El hotel superó nuestras expectativas. El día que nos íbamos nos dejaron almorzar y cenar y pudimos quedarnos todo el día en el hotel, puesto que nuestro vuelo era de noche. También nos dieron una habitación para poder ducharnos antes de ir al aeropuerto. Buena comida, gran variedad. Personal siempre atento. Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Propinas, pero como en todo Egipto, nada excepcional.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était très bien avec tout ce qui faut autour de l’hôtel. La plage était très belle avec du snorkeling à faire sans vous déplacez. Plusieurs variété de restaurants dans l’hôtel.

Le personnel sont pas très aimable avec les français. Trop d’attente pour se faire servir au niveau du bar. Le personnel de chambre demande sans cesse des tips qui nous met très mal à l’aise.

Mohamed (young waiter with glasses in the restaurant), Taha (receptionist, the greatest), Mustafa (young waiter on the beach, he’s runnung up and down all day long), Ahmed (cleaning boy, always perfect job), Mahmud (working at the pool, always friendly and smiley), Quasim (bartender at the beach bar, the finest ice coffee).

Das Frühstück war toll. Freundliches Personal. Strand war Traumhaft. Der Pool vor der Türe - richtig Toll.

Die Dusche hat zu wenig Druck. Es kommt sehr wenig Wasser raus.

L emplacement proche de l aéroport. La plage et la piscine. Le confort des lits autour des points d eau. Le bar dans la piscine. La beauté du complexe.

Nous avons malheureusement été très déçus par notre expérience en Égypte. Nous avons particulièrement regretté la nonchalance et le manque d’amabilité du personnel. Nous avons souvent eu le sentiment d’être bien considérés uniquement lorsque nous avions constamment la main au portefeuille. Sans pourboire, le service est catastrophique voire inexistant. Certains comportements ont même été agressifs lorsque nous ne donnions pas de pourboire. Il faut rappeler que « all inclusive » signifie que les prestations sont déjà payées. Nous ne devrions pas avoir le sentiment de devoir sortir de l’argent en permanence pour être correctement servis. Malheureusement, ce sentiment ne s’est pas limité à l’hôtel. Même avec les taxis, nous avons régulièrement eu l’impression que l’objectif était toujours de demander davantage, avec peu de considération pour les touristes. C’est vraiment dommage, car le pays possède de nombreux atouts, mais cette insistance permanente autour de l’argent a fortement gâché notre séjour. En règle générale, nous repartons très déçus de cette expérience et, malheureusement, nous ne reviendrons pas en Égypte.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön! Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Poolzugang – genauso schön, sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel, wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung versprochen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Service. Das Zimmer wurde täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt und vom freundlichen Zimmerservice immer alles bereitgestellt, was man benötigt. Die kleinen Handtuchtiere waren dabei ein süßes Highlight und haben uns immer zum Schmunzeln gebracht. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Besonders F&B Manager Mohammed hat uns mit seiner aufmerksamen Art begeistert – man hatte tatsächlich das Gefühl, dass er einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest. Auch Strandkellner Achmed Faris sowie die Mitarbeiter an der Poolbar, allen voran Mohammed, waren stets freundlich, schnell und aufmerksam. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir absolut verwöhnt. Das Buffet bietet eine riesige Auswahl und das Essen war durchgehend sehr lecker. Besonders empfehlen können wir das À-la-carte-China-Restaurant. Dazu kommen viele liebevolle Extras wie frisch aufgeschnittenes Obst am Pool oder die Juice Bar mit frisch zubereiteten Säften. Die Lichter- und Brunnenshow mit Musik am Montag war ebenfalls ein wunderschönes Highlight. Insgesamt fühlt man sich in diesem Hotel unglaublich wohl, gut aufgehoben und bestens versorgt. Der Service geht weit über das Übliche hinaus – oft muss man gar nichts sagen und bekommt bereits genau das, was man gerade braucht.

Der einzige Punkt, der uns etwas gestört hat, waren die vielen Anbieter am Strand, die Aktivitäten, Ausflüge oder Beauty-Behandlungen anbieten. Gerade am ersten Tag wird man teilweise sehr häufig angesprochen, was auf Dauer etwas anstrengend sein kann. Nach dem ersten Tag wird es allerdings deutlich besser und die Anbieter sind grundsätzlich freundlich und respektieren auch ein Nein.

Struttura molto bella, con formula all inclusive comprensiva di tutto, anche vino e superalcolici, oltre alla possibilità di prenotare in quattro ristoranti alla carta, anch’essi compresi, in cui la qualità del cibo è adeguata anche per i gusti di noi italiani. Unico neo la spiaggia, terrosa con fastidiosi sassolini al posto della sabbia. Il servizio del personale, sempre attento e presente, un vero plus di questo resort.

Che era un hotel per solo adulti, la pulizia, i giardini curati, la camera con accesso diretto alla piscina.

I ristoranti tematici non all’altezza cucina poco curata…

Um verdadeiro palácio encantado. Tudo, mas mesmo tudo é perfeito. As instalações são lindas, as piscinas soberbas, a comida uma tentação e o melhor de tudo, os trabalhadores. Simpatia e profissionalismo iniguláveis.

Não gostei muito do praia. A areia é muito grossa e o mar desprovido de qualquer vida. Passei muito tempo na praia, tomei muitos banhos excelentes, mas não fiquei deslumbrada, ao contrário do que aconteceu com a parte do hotel.

Le personnel très au soin, l’accès à la piscine c’est un +, la climatisation (excellente climatisation, qui offre un confort non-négligeable surtout lorsque dehors il fait très chaud)

Les chambres pourraient être rafraîchis surtout au niveau de la salle de bain, et c’est assez embêtant les pigeons qui font leurs besoins sur la terrasse tous les jours et en grande quantité mais un grand merci aux personnels qui nettoyaient ça également tous les jours

L'emplacement de 3 de nos chambres était super, la 4eme moins. L'accès direct à la piscine est un vrai plus. La qualité du service et le personnel de l'hotel très prévenant. L'accueil d'Ahmed à la réception et de Zaki direction clientèle au top. L'hôtel est calme, ce qui est rare en Egypte. La qualité de la nourriture est aussi remarquable. Les restaurants de l'hotel sont très bons. C'est un excellent hôtel et nous ne comprenons pas les commentaires négatifs que nous avons pu lire sur le personnel. Le personnel de l'hotel est prévenant et efficace.

Une de nos chambres était nettement moins bien placée c'est dommage, mais cela ne nous a pas empéché de passer un excellent séjour. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à accéder au Wifi et la qualité du wifi pourrait être améliorée.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel. Le personnel est au petit soin. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Les restaurants au sein de l’hôtel sont agréable pour passer une soirée plus au calme. Nous avons été très conquis par le buffet ainsi que son large choix que se soit pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal an der Information – alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Service war ebenfalls hervorragend und unsere Wünsche wurden jederzeit schnell und professionell erfüllt. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, und die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Essen war ausgezeichnet – frisch, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Insgesamt war alles rundum perfekt. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für den tollen Aufenthalt! Das freundliche Personal und Wunderschöne anlage

L’hôtel est magnifique et très propre ! C’est très calme sans musique ni animation donc parfait pour se reposer. La chambre avec accès piscine est vraiment top, très spacieuse avec un grand lit. L’ensemble du personnel est très gentil et très serviable ! Mention spéciale pour Zaki qui a été au petit soin avec nous et pour Hossam, un très bon serveur.

Die Unterkunft war Mega schön alles sauber und gepflegt

Resort tranquillo e ben curato. La presenza di tre piscine, oltre alla spiaggia privata, fa in modo di non creare sovraffollamento. Ci sono diversi tipi di lettini distribuiti in tutto il resort. Staff sempre presente e pronto a servirti in ogni momento e luogo. La presenza di un angolo bar direttamente fruibile dalla piscina è un valore aggiunto che tanti resort non hanno. Ristorante principale con ottimo e ricco buffet aperto a colazione, pranzo e cena. Nonostante noi italiani siamo molto esigenti dal punto di vista culinario, noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Inclusi nel pacchetto all inclusive sono disponibili anche i ristoranti alla carta. Noi abbiamo provato quello Indochina e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita giornalmente dallo staff. Letto enorme e terrazza molto bella che dava sulle piscine e sul mare. In stanza è disponibile il minibar: tutto all'interno fa parte dell'all inclusive e ogni giorno ci venivano lasciate bottigliette d'acqua.

Piccole pecche sulla manutenzione delle piscine, in quanto mancano delle mattonelle che rendono alcune superfici taglienti. Mare ottimo, ma la presenza di barche attraccate appena al di fuori della zona balneabile peggiora la fruibilità e l'esperienza. Essendo la clientela principalmente tedesca, a nostro parere, si notavano delle preferenze nei loro confronti. Nonostante ciò, la cordialità dello staff non è mai mancata.

Mehrheitlich unfreundliches Personal, wir wurden zwei Mal vom Personal nach Geld/einer Spende gefragt, abendliche Unterhaltung fand nicht immer statt und wenn war sie mittelmässig, trotz all-inclusive kosten viele Sachen extra, ist kein 5*-Niveau.

Bel hôtel, calme, pas de musique en extérieur, le restaurant au buffet est varié et bon. Nous avons apprécié l’ambiance générale.

La propreté des endroits réservés au personnel devant lesquels on passe sont sale, dommage cela terni l’image de l’hôtel et le SPA pour un établissement de cette catégorie, rapport qualité prix quasiment comme chez nous dans un endroit glauque.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a great time at the beach and pool bar. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The all inclusive buffet had all kinds of foods which were delicious.

Unfortunately I got a food poisoning on our last day of our stay. I had avoided shrimps during all our trip and coincidentally I ate shrimps that day at the hotel. I suggest looking cautiously the food handling or refrigeration.

A very relaxing and enjoyable stay We had a very nice and relaxing holiday at Grand Palace. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was always spotless, and I would especially like to mention Shazly, who was responsible for the cleaning. He did an excellent job and was always friendly, attentive and helpful. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and always smiling. They made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. I would also especially like to mention Mr. Zaka, who regularly asked us how our day was going and whether everything was okay. This personal attention really made a difference and made us feel very comfortable. The pool and beach areas were also very clean, organized and well maintained. The location was excellent — close to the airport, but still very quiet and peaceful. At the same time, the city and shopping areas were easily accessible. The food was good overall. There was enough choice, although I think the variety could be improved a little more. The hotel and some of the rooms could be improved and developed further, but overall this did not negatively affect our holiday. Overall, we had a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our time at Grand Palace and would definitely recommend the hotel. We would be happy to come back again! 🌴☀️

Such a beautifull resort. You have the swimming pools and the beach which is very nearby. Don’t forget to bring your swimming shoes because of the stones in the sea. It’s more comfortable. You have enough restaurant options and i loved how nice and respectfull the staff were. I also loved the view!! Khaled from the beach restaurant was my favourite person there. He is an example of a good man with a beautifull heart. He always made sure that my brother and i were good and he shows interest which was nice. Also Zaki made sure that everything was as we please. He checked on us regularly. Thank you! I would definitaly go back here.

If you order a drink on the beach while sun bathing or at the swimming pools area it takes too long or they forget to bring it.

L’architecture de l’hôtel et ses extérieurs magnifiques ! très propres et très bien entretenus. Les nombreuses piscines sont très bien bien entretenues également. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours aux petits soins Zaki parle très bien français et est toujours à votre écoute

La nourriture est très correcte pour l’Egypte mais les plats restent assez gras et manquent parfois de saveurs. Ce qui nous a le plus dérangé lors de notre séjour ce sont les personnes qui fument autour de la piscine… lorsque nous sommes non fumeur cela est vraiment incommodant :( L’hôtel devrait créer certains espaces autour de la piscine principale pour les fumeurs et d’autres pour les non-fumeurs

Mais quel hôtel extraordinaire ! Nous avons adoré ! Le restaurant buffet est magnifique et varié. L'hôtel est beau partout. 🤩 Notre chambre était aussi magnifique.

La seule petite note négative est que la salle de bain de notre chambre aurait peut-être besoin d'un léger rafraîchissement.

Nous avons pris un forfait de 4 massages chacun et vraiment aucun regret. 1 semaine incroyable où nous avons pu déconnecter totalement . Les 5 restaurants, la piscine,la plage, la grande chambre avec piscine privée. Tout était parfait pour nous ,nous reviendrons !

Les animations se termine trop tôt le soir (21h). Petit spectacle et plus rien même pas de musique !

A very special thank you to Mr. Fady, who found out we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a room with a private pool. He even made us a VIP guests throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Mr. Zaky, who made sure everything was perfect for us in the restaurant every single day. On our anniversary, the team surprised us with a beautiful cake and a lovely little celebration that made the day even more special. Every waiter, chef, and staff member we met went above and beyond to help us, often offering things before we even had to ask. Their kindness, generosity, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. I can’t recommend Grand Palace enough to anyone planning a trip to Hurghada. It’s not just a hotel but a complete experience. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back, and we’ll continue recommending it to everyone we know. I can honestly say that Grand Palace is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The staff deserve special recognition. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Taha at the reception welcomed us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks also to Mohamed Hussein, who made the most amazing drinks for us—often before we even had to ask. He was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely cared about making every guest happy. In fact, every single member of the staff was exceptionally polite, professional, and respectful. The rooms were absolutely flawless—spacious, beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and with stunning sea views. They created such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere that we truly felt at home. The beach is simply breathtaking. The crystal-clear water and beautiful surroundings make it one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The hotel’s location is another huge advantage, right in the heart of the promenade, with everything just a short walk away. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single fault with this hotel. We loved our stay so much that we even wanted to cancel the rest of our trip and extend our vacation here, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. Jen maličkost. Za nás malá nabídka příloh u oběda a večeře. Masa opravdu hodně, ale přílohy chyběly. Třeba jen kokosová rýže a hranolky. Nebo další den nepředstavitelně ostré nudle a rýže. Zbytečně hodně masa ale brambory nebo těstoviny nikde

The food was very delicious and there was a great variety . The staff all over the hotel were very friendly . All the restaurants were available every day. The beach was so clean.

No gym - one could use the next door gum which was very old. Wifi quality was very poor.

Mai bună este mâncarea din bufet . La spa prețul masajului diferă (nu știu în funcție de ce anume ) . Preț 4 masaje două persoane 600 euro . Iar la vecinii din cealaltă cameră pentru aceleași masaje 400 euro . Nu recomand masaj în hotel . Plaja este cu pietre (poate fii deranjat pentru cine vrea nisip ) . A fost o mică problemă la late ceck out . Deși am anunțat cu luni de zile înainte ca vrem late ceck out , deși când am ajuns am vorbit despre late ceck out și am și dat o atenție , totuși cu o zi înainte au spus ca nu se poate pentru ca hotelul e Full . Hotelul nu era în nici un caz Full , nu înțeleg de ce au spus asta . Dar până la urmă s-a rezolvat și am putut părăsii camera la ora 17:00 fără probleme .

I had an incredible stay at the Grand Palace in Hurghada! The entire resort is absolutely superb—the grounds, the atmosphere, and the facilities are top-notch. La décoration, les piscines, les chambres sont magnifiques

le personnel est a revoir, ni bonjour ni au revoir ni merci, ils ont clairement un truc contre les français car avec les anglais ou allemand ils sont au petits soins mais nous ils nous mettaient pas la serviette sur le transat, ne nous demandaient pas ce qu’on voulait a boire,… franchement déçu. Le personnel sont gentils au début puis quand ont ne leurs donnent pas de pourboires ils deviennent désagréables.

propreté de la chambre, les serviettes n’étaient pas changés tous les jours même si elles étaient mises par terre pour être changés elles étaient repliés et remis dans la salle de bain, moisissures dans la douche.

Second stay there. Loved everything about the place. Staff very welcoming and helpful, room was huge and amazing sea view, food excellent, restaurant and pool staff super nice. perfect stay. Nothing to complain about.

Le wifi ne marche pas bien et c’est payant a chaque fois il faut rentrer les codes et se connecter et se reconnecter , les chambres et les couloirs métrite un peu de rafraîchissement, la nourriture est pas à la hauteur d’un palace et tous les jours la même chose

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Zaki et l’équipe du Grand Palace. Je recommande de réserver le Sky lounge pour le dîner et profiter de la vue avec le coucher de soleil.

We had planned a diving holiday, and because of our flight schedule we decided to spend one night in a hotel before boarding our liveaboard. Choosing the Grand Palace in Hurghada turned out to be an excellent decision. We received a very warm and professional welcome from Ahmed Mamdoah. We had booked a room with direct pool access from the terrace, and we absolutely loved it. We didn’t even need to go to the main pool, as we could relax right outside our room. To make it even better, the bar staff came by every 30 minutes to ask if we would like another drink – outstanding service! For dinner, we chose the Asian specialty restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options. We would especially like to thank Ahmed for arranging a late check-out for us. This allowed us to relax at the hotel instead of waiting for hours at Hurghada Marina before boarding our boat. We were so impressed by both the hotel and its wonderful staff that we decided to spend our last night there as well instead of staying on the boat in the marina. We would happily return anytime. Excellent value for money and highly recommended!

Het hotel loopt zeker 10 jaar achter met onderhoud, is zo jammer . Vreselijke douche. Lijkt of je in duitsland op vakantie bent, 90% gasten waren Duitsers.

Mooi opgezet resort met veel zwembaden en heel veel ligbedden bij zwembad en bij het strand. Service op het strand is fantastisch. Daar lopen twee mannen die je koffie, water en wat je maar wil brengen en de hele dag keihard werken met z'n tweeën. Tip hen vooral! En liever geen euro muntjes, daar kunnen ze niks mee. Neem dollars mee of wissel EGP. Bedjes op het strand staan op ruime afstand. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad omdat wij kamer hadden met toegang tot zwembad. Heel fijn. Het resort is zeer schoon en mooi onderhouden. De tuinmannen doen goed werk. Het eten buffet restaurant over het algemeen prima en gevarieerd. Ruim ontbijt. Het hotel was nu denken wij maar voor ongeveer 60% bezet, als het vol is, is het wel anders. Lunch kan je in het buffet restaurant doen maar ook bij het strand kan je a la carte (pizza, burger), helemaal prima. A la carte: Indo china, heerlijk. A la carte Sky bar, echt geen toegevoegde waarde met het menu dat zij daar aanbieden. Housekeeping attent en vriendelijk. Als je terugkomt van het strand staan ze al weer klaar om je handdoek te wisselen, dit is niet ingewikkeld.

Ze snappen geen barst van koude drankjes en het all inclusive model kan echt wel beter. Bier wordt uit flesjes geschonken in warme glazen! In 9 dagen is het niet geluk 1 koud biertje te krijgen. Ze snappen er niks van. Frisdranken idem, maar daar kan je nog een ijsblokje indoen. Mini bar in de kamer kan op verzoek worden aangevuld, maar dat zou m.i. voor deze prijs standaard moeten zijn. Gewoon door housekeeping 'sochtend laten aanvullen. En als ze dan aanvullen worden er 4 blikjes bier gebracht en die blikjes zijn warm. Ook geen snack in de minibar. Op het gebied van Food & Beverage moet dit hotel het echt beter gaan doen. De enige mannen die echt knetterhard werken zijn de twee mannen die op het strand lopen, voor hen alle lof. De 'manager' van de beachbar die steeds komt aanbieden om geld te wisselen is ongepast. Tip voor het management: Investeer in koelkasten en zet in de bars biertapinstallaties neer. Zorg voor koude drankjes en vul ook de koelkastjes in de kamers standaard aan, bij voorkeur met blikjes. Literflessen cola en fanta is economisch niet handig. De afstand beachbar - strand is groot. Waarom niet een bar bij het strand, voor alleen drankjes, Gasten kunnen dan eventueel ook zelf wat halen. Handdoeken wissel gaat nu via housekeeping in de gang van je kamer. Waarom niet via de heren die op strand de strandbedjes uitgeven, hebben ze ook wat te doen.

Cet établissement était tout simplement parfait aussi bien l’hôtel, le personnel, la nourriture, les chambres ainsi que la piscine, l’hygiène. Nous avons particulièrement été touchés par le personnel qui était vraiment au petit soins avec nous toujours le sourire et toujours la si besoin, que ça soit les serveurs, le personnel de ménage, l’accueil nous étions chouchouté tout le long de notre séjour. La nourriture était très bonne par rapport à ce qu’on a pu lire sur les réseaux sociaux. Mention spéciale à Fady et Ahmed à la réception qui était vraiment des anges ils étaient adorables ça a été un plaisir de séjourner dans votre hôtel je le répète encore une fois tout était incroyable

We had a wonderful 1-week stay at Grand Palace – Couples Only (18+) in Hurghada. Everything was great from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing, making it the perfect place for a peaceful holiday. The staff were superb—always friendly, professional, and willing to help with a smile. Their excellent service really made our stay special. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We would be happy to return!

Les massages on m'a facturé 180 euros pour 3 massages, impossible detre massé par une femme je peux le comprendre mais bon pour vendre les soins c'est une femme qui masse la main ;) et les massages n'étaient pas du tout qualitatif, je n'ai d'ailleurs fait que 2 massages sur 3 (moi et ma compagne) on ne ma pas remboursé le dernier massage. Vraiment je déconseille.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and the property is maintained relatively well. The pool is nice and at a good temperature (not too hot as in some other places)

Food was mostly bland and we both got travelers disease. Wifi is terrible. We got free “high-speed” wifi, which was 0.8mbps if you’re lucky. Also other guests that do not book directly have to pay quite some money for this. Unacceptable in 2026. Better get a good and cheap eSim with a lot of data

Amazing hotel with everything you need! The staff made our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to Bassam, Mohammed, and Ahmed at the pool bar for their excellent service and always welcoming us with a smile. Thanks also to Hamdi and Zaki for being so kind and caring. We also want to thank the young man working at the Lobby Bar and Mirror Bar (sorry, we don’t know your name) for his great service and friendly attitude. Tout était incroyable Nous avons adoré l’hotel Très bel hotel, propre et bien entretenu Merci aux collaborateurs sur place tous très accueillants, en particulier Zaki qui a été à notre disposition ainsi qu’Abdoullah également très serviable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. L’hotel est bien situé pour les activités en mer (iles, snorkeling, dauphins) Je recommande !

Nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak az ott dolgozók. Kimondott nagy kedvenceink voltak a recepcióról Taha, illetve az étteremből Nour, örök volt őket látni minden nap. Nagyon szép volt a hotel, egyedül azt sajnáltuk hogy a szökőkút mehetett volna többször is, mert nagyon szép volt.

Napközben is szívesen néztük volna a szökőkútat.

Második alkalommal választottuk ezt a szállodát, és ismét nagyon elégedettek voltunk. A szálloda egyik legnagyobb előnye számunkra, hogy nagyon közel van a repülőtérhez, így a transzfer gyors és kényelmes. A személyzet végig rendkívül kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész volt, mindig mosolyogva álltak rendelkezésünkre. Az ételek nagyon finomak, változatosak, minden nap bőséges választékból lehetett válogatni. A szálloda tiszta, rendezett, a pihenéshez tökéletes választás. Bár a szálloda szabályzata szerint a tengerparton nem lehet napágyat foglalni, a gyakorlatban ez sajnos mégis minden nap megtörtént. Hiába mentem le kora reggel, az első sorban lévő napágyak már minden alkalommal foglaltak voltak. Úgy tűnt, hogy ezt a személyzet egy része borravaló ellenében intézi, amit rendkívül igazságtalannak és felháborítónak tartok. Ami még ennél is kellemetlenebb volt, hogy amikor időben lementem, és letettem a saját dolgaimat egy napágyra, előfordult, hogy a személyzet áthelyezte a törölközőinket, sőt volt, hogy egyszerűen ledobták a földre. Ez egy ilyen színvonalú szállodában elfogadhatatlan. A strandtörölközőket ugyan minden nap lehet cserélni, ami pozitívum, azonban a tisztaságukkal nem voltam elégedett. Although reserving sunbeds on the beach is officially not allowed, every morning when I went down to the beach early, all of the front-row sunbeds had already been reserved. Unfortunately, it seemed that some members of the staff were reserving them for guests in exchange for tips. I found this very disappointing. What was even more upsetting was that when I arrived early and placed my belongings on a sunbed, my items were sometimes moved or even thrown onto the ground so that someone else could use the bed. This should not happen in a hotel of this standard. The beach towels can be exchanged every day, which is a nice service, but I was disappointed with their cleanliness. They had an unpleasant smell and often felt as though they still contained salt from previous use. I believe they could be washed much more thoroughly.

- I told them its my wife birthday and I expected something to be prepared, the room for example or a surprise during dinner or breakfast but nothing happened, they totally ignored it - The quality of cheese used in pizza made by the snacks bar beside the beach was not good at all tbh - We had water outage in the room - no parking - no one came to welcome us when we were unloading the luggage from the car

The room view at the hotel was amazing, and the beach was incredibly clean. The evening dance performances were also wonderful. Most importantly, the dinner buffet offered a wide variety of food and tasted delicious, especially the Asian food station managed by the Chinese chef, where the flavors were highly authentic. In addition, we tried the Indochina Asian restaurant, which was also very delicious

Excellent établissement tout compris, les repas étaient très variés, avec du goût nous avons adoré. Les restaurants dans l’hôtel sont inclus dans le prix (hormis quelques plats), il y a aussi du choix en restaurant (italien, asiatique, mexicain…) il faut juste réservé 1 jour avant mais sinon ça change du buffet et encore une fois nous ne payons pas de supplément c’est inclus dans le prix de la chambre c’est génial. Le personnel est hyper gentil, à l’écoute et très attentionné. L’emplacement est parfait en bord de plage privée avec lever du soleil, des bars tout inclus que ça soit des jus, des sodas, du vin ou des cocktails… et même les glaces, des petits gâteaux, des fruits, des gauffres… enfin bref un des meilleurs hôtel que nous avons pu voir. Il y a tellement de piscines, de lits pour s’allonger, c’est calme, l’ambiance est ultra relaxante… Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir pour y passer encore plus de temps ! O nosso quarto não tinha água. Estávamos a tomar banho e a água falhava e acabava. Muitas vezes nem conseguíamos acabar de tomar banho. O mesmo acontecia no lavatório não havia água nem para lavar os dentes

Ми залишилися дуже задоволені відпочинком! Окрема подяка барменам і офіціантам, особливо Hany на другому поверсі. Дуже привітний, уважний і професійний працівник. Завжди усміхнений, швидко обслуговує та створює приємну атмосферу. Саме завдяки таким людям хочеться повертатися знову. Також хочемо подякувати офіціанту на пляжі Тіто. Він завжди був у гарному настрої, усміхнений і дуже швидко приносив усі замовлення. Незважаючи на сильну спеку, працював із позитивом і чудовим ставленням до гостей. Окрема подяка представнику екскурсій на пляжі біля готелю «Аладін». Він порадив нам морську прогулянку на човні в невеликій групі — нас було лише 6 людей. Поїздка була чудово організована, без натовпу, і ми отримали масу позитивних вражень. Також за його рекомендацією ми поїхали на екскурсію на квадроциклах. Це теж було чудове рішення: у групі було всього 6 квадроциклів, тому ніхто нікому не заважав, а самі квадроцикли були майже нові та в дуже хорошому стані. Щиро дякуємо всьому персоналу за чудовий сервіс, доброзичливість і незабутній відпочинок! Із задоволенням повернемося ще раз.

Хлопці, які прибирають номери, загалом привітні, але якість прибирання була нестабільною. Незалежно від того, залишали ми чайові чи ні, вони не завжди прибирали однаково добре. Можливо, їм не вистачає часу або причина в чомусь іншому, але враження було таким, що одного дня номер прибраний дуже добре, а наступного — значно гірше. Хотілося б більшої стабільності в якості прибирання. Також хотілося б звернути увагу на чистоту території готелю. Я розумію, що деякі гості залишають після себе брудний посуд у різних місцях, але іноді тарілки стояли на одному й тому самому місці по 2–3 дні, і ніхто їх не прибирав. Це трохи псувало загальне враження від відпочинку.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 5 nuits. L’hôtel est magnifique, moderne et très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses et toujours propres. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, professionnel et toujours disponible. Le concept réservé aux adultes permet de profiter d’une ambiance calme et reposante.

Le principal point à améliorer est la restauration. Les plats sont assez répétitifs et manquent de goût. Avec une meilleure qualité, l’expérience serait parfaite.

This hotel is located in a super prime location, where you have a pharmacy, a massive shopping bazar, other sister hotels and many more required places a tourist would need/want to explore!

Unfortunately, for a 5 star hotel there not an overly large variety of food options within the main diner area, also the all inclusive drinks well of an average quality..

Im Bereich der Restaurantes könnten die Speisenkarten etwas anschaulicher/professioneller gestaltet werden. Ein Beamer mit Leinwand, statt TV-Gerät auf dem Bar-Tresen, wäre für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sicherlich kein Luxus.

Il faut se déplacer dans l’hôtel d’à côté pour avoir accès à la salle de fitness et de plus ferme à 18h Je trouve que le ménage dans les chambres pourrait être fait un peu mieux que ça ( traces de doigts sur le miroir , la poubelle n’était pas vidée tous les jours … des petits détails qui ont leurs importance pour les clients
