Das Hotel ist sehr gross und hat atemberaubende Zimmer, mit einer Skyline Ausblick auf ganz Istanbul (wir waren im 25 Stock). Das Personal hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns immer weitergeholfen beim Aufenthalt. Bei fragen über die Stadt, wo oder wie wir irgendwo hinkommen waren Sie sehr hilfreich und hatten gute Empfehlungen. Vielen Dank an die Gästebetreuerin Ece & an der Poolbar Osman 🤗

The hotel was excellent overall. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were professional and helpful, and everything was very well organized. We really enjoyed our stay and had a very pleasant experience.

The only issue was with the tour booked through the Hilton Bomonti concierge. Unfortunately, the transportation was not well managed, and we had to wait for a long time during both the onward and return journeys. On the way back, the bus stopped near Sultanahmet and did not continue, so we eventually arranged our own taxi back to the hotel. Apart from this, everything at the hotel itself was excellent.

The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We were especially happy with the staff, who were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and every member of the breakfast team provided outstanding service. A special mention goes to the person in charge of the breakfast team — unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he was exceptionally helpful and professional. The whole team worked in a very organized and efficient way, and whatever we asked for was brought to us almost immediately. We were genuinely impressed with the service and left the hotel very happy and satisfied.

Nothing negative to mention. Everything was great.

The property was ok, but the outdoor pool area could improve.

Att vi bokade först ett rum 2 nätter och det var bra rum, men sedan bokade vi ytterligare 8 nätter då bytte de vårt rum till sämre och jag sa rökfritt och vi andas in rök i det nya rummet och vi bor kvar 7 nätter till och det går inte avboka fast det är sämre rum , rekommenderar inte 😢

Chambre spacieuse et propre, petit déjeuner très varié, quartier excentré, mais pas trop loin du métro (moins de 1/4 heure) et quartier cossu.

J'ai payé un supplément sur Booking pour une belle vue, mais la belle vue s'est résumée à un étage élevé avec une vue sur une banlieue sans charme… alors qu'il existe une vue de quelques rares chambres sur le Bosphore. Un personnel qui a le sens du service à minima à la personne (à l'exception notoire du personnel du petit déjeuner).

Excellent hotel, high-quality service. Spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a must-have. The staff is very kind. It's worth the price.

I didn't feel welcomed upon check in. Requested for high floor and was given a lower floor room with no view....altough i had sent several emails and follow ups to block a high room floor but nothing was done.

الفطور كان ممتازًا ومتنوعًا، والنظافة كانت على مستوى عالٍ، والطاقم متعاون ومحترم جدًا. وأخص بالشكر الأستاذ عبدالقادر من خدمة العملاء على تعاونه واهتمامه وحسن تعامله.

عدم وجود شطاف في الحمام، وكذلك عدم توفير مناديل ورقية في غرفة النوم، حيث كانت متوفرة فقط داخل الحمام.

Bij aankomst wordt je gelijk gevraagd voor een upgrade van kamer, echter zijn de prijzen niet realistisch als je een upgrade doet vergeleken met de prijzen die je via de mail ontvangt. Het lijkt wel grand bazaar met onderhandelen. Restaurant te druk. Personeel loopt achter gasten aan voor fooi of een goede recensie. Voor mij was het voor het eerst op aanbeveling van kennissen echter is the marmara of CVK in taksim vele malen beter.

This was my second stay at Hilton Bomonti within eight months . During my previous stay, I booked an Executive Suite for New Year’s; this time, I booked two Deluxe rooms with breakfast for my family. Before arrival, I sent several emails requesting an upgrade, clearly understanding that this is subject to availability. The hotel repeatedly responded with additional paid offers. At check-in, we were simply told that the hotel was full. As a returning guest, I found this disappointing, but the real problems started afterwards. I was given rooms with a poor rear view. After complaining, my room moved the following day to the 31st floor and told this was an “upgrade” to an Executive room. However, none of the Executive benefits or amenities were provided. Essentially, the only difference was the floor. Even more unacceptable was the complete lack of preparation for our children, aged 14 and 16. Although this was clearly stated in the reservation, neither room had an extra bed prepared. We spent almost two hours dealing with reception, and after returning to the hotel after midnight, one of the rooms still had no extra bed. The same issue occurred again the following day after the room change, forcing us to call reception late at night and wait for a bed to be brought up. For three guests in each room, there were only two sets of towels and no slippers. The slippers finally appeared on our last day. Overall, the service was far below what should be expected from a Hilton property. The reception was poorly organized, with long waits and repeated failures to handle basic requests. This was not an issue of hotel occupancy; it was an issue of poor management and lack of attention to guests. For a hotel carrying the Hilton name, this experience was simply unacceptable and well below the standards and reputation of the brand.

Micul dejun a fost foarte bogat și produse bune .

Servirea foarte proasta, personal necalificat , vesela murdară , pentru un brand ca și hilton mi se pare penibil să nu ai produsele de bază în baie , să nu ai apă în fiecare zi în cameră și multe alte facilități pe care trebuie să le ofere un hotel de 5 stele , foarte slab.

Breakfast and pool

It s very clean and the stuff is helpful. The room was big and we had a beautiful view.

The indoor pool was closed during our stay. Also the outside pool was cold.

Every thing was good

I had stayed at Hilton Istanbul Bomonti a few years ago, and that was actually one of the reasons I chose to stay here again. The hotel itself is in a very good location, the property is impressive, and overall it has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the service during this stay was completely different from what I remembered.

This was honestly some of the worst service I have ever experienced at a hotel, especially from a property of this level. The room service food was extremely disappointing, and I became seriously ill after eating one of the meals I ordered. Beyond the food quality, even the most basic requests were handled terribly. On several occasions, I had to wait around an hour just to receive simple items like a spoon and fork from room service. The room was also repeatedly left without basic supplies such as tissues. I had to call multiple times every day just to ask for something as simple as a box of tissues to be delivered. At times, it felt like I had to call 10 times to get even the most basic request handled. For a Hilton property at this price and level, this kind of service is completely unacceptable. The hotel itself may be beautiful, but the service ruined the entire experience.

Хорошее расположение. Жили на 32 этаже, потрясающий вид. На ресепшен понравилась Aleksandrina. Помогла решить все наши проблемы.

Лаунж на 34 этаже никакого разнообразия. Каждый день одно и тоже. С 17 до 19 все приходят пить есть, не протолкнуться. Вино низкого качества. Крепкий алкоголь есть выбор.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem, was dieses Hotel zu bieten hatte. Service auf sehr hohem Niveau. Das Frühstück ist einfach traumhaft und das Frühstückspersonal inklusive allen Mitarbeitern besser als perfekt. Qualität und Auswahl ist mehr als jemals in einem 5 Sterne Hotel gesehen.

Mooi en schoon hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Hotel heeft een luxe uitstraling en een prachtig uitzicht. Mooie, ruime kamers. Onze vaste locatie als we in Istanbul zijn!

We hebben een aantal keer verbleven in dit hotel. Er is helaas vaak veel wind bij het buitenzwembad. Soms zo erg, dat je er niet kan liggen. Een tip om eventueel wanden aan te leggen tegen de wind?

Loved the rooms - spacious, comfortable, anything you need. Delicious room service and a great variety at breakfast, so many options. A beautiful lobby, comfortable to wait in. Great gym too. Some staff were nice, Serdar at the front office being lovely and friendly for example.

Strange for a 5* hotel but not all staff were friendly. Nobody offered to help with my bags at check in. Mostly but not completely limited to the very front security staff. Also at breakfast had a strange experience where people around me were being offered coffee and drinks but not me. I assume its just circumstance.
