Electric kettle was missing in the room and our family loves tea. I tried asking at reception a few times, but they couldn’t find any spare kettles but offered me the tea from the hotel cafeteria instead. There was also no phone in the room, however the instructions said we could phone the reception to order the food into the room, I had to go down to the reception to place the food order. Nothing on TV in English which was a downside. Otherwise good space for the four of us travelling

Hotelli on erittäin meluisa.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The hotel arranged airport transportation via WhatsApp. After waiting 45 minutes, we were picked up and first taken to a remote area with no obvious reason. By chance, a police officer approached us and asked what we were doing there. Only afterwards were we taken to the wrong hotel. As it was already 00:30 in the middle of the night, I had no realistic alternative and was forced to stay at the hotel where the driver had taken us. I ended up paying almost twice the price of my original booking. The entire situation was confusing, suspicious, and very unprofessional. As a guest, I felt misled and unsafe. This experience left a very negative impression and seriously affected my trust in the service provided. I strongly recommend that future guests do not use the airport transfer service offered by this hotel.
