Great place.

Airport shuttle was quick and easy with info via WhatsApp. The hotel staffs were wonderful and the free breakfast was good. Great value for an overnight stay.

We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the deceptive practices of Heaven Premium Airport Hotel in Istanbul. In March 2025 we booked and paid a room for October 1, 2025 with conformation. When we arrived in Istanbul Heaven Premium Airport Hotel even send email on September 28 and October 1 to confirm the booking for Heaven Premium Airport Hotel. But when we took the hotel shuttle to the hotel instead we were taking to Lenora Airport Hotel which is significantly smaller, cheaper and without breakfast service. We talked to the person-in-charge with the Heaven Premium Airport Hotel on the phone and his responded that the hotel is overbooked and refused to provide us a room at Heaven Premium Airport Hotel . He only offered us the shuttle service to the hotel for breakfast and take us to airport. Next day we were shuttle to the Hotel for breakfast the reception in Heaven Premium Airport refused to offer us the shuttle to the airport after we finished breakfast. So we have to take a taxi. We were very unhappy with this arrangement and felt that it was not a suitable replacement for the hotel we have originally booked .We are seeking compensation for the inconvenience and mental stress caused by this experience. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

B4 i went someone was very helpful.loved it got there completely different night man didnt like me. Felt everything i asked in the morning off different shift werent bothered id keep well away next time you fly in early or late

The hotel is the best option for our 14-hr layover in IST. Equipped with private bath/shower and comfortable beds (1 Queen and 1 twin), the room provided a clean and safe place for us (2 people) to rest comfortably during the short layover. One disadvantage is the need for transport to/from airport, but we easily arranged Uber rides ourselves for $15-$20 USD per ride (varies depending on time of the day).

They automatically downgraded us to Heaven Inn which is owned by the same owner. The rooms were small and only had flat sheet, no blanket on the beds.

Great Service and friendly staff

My wife stayed in this hotel, i booked with round trip option, but the hotel charged 15 euros for return trip. So, logically 15 it is price for full car, but they charged the same 15 euros from a another girl for the same trip. In the same time they charged nothing from the men in the car. So, the hotel is not very honest and consist with shuttle price.

A nice place with very pleasant and helpful staff. Upon arrival at the airport, I messaged the hotel and they responded immediately with thorough directions how to get to the parking lot where I’ll be picked up by the transfer. However, note that even if you have paid for the return transfer, they will charge you in case you need to go back to the airport after your stay.

Ordering food thru front desk was misleading. Learned the hard way to verify price before booking food delivery. Also, they charged us 5 euros for two pop, when the going rate is 50 Turkish Lira. Same for having to pay for orange juice with the free breakfast. My son and his wifes room was broken into during the night by hotel staff. Hence why we cancelled our return flights room reservation at this hotel. Booked a much nicer one for 50 euros per night.

You get what you pay for Tiny room. Limited dining options -only local food. Very noisy. Said shuttle available but had to pay 15 euros.

Room is nice sized and neat. They have airport shuttle so I was able to get a wake up call and catch my flight by 6:am. That is very convenient. The customer service is excellent and they offer breakfast.

Nice place to stay, 12min away from Istanbul Airport. Staff are so nice as well.

The accommodation was fine but be mindful that I booked the premium heaven hotel but after using their transfer they took me to sister hotel down the road without informing me. There are restaurants nearby and the accommodation was fine for the night to get a flight from IST.

this hotel for the 5th time in the past 2 years. As before- great option for those who need some rest between flights. Easy and fast transfer from and to the airport. Quiet and clean rooms. Staff is amazing. Very accommodating. Hotel is in very quiet place. No noise. Rooms are neat and clean. Best place to stay and breakfast was amazing. This is my second time and I am happy.

They promised a round-trip airport transfer for €30 but charged me €40 instead and were extremely rude when I objected. The overall service was very poor and far below expectations. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Every thing was good, except the room was noisy.

The staff was nice. But the property was under construction and all we heard was construction noise. Sawing, hammering and workmen talking. The breakfast buffet was very limited. We got there at 9:15am. The buffet ended at 10. They barely had anything to eat the workmen had also joined in for the buffet. Maybe they underestimated the amount required to host all of their guest. I broke my toe on the foot of the bed because our room was jammed packed with two twin beds and a double bed. I had to ask twice for ice, which they didn’t have, then finally my his went and got an ice pack.

this is a family small business and they want to earn it with hospitability. I only needed to freshen up before my early morning ride and all was allowed checking in (and out) early. IST is 20 min ride away (all these hotels are here). The nearby area is under construction. Some small restaurants are 10 min walk away but hotel arranges delivery. Airport transfer is not included but easy to schedule and punctual. Wifi is so-so but works, AC good and quiet. Hotel staff is very friendly and wants to earn the business, room is not on the high end, of course, small but clean. No experience with breakfast

The only thing that was unclear was how to meet the hotel shuttle at the airport transport spot. The service otherwise was excellent.

It was decent for a layover.

We were extremely disappointed and felt cheated and insulted by the hotel management. We had an overnights layover of 10 hours. We had to stay up all night and take our connection sleepy and tired.I reserved a room at this property weeks ago. Two days bedore leaving I made sure to tell the management what time we would arrived and also gave them our flight information. I was told that everything was set. When we arrived, we were taken to another hotel far from the airport and a much lower standing. When I shared my concerns and told the concierge that the hotel we were at was not the one I had booked, the insisted that it was all ok because it was owned by the same company. They told me that the other hotel was full and the one they took us at was the best next option. I told them that I disagreed and requested to be taken back to the airport. After insisting that we wouldn't stay, they finally took us back to the airport. I contacted Expedia right away. They also had difficulties reaching the hotel to discuss the issue. Thankfully Expedia agreed with me and all the fees were refunded. I do not recommend this hotel.

I'm giving 2 stars, one for the budget-friendly price and another for the convenient location near the airport and metro. Beyond that, the experience was quite poor. My airport transfer was included in the booking, but I was only informed at 11:58 AM that the shuttle was at 12 PM, leaving me with no real chance to make it. When I asked about the next one, I was simply told I missed it and would now have to pay 700 lira. No prior notice, no flexibility. The buffet was mediocre at best, food was cold and nothing really stood out. Would not recommend unless you just need a place to crash for a night and don’t mind a lack of service.

We chose this hotel for our one night stay between our air trips. The hotel exceeded our expectations for this short and brief stay. It is very close to the airport, has a shuttle service, very clean rooms, good internet, good breakfast... what else do you need :)

We booked the Heaven Premium Airport Hotel but we were dropped off at the Lenor Hotel (apparently a sister hotel) of lesser quality. This was at 11pm and there was no communication with us over the hotel change. The Lenor was very basic but served our purpose of a one night stay until our next flight. Staff at Lenor were helpful but disappointed with no prior communication

I had an overnight stay for the connecting flight and the bed was creaking so bad and the hallway to the room had this terrible smell that I couldn’t bear it after 4 hours and left. Couldn’t sleep a wink. The staff were courteous and nice but I wouldn’t stay again.

Amazing Hotel for a stopover at Istanbul Airport. This is my 3rd stay here in 4 months and its my number one choice always. Staff are Amazing Rooms spacious and clean 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We arrived late at night, the shuttle service offered was very thorough and well detailed. Great communication through WhatsApp. The hotel itself seemed like a cardboard cutout. The elevator and hall smelled like sewer upon arrival. The door to our room, bathroom door and door/window to the outside would not properly shut. We didn’t figure out how to close the front window well until the morning. Because it was a front facing room above the lobby we heard all the noise from the street. My husband said it felt like he was sleeping in the street. We were hungry and told that food menu displayed from a local restaurant was available and very good. We waited 30mins before learning it was closed. The breakfast we were late for was underwelming and only savory options were available. We again ordered from the restaurant to find it also lacking from the picture and was underwhelmed but it at least got us by until we got to the airport.

The hotel seemed liked it was still in construction. Painting and other unfinished work in the common areas. Bad sewage smell in the room. Thin walls and if your neighbors are noisy forget about a good night sleep which was the main reason we booked it. I wouldn’t stay again.

The staff was good, but Expedia provided the wrong phone number for the property. Also, Expedia did not explain that, email was not used by hotel, and shuttle service was not provided. I had ti get a taxi. Hotel would not reimburse the charge. There form of communication was What’s Up. Their shuttle service back to AP was great, and was prepaid. A great place to stay if you have jet lag! I skep all day, and it was very quiet. The breakfast in the morning was incredible! So many items to choose from. I would definitely stay again, knowing the up and downs. Taxi service from AP wasn’t bad, but don’t use the vendor, they definitely over charge. There is a big Orange taxi counter when you leave the baggage area, ask there, and they will quote you the fare. RT thru hotel is available, but contact them before your flight leaves to assure they will pick you up. Don’t forget the converter adapter, no USB changing ports in the rooms. Also, getting some Turkish Money isn’t a bad idea. If staying just overnight. Distance from things to do around hotel is a way. But very convenient to the beautiful airport.

Nice hotel to spend the night during a stopover

We pre-paid for two rooms with airport pickup included in the price. Did not receive any meaningful response except a business phone number to call (see photo 1) on arrival, even though I put in several prior inquiries with detailed information necessary for airport pickup (via Hotrls.com app and text messages). We almost got stood up at the airport! Once arrived (room 107) we noticed a strong odor of industrial nature (They were renovating the whole wing and the room just adjacent to us). At my request for a room change, it was promptly denied by the man, presumably the manager, at the reception (I was asked to pay an additional 2500 liras for an upgraded family room, which I declined.) There was only one hangar in the closet (photo 2), no coffee or tea in the room (photo 3) and no towel rack or hangar in the bath to hang our wet towels. At the request for coffee in the room, I was flatly denied that the hotel provides such amenities in rooms. Breakfast starts at 7am, so if you have an early fly out the next morning, forget about it. You will not be served (grab bags on the go!). I travel thru IST a lot and I’ve stayed in other hotels nearby. Unfortunately, this one was hands down the worst!

Close to the airport, clean, convenient

I stayed there for one night having arrived at around 4:30am and in the morning before I left for my trip they accused me of taking two drinks from the mini bar. I told them it was nonsense but they insisted, seemingly on the phone to some maids who told them. In the end I just walked away and left. Be careful travelers and try not to get swindled.

We had a two night transit through İSTANBUL and chose to stay close to the airport to make things simple due to the amount of luggage we had with us. We paid for a round-trip airport transfer and communication with hotel was excellent, and they were able to guide us to the checkpoint using WhatsApp. Pick up and transfer to the hotel was great. Check in simple. Room small but clean. Excellent water pressure. Delicious breakfast! Only downside is there is not too much next to the hotel and we needed to walk 5 minutes or so to find a grocery store Not a problem, as walking is good for the body. Would stay here again If on a short transit layover.

Room assigned was stuffy and very small though it was adequate for 1 night stay. No soap in the bathroom sink.

The room was quite small, which was a bit of a drawback. However, the bigger issue was the noise coming from outside, particularly late at night when employees would gather and talk/laugh loudly. It made it difficult to get a good rest. Hopefully, they can implement some noise-reducing measures or adjust the gathering times."

Terrible experience!My family was sent to a hotel that was not the one I booked. It was not as nice of a hotel either. We paid for breakfast and never received it. And the coffee maker in our room was broken. Do not use this hotel!

Great property for quick overnight between flights.

Staff was friendly, shuttle service quick & accomodating, rooms clean, bed comfy. Breakfast was ok, not much there & hot food was cold. The room was heavily scented & will my allergies was rough, should use less scents or put air on in room.

Nice hotel, close to IS airport, great staff

When we arrived the staff was very jelly and attentive. We actually arrived early, but our rooms were already cleaned and available, so we were able to go right in. The property is new/being renovated ,so there were areas being worked on; non the less it was very clean- taxis were always outside and the AC worked great.

The staff was friendly and attentive however the hotel was not clean. The bedding is worn and the velvet headboard was disgusting. Rooms had a a musty odor and the condition made it hard to sleep. We arrived late at night and only stayed overnight in order to catch a morning flight. Otherwise, I would have not stayed there and looked for another option. The lack of cleanliness made it hard to sleep.

It’s an airport hotel and it serves the purpose. Was here for a couple of hours as I had an early morning flight. The rooms and the bathroom are clean although a bit cramped up. Airport is nearby and transfers are available comfortably and smoothly.

The room had very bad smell coming from the bathroom and it was very difficult to sleep the entire night. The breakfast was terrible and coffee machine is broken.

It was close to the airport

Great welcoming staff they helped make my check in smooth and easy and also arranged a ride to the airport for me so I didn’t have anything to worry about. They reached out via WhatsApp before my check in to make sure the could make any accommodations that I might need.

Clean and safe overall. Simple complaints. The shower was super small and the blow dryer didn't work. No beer or alcohol. No coffee which is crazy for a hotel. They didn't have milk. No cash register so when we bought a drink they didn't have change.

A nice hotel with a friendly staff if you need to stay close to the Istanbul airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, only issue we had was that none of the power outlets worked in our room.

My mother stays at this hotel regularly whenever she needs an overnight layover near IST. The staff is helpful, the property is well-maintained, and it is conveniently located nearby.

The hotel is clean, quiet, close to amenities and relatively accessible via public transit. The morning buffet is very good and they even offer to make you coffee/tea and bring it to your table. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. Hotel and general area are calm. Highly recommend.

Good airport pickup and send. We had of 4 persons as a group. They charge us $20 total fees instead of $20 per person. However if you are not in our travel group , you have to pay your $20 airport shuttle. Good service, good English.

What began as an ordinary experience turned out to be the worst night in Turkey. We didn't like the food that the front desk ordered for us and we were clearly overcharged for it. We reserved a triple bedroom but what we got was matchbox. The morning of the flight at the airport we received a call with baseless accusations of stealing a tea kettle which was never present in the room when we checked in. They threatened with calling the cops on us to cancelling our flights. All in all one of the worst. I do not recommend this hotel

10 to 15 minutes from IST airports. Airport taxi service about 500 Lira. I had a brief stay only so missed breakfast. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was not big but this perhaps helps with the competitive price. Otherwise all a good standard and had all I need including a small fridge.

An "okay" hotel to stay just to rest before transfer flight

Booked at the last minute due to flight delays, Hotel is decent enough for an overnight stay and about 15 mins away from the Istanbul airport. The staff was very nice and were very helpful despite us being there only for a night. The buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise and had varied options.
