Nice hotel friendly staff

Their transportation is a mess. Arranged to and from airport transfers and both had problems. Arriving into Istanbul, they said that I must call to notify that I arrived so they could send the ride and that there are plenty of WiFi hotspots around. I couldn’t get access as every network had problems. Eventually, I had to get a local taxi. Next, I arranged for transfer back to the airport at 1pm. The driver was late which put me behind schedule. The room was fine for one night. The shower head was great with hot water. I’ll find elsewhere to stay next time.

A clean and comfortable hotel close to the airport. It's in a small area which is undergoing a fair amount of construction, but stiil, it's walkable and there are several places to eat, and also a couple of nice supermarkets. Because it's close to the airport there's obviously a lot of flight traffic, hence noise. It's a good hotel though, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Superb Stay at Nenessa Airport Hotel Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family stay. Location near the airport is very convenient, yet the atmosphere inside the hotel is peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and overall the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through or staying near the airport. Truly a superb experience we will definitely come back again.

The trip from the hotel to the airport was very affordable only 20 euros. Which is one of the reasons I stayed here for the convenience of being near the airport. I would recommend staying here if you have a layover and want to stay near the airport without paying high prices and still enjoy a luxury comfortable experience.

The room appeared clean, but the glass wear seemed dirty. When we arrived the lobby smelled like pets had been staying there. The staff were very nice and helpful. There was no ice machine and we had to walk to a grocery for sodas.

It was only 15 minutes away from the airport. Hotel offered transportation for 600 Lira, which was very reasonbale. Room was clean, there are restaurants ans stores in the area, very convenient for a short stay. Hotel also provided sandwiches for breakfast when they knew we will check out early in the morning.

A new property but already is having maintenance issues. The phone didn't work the safe was broken and the door to the balcony wouldn't operate as required . The staff were terrific and the location is great.

We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully arranged, and our room looked brand new after being fully remodeled. The staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Since we had an early flight the next morning, we thought we’d miss out on the complimentary breakfast, but the staff went above and beyond. They offered us freshly made sandwiches and even made us Turkish coffee to go. They also arranged our airport transfer at a very fair price, and the ride even came with a full bar service! Everything about our experience was perfect. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was close to the airport small but was very good

All perfect the transfer between airport its only whit extra cost. The bedrooms are to small but beatiful. Nonplace to take the breakfast so leave you in the beedroom.

It’s about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the airport. The property is new and the room was a good size for two people with two large luggage. The bathroom was big and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check and check out was also easy.

Located 10 mins from the airport, opted for uber EUR10, half the price of the offered hotel transport. Room was a little loud, we were only there for a few hours before heading to the airport. Aircon wasn't great. Would use again.

Near the airport, the personal was very helpful and nice. We arrived late and they arranged a car for us to go to the hotel and back at the airport the next day.

This hotel gave us one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had while traveling. I reserved a room for 3 adults, but because one of the adults in our group arrived just a few hours later, the front desk forced us to book another room for him. They even said that if we didn’t, he would have to stay in the lobby. This was extremely unprofessional, unfair, and felt like they were taking advantage of us as tourists. To make things worse, the man at the front desk screamed at me in front of my children. My kids were terrified and had a very bad experience—they were shaken and scared the entire evening. No parent should have to see their children treated this way at a hotel where we are supposed to feel safe and welcomed. Yes, the hotel is clean, and one young staff member was kind and helped me with my suitcases since I had children with me. But that small kindness cannot make up for the unprofessional, rude, and downright hostile behavior we experienced. I would never recommend this hotel to families. Travelers deserve respect, not intimidation.

Very nice little hotel close to the Istanbul airport. Staff is helpful and nice, facilities are new and clean. The only problem is that the hotel is located in an area under construction. There’s not much to do around. Good value for money though….

Overall an excellent experience, the pick up service could do with improving they took an hour to collect me from the airport, maybe only sent a driver after I landed. The photo of the pick up spot does not exist it must be from a different airport. Otherwise staff were friendly breakfast was in the room, simple traditional Turkish.

They have not restaurant so that they bring a rediculus breakfast to your room where there is no any table to seat. The gentleman in their reception is not friendly but the two teenagers are nice. The hotel made my money for this trip wasted because of bad breakfast

The room was very comfortable and clean. The area was quiet. However, this hotel was a lot further from the airport than stated. The distance from the airport needs to be verified. It was a 15 minute ride. I paid 40 euros round trip. I think that this was too much. I do not understand why this did not include the driver's tip. Also, tipping is expected but the amount is not clearly specified. The Turkish tourism industry needs to explain this to travelers. I tipped the driver but he would not accept my tip because it was too little. I had clearly insulted him. Which made me feel awful. The whole tipping culture is too much and makes me not want to return to Turkey.

Very good for an airport hotel. The staff was very helpful. We left something behind and they found and kept it until we were flying back out of Istanbul. Definitely will stay again.

Friendly staff , clean and new rooms, flexible check in time. They have taxi service with reasonable prices and very quick service.And they try to help answering any other questions no matter if is related or not with hotel. We stay two times and definitely this hotel will be our choice next time we travel to Istanbul !!

Everything was perfect like staff, clean room, bathroom.....

hotel serves purpose as good for one night stay, late arrival, near the airport for next day travel to final destination. 20euro taxi much much quicker and easier than hotel shuttle.

The place is convenient as it is near the airport. The breakfast that is included is not that great; they don't have a kitchen, so you get a ready-made plate with cold things on your room with some bags of instant coffee to prepare yourself.

The property fulfilled what we booked it for, no more, no less - a place to sleep after arriving on a late flight into Istanbul. However, in retrospect, we could have gone into the city that night, which would have avoided traffic and the heat of the next day. I had booked the hotel's airport shuttle to avoid potential taxi scam or need for TRY to pay. They had great instructions sent to my WhatsApp, and I expected that given the very specific details requested (message us at baggage claim, message us at arrival at shuttle location), the shuttle would arrive very quickly. However, it still took about 15 minutes of waiting after I arrived at the pickup spot, and probably even longer for the guests that were already waiting there when we arrived - taxi would have been faster. So it's not a private shuttle, but it was a large enough van to hold 5-6 people. Then we got to reception, and when I told the receptionist I wanted to pay card for the shuttle because I didn't have TRY, she told me I should pay cash and I could wait until tomorrow to do so, so I had to argue with her that the website clearly said I could use card. Then she pulled out the machine, made a feeble attempt to show me it wasn't working, then the manager (?) came around, plugged a cable into it, and then magically it worked. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were both fine, but compact. The staff was generally friendly. Bring earplugs, because the hotel is directly under the airport flight path.

Clean, very accommodating, friendly staff, paid shuttle service at front desk, and perfect for overnight stay to make connecting flight the next morning.

The hotel is new and very clean. The staff is what makes it special, everyone went above and beyond. I was by myself with two tiny children and the staff helped bring all of our luggage up and then back down. Something that certainly isn’t expected or ever done at hotel near airports. Very grateful and will ways choose to stay here on my layovers, thanks again.

I had a great experience at this hotel during my stay in Istanbul. The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were helpful and professional. One of the best things was its location — very close to Istanbul Airport, which made my travel so convenient. The taxi service arranged for me was on time, smooth, and very comfortable. It brought me straight to the hotel without any issues. The price of the hotel was quite reasonable considering the quality of service. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and comfortable stay near the airport.

Room was small to be sold as family, the breakfast was not good and i think overall the hotel has to be 3 star at the max with rate 3 out of 5 or 6 out of 10

The Hotel was fine for a 1 day stay because it is close to the Airport. The 3 rooms we rented were all clean and comfortable except in 2 rooms the AC didn't work very well. The rooms have almost no furniture and the refrigerators were just sitting on the floor. It is also located directly under the flight path for the Airport and the airplane noise was constant. Overall, the price was right for what you get.

It was an overall great stay. We stayed only 1 night due to we had a flight from Istanbul Airport. Hotel is less than 15 minutes away from the airport. Very clean, quiet, comfortable. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

The hotel was nice but it was in the middle of nowhere if you want to stay for a night or two it is okay because there is nothing around it. It said continental breakfast was included but actually they send a small tray to the room.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff for a layover at istanbul. They were very accomodating. Great place to get some rest before leaving for your next destination. Room was clean and comfy. Theres a nice little cafe called Botanikcafe you should check out too!

I liked the people there but hated that there was no restaurant for breakfast so we were dished it in our rooms. No place to eat in the room either and limited dining choices outside the hotel.

This hotel was top notch! We were greeted at our taxi and our bags were brought inside for us. They gave us bottles of water during the check in process and we were escorted with our bags to our room. Our reservation included breakfast which came in the form of room service. The attention to detail was top notch.

I honestly don’t get how this place has a 9.2 rating on Expedia. It’s nowhere near that good. We got stuck in a room right under the roof, with a super low slanted ceiling — felt really cramped. It was also super hot inside. There’s an AC unit, but it barely works and doesn’t cool the room properly. The room phone doesn’t work, so if you need something from the front desk, you have to walk down there yourself. There’s no real restaurant either — they can order food for you from somewhere else, but it’s pricey and takes forever to arrive.
