Le personnel de chambre était aux petits soins avec nous. Les piscines étaient cool, la chambre était confortable.

Les vendeurs qui viennent toutes les 10 minutes pour nous vendre leurs produits avec insistance même après qu’on leur dise que nous ne sommes pas intéressés.

الموقع والاهتمام

La struttura non è male, il buffet è abbastanza vario e la posizione era eccellente.

Lo staff veramente di basso livello, scortesi, scontrosi e sempre scocciati di qualsiasi richiesta. La camera aveva diversi difetti, nel complesso era bella ma il bagno puzzava di fogna, il condizionatore se pur "riparato" non funzionava e le piscine avevano il mosaico del pavimento con dei buchi anche grandi ed in diversi punti. Abbastanza deludente nel complesso. I difetti strutturali non erano neanche la cosa peggiore, ma essere trattati in quella maniera è abbastanza particolare soprattutto se non si presentano mai richieste particolari. Al pagamento finale giocando sul tasso di cambio lira egiziana euro tra l'altro ci volevano far pagare 20 euro in più con tutto che i servizi erano stati venduti in euro e con ricevute, quindi la scusa del cambio valuta non reggeva.

La restauration est à fuir pas appétissant, trop cuit, trop sec, pas assez de variété , et la plage est en dehors de hôtel et il faut traverser une route et rentrer dans un autre hôtel

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πάρα πολύ μεγάλο και έχει μεγάλα και άνετα δωμάτια. Έχει τα πάντα μέσα από παροχές. Πολύ όμορφο διακοσμημένο. Είχε πολύ προσωπικό το οποίο ήταν ευγενικό.

Η καθαριότητα του ξενοδοχείο λίγο δεν μου άρεσε. Οι πετσέτες ήταν λίγο φθαρμένες , το ντους δεν είχε ένταση το νερό.

Un beau et bon moment dans ce magnifique hotel le personnel au petit soins et tjrs arrangeant.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. All the staff I met were friendly. Upon my arrival and departure I was greeted by Mr. Akram at the reception. He was professional, friendly and helpful. Other staff I met (e.g. housekeeping, in the restaurant, at the beach, ...) was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean (room 1454) The beach was nice and clean. The restaurants were clean with delicious food with good variety. In short, we enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again. The WiFi at the reception area was fast.

La struttura è veramente ben attrezzata e adatta a tutti, ci sono tutti i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno.

Alcune zone interne erano chiaramente troppo fredde per via dell’aria climatizzata rispetto all’esterno.

Drinks were not the best the orange and pineapple drinks were concentrated powder mixed with water also the massage area of the facility smelled like sewage all through the hotel units also the hotel room I was in the sink had a bad leak in the flexible hose under the sink but the staff fixed it promptly also the toilets would not flush properly overall the plumbing was done poorly by whoever contracted the work there

The place wasn’t clean and nasty and even all of the workers had an attitude. The food was very very disgusting it let me and family got sick and poisoned us .Just so you know .we won’t be back and I will spread my experience all over the social media and friends and family. You wasted my vacation and money. 😔😔😔😔If I can give you less the one star definitely I will .

Le personnel est très serviable et surtout le serveur Ahmed au restaurant Mahara. Une personne exceptionnelle toujours attentive à nos besoins et les besoins de la petite. Le garçon qui s'occupe de rangement chambres Hamada aussi, très éduqué et très disponible toujours au service. Une expérience à refaire avec plaisir!

Si vous ne bevez pas d'alcool les jus servie comme boissons soft dans l'option All Inclusive sont pas vraiment le top vu que c'est juste de l'eau aromatisé avec plusieurs goûts, on a trouvé alternative au supermarché avec qualité meilleure. Tres originale comme construction et architecture, mais la maintenance de certaines équipements comme l'ascenseur, ou la structure même sûr certaines détails aurait fait du resort une place parfaite...

١ - عدم وجود فوط على الشاطى . لابد ان ناخذها من على البول الخاص بالفندق بتاعنا ونشيلها حتى الشاطى والمسافه كبيره لان الفندق صف ثانى وهذا مجهد وغير منطقى رايح جاى شايل الفوط ٢ - عدم وجود فريق انميشن على البول والبحر ٣ - عدم وجود ايس كريم على البول والبحر . موجود فقط فى المطعم الرئيسى مع تناول الوجبات وهذا ايضا غير منطقى مكان تواجده

Espectaculares instalaciones y habitaciones muy amplias y confortables. Solo estuvimos una noche pero pudimos descansar bien.

La comida no era muy buena aunque había miles de opciones. Los cócteles en todos los bares del hotel eran malísimos. Solo eran aceptables los refrescos y la cerveza aunque la mayoría de veces no los sirven fríos. No se entiende que un hotel de esa categoría no ponga más atención a la calidad de la restauración y el servicio de bar.

Lots of options for food, good size pools, room was a good size, great view from the balcony and the house keeping staff were friendly and helpful. This is a good hotel if you’re happy to look around a little and spend time outside the hotel it is a good base.

The all inclusive aspect of this hotel is very confusing as a first time guest, there are lots of extra hidden charges at restaurants and pubs in the mall and also on the beach for drinks and food at the snack bar that was supposed to be linked with the hotel and we were informed that they would be included under the second blue wristband we were given, however they don’t tell you this until they ask you to pay at the end so be careful always ask before agreeing to anything especially at the beach. If your looking for a relaxing day by the pool or private beach avoid and go elsewhere or be prepared to be hounded by numerous different members of staff that walk round offering extra services such as juices, salon/spa treatments, tattoo and literally anything else that will cost you extra. The first few times you don’t mind but when it’s all day it can get very exhausting and becomes difficult to be polite. Some of the waiters in particular when given tips in foreign currency will ask other guest to change for eygptian pounds or larger notes (euro or dollars) which I found very odd and have never witnessed before, also some of them can make meals very awkward with how much of the wrong type of attention they give you particularly in Mahara. On checking out we had a taxi waiting to take us to the airport which had the meter running and the staff on reception told us we need to wait until the rooms we stopped in had been checked which would take 15 minutes in the end to not incur a large taxi fare we needed up leaving I would advise checking out completely before ordering a taxi to avoid this issue.

If the resort is not particularly impressive in many aspects, the staff are truly outstanding and seem to make a great effort to compensate for some of its shortcomings and make the stay more enjoyable. I encountered some of the best staff I have ever met, especially Mr. Akram at the reception desk, as well as the teams in housekeeping and the restaurants. I also loved the resort’s choice of a traditional architectural style, especially the terracotta-red color of the buildings, which reminded me of the beautiful architecture of the city of Marrakesh. The picturesque spots throughout the gardens, as well as the areas overlooking the beach and fountains, were truly stunning and perfect for taking memorable photos. I was also very impressed by the children's swimming pool, which felt completely safe. You can comfortably let your children enjoy themselves while you relax nearby in the adjacent adults' pool, keeping an eye on them while still enjoying your own time.

I did not like the room furniture, which is in urgent need of renovation as it feels very old and outdated. The furniture in the reception area also needs modernization. I was not happy with how far my room was from the children's pool, the pool towel station, and the main restaurant, which made moving around the resort less convenient. The food is plentiful, with a good variety of options available, and the presentation is nice. However, the taste was not particularly impressive. The salads and desserts were the standout items if you're looking to truly enjoy the dining experience. I also did not like the policy in some of the à la carte restaurants included in the all-inclusive package, where certain menu items are complimentary while others require an additional charge. I believe this should be made clearer, or all menu items should be included for a more consistent all-inclusive experience.

بعيد عن صخب المدينة وضوضاء الشوارع، ولكنه في نفس الوقت يسهل الوصول منه إلى أي مكان." وايضا جودة الخدمات السريعة، تنوع بوفيه الإفطار ولذاذته، والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل ونظافة المكان." أعجبني جداً احترافية المشرفين وحسن تعاونهم، والمهارة العالية للطباخين وتنوع الأكل اللذيذ، بالإضافة إلى الأداء الممتاز لعمال النظافة وحرصهم على أدق التفاصيل.

Es gibt viel Essens Auswahl und die Pools sind auch super. Es fehlen zwar hier und da paar Fliesen, dennoch ist dieses Hotel super zum erholen. Alle sind sehr bemüht das es einem gut geht und machen sehr viel für einen.

Es gibt 4 Pools, einer ist leider nicht nutzbar da unzählige Fliesen fehlen. Der andere ist im Bereich hinter einem Restaurant, also auch nicht zu benutzen.

All the staff members were excellent every time and everywhere. The food was great but needed more variety. The view from the room balcony to the pool is very nice. More than enough water bottles, soft and hot drinks in the room. Toilets were always very clean everywhere.

Changing the towels in the room was so slow. No beach towels and should take them first from the pool before going to the beach. There was only one key for the room because there weren't enough keys!! There wasn't a Qibla sign anywhere in the room to pray. There weren't any carpets in the room that forced me to use a towel to pray.

The waiters where not looking for my needs on the second visit contrary to my first visit, I had to chase them (e.g. geeting a drink).

It is a beautiful resort with lots of character and a great ambiance and decor. The staff was friendly and helpful (in most cases). Location is great, close to the beach and Hurghada. They offer boat excursions with snorkeling, scuba diving, island visits, etc through partners and they have fair prices. Having tennis courts was a plus! Meals at the buffet with outdoor patio seating were wonderful! They were very accommodating on the day of check-out when we requested to stay longer due to a later flight. We're very appreciative for that! Sunrise at the beach is special.

They will need to update the room locks eventually, we had to change the room key cards once a day because we were locked out. Having an outside business selling smoothies at the pool is unnecessary and quite bothersome at an all-inclusive resort. Closing the pool before 18:00 (nearing sunset) in April is a bit early. It would have been wonderful to enjoy the pool with fewer people in the evening hours. Restaurants were very nice but several had different names but the exact same menus - keeping the same restaurant name could avoid guest disappointment. The beaches in the area are all private so you can just walk the length of the resorts beach (unless you take transportation to another beach). The buildings and facilities are aging but we were happy to pay a discounted rate for this in order to experience everything else the resort had to offer.
