Tout était basique: la déco, la chambre, la salle de bain commune. Ça résonne beaucoup : la douche et la toilette font beaucoup de bruit, les portes claquent, on entend les autres parler (bouchons d’oreilles indispensables). Mauvaise conception de la douche dans la salle de bain, juste au-dessus de la toilette: il faudrait indiquer de rabattre le couvercle pour éviter de tremper le siège.

Hôtel bien situé proche de tous les restaurants et commerces. Chambre satisfaisante, la salle de bain mériterait d'être un peu rafraîchie mais ça fait l'affaire.

Les fenêtres étaient très fines, on entendait donc beaucoup le bruit extérieur mais sinon rien à dire.

Es war sehr fußläufig, es gab überall kleine Sitzecken.

Wir konnten in den Betten nicht gut schlafen und hatten nur kaltes Wasser. Die Beschreibung im Bad war auch und wenn das nicht klappt dann das.... Im Bad ist während man duscht keine wirkliche Ablage für Kleidung.

Sehr freundliches personal, Etwas abseits und deshalb sehr viel ruhiger als an der hauptstrasse !

De ligging van dit budget hotel is prima, wat het interessant maakt om te verblijven. Maar wat nu (ik ben hier vaker geweest) echt nodig is, renovatie van de toiletruimtes. Ook denk ik dat ze wat meer met de tijd mee moeten gaan qua service, het gaat er allemaal wat sloom aan toe. ook is het hele hotel er wat rumoerig.......

Toiletruimte voldoet niet meer aan de normen.

Saya suka suasana perkampungan serta kehijauan dan jauh dari kesesakkan seperti bunyi enjin kenderaan .. Ini merupakan kali ketiga saya check in di sini .. Memuaskan..

1) Tiada tempat letak kasut samada almari atau rak yang jauh dari kawasan terkena hujan .. Kerana semasa saya check in kasut rakan saya telah basah seperti air manis telah tumpah ke dalam kasut .. 2) Dari segi toilet bilik mandi tiada air panas .. 3) Besi di koridor bilik berkarat dan bila ambil video atau gambar akan jadi cacat pemandangan. 4) Kerusi plastik di koridor juga tidak sesuai kerana tempat penginapan dah menarik tetapi bila tengak koridor tak cantik..

Great location, close to all shops and restaurants, 15min walking from Tanah Rata bus station.

Toilet too small and shower close to toilet, so toilet was always wet. They don’t offer breakfast, or any coffee in the room. During the night the room can be cold, no heater in there.

Beautiful views and very comfortable room.

The bathroom was quite small and after a shower the room became extremely damp and humid and took forever to dry.

El tamaño de la habitación era muy agobiante. El baño (entiendo que es estilo Asia) no tenía apenas separación entre ducha y WC y apenas había ventilación por lo que el olor a humedad era constante en la habitación. El WiFi no llegaba a la habitación

The hotel is freezing. There’s a huge ceiling fan in a place that’s already at 1,500 meters altitude. There was no soap in the bathroom. You’re required to take off your shoes before entering the hotel, but not for a good reason I saw the cleaning staff only vacuuming the floors. On top of that, the floor is ice cold. Overall, it was a total disaster of an experience. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere with better conditions.
